Hi, My name is VISHNU Last Friday (29 may) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 6262 (Policy number[protected] using CANARA credit card online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected]. I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/05/2015 And 31/04/2014' Kindly do the needful VISHNU

    This is very very frustrating experience i had in dealing with LICHFL. I had sanctioned renovation loan from Baner branch in March end 2015. That got sanctioned within a week for 15 lakhs after submitting documents. After that i realized that i need more budget to complete my requirement. Then i meet Mr. Sachin Rajput in Swargate LICHFL branch via. my close friend. Mr. Sachin Rajput (Fraud/ Liar) committed me that he will get sanctioned 22 lakhs in single loan from swargate branch even if 15 lakhs got sanctioned from Baner branch. He said no issues in that, he done such sanctions before. I was doing this because Baner branch loan processing charges looked at higher side. For two loans (15L renovation and 7L mortgage) they conveyed around Rs. 36000/-. (20 + 16). My frustration starts there after... see below how it is. I submitted all required documents to Rajput on 4 Apr 2015 to get around 22 lakhs against renovation loan. He committed that he will get loan sanction before 30th April, with lowest interest rate which are supposed to come down from 10.10 to 9.90. I was OK with that. Interest rate were come down in around middle of April, but this guy unable to even lohin the file in till 30th of April 15. After doing dozens of call, he succeeded in login the file on 30th April. File number was [protected]. As par as i know once the file gets logged in LIC takes 1 week for sanction. In my case i can understand that they required to take NOC from Baner branch, and this should not take more than 2-3 days. From start of May 2015, Mr. Sachin Rajput (Liar) start false committing on my loan status. On every call which i made with him, he is to say...its getting sanctioned within 2 days. Every alternate day some other reason and commitment. I made few dozens of call in order to make followup on my loan status. After 15 may he started committing that 22 Lakhs got sanctioned and he will share sanction letter on whats app and will start disbursement immediately. He was lying on this as well. This story continues till May end. Due to my peek frustration, i called Swargate LICHFL and came to know that there is no sanction happened till now on my application, but other side Mr. Sachin was saying its already sanctioned. Then i spoke to branch manager and shared my story with him. As per him i made mistake in contacting Mr. Sachin Rajput for this. Then he said, he will do something on this. On 28 May 2015, again only 15 lakhs got sanctioned and not 20 to 22 Laks which was communicated to me by Sachin Liar. Now with this 15 lakhs sanction, my requirement will not getting fulfilled. So i am not going with this loan. LICHFL should take action against such lairs who works for LICHFL and cheat LIC as well as customers. I have posted this review, so that new customers will be aware before dealing with such persons/ branches. I am not expecting any resolution out of this, already frustrated too much. Santosh.

    The name of this fraud person is Mr. Sachin Rajput (Mobile Number : [protected]) in Swargate LICHFL. Be aware and not to go with this person for any LICHFL loan or any other bank for which he represent.

      Respected Sir, I Prabir Chakraborty, policy holder of your company, at Lic branch KANDI(42C).After getting the next form I have provided all the necessary documents and verified it by the branch D.O DÀLIM DAS.After seeing all the papers he assured that all the needed dcumnts are given and sum will be transferred to your account.But after that I was informed to submit certain documents again.So I did.After that he is again asking for some other document.As I stay 150km away from that branch it's not possible for me to go there at his will.So my request to you please help me and take necessary steps against those irresponsible Lic officers and save your customers from getting harrased in this way.As I have already submitted the policy bond, I can't give you the picture.So I'm giving you the details Policy no:[protected] Lic branch:-LIC of India KANDI branch Radha Bajar Post:- Kandi, Dist:- Murshidabad, WEST BENGAL, pin code:-0, Branch code :-42C, pH no :[protected].           Dear sir /Mam, Refer Policy No:[protected] Subject: Non Receipt of the payment of maturity of the policy. Kindly Refer to my earlier mails dated 20/05/15, 21/05/15, 22/05/15, 23/05/15, 24/05/15, and 25/05/15 It is regarding policy no.[protected], that matured on[protected]. The policy bond and other required papers were submitted in time with the concerned branch. However i have not received my payment so far. Please note that i am already NEFT registered. In this regard i am trying to call the executive concerned at branch 100 from last 10 days daily, where a lady picks up the phone and without listening to me says that the system is not working. Further i had sent the mails to [protected]@licindia.com on dates 20/05/15, 21/05/15, 22/05/15, 23/05/15, 24/05/15, and 25/05/15 but surprisingly i got no response from their side. I suppose Lic (in general)and Lic jammu (in particular)don't bother about the customers, their hard earned money and the most important being time. I am surprised that how can lic can have dual rules for itself and the customers. If i sometimes delay the payment of premium, i am being charged late fee. However in this case lic is not paying my own money. Kindly see into the matter and make the necessary arrangements for the payment alongwith the late fee/interest charges accured due to delay on your side.                   This is with regards to the housing loan applied in your esteemed organisation at palakkad branch Kerala. It is an application for take over loan at HDFC. I had applied for in the month of February and the process of documentation started at the march. I submitted all the documents required as requested by them. With lot of pain I would say the process was so slow that the loan sanctioned at 17th April after repeated calls to the branch and to the agent. I was charged Rs.1147 as the processing fee and the agent Mr. Hemanandan Prabhu asked Rs.2200 cash for advocate fee for the report. After producing all the documents and taking all the painrequest yogot a call from the branch after a month on my 18th asking again that I have to produce encumbrance certificate, which was a clear miss from the agent and the staffs at the palakkad branch. It almost will take two weeks time for to get the certificate after applying which will make delay to get the loan amount. I was forced to cancel the loan application for further processing. This clearly shows the ineffeciency of branch and the agent which has made delay in whole processing and have restricted me from applying loan from anywhere else. I would request you to take action on this and help me to get the amount spent by me on this else I will be forced to mail human rights commission and RBI on this.

