Policy no[protected] money back due on[protected] not received till today NEFT information also given.but enquiry with branch office shahapur, they are telling salary premium adjustments are delaying so by end of January u will receive amount.no proper response.kindly expedite.

Sir, I do not belive that LIC will honestly pay the death claim amount after death of policy holder. this is to inform you that LIC in unnecessary harres to me in making the claim amount on time. I am saransh thumar. my policy number is[protected]. I paid annual primium of 6050 for 3 years as per your three year blocking period. After three year I request to close this policy and LIC credited only Rs.10779 agains my total Rs.18150 Primium. It's a FRAUD and I Want my all money back.

Kindly provide me the LIC premium paid statement for the year[protected]. My Policies details are as follows: [protected] [protected] [protected]. I need it urgently for IT purpose. kindly do the needful.

Today since morning i am not able to pay premium of lic as the site is not at all working it is blocked stating it is due to someone is checking my details like pw and other details how can a person pay premium on time if the site is not working either he has to rush to lic office every now and then to pay the premium on time kindly try to sort out the matter asap

I am existing customer of kharadi branch pune, Maharashtra, India Loan Account no.[protected] I have given a check of 1165 rs to this branch for Rate of interest re-write as it is changed, but it is passed 15 days my ROI is not changed plus my cheque is also credited to the company account. No one is supporting nor the branch Manager . Will go to consumer support

We have shifted our loan a/c no[protected] in the name of Shailendra kumar singh to Punjab & sind Bank Gadarian Purwa Kanpur. B M inform me that he will handed over my title deed with in 15 days to bank but till date bank not recieved title deed & inform for charging penalty.

I have applied for the 'List of documents' on 4th December and I am yet to receive the same. I have been trying to get in touch with them to check the status as their office is very far from the location of my residence and office. If I directly go there and then they tell me the documents are not ready, then it will be pain to go there again. The numbers are: [protected] [protected] These numbers are sometimes busy, that means both the numbers are working. But, when I am calling, no one attends. I called their numbers more than 100 times in last 3-4 days. The email-id given '[protected]@dataone.com' is invalid, all the emails sent to this email-id bounced. Even '[protected]@lichfl.com' doesn't work.

We give installment on time but lic agent not pay to lic office .. we have lic bond of every installment.. but lic office saying we have only one installment of your policy. and lic agent not present in area

All the customer care numbers in bangalore are never attended. numbers in mumbai are kept down saying - wrong number. Do you really have a customer care ? how do you want customers to contact you for any information ?

. I tried to pay my premium amount through the portal(https://customer.onlinelic.in). It's always redirecting me to the session expiry page after entering my card details.. "Your Session has expired, this happens due to the following reasons : 1. Session expires automatically, if the internet browser is idle for a long time. 2. You have clicked on Back, Forward and Refresh tabs of the Browsers . Please use the navigation links and tabs provided in the pages for such purposes. Registered Users : Login to LIC Enterprise Portal Return to Online Premium Payment without Registration Page" I tried from my online account after logging in, also I tried direct pay option. Both having same issue. Not understood the logic how come direct pay page can also expire. I also tried to raise a complaint on this process. Their complaint system is not at all user friendly. Their text fields validation is very bad, once we click on any text field they are not allowing us to redirect to another text field untill the current field entered with some value that passes the validation check. I had to invest good amount of time for retries and this all effort is to get dis pointed finally.

Dear sir i have already paid my lic premium of policy no[protected] on 21/12/15. but the premium receipt is not showing also premium receipt acknowledgment is not coming though the amount(20397.00) has been deducted from my idbi bank a/c. Also i have paid another lic premium on the same day and got the receipt in my personal mail. Please send the receipt of my premium of the above said policy.
