As suggested from my loan branch ( Kolkata North) in last month ( 25th Jun, 2015) i have sent a mail to [protected]@lichousing.com to sort out my log in problem but still i have not received any intimation from any end. my details are as follows Name: Sanjoy Roy Loan No. :[protected] Loan Amount : 1050000 DOB : 08/01/1978 ( dd/mm/yyyy) Branch : Kolkata North email - roy.[protected]@gmail.com M - [protected]. My log in was registered earlier. when I am going to the Forgot User ID & Password, it has been shown that Your Login Credentials are emailed to you but I have not received anything at my email.     I have been not receiving my Annuity payment since last August, I have been told to send Life Certificate. In spite of sending the same there is no update. I have sent several reminders on email [protected]@licindia.com & [protected]@licindia.com The toll free number does not work at all. On contacting Bangalore office they asked to contact Delhi office, but no specific numbers were given for logging the complaints. Really disappointed at LIC Customer Care response.       Respected Sir / Madam, I Mrs. Kamlesh B. Nirmal having LIC Agency as my Side Business, my LIC agency Code is – 03243921. I had opted an ECS facility for Direct credit of Commission with my Indian Overseas Bank, Chakala ( Andheri ) branch, my Account no is - [protected]. I had not received any LIC Renewal Commission from December 2012 ( Details attached). I had enquired with LIC office they ware saying that they are depositing my Commission regularly. So I requested them to provide me account now in which they are Crediting my Renewal Commission. As per my request they provided me account no [protected], which is not belongs to me. I had submitted Complaint letter with LIC’s Corporation Bank and as per my request Corporation bank had enquired and they said me that the Said Account no – [protected], is belongs HDFC Bank Pali Naka Branch ( Copy of Letter submitted to Corporation bank is attached). So now Request you to Kindly help me with this matter on urgent basis as I am following from my Money since more than 1 year.         A home loan of Rs. 34.40 Lakh was sanctioned by LICHFL for me in January, 2013 at an interest rate of 10.50% with an EMI of Rs. 35007/-. After two years of fixed rate of interest, they suddenly increased the interest rate (as floating) to 11.75% with an EMI of Rs. 37887/- 9 an increase of Rs. 2880/-). I am not in a position to afford such a high EMI and want to transfer my loan to other financial institutions/banks. For the purpose an application with a service charge was submitted by me to LICHFL on 09.06.15 for want of a list of document under their possession and a certificate of balance outstanding amount to be paid to LICHFL during pre-payment. But after repeated pursuation and requests, I am yet to receive any ducument from LICHFL even after one month of submission of my application. In the mean time they have received one more EMI from me on 07.07.15. It is a tremendous harassment and not at all desirable from a govt. body like LICHFL. I request to please look into the matter at the earliest.

        Its no longer a Govt run org. Remember LICHFL has posted more than 700 Cr this quarter from the profits.

                Respected sir/madam, I and my late husband Avijit Sarkar commenced a Jeevan Sathi Policy of the L.I.C on the 28th of March, 2001. The policy was about to mature on the 28th of March, 2015 and I was to receive 50000 rupees without any premium. The policy was based on the criterion of Accidental benefit. But till today even after a hard toil of almost 4 months, I have not received the amount. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to free me of the impasse.                   I have a loan in LICHFL, I have chosed 3 years fixed interest and after 4th Year it will move to floating interest rate. During fixed interest period, they gave the interest rate as 10.75 and now they are moving this to floating interesrt rate of 11.75. As per RBI regulations, all the banks are now decreasing the interest rate but LIC is increasing the interest rate.

