    I am Bharathiraja, purchased flat 1035sqft 2BHK from Vasavi Housing infrastructure Ltd in Dec 2011 in Injambakkam, Chennai, ECR. Since this is JV property, SALE agreement made with Landlord Mr.Balan and CONSTRUCTION agreement with Builder (Mr.Krishnaprasad). UDS 828 sqft registration pending from Builder since March12 due to a legal dispute in this property, in spite of continuous follow-up with Builder, landlord and LICHFL Regional officers. Got 30L loan LICHFL Chennai Adyar Branch and released 19.5L Loan Ac,[protected] as 1st set of payment before registration and improper legal verification-. Since LICHFL is Govt. financial institute. I thought LICHFL would legally certify before loan approval. Latest EC reflects the same property had been sold to Mr. Manish Agarwal in 2010 Oct. Hence, I made a temporary EMI stop payment due to this SCAM and pending registration based on an evidence I have submitted. It seems LICHFL officer and Builder collated this SCAM and forgery. Builder and LICHFL are not come forward to resolve pending issue. LICHFL Not taking any steps against Builder, instead, LICHFL making harassing over the phone to continue EMI. Kindly help me to save our family from LICHFL officers and resolve my pending UDS registration.

    I need an explanation from your client LICHFL for all my questions listed below. Also, I had asked same questions through emails and registered postal letters which are enclosed here, however LICHFL has never responded.

    1. Why LICHFL hasnt verified legally this property before approving this loan? Without legal opinion why LICHFL approved (30L) and released Rs.19, 11, 817 as a part payment while the same property already had been sold to someone according to encumbrance certificate?

    2. I am wondering how long LICHFL would wait to complete the UDS registration as per the LICHFL loan policy? Has LICHFL taken any action against the builder as this is a clear case of Forgery? I got a legal notice from Advocate on behalf of LICFHL and but VHIL Builder has not yet received any such legal notice.

    3. What is tri-party agreement? I was unaware of this procedure before getting this home loan. I strongly believe Builder, Buyer and LICHFL are collectively responsible for loan process and liability of this property. Instead Recovery dept. is blaming me alone responsible for pending UDS registration.

    4. Doesnt LICHFL need Sale deed before or after releasing part payment to customer?

    5. I request you to send (1) Sale and construction agreement, (2) Legal verification certificate from LICHFL, (3) Tri party agreement made for this loan (4) The EC copy that LICHFL used for legal verification.

    I request LICHFL to schedule a formal meeting at LICHFL Regional office with LICHFL officers, VHIL Builder and including me to resolve UDS registration and pending EMI issue.

    To conclude, I am looking forward your reply along with the explanation from LICHFL through a letter for the above questions. If LICHFL takes responsibility and confirms to resolve my pending UDS registration and dispute in this property, I will be happy to restart paying my EMI against the loan and the same had been communicated through various email and letters.

      I paid premium in respect of policy no.[protected] on 01/3/2016 online through SBI and I received message that transaction failed twice. Hence I made payment for the third time. On verifying my bank account I found that my account is debited thrice. I also couldn't generate receipt.
      Please refund excess debited twice & mail the receipt to my mail ID.

        I am unable to login to the cusomer portal as i am already registered user.. my user name is purna.[protected]@gmail.com. when i enter the same and password getting user name is wrong . error: Please enter alphabets, numbers, "_" only, min 2 & max 50 characters. while i tried forgot username to see different name, LIC is sending me the same user name as purna.[protected]@gmail.com in email, when i try the same issue repeating. I want to know why it is happening even correct user name is entered giving me such a error

          Sub: Life insurance Corporation of India Direct Sales Executives Decision causes Worries to DSE
          We are the Direct Sales Executives from the Life Insurance Corporation of India. We may be pardoned for our claim as “we are part of the Life Insurance Corporation of India.” Some o[censored]s left Lucrative Jobs in order to join in DSE Scheme job. This organization has never caused an ioata of doubt that we are not part of the LIC, especially whenever LIC senior officials addressed us. We were even told that, the issue of regularization/absorption was already pending with Finance Department of the Government of India. LIC has done its best and confident in pursuing the Finance Ministry to get its approval, since the DSE’s were doing the business beyond the expectations of LIC. It is pertinent to mention that the LIC has followed the procedures meticulously in selection of DSE’s. It has advertised, all the procedures like Reservations of Quota and Medical tests were conducted before a candidate was selected into the DSE’s scheme.
          The LIC imported skill training course which helped us to get IRDAI License and then only inducted into the scheme. Ever since joining in the scheme no one from the position of Branch Manager to the highest level gave us an impression that we are not part of the LIC. It is pertinent to mention that most o[censored]s when married represented us an employee of LIC, before the family members and the relatives of the bride {wife} side.
          It is true we were in blind faith. But it is the senior officials who were the route cause for our faith. The promises and the assurances have given by the senior officials made us to have this blind faith on LIC. We never expected that DSE’s be thrown into uncertainty. Who proved beyond doubt by surpassing all the targets set by LIC? We never, even dreamt or imagined that the LIC will put us in an abysmally low position by demanding resignations from us and join in Chief Organizers Scheme. Intentionally or unintentionally we are pushed to a position that we cannot any more feel that we are belonging to an organization which built its credentials among the people of the country more than any other organization of public sector undertaking. We beg humbly to say that for our organization to absorb all the DSE’s will not be a big task. Leave alone a difficult task.

