        When LIC changes its rules and regulations they need to keep a separate clause for international who are insured, so that they wouldn't I convince them. I have 2 policies that will give bonuses( jeevan jyothi) during the course of the time before maturity. now LIC is coming up with this new rule saying that this bonuses can only be directly deposited in to the insureds acct. they did not have this rule when signing up for the policy. we do not have any banking relationship in India?What do out of country customers do when LIC comes up with such changes? I already have my bonus funds sitting with LIC since January of 2015, since I do not have an acct to direct dep? Why can't LIC accommodate foreign clients by wiring the funds to their foreign accounts or sending them a check in international currency? If this is the case, Howard we going to get our funds when it matures? Some international clients are unable to open acct in other countries due to job requirement. How is LIC going to accommodate these clients? The minute we land in India LIC agents starts coming to our home to hook us up with a 6-7 figure policies and promises are made at that time that they will accommodate us anyway we want.. And the only way they do it is by making sure they collect their payment on time. I need to know how LIC is going to accommodate me with my bonuses and final payments without me having a bank account in India?

          I have closed my lichfl loan ac.no[protected] on date[protected], and applied for to returned my original documents and my post dated cheques .But till date Lichfl varanasi has not returned my documents and no objection certificate.and they deliberately deducted Rs 24314.00 on 30-11-15.I have contact the area manager in this regard and requested him to returned my all documents and money at the earliest but after 24hrsgone no action has been taken by comany.

            Dear Sir: This is with reference to my loan no[protected] regarding the Xerox copy of registration deed. As per the agreement with you, you supposed to provide me the Xerox copy of my registration deed after registration done. My registration date was 28.09.2015 and I have submitted the IGR copy in your office in same day. Till date I have not received the Xerox copy of Registration deed. Without this Registration Deed, I am not able to apply for Electricity connection and mutation. If the same continue, then situation will force me to stop the EMI.                 I have surrender my Pension plus plan ULIP No.[protected] after completion of five years on 28.09.2015 at your Katpadi branch, Vellore-6, Tamil Nadu. I have received a message from your branch office that your request will be processed nadh result will be communicated. Regarding this issue, repeated my phone calls, for the 2 months, they are saying that the server problem and if the problem over the amount will be given. I am retired man leading my life lonely with my pension only. I am chronic diabatic patient. I am badly need of money. So I have surrendered my policy to get money to meet out my day today expenses. But your people simply saying the one reply that Server Problem. I dont want your server problem. But I want my money to lead my life. Please save my life by giving of my money without further delay.                       I had taken home loan from LICHFL at @10.40 interest . after six month they increased to 11.10 my loan was on flexible interest as per market or RBI norms. Since sep 2012 they retain the interest rate though in the open market other home loan provider had reduce their interest rate. I approached to local office staff told me to deposits 0.6%% of outstanding loan to reduce interest rate whose receipt was not given to me after deposting money at Kolkata office. Again RBI reduce their repo rate further other reduce their interest rate but me loan interest never reduce as its own. Then my question is that every time am I require to contact lic office and deposite money to reduce my EMI interest. Please help. My loan account no.[protected].

                        Have paid on line payment toward policy No. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 1013/- through corporation Bank Amboli, Andheri (E) branch on 25th Nov' 2015 and not received the premium receipt. LIC login net work shows the same as pending. Please look in to this and issue the premium receipt urgently.

                          Since 10.10.2015 I am taking follow-up for refund of my credit balance with Axis Bank through telephone. I am not having account with Axis Bank therefore as per axis bank's officer Sri Alok Singh's instructions I had sent mail and attached scan copies of front page of my bank account, cancelled cheque and also copy of page wherein entry of last credit card bill of Rs.6000/-paid by me, for neft purpose on 2.11.2015. On 5.11.15 Ms Akshaya from axis bank informed me that bank received all abovementioned copies and my request will process on 7.11.2015. Again I have contacted on 14.11.2015 that time I had been informed that my transaction was rejected by my Thane Janata Sahkari Bank due to account closed whereas my account is in working condition my salary and other payments are done through this account only. In between I had received mail from Ms Reena Singh that my request is processed. Again I contacted on 19.11.2015 that time Ms Ramya had taken my request for D.D. my request no.18621133. Also I sent mail to provide me UTR no. of rejected neft transation so that I can lodged complaint whoever is responsible. Till date I have not received any reply. Again today I had calledup to know the position of my request this time Sri Zoheb on the line and he informed me that accounts department of axis bank is rejected my D.D. request due to wrong account no. Eventhough they had scan copies of my bank details they required account no to be printed on page on which abovementioned entry of Rs.6000 is printed or bank statement or letter issued by TJSB bank for my account confirmation. I told that TJSB bank is co-op. bank so that they are not providing statement only providing passbook. Now I am fedup of this type of harrasement to take reund of my money. Kindly look into the matter and refund the credit amount as soon as possible.

