        Sir my lic agent portal empowerment was not opening from last 2 weeks above...I am facing great risk ...I am unable to answer my policy holders about their policy due date and amount...When i open my my lic agent portal id it was showing error ...An error has occurred:

                My loan number is[protected] and since last one month i am unable to login to my customer portal. i am logging to this site.

                everytime its giving me an error "Please enter alphabets, numbers, "_" only, min 2 & max 50 characters.". My email id id my logging id which contains special character @.

                I was able to login till last month however unable...

                      I have submit following complaint about no receipt genereted against online payment to LIC on 16/02/2016. but till date I have not received any receipt against that payment done on 08/02/2016. Please consider it as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        My LIC policy No[protected] which is matured on 19th: Jan 2016 is not settled to my account till date in spite of submitting the discharge form, cancelled cheque land original policy bond to your Malleswaram, Bangalore branch on 18th Jan 2016. When enquired they are not able to trace my claim itself.

                        Please help to resolve this immediately as it is already a month of maturity.

The LIC peoples telling after 2 months only I can close the loan amount due year end closing. Why I need to pay interest for 2 months unnessarily to LIC. Please advise me to proceed further

                                  As per policy condition, no survival benefit was paid till the day. Premium also taken considerably high with other companies with same terms and condition. LIc is Co where premium is all time high and no benefit .Even survival benefit as per terms not giving after fulfillment of condition . there was such a critical situation, no body will co operate in the office, because they were government employee, their job highly secured, they were talking/gossiping more rather than job. .Concern management is requested to send such Govt employees to private Insurer to take training, how to work within 3 people in a zonal division.But in LIc Br office there were 30 people, all time with absurd argument with Insured./ sweet talk/ gossip of LIC people.
