Marg, NEW DELHI 110 001 This office is responsible for transferring annuity every month to my bank account. This i.e on 1st June 2015 month the annuity has not been credited.. I have submitted my existence certificate.

        This is very very frustrating experience i had in dealing with LICHFL. I had sanctioned renovation loan from Baner branch in March end 2015. That got sanctioned within a week for 15 lakhs after submitting documents. After that i realized that i need more budget to complete my requirement. Then i meet Mr. Sachin Rajput (Mobile Number : [protected]) in Swargate LICHFL branch via. my close friend. Mr. Sachin Rajput (Fraud/ Liar) committed me that he will get sanctioned 22 lakhs in single loan from swargate branch even if 15 lakhs got sanctioned from Baner branch. He said no issues in that, he done such sanctions before. I was doing this because Baner branch loan processing charges looked at higher side. For two loans (15L renovation and 7L mortgage) they conveyed around Rs. 36000/-. (20 + 16). My frustration starts there after... see below how it is. I submitted all required documents to Rajput on 4 Apr 2015 to get around 22 lakhs against renovation loan. He committed that he will get loan sanction before 30th April, with lowest interest rate which are supposed to come down from 10.10 to 9.90. I was OK with that. Interest rate were come down in around middle of April, but this guy unable to even lohin the file in till 30th of April 15. After doing dozens of call, he succeeded in login the file on 30th April. File number was [protected]. As par as i know once the file gets logged in LIC takes 1 week for sanction. In my case i can understand that they required to take NOC from Baner branch, and this should not take more than 2-3 days. From start of May 2015, Mr. Sachin Rajput (Liar) start false committing on my loan status. On every call which i made with him, he is to say...its getting sanctioned within 2 days. Every alternate day some other reason and commitment. I made few dozens of call in order to make followup on my loan status. After 15 may he started committing that 22 Lakhs got sanctioned and he will share sanction letter on whats app and will start disbursement immediately. He was lying on this as well. This story continues till May end. Due to my peek frustration, i called Swargate LICHFL and came to know that there is no sanction happened till now on my application, but other side Mr. Sachin was saying its already sanctioned. Then i spoke to branch manager and shared my story with him. As per him i made mistake in contacting Mr. Sachin Rajput for this. Then he said, he will do something on this. On 28 May 2015, again only 15 lakhs got sanctioned and not 20 to 22 Laks which was communicated to me by Sachin Liar. Now with this 15 lakhs sanction, my requirement will not getting fulfilled. So i am not going with this loan. Please block loan against file number [protected] to avoid any further issues. And for god shake please take action against such lairs who works for LICHFL and cheat LIC as well as customers. Decided to transfer my existing home loan to other bank. There is no point in continuing with LICHFL.

        Sir, I am existing customer of LICHFL since 2009. I was sanctioned a Home loan from Durgapur LICHFL, W.B. in the year 2009 amounting Rs.15 lacs against my Loan Account No-[protected] in the name of Satyavir Singh Tanwar for purchasing new house at Rennaussance Burdwan, W.B. . I am having the following grievances to LICHFL:-

        1. I am logging to my log in account for changing my address and my Mobile No. but its not getting changed.
        2. My rate of interest is suddenly changed to 11.75% without informing me after 3 years of fixed rate.
        3. I had given post paid cheques for deducting my EMI and the amount is changing every month without giving me SMS alerts resulting in bouncing of my cheques twice in consecutive months (May-June 2015)
        3. I had asked for my annual statement month wise and the same could not get till date.
        4. I had asked for top-up loan for furnishing my new built house in the year 2013 and the same could not get till date.
        5. After awaiting for a long time for loan approval ( Birbal ki Khichdi) I had applied for personal loan from other finance companies and the agent is telling me that your file could not get process as you have applied for loan from other companies.This shows your kindness that neither I will give loan nor I will not allow you to take loan from other companies/banks(Na Mein Karunga Na kisi aur ko karne dunga).