                              Against FD acknowledgement no. [protected] dt 7/9/2015 for rs 4 Lacs . given by Bangalore Regional office, I have not recd the receipt since Link Intime had sent to a wrong address. After repeated reminders to them they are not helping in sending the receipt to my correct address. Kindly help in getting my FD receipt to correct address.

                                    Dear Sir, This is to inform you that today, my mother Bhavneet Kaur Sethi went to Mohali Phase-2 branch of LIC to deposit the premium and I'm sorry to say that she had to face the worst behaviour possible in the branch. There was a long queue and actually, no queue for ladies. The systems were not working and the person sitting on reception asked my mother to request the lady in the accounts department to get the work done. The lady from the accounts section was actually sitting there and just chit-chatting with coulleagues. The name of the lady is Mrs. Parminder Kaur. On requesting her, she started shouting and growling badly. Is it so because she is a government employee and was sitting in an office? Please tell me whether you are allowed to shout on any of the customers being an employee of any company? Being a government officer, she is in no position to shout on any of the customers. My mother got scared and came out of the branch and told me the whole story after coming back home. Thankfully, I was not there with my mother in your office otherwise I would have created a scene there itself. So what if she is a government employee, even she has a family, what if I start shouting on her. How would anyone feel? I would request you to kindly look into the matter otherwise I won't hesitate to take this issue to the senior level.                                       LIC Housing Finance intentionally approves the home loans to the eligible borrowers on the fixed rate of Interest for 2 years without even giving / explaining the option of Floating / Fixed rate of Interest.
                                      Borrower assumes that LICHFL is doing a great service as the Interest rate is quite reasonable and he blindly chooses the LICHFL for buying his dream house. Initially at the time of property valuation in collision with Engineers they under value the property and sanction the loan and state that top up loan can be availed after couple of months.
                                      It is obvious when the property is undervalued you will not get the required amount and when we approached them for the top up loan for interiors / repairs they state that though you are eligible for higher loan but they we will be able to provide you only a small amount and when we ask why the property was undervalued and sanctioned loan was less then they advise you to move to some other financial institution and if you want to move to other bank then they are asking us to pay the 2% on outstanding balance because the loan sanctioned was on Fixed Rate of Interest. Based on this I would like to tell the facts about the lichfl
                                      From the beginning of application - Agents or brokers are attached to you who are hardly able to explain the details or conditions of loan
                                      No one makes visit to the property for inspection or valuation as happened in my case and the Agent takes the photographs of the property and submits them to lichfl and Property Valuer gives report based on his own assumption and we can manipulate anything because corruption is so much rampant in lichfl.
                                      LICHFL intentionally puts the borrower under fixed rate for 2 years instead of 6 months and without even explaining the option of floating rate and this is nothing but a cheating and against the fair practice code which is written on its website.
                                      lichfl does not bother to service the customer as no one is there is to explain or resolve the problem and frankly asks to move out by paying the 2% on outstanding loan balance as they have clearly achieved their business targets and have got the bonus.
                                      I do not know how to get the justice because lichfl does not come under the RBI but NHB which clearly says that financial institution (lichfl) and the borrower is responsible for the deeds. NHB and LICHFL higher officials are not bothered to do any justice to the borrowers. When RBI passes the guidelines to the banks it usually says that there is no pre-closure charges for floating rate and I donot know why RBI does not allow or waive off the pre-payment charges on home loans on fixed rate of interest so that it helps lakhs of borrowers who are at the mercy of financials institutions such lichfl which demands 2% as pre-closure on outstanding loan for transfer to other banks. Request to please do justice as the borrower is borrower either the home loan on fixed rate or floating rate why this discrimination. Thanks
                                      LICHFL Sanctions home loans to its borrowers on Fixed Rate of Interest forcibily without giving them the option of floating rate of interest which is gross violation of justice.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have taken the housing loan from LIC Housing Finance in the year 2012,
                                        I am paying regularly my EMI, Recently due to emergency at home i could not pay the EMI for 2 Months which was bounced alternative month.

                                        I received a call from the number [protected] telling name as Ravindra from LIC office Gachibowli Hyderabad and started threatening me with filthy language with out even intimating on the bounce of my emi's,

                                        I am worried how an Government employee calls and warn me to come my home and fight with me.

                                        Please take necessary action on this. I am going to complain to police as well.
