I had done online payment for the premium of my policy no.[protected] due dated 2015/12 on 31st Dec`15 and 2nd Jan`16. So by mistake i had made double payment for the same due dated premium.
After that i checked the refund policy and LIC suggests that it will refund the double payment amount within 7 days but still i am waiting for the same.
I have sent many mails to initiate my refund but they are not giving me any reply..Please look into the matter

I had requested my Income tax certificate to LIC HFL, Bhiwadi since last three days but they are not providing, which will result higher advance tax deduction from my this month salary resulting financial crisis for me and my family for next month.

LIC HFL, Bhiwadi, Branch Manager Mr. Alok Goyel has been contacted over phone and mail has been sent to Mr. Sahil Mehra & Mr. Indrajeet but Bhiwadi branch land line nos are never been picked and Mr. Alok is always out of the office and his juniors like Mr. Sahil don't follow his instructions.

Need an appropriate actions on the concerns and should be given compensation for mental and financial harassment by LIC HFL, Bhiwadi ( Rajasthan).

Unable to open online LIC e-services on 17-Mar-16 (Registered users), tried so many times. It is showing error like, invalid username / password

LIC Housing Finance has got a novel and very intelligent / genius way of resolving customer complaints. All their customer complaint portals do not work. They are just disabled intelligently, so as not to receive any complaints and phones are either busy or not working message comes. It is atrocious that they behave like this; (they are behaving like LIC was behaving arrogantly and irresponsibly 30 years back).

May be our Govt and top LICHFL brass is not aware of this and this is the handywork of a few Mangers and staff to sit cool without doing any work.

Will our Govt take note and take action.

I am planning to transfer my home loan from lic to sbi. Lic hfl is charging way higher interest rate than sbi at current state. In addition, lic hfl does not reduce interest rate aligning to the current repo rate from rbi.

I applied for obtaining list of documents from lic hfl and was told by the customer representative that it will take one and half moths which seemed strange to me. However i have been continuously following up with lic hfl representative and he repeatedly keeps informing that they need another 3 to 4 days. Similar extension from lic already passed couple of times, it is been 21 days now, , now he is not even replying my queries.

I have not received the above amount since last one year in spite of several request to LIC.

I had availed home loan from LIC HFL, Guntur Branch.My Loan Nos is [protected]. During the sanction of loan they didn't mention about any loan pre closure charges.However recently when i put up a request for transfer of my loan to other bank, they proposed to levy a charge under the head "broken period interest" which is unfair and unprofessional.So request to get it cancelled.

i had applied for the aao exam 2016 but i have not received my admit card/ call letter for the exam
i did everything as per the procedure .
I tried to call the delhi helpline number a lot of times but i wasn't attnded by them .
I tried my best to contact lic but no results yet .
I have put in a lot of efforts prepaing for this exam for the last 1 year.
I am mentally depresssed and harrased by not even letting me know about my current status .
My carrer and hardwork depends on this.

I am Bharathiraja, purchased flat 1035sqft 2BHK from Vasavi Housing infrastructure Ltd in Dec 2011 in Injambakkam, Chennai, ECR. Since this is JV property, SALE agreement made with Landlord Mr.Balan and CONSTRUCTION agreement with Builder (Mr.Krishnaprasad). UDS 828 sqft registration pending from Builder since March12 due to a legal dispute in this property, in spite of continuous follow-up with Builder, landlord and LICHFL Regional officers....

I paid premium in respect of policy no.[protected] on 01/3/2016 online through SBI and I received message that transaction failed twice. Hence I made payment for the third time. On verifying my bank account I found that my account is debited thrice. I also couldn't generate receipt.
Please refund excess debited twice & mail the receipt to my mail ID.

I am unable to login to the cusomer portal as i am already registered user.. my user name is purna.[protected]@gmail.com. when i enter the same and password getting user name is wrong . error: Please enter alphabets, numbers, "_" only, min 2 & max 50 characters. while i tried forgot username to see different name, LIC is sending me the same user name as purna.[protected]@gmail.com in email, when i try the same issue repeating. I want to know why it is happening even correct user name is entered giving me such a error
