Dear Sir, Its regarding LIC AAO recruitment for which online application was available in the following link. http://ibps.sifyitest.com/licaaodec15/ Last date for the application is 5th jan 2016 but website was not available for the last 3 days due to server issue. This is with regards of the disbursement of loan amount from LICHFL to which I was harassed since long. I had a complaint for below designated office and Assistant Manager:

I am also enclosing the mails(Please find the enclosed mails in the attachment.) I have sent them in past but no reply have been received from them either on mail or phone calls. I am really frustrated by the behaviour of the staff and now would like to escalate the issue further if not got acknowledged. They have phones but they never pick them up to answer. These people are just sitting in AC cabins and are managed by an customer funded NGO named LICHFL so they can feed there families for no good cause.
I have following issues with them:
1.) I have following loans with them:

Which they sanctioned for Registration & Stamp duty payment without having knowledge that Registration & Stamp duty are not subject to be paid within housing loan, so later they converted it to renovation.
I was convinced by there staff and some greedy agents like Mr. Yogesh Gupta that you will get the amount disbursed for Registration & Stamp duty so I am completely dependant on them. At last moment AM refused saying that its agent fault who disguised you with wrong information. I was in real SHOCK at that moment, because the last date of paying such charges is approaching. I have no choice accept going for an another personal loan and have warned them not to do such false commitments again with anyone.


2.) Now, I want my sanctioned amount to be disbursed. So they want the registry papers for that. I have intimated them that the registry has been done and its been 1 month now, you can collect the papers and disburse the amount, so I can payback the loans I have taken for Registration & Stamp duty. Every time I call them they are busy or in a Meeting. Not even they reply back to any of my emails.

3.) I have no agent underlying in between whom I can approach now. I had a bad experience with Mr. Yogesh Gupta so I dropped him. Without agent and proper coordination from LICHFL staff I am completely helpless. As I am not in town to meet them in-personal every time for any request.

I am really tensed now and would like this to be investigated ASAP else I have no choice going for further escalation. I request you to help me on this and provide me with resolution at your earliest.

Lic account no.[protected] in name of ashish jindal ihave take a loan of rs 10 lakh. Rs 9 lakh has been received on 23 .12.15. The bathinda bm said another amount of rs 1 lakh has been received after the lien of the house from the commitee. Everyday I call lichfl offc regarding give me paper for acknowledge . But they said always sir kal pata karna. I m in hovt department . It is not possible for me to daily call the office. Pls resolve it. Today is 6 jan near about 15 days has been passed. But very fail response from bathinda offc. Ashish jindal [protected]. The branch manager always. talk in rude manner

I had a ulip policy bearing number[protected] and I had paid only one instalment. Now when I went to surrender the policy last year the corporation told me that I can do it only next year. This year when I went to surrender the Branch told me that it will be done . I enquired with concerned persons they told me that they are working on it and the payout will come by tomorrow. But till today they cant credit my account.

I had applied for LIC's wealth policy in feb 2010 on my son's name. Due to bank's error, the cheque was bounced. Lic vide their letter dated 10th mar 2010 (attached) asked for fresh remittance. A fresh pay order was provided & LIC acknowledged the receipt (attached). I was after my agent for progress, who provided me with a unit statement in Jun 2010. I did not received any other correspondence from LIC. I was unaware that a policy is mandatory as other units of mutual funds do not provide any certificate. After my retirement in 2015, I started consolidating my investments. I asked LIC for the status of said policy[protected] & I was told it is cancelled. When I produced remittance receipt, I was told due to officer's negligence fresh policy was not issued. I insisted for reinstating policy, which was not accepted. I was told that a refund of remittance with interest is possible. As such I applied for refund with interest on 30th Nov 2015 (attached). I was surprised to note that only the deposit is refunded vide letter dated 29th Dec 2015 (attached). Would appreciate "pehredar" initiating steps to refund the lost interest. Sir, I do not belive that LIC will honestly pay the death claim amount after death of policy holder. this is to inform you that LIC in unnecessary harres to me in making the claim amount on time. I am saransh thumar. my policy number is[protected]. I paid annual primium of 6050 for 3 years as per your three year blocking period. After three year I request to close this policy and LIC credited only Rs.10779 agains my total Rs.18150 Primium. It's a FRAUD and I Want my all money back.

Kindly provide me the LIC premium paid statement for the year[protected]. My Policies details are as follows: [protected] [protected] [protected]. I need it urgently for IT purpose. kindly do the needful.

Today since morning i am not able to pay premium of lic as the site is not at all working it is blocked stating it is due to someone is checking my details like pw and other details how can a person pay premium on time if the site is not working either he has to rush to lic office every now and then to pay the premium on time kindly try to sort out the matter asap

I am existing customer of kharadi branch pune, Maharashtra, India Loan Account no.[protected] I have given a check of 1165 rs to this branch for Rate of interest re-write as it is changed, but it is passed 15 days my ROI is not changed plus my cheque is also credited to the company account. No one is supporting nor the branch Manager . Will go to consumer support

We have shifted our loan a/c no[protected] in the name of Shailendra kumar singh to Punjab & sind Bank Gadarian Purwa Kanpur. B M inform me that he will handed over my title deed with in 15 days to bank but till date bank not recieved title deed & inform for charging penalty.

I have applied for the 'List of documents' on 4th December and I am yet to receive the same. I have been trying to get in touch with them to check the status as their office is very far from the location of my residence and office. If I directly go there and then they tell me the documents are not ready, then it will be pain to go there again. The numbers are: [protected] [protected] These numbers are sometimes busy, that means both the numbers are working. But, when I am calling, no one attends. I called their numbers more than 100 times in last 3-4 days. The email-id given '[protected]@dataone.com' is invalid, all the emails sent to this email-id bounced. Even '[protected]@lichfl.com' doesn't work.