                        This is Penumasta Ranga Raju has made a Insurance Policy in LIC od India bearing the policy number[protected]. As I have lost my Policy Bond while changing my rental house to own house. Regarding this I have made so many requests to LIC of India to issue me the Duplicate Bond for the same mentioned above. Recently I have made the payment for issue of Duplicate bond at Guntur CB-I branch on[protected], bearing the Transaction number 5693 and bill number 1715068.. for INR 75/-. But there is no proper response from the so called company, i.e. LIC of India. Hence I request you to take this as my complaint and do me the justice and favour.

I was given the cheque No 072730, dated 31.3.2015 for application no [protected] on 4.4.2015, and after presenting it to bank it was credited to my S/B A/C on 10.10.2015. I received a sms on 7.4.2015 stating that through ECS Rs.2767/- will be presented, but again i received a sms on 15.4.2015 that this has bounced, even though my S/B A/C HAD MORE THAN 10 LAKHS IN CREDIT. Later on i again received a sms on 25.4.2015, to pay Rs.2986/- i.e with interest, for no fault of mine i paid Rs.3000/- through cheque NO: 120073.personally in your office staff and told not do so in future. But still today the EMI AMOUNT OF Rs.13500/- is not deducted from my account, even though sms alert by your organization was received on 6.5.2015 stating it will be deducted on 10.5.2015.                                 Dear Sir, A home loan of Rs. 34, 40, 000/- was sanctioned by LICHFL in March 2013 vide account no.[protected]. As per the interest rate of 10.25% an EMI of Rs. 35007/- was fixed and is being deducted since then. All of a sudden LICHFL increased the interest rate to 11.75% and EMI Rs. 37887/- from April 2015 without any intimation to me. On enquiry over telephone here at C.R. Avenue Kolkata Branch ( ph no. 22136107/[protected], most of the time nobody is found available in the office and after a repeated try, not explaining the reasons properly. I am practically helpless and feeling as cheated. LICHFL has also not sent me the revised loan sanction order till date. At the time of processing of loan, representative of LICHFL was very cordial and visited so many times to my place. But now nobody is responding. How a govt body can function like this?                                     I submitted ECS mandate form on 07 jun 2012 to the LIC Branch 118, Delhi as per my mandate detail LIC ECS department record showing differ information there for from 2013 Yearly premium of my policy Dishonored by my bank on ground no search of account It was trace by me on 11/05/2015 1-Is this dishonored due to insufficient balance in account? 2-Is this my mistake? 3-is LIC e-mailed me or informed by any method? That my policy premiums are unpaid 4-Who is responsible for all this? 5-Then why I have to pay interest and late fee? (Note LIC REVL Quotation is valid till 09/06/15) It is my request look into the matter and arrange to reply as without any valid reason why my policies are laps I am ready to pay only policy premium please inform me in written and I request don’t compel to move for consumer court please forward this to the LIC concern department .                                       Dear Sir, I, Yuvraj Patil applied for home loan from Kolhapur Branch. Loan details are attached below. File no - [protected] I have processed my loan requirement trough one of your agent, Mr Rajvardhan Jagtap from Kolhapur Branch. Inline with published schemes, Zero processing fees are applicable in loan processed in month of Mar-2015.As per agent directions and commitments loan approval documents are submitted by 21.Mar.2015 to get benefit of Zero processing fees. After couple of weeks, he demanded the advocate fees and other legal fees; which he had not communicated earlier. Still I paid that amount. Now, he delayed the overall process and demanding processing fees. Why customer should pay the processing fees due to mistake of LIC agent?? Requesting you to take an actions against these type incidents to improve the value of customer relationship. I am not going to pay this extra amount; which is not our mistake. Thanks.

                                        I stay in Thane and I have applied for Home Loan from LIC HFL. After submitting all the necessary documents, I got a message on 15/05/2015 at 12midnight (Friday) from LICHFL stating that the cheque towards my loan has been issued from the Mumbai Office. Since the message seemed to be a system-generated one, I called up at the Thane Office on Saturday to ask if I could come and collect the cheque. They said that the courier would reach by Monday. This itself was a delay of 2 days. On Monday, I get to know that the cheque has been dispatched along with my file to the Surat office BY MISTAKE! Now here I am waiting for the Surat office to return the cheque to the Mumbai Office who will then courier it to the Thane Office. The officers in Mumbai have very casually responded that it will take more 2-3 days' time. Their casual approach has costed me a lot. I have entered into an agreement where I will need to pay 18% of my flat cost as interest if my seller doesn't get the loan amount after the said date. Dear LICHFL, Why do you put up false advertisements? How do you run a huge financial set-up when you play with the emotions of middleclass men? Isn't this a big shame on your entire system?
