Reduction of rate of intrastate from 12% to 10.2% I have submitted my request to LICHFL at Kukatpalli branch on dtd 03.12.2015 and my application no: 17314507, paid amount Rs.1145/- dtd: 21.11.2015, I have checked my loan account till date no changes made reduction of rate of Interest from 12% to 10.2%.

Request take up this issue as early possible,

      It is stated that i am a policy holder in lic of india, branch unit - 11l,

      Plot no. 16, sector-1, d. S. I. D. C, near i. T. I, bhorgarh, narela, delhi -

      110040. The detail of my policies is as under-

      And i am very sorry to state that there is no proper deduction of

      Mode means my policies are blocked without any reason from my

      Side. This is not happened first time but this is a regular practice.

      Till today nine times my policies have been blocked and more than

      Rs. 2000 i have paid to the lic of india as a late fee to restart my

      Policies. I inquired about this matter to the employee of lic, who

      Are working at branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040. They told me

      That this is due to the malfunctioning of the sbi bank and i should

      Open an account in another bank. Then i went to my sbi account

      Branch - pooth khurd, delhi -110039 and was told that there was

      No fault of sbi bank in this matter.

      Moreover i have submitted many applications at lic branch - 11l,

      Narela, delhi-110040, to change the mode of payment of my all

      Policies from monthly to half yearly, regularly in the time

      Suggested by the employee of lic, who are working at branch - 11l,

      Narela, delhi-110040; but all in vain, there is no positive response.

      Sir/madam i am a government servant and i have not much time to

      Visit lic branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040, again and again

      Meaninglessly nor i have much money to pay as late fee without

      My fault so i request you to solve my matter means the mode of

      Payment of my all policies should be from monthly to half yearly,

      And there should be regular deduction of instalments from my sbi

      Account in time through ecs mode and if there is any problem

      Through ecs mode than i request you to change this mode to cash;

      I shall pay instalments by cash or by net banking.

          My complaint is regarding my LIC policy, I'm not getting back money of my policy. I have submitted bond papers of my policy to get money in September 2015 at my LIC branch office Sahaswan Dist. Budaun (UP). But from September 2015 to till now January 2016, I didn't get back money. I have visited many times to lic office Sahaswan but they didn't give proper reply. I have talked with branch manager of LIC Sahaswan but they didn't give proper solution. In LIC office I get different different replies as thay told after 2 months that paper has been lost we are searching them nad next time they told your paper has been forwarded to branch office barailly your money have to come. When I call baraily LIC than they told We didn't received any papers regarding your policy number than I call to LIC Sahaswan office manager thay told we have forwarded your paper to zone Kanpur. When I ask about my money they told we have done our work to forward your paper to zone, you will get money from Kanpur, we have no any information regarding this. When I called Kanpur thaen no one is picking phone[protected] &[protected]

          Now How I'll get my money ??

              I have taken a home loan from LICHFL in 2013 for Amount of 41 lakh under loan account number LNNO:[protected] . For That processing fees was Rs 41000. There was a scheme at that time where customer has to pay part processing fees (Rs 10000) and Rest will be waived off as part of promotional offer. That looked attractive and become main reason to go with LICHFL as other banks also offering the same rate of interest but processing fees waiver was not there with other banks.
              Part payment of Loan Got disbursed approx. Rs 36 lakh in July 2013. Again Builder has given Demand of 2 Lakh in May 2015. In 2015 LIC informed me your Account gone in Payment window block Even if regular EMI was being deducted from my account. The reason given that Part processing Fees cheque (Rs 10000) was dishonor by your bank in the lieu of technical reason (Sign Mismatch). I was really Baffled and checked with my Bank but there is no such incident happen and Cheque itself not gone to bank.

              Matter run for 2 month and LIC vashi branch informed matter solved please pay in cash for part processing fees with Penalty( Rs 10000 + Rs 350), which I paid and Demand of 2 Lakh got cleared in Aug and disbursed to builder .

              New twist has come in the Matter again broken period interest for 2 lakh was almost Rs 1337 and has to be paid, I got the meassage from LICHFL in September. When I went to pay that amount again same story I heard from LIC vashi branch, your account payment window is Blocked as you have to pay Full processing fees (Remaining Rs 31000) . Then I protested this is unfair, then they promised me they have put your case to corporate competent authority.

