. I tried to pay my premium amount through the portal(https://customer.onlinelic.in). It's always redirecting me to the session expiry page after entering my card details..

I tried from my online account after logging in, also I tried direct pay option. Both having same issue. Not understood the logic how come direct pay page can also expire.
I also tried to raise a complaint on this process. Their complaint system is not at all user friendly. Their text fields validation is very bad, once we click on any text field they are not allowing us to redirect to another text field untill the current field entered with some value that passes the validation check.
I had to invest good amount of time for retries and this all effort is to get dis pointed finally.
