It was successfully enrolled and got confirmation mail my email id. But when I clicked on "Enroll For Employer" link on http://www.licindia.in/ portal following message getting display - "No policy found for enrollment".

        Please help me on the same.

        Please try this link for enrolment of LIC policies. It worked for me.
        I needed to enroll my policy for my employer Cognizant but was not able to through the main LIC page.

        I enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" for Cognizantand got the confirmation mail saying that it is sucessfully enrolled. But when I try to do an enroll for employer, am getting an error saying, No policy found for enrollment.

        Please help me on the same.

        Print the form, sign it and upload the scanned image of the form

        I have registered my policy in "https://ebiz.licindia.in" portal, it was successfully registered and i am able to login into the portal. But when i try to enroll my policy for employer (Cognizant) in "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" portal, it shows that i am not a registered user in customer portal.

        Attached successful login customer portal and error screenshot which i am getting error.
        In the customer portal, i didn't find any option of "Enroll for Employer". Is any one able to find such option ?
        It looks like all the new Users getting impacted with this issue.

        1) Created account using the Policy ID
        2) Proceed to Corporate Enrollment web page

        Hi I am a cognizant employee, facing the same issue in corporate portal. Even I have enrolled my policy, still i am not able to complete "Enroll For Employer" -. Can anyone please provide solution for this ?
        I have faced the same issue, I was trying to enroll for my employer Cognizant, I have raised a GSD ticket, and they provide me the solution to upload my scan copy of my premium receipt and they will take care of it. Hope this will help.

          I am customer of LIC . Policy no[protected] branch 98 E .Date of commencement and date of commencement of risk of policy 28/12/2007 sum assured basic plan 2 lac
          premium paying term 12 years.mode of pay -monthly (Rs 987).
          1)for policy term 12 yr...15 %of the under basic plan
          means after 8th year complition I should get Rs 30000 as sur.benefit.I got a letter from LIC Dated 04/09/2015 which showed I will get RS 25065 .Finally I got Rs 29008 in my bank account.I paid all monthly installments regularly so how can this happen?
          I didn't get any massage of dues from LIC.Where is my Rs 992.What do I do now?

                I have taken home loan 3 yrs back and now asking for outstanding principal amount since 2 weeks they are neither responding nor picking up phone of delhi ncr offices? Absolutely ridiculous services... Govt. Should privatize this immediately.

                First of all these info should be made available on their web site where user logs in all other financial companies provide on their websites.

                I will neither take services from them in future nor suggest anyone to suffer by taking services from this lethargic organization.

                  I am trying to login to LICHFL site with my credentials (customer), but could not login. I raised complaint, but no one looked @ it and no response from anyone. Very very bad service from LICHFL. Even if we call them, no one will give proper answer or will not guide. just they always ask to call another no. Please don't go with this for loans.

                        Hi,

                        I have paid my LIC premium through IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway on 21/12/2015 for the amount of 6409.

                        Policy number[protected]

                        But the same is not reflected in LIC portal till now (25/01/2016). When contacted LIC office(Shimoga) regarding the issue, initially they said they will check the issue but no response even after sending multiple emails.

                        But when made the payment got email from awl-in.[protected]@atos.net with the below details.

                        Please note that the following SALE has been processed by IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway :

                        Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporation
                        Merchant Ref Number: 11270313

                        Payment Amount: Rs. 6408.53
                        Payment Date: Mon Dec 21 14:54:01 IST 2015

                        Transaction Identification Number:[protected]

                        And my credit card company is telling the above merchant has claimed the amount and I have got the credit card bill for the same.

                        Please somebody help me to sort it out as I need to submit proof for my IT declarations.

                                  Reduction of rate of intrastate from 12% to 10.2% I have submitted my request to LICHFL at Kukatpalli branch on dtd 03.12.2015 and my application no: 17314507, paid amount Rs.1145/- dtd: 21.11.2015, I have checked my loan account till date no changes made reduction of rate of Interest from 12% to 10.2%.

                                      It is stated that i am a policy holder in lic of india, branch unit - 11l,

                                      Plot no. 16, sector-1, d. S. I. D. C, near i. T. I, bhorgarh, narela, delhi -

                                      110040. The detail of my policies is as under-

                                      And i am very sorry to state that there is no proper deduction of

                                      My policies from my account of sbi - [protected], through ecs

                                      Mode means my policies are blocked without any reason from my

                                      Side. This is not happened first time but this is a regular practice.

                                      Till today nine times my policies have been blocked and more than

                                      Rs. 2000 i have paid to the lic of india as a late fee to restart my

                                      Policies. I inquired about this matter to the employee of lic, who

                                      Are working at branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040. They told me

                                      That this is due to the malfunctioning of the sbi bank and i should

                                      Open an account in another bank. Then i went to my sbi account

                                      Branch - pooth khurd, delhi -110039 and was told that there was

                                      Moreover i have submitted many applications at lic branch - 11l,

                                      Narela, delhi-110040, to change the mode of payment of my all

                                      Policies from monthly to half yearly, regularly in the time

                                      Suggested by the employee of lic, who are working at branch - 11l,

                                      Narela, delhi-110040; but all in vain, there is no positive response.

                                      Sir/madam i am a government servant and i have not much time to

                                      Visit lic branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040, again and again

                                      Meaninglessly nor i have much money to pay as late fee without

                                      My fault so i request you to solve my matter means the mode of

                                      Payment of my all policies should be from monthly to half yearly,

                                      And there should be regular deduction of instalments from my sbi

                                      Account in time through ecs mode and if there is any problem

                                      Through ecs mode than i request you to change this mode to cash;

                                      I shall pay instalments by cash or by net banking.

                                      It is stated that i am a policy holder in lic of india, branch unit - 11l, plot no. 16, sector-1, d. S. I. D. C, near i. T. I, bhorgarh, narela, delhi - 110040. The detail of my policies is as under-

                                      And i am very sorry to state that there is no proper deduction of my policies from my account of sbi - [protected], through ecs mode means my policies are blocked without any reason from my side. This is not happened first time but this is a regular practice. Till today nine times my policies have been blocked and more than rs. 2000 i have paid to the lic of india as a late fee to restart my policies. I inquired about this matter to the employee of lic, who are working at branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040. They told me that this is due to the malfunctioning of the sbi bank and i should open an account in another bank. Then i went to my sbi account branch - pooth khurd, delhi -110039 and was told that there was no fault of sbi bank in this matter.
