    All the customer care numbers in bangalore are never attended. numbers in mumbai are kept down saying - wrong number. Do you really have a customer care ? how do you want customers to contact you for any information ?

        . I tried to pay my premium amount through the portal(https://customer.onlinelic.in). It's always redirecting me to the session expiry page after entering my card details.. "Your Session has expired, this happens due to the following reasons : 1. Session expires automatically, if the internet browser is idle for a long time. 2. You have clicked on Back, Forward and Refresh tabs of the Browsers . Please use the navigation links and tabs provided in the pages for such purposes. Registered Users : Login to LIC Enterprise Portal Return to Online Premium Payment without Registration Page" I tried from my online account after logging in, also I tried direct pay option. Both having same issue. Not understood the logic how come direct pay page can also expire. I also tried to raise a complaint on this process. Their complaint system is not at all user friendly. Their text fields validation is very bad, once we click on any text field they are not allowing us to redirect to another text field untill the current field entered with some value that passes the validation check. I had to invest good amount of time for retries and this all effort is to get dis pointed finally.

        I am facing the exact same problem. Every time i log in, it says session expired. Very frustrating. I am of the opinion, LIC is glove-in-hands with its agents, forcing subscribers to pay through them rather than easy means like online. Hence they have deliberately put this obstacle

          Dear sir i have already paid my lic premium of policy no[protected] on 21/12/15. but the premium receipt is not showing also premium receipt acknowledgment is not coming though the amount(20397.00) has been deducted from my idbi bank a/c. Also i have paid another lic premium on the same day and got the receipt in my personal mail. Please send the receipt of my premium of the above said policy.               Dear sir, My loan A/c.no.[protected] Loan amount. Rs. 64 Lac I am paying EMI for last 6 years Now RBI Reduce the housing loan interest but still i am paying 12 percentage, i am request to coimbatore LICHFL office reduce my loan interest but there refuced to my request. Please help to reduce my loan interest. I am struggling lot of this issue.

                Ideally every home loan bank takes 15-20 days to return the home loan documents. But LICHFL (Kalyan Branch) has surpassed the expectations, Its been almost 2months (60 Days) i had requested for and there is no response.I also think they might have lost my file :( I raise a request to LICHFL to sort this issue asap. Also i will never recommend LICHFL to any of my friends. Bad response!!! Loan No.[protected] Call me if needed @ [protected]

                              As per the above mail and discussed with Payal#[protected] and Priya#[protected], I had received my policy pond on 09-Dec-2015 but the mention information is wrong as per given the information when i was take a policy at the time of initially.

                              But LIC agent was given me the wrong plan details so i want to cancel my policy

                              The information was given by Payal Saxena and Priya from LIC Dept.

                              Total Policy Amount per Years - 33000
                              After 10% discount for each year - 30000
                              Me And My Wife - Medical Cashless Card
                              Accidental Risk Cover - 5-6 Lac

                              Please provide me the actual policy bond as per the mention mail otherwise return my amount #15000rup.

                              Please check and confirm me and reply ASAP.

                              Let me know if any information and document are required.

                              Please help me.

                                      Hi, On dated[protected] I have checked my CIBIL reportand found my name as a GUARANTOR for LIC HSG loan account no:[protected].I found my name (Satyaban Pradhan, PAN:APQPP4701A) as a GUARANTOR for LIC HSG loan account no:[protected] on dated[protected].This data is not belong to me and I have never sign as a guarantor for any loan account. For your information in 2003 I was a student and it’s not possible to be a guarantor for any loan account. Below are the details about the CIBIL report Please re-verify and send the correct information to CIBIL.

                                      I have already raised a dispute and its in the process.Today I have checked with LIC Housing finance, Pune office and found that the guarantor for LIC HSG loan account no:[protected] on dated[protected] is P.Satyanarayana and this account is belongs to Secunderabad branch.My Name is Satyaban Pradhan not P.Satyanarayana. Could you please communicate the same to LIC housing finance and remove these data which are not related to me. Due to these data i am unnecessarily facing issue while applying for any loan.