                  Even I am also facing this problem LICHFC. Why there is no regulation for banks? I fail to understand why these people asking for Rs 1000 +, to go to lower interest rate. Why RBI is not doing anything, this is like open corruption

                          ___the subject policy was taken o n 6 / 2 / 06 on the life of deepanker mahajan for rs 5. 00 lacs. An amount of rs 50000 / - was due in feb 2015 and lic office has called for the details of the bank account as well the original bond and acccording the same was submitted / sent. The amount of rs 50000 / - was credited to the account of deepanker mahajan but orginal bond has not been returned back. In this connection several letters dtd 26 / 04 / 14, 31 / 07 / 14, 26 / 09 / 14, 12 / 11 / 14, and 23 / 03 / 15 has not been replied by lic office nor acknowledged. A complaint was also sent to irda and also mails were sent to irda but no reply from any of the above. The premium is regularlyy being paid. But policy not yet received despite repeated follow up as above.                                 Respected Sir/Madam., My late husband Avijit Sarkar invested into the Jeevan Saathi Policy with me Soma Sarkar on 28 March, 2000 A.D. He passed away on April, 2001. I was to about to receive the accidental benefit amount of Rs. 50000 as it was to mature on 28/03/2015. But even after 3 months of endeavours to get my rightly earned money, the L.I.C authorities seems to absolutely indifferent to my cause and they seem to have enrolled themselves in some sort of deafening hibernation.                                   My son Vineet Agrawal drawn a single Premium Policy for Rs. 30000/- from LIC, Salt Lake Branch, CF 335, Sector - 1, Salt lake City Kolkata - 700064 on 09.02.2011. All of a sudden he died on 22.11.2013. I as a nominee visited the LIC office, Sector - 1 on 07.01.2014 for Claim Forms and other formalities. After a long waiting, I received claim forms from the dealing official Mrs. Madhuri Mukherjee. There were so many formalities. I again visited the office with all the documents like Death Cert., Original Policy Bond, Original claim form completely filled in including leave record of the deceased, Suppl.Post Mortem Report, Xerox copy of my Pass Book and other supporting documents on 12.06.2015. Again I could not meet the same dealing official that's why I met the Branch Manager and requested him to receive the forms. Branch Manager checked all the documents and verified with original and asked me to deposit the same on the receiving counter. I deposited the forms and in turn received a receipt on form no. KSDO/OS/118. I received a letter dated 13.06.2015 from the office that form submitted by me was incomplete. I surprised to note that the BM advised me after proper scrutiny to deposit the form on the counter, then how the form was incomplete. For the reply, I written a letter to the Branch for apprising me details. Again I received a letter dated 25.06.2015 from the office without explaining my queries raised in my letter dated 20.06.15. I am resident of Patna and it is not possible for me to visit office regularly. I think that office is harassing me and I need relief, that's why this complaint against the Dealing official and the Office.                                     Dear sir, Policy no.S[protected] date of opening: 18.05.1979, date of maturity: 28.5.2014 S.D.Balakrishna - LIC of India, Mysore, karnataka The captioned policy was matured for payment on 28.05.2014. All the premiums have been deducted from my salary and remitted to the concerned LIC branch reguarly. On maturity, I have approached the KG Road branch of LIC of India at Bangalore. They have informed me that the date of maturity of the policy is mentioned as 28.5.2011 and the amount payable to me is as on 28.5.2011 even though the policy clearly states that the date of maturity is 28.5.2014. I have not received any intimation from LIC in this regard since 28.5.2011. Also, the LIC has accepted the premiums upto 28.4.2014. I have given an application to KG road Branch of LIC for rectification and payment of maturity. Even after one year they have failed to settle the issue. I have later approached the Divisional Manager, Divisional Office, Mysore on 28th of May 2014 for settlement of the issue. But my request has not been responded so far. I have also approached the grivience redressal offices of LIC and also ombudsman through e mail for which I have not received any reply so far I, therefore, request you for immediate settlement of the policy on the following lines.

                                      My Home Loan Account Number is[protected] The Loan sanction date was Apr 17 2013 with 10% fixed for 2 years. Now after the completion of 2 year period the rate is increased to 11.75% without any intimation when RBI has reduced its lending rate and insisting other financiers to reduce home loan rates. Many banks are offering 9.85% for the transfer of home loan. When I wrote to LICHFL asking for increase in interest rate, there is no response from them.
                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      same case for me, I have started the process of transferring this loan to some other bank.

                                        Hi, My name is Rohit Banga Today (3rd of July 2015) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 2034.68 (Policy number[protected] using Syndicat Bank Debit Visa Debit Card through IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporatio Merchant Ref Number: 03578947 (Transaction Identification Number:[protected] I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you. Kindly do the needful Rohit Banga