              This is going since three month and now broken period interest reached from Rs 1337 to Rs 4000 still matter is unresolved. I am getting call very week from desk please pay your broken period interest, once I am going to pay Its not accepting as Payment window is blocked this happen 5 times with me . Every time call is coming I am informing all the story and they are telling matter is solved please come and pay. So there is complete misinformation and collaboration missing in interdepartmental in LICHFL.

              In December I have written mail to Vashi Branch manager and then I got reply that your case has been rejected by competent authority without giving me any rational.

                My policy number for group pension is 011H[protected]. Since one year I am not getting annuity. If I want to register complaint in LIC of India also it is not accepting. LIC concerned department is not giving any notice or information regarding stoppage of annuity payment. Pl concerned pl do the needful.

                        Sir, I am LIC policy holder( Policy No.[protected] . My policy will be mature on 19/ 01/ 2016. LIC OF INDIA Khajuraho, Distt. Chhatarpur(MP) have been send the option exercise documents to me through speedpost. These documents are not readable, due to low quality of ink used by the LIC Office Khajuraho, so i am unable to complete these documents. This should be serious matter, that the documents are releasing by LIC Khajuraho to our consumer are not readble. So, please take action against him .                                   This is regarding the loan Ac #[protected] on which there was a demand of Rs 370000(approx) raised by the builder(Ferrous Infrastruture Pvt Ltd.) in the month of September '2011 for my flat in Sec-89, Faridabad. The demand letter was sent to me and the carbon copy of the same was sent to LICHFL as well. I contacted my agent Mr. Jaiswal who asked me to contact Chandan(LICHFL employee at Kaushambi office) to get the payment released. On this Chandan asked me to send an authorization email and also a signed copy of a few documents, which I eventually did in the first week of October. Since then I kept chasing Chandan & Jaiswal however did not find any solution. In the month of December I had to go out country for a project before which I visited LICHFL Kaushambi office and had a word with Mr. Pandey and was assured that the payment will be released in a weeks time. I came back after a week and checked with Chandan again on which I was told that all the formalities are done and within 3 days the payment will be made. After this I had to go to Bangalore for some official work however as I was assured by the branch manager that the payment would be made I thought it will be taken care of this time for sure. However to my surprise when I came back in the month of April I was told by my builder that the payment is still pending and they are charging me 24% interest as penalty on the outstanding payment. On this when I checked with Chandan and Jaiswal they had no idea and they wanted me to visit the office and meet Mr. Pandey again. When I visited the LICHFL office Mr. Pandey was not present and I was asked to visit the office again. When I tried calling back I was told that there is someone at LICHFL who does the patch work(I don't know what that is) has left the job and there is no replacement for him because of which the payment is not getting released. Post this I sent an email to RO north and even visited his office at Sansad Marg, where I was told that it will be taken care of on priority. However after that I am chasing and writing emails to them every now and then however not getting any reply. I am currently posted in Mumbai since 2013 and visit LICHFL's office whenever I visit Delhi, however every time I am given some or the other excuse. This according to me is not only highly unprofessional service but also the harassment to the customer. I even wrote several emails to RM north and have not received any response on the same. I am totally fed up with LICHFL at this point and would like to take this case to the consumer court now as they are not making the payment and the builder is charging me an interest of 24% on outstanding payment. However before I initiate any legal proceedings, I thought of taking this route once if things can be settled outside.

                                    SIR, My husband died in road accident AND My Complaint Is Against LIC, policy no.[protected], since 2 years non payment of claim amount they ignore our case by saying that it was not accident but all the hospital reports have shown and written that it was due to accident .                                       I take health insurance in 18 March 2013 for all family members (mother Father and 2 children ) premium amount Rs 17887 per year for 50 years Plan. my policy number is[protected] But in certain time when the insurance is needed for me then LiC insurance company surender there is no claim money for you. so help me in that time.

                                        Hi, I want to download online statement of my LICHFL Home loan. But I forgot my password. When I am trying to click on forgot Password, I am giving my loan number and Date of Birth. After that I get message saying "Your Login Credentials are emailed to you." But I have not yet received any password reset link. I am trying this since last 3 days. Still I have not received any password or any link to reset password. I have tried to call customer care - they said like they will be sending email but I have not received any email. Very poor customer service. Pathetic.
                                        I also faced similiar challenges while viewing provisional Certificate of my Home loan