        I am very thankful to your poor and lazy service which had given me enough mental tension since 2009.
        Now can you do a favour on me to unlock my file for loan approval so that I can apply from other Companies for loan further requested to change my mobile No- and my correspondence address as furnished below:-.

As per LIC policy documents should come within 15 working days but I didnt get even in 45 working days also

            Hello, This is to inform you that my LIC home loan application No. [protected] has been approved last month and sanctioned with INR 38, 40, 000. I am waiting for the disbursal of my cheque for completing the registration from the past 15 days.The processing fee has been deducted last week. But still no status related to cheque disbursement. I am doing the follow up every day morning and evening but no proper response. Request you to let me know the status of my cheque. Thanks

            I met the LICHFL branch manager personally and sorted out the issue after discussing what reasons led to delay of my cheque. My cheque was disbursed on June 15 2015.

              LIC HFL is stubbornly not cutting rates for existing home loans for floating rate of interest loan holders. When visited appropriate loan office not even providing information why LIC is not doing so even RBI recommended to pass on the benefits to pass on the rate benefit to customers.

              I have raised complaints via their online portal with no responses. I am not mentioning my loan numbers since this complaint is applicable to every floating rate interest loan holders. Their do not care approach is also a problem. I have visited their branch and even updated my address and email addresses of mine twice that also has not taken effect. I am not sure whether they are planning to pay attention to customer's queries or not.

                Loan No[protected] LIC Housing Finance Branch - Borivali (W), Mumbai Branch Manager – Harshad Jain Loan Agent (Executive) - Mayur I am NRI and have existing loan with LICHFL. I have taken loan in Nov 2011 for 15 years which was fixed for 3 years and floating after that. At the moment my interest rate is 10.9% floating for which I have paid spread charges (LICHFL term to reduce your floating rate of interest) otherwise the rate of interest would have been 12 or 12.25%. In last 2 months several times I have been spoken to LICHFL, Borivali (W)-Mumbai, written complaint on their website and written 3 email reminder to branch manager (Harshad Jain) and Loan executive (Mayur) asking about why the interest rate is not reduced for existing customers but they have never bothered to reply. Verbally they have said to my father who is doing follow up on this that the rate are decided by Head office and they can't do anything about this. I have 4 questions for LIC Housing Finance, 1) Although the RBI has reduced the repo rate twice this year and LIC is offering new reduced rate for all the new customers (9.9%) why the rates are not reduced for existing customers? 2) If they can communicate this above subject verbally why they can’t communicate this in writing? 3) Why the branch manager (from where my loan have been disbursed) not bothered to reply for my queries? 4) Who is the concerned department or person to log the complaint on the above subject matter? At the moment I have 2 loans from LICHFL and in general I have very bad experience dealing with their Borivali (W)-Mumbai and Dubai-UAE branch. The employee are rude and don’t have complete product knowledge. They should cross check Loans Terms and Conditions before committing anything to the customers. Just for the information I would like to add that my second loan was sanctioned in Mar2014 for 10 years instead of 15 years. The reason being mentioned for not getting 15 years term was that I don’t have post-graduation in professional qualification. I am Msc in Computer Science and if this was the reason then how did I get 15 years loan in November 2011 on the basis of same qualification. Thanks Naveen Singh [protected]

                    I have been a builder and also have taken loan from LIC Housing finance. All customers and builders are scared of LICHFL due to their arrogant ways of dealing and when I proposed LICHFL to some customers, they were scared and even prefered public sector banks to LICHFL. I found their scare justified, when I had to deal with their arrogant lawyers and office staff at Chennai, when I went to submit documents for one of my clients. Most of them are from one part of India, suggesting extreme nepotism and poor working culture which affects the customers. Also LICHFL has not reduced interest rates inspite of RBI reducing rates and all banks following suite. Is LICHFL is in India or in some African country where interest rates are above 20%. May be they may increase the interest rates now. Their commissions to their agents are a whopping amounts and all this at the cost of their customers and reminds me of the days when LIC was a monopoly and treated all their customers with scant respect and made them beg. Also nowadays they are engaging strong arm tactics engaging local goons to collect instalments, by threatening telephone calls, even when there are enough property guarantees are there and you pay exorbitant penalty for delay. May be somebody in the management is exploiting the sitution to make money?? In my opinion, only absolute stupid fools will go LICHFL. Will our new Govt take note before it is too late.

