We have claimed an amount of approx. 17, 000 of the insurance in the name of B.K.Vasudev and the nominee is his daughter Sagarika jain. After his death our agent informed that we can claim the amount. We had submitted the documents twice through courier as we stay out of Karnataka but they said that they will check and get back to us. But they didn't even help us 1%.