          Almost all o[censored]s have crossed the reasonable time limit to get an employment in a sector like LIC or any other. We would like confess honestly that we got used to the work given as a DSE. Also, we enjoying in discharging our duties as DSE’s. In our view the Experiment of DSE’s scheme by LIC is a great success. It is needless to mention that the devotion and the dedication of the DSE’s are unfathomable. The newly introduced Chief Organizer Scheme has put the DSE’s into a situation of a chaos. The effect is not only on the DSE’s alone, the whole family members are being affected. The future of their children has been thrown into an uncertainty. In fact the life to have in a dignity way has been effected.
          But we have not loosed faith in the top officials. We never imagined their talk before us is only a braggadocio at any point of time in our life. Our Endeavour is to bring to your kind notice that, a proven group like DSE’s should not be demoralized by way of converting us into Chief Organizers. We can assure the organization that we will create wonders if our absorption in the organization is safeguarded. A sincere effort from your side will save all the DSE’s from humiliation and save the future of our families too.
          We hence therefore sincerely request you to take up the issue of absorption of the DSE’s into LIC and save our right to life in dignified manner.

            When i was posted at Jammu I took a lic policy bearing no[protected] &[protected] two policy after posted from there I could not pay the premiums on time and when I asked for the refund of my money i was told to go to Jammu and complete the formalities there. The policy has already lapsed and i am is not in position to pay the balance and revive the policy thus the money may please be refunded in gurgaon itself i am willing to all the formalities in gurgaon itself

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              My Home Loan was approved by LIC Housing 24th April'12 in 10.70 pa and EMI around 14166 for 20 years. However first EMI was debited on 5th May'12 for 14218 rs. But it should be 14166 rs as per in between agreement. After that I never checked my current home loan rate, as I was trusted them. I thought there was everything fine. I asked them in September or October’15 for my home loan interest rate. in starting they've not shared easily. After two week i got the answer it was 11.70 pa. i shocked every bank are asking around 9.5 pm and they're charging huge. I request them for reduce it otherwise I'll move in another bank. In starting they’ve not taken seriously. When i asked for movement in different bank they said interest rate will reduce. Till time i was not aware my agreement document. When i saw and asked few question to them. They've not ready to answer or not picked up my phone and no replayed on mails. After that i asked my bank to stop the EMI. After that I got the call and asked them pls give me queries answer after that I'll start it. Now days they're putting mentally pressures and I very fed-up their replied and answered. Pls help and suggest me what should i do.

              Queries:

              1. If agreement was signed 10.70 pa and why they're charging more. In 24th April'12 agreement was signed and 1st EMI was debited in 5th May'12 within 10 days interest rate was increased 10.70 to 11.70.

              2. If it was floating then why it was not revised from last 3 years.

              3 I need return my money or it should be adjust my home loan amount with interest rate what i paid.

                  Hi,
                  One Agent from LIC called me and Gave me information about the Jeevan Anand Policy of LIC. ANd he said if you will pay 1500 per month for next 16 Years you will get 6.5 lacs as sum assured and approx 2 lac of benefits and 2.5 lac of insurance till the death. And he took a cheque of Rs15000 from me in favor of LIC of India. But later on when i consulted one more agent i came to know that he committed wrong with me and for that i wanted to stop my cheque payment and i went to bank to stop the cheque payment. Which due to some technical issues couldn't stop. And that cheque has been bounced. What shall i do now? Please help. how can i get my cheque back and can buy a genuine policy

                      I Prasanta Tarafdar, Policy no.[protected], SBI Kalyani Branch, Pin Code-741235, am unable to receive the designated policy claim.
                      My policy was signed with the above mentioned LIC Branch, the policy gradually got maturity on 28thDecember, 2015.
                      On year 2012 a loan was withdrawn by me by legally submitting my policy bond, which was later repaid within year 2014 by me. But unfortunately after my loan repay my policy bond was found missing. When the LIC Branch is contacted relating this issue, they declared me that the policy bond is taken or withdrawn by somebody else, the also couldn’t give me the proper identification of the person.
                      After my policy maturity a DV was sent to me by that respective branch on my address, and systematically it was submitted along with a blank check to LIC Office through me. Later, I was informed that it was not allowed or possible to retrieve a maturity claim without the designated policy bond.
                      I further contacted and conversed with Mr. Prabir Chakrobarty and the branch manager on which I was notified that I must either submit my policy bond or the notary certificate along with fir letter and other necessary documents in order to claim my policy maturity, and solve this issue. The papers were submitted by me on 8thFebruary, 2016 along with above mentioned articles possible in a hope to solve this issue and claim my maturity, but all in vain.
                      Rather I was suggested to create a NEFT, but I verified from that particular office that my NEFT was already created, I submitted it to Mr. Prabir Chakrobarty, and thus he assured me to gain my maturity claim with 2-3 days.
                      Currently after this incident, when I try to contact the branch manager or Mr. Prabir Chakrobarty, I am rejected rather ignored, further tries of conversing turn really very defying, but surprisingly they suggest they suggest me to make a new policy in order to get my old maturity claim.
                      I was again sent me again a letter on 11thFebruary, 2016 which again repeats to make a NEFT.
                      This has become really harassing and I have a government job and due to job compatibility I have to live out of the station which makes it impossible to converse with the branch regularly.
                      I would be highly obliged if you look into this matter and try to solve it judiciously or else I would be forced to forward this matter to the media. Please help me to retrieve my policy maturity claim as soon as possible.