                      Hi, My name is VISHNU Last Friday (29 may) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 6262 (Policy number[protected] using CANARA credit card online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected]. I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/05/2015 And 31/04/2014' Kindly do the needful VISHNU

                          Respected Sir, I Prabir Chakraborty, policy holder of your company, at Lic branch KANDI(42C).After getting the next form I have provided all the necessary documents and verified it by the branch D.O DÀLIM DAS.After seeing all the papers he assured that all the needed dcumnts are given and sum will be transferred to your account.But after that I was informed to submit certain documents again.So I did.After that he is again asking for some other document.As I stay 150km away from that branch it's not possible for me to go there at his will.So my request to you please help me and take necessary steps against those irresponsible Lic officers and save your customers from getting harrased in this way.As I have already submitted the policy bond, I can't give you the picture.So I'm giving you the details Policy no:[protected] Lic branch:-LIC of India KANDI branch Radha Bajar Post:- Kandi, Dist:- Murshidabad, WEST BENGAL, pin code:-0, Branch code :-42C, pH no :[protected].                               Dear sir /Mam, Refer Policy No:[protected] Subject: Non Receipt of the payment of maturity of the policy. Kindly Refer to my earlier mails dated 20/05/15, 21/05/15, 22/05/15, 23/05/15, 24/05/15, and 25/05/15 It is regarding policy no.[protected], that matured on[protected]. The policy bond and other required papers were submitted in time with the concerned branch. However i have not received my payment so far. Please note that i am already NEFT registered. In this regard i am trying to call the executive concerned at branch 100 from last 10 days daily, where a lady picks up the phone and without listening to me says that the system is not working. Further i had sent the mails to [protected]@licindia.com on dates 20/05/15, 21/05/15, 22/05/15, 23/05/15, 24/05/15, and 25/05/15 but surprisingly i got no response from their side. I suppose Lic (in general)and Lic jammu (in particular)don't bother about the customers, their hard earned money and the most important being time. I am surprised that how can lic can have dual rules for itself and the customers. If i sometimes delay the payment of premium, i am being charged late fee. However in this case lic is not paying my own money. Kindly see into the matter and make the necessary arrangements for the payment alongwith the late fee/interest charges accured due to delay on your side.                                       This is with regards to the housing loan applied in your esteemed organisation at palakkad branch Kerala. It is an application for take over loan at HDFC. I had applied for in the month of February and the process of documentation started at the march. I submitted all the documents required as requested by them. With lot of pain I would say the process was so slow that the loan sanctioned at 17th April after repeated calls to the branch and to the agent. I was charged Rs.1147 as the processing fee and the agent Mr. Hemanandan Prabhu asked Rs.2200 cash for advocate fee for the report. After producing all the documents and taking all the painrequest yogot a call from the branch after a month on my 18th asking again that I have to produce encumbrance certificate, which was a clear miss from the agent and the staffs at the palakkad branch. It almost will take two weeks time for to get the certificate after applying which will make delay to get the loan amount. I was forced to cancel the loan application for further processing. This clearly shows the ineffeciency of branch and the agent which has made delay in whole processing and have restricted me from applying loan from anywhere else. I would request you to take action on this and help me to get the amount spent by me on this else I will be forced to mail human rights commission and RBI on this.

                                        I, Pompy Das, is also having the same problem. My LIC HFL Registration no:[protected], Roll no: [protected], Password:L7M7BFN2, email id: [protected]@gmail.com. Post applied :Office Assistant. I have fulfilled all criteria and paid for the same.Please help.
                                        there are 50 marks of score card and 50 is of interview just for very less no. of posts

                                        is there any corruption involved?
                                        we should go to court
                                        they are not providing our roll no. without any reason
                                        i m still unable to get my call letter :(
