I have policy number[protected] when i did not get renewal notice i checked and it shows that the policy was surrendered on 05/09/2014 sicne i did not surrendr it and my bank says that they did not claim it i want to know the details of how this was surrendered...According to me it is wrongly surrendered.

    WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING HOUSE IN BANJARA HILLS IN HYDERABAD AND WE WISH TO AVAIL HOME LOAN WITH LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED. IN THE PROCESS, THE CHEQUE WITH NUMBER 102199 DATED 27 FEB 2015 FOR RS. 91, 02, 000/- WAS READY AND DURING REGISTRATION, ONE OF THE PARTNER OF BUILDER HAS NOT COME AND THE REGISTRATION IS KEPT ON PENDING. WE HAD PAID THE SUM OF 35 LAKHS TO THEM VIA CHEQUE AND IT GOT CLEARED. ON MANY OCCASSIONS, WE HAD TRIED TO CONTACT THE FIRM AND THEIR PARTNERS AND ALL THE EFFORTS ARE IN VAIN. WE HAD SURPRISED THAT LIC HFL STARTED DEDUCTING EMI FROM OUR ACCOUNT AND IMMEDIATELY WE HAD GIVEN STOP PROCESS OF LOAN AS THEIR IS A PROBLEM IN BUILDERS SIDE AND WE DID NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE. HENCE AFTER VISITING THE LIC HFL DILSUKHNAGAR HYDERABAD BRANCH IT IS LEARNT THAT THE CHEQUEOF RS.91, 02, 000/- WAS PAID TO BUILDERS LONG BACK BY THE BRANCH HEAD MR ARAMENDRA AND MR PRAVEEN SOMA WITHOUT OUR NOTICE AND WITH OUT OUR CONSENT. WE REQUEST NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE PERSONNEL WHO HAD DID THIS AND KINDLY GUIDE US...

        Online Loan Account Statement

        Against Loan acc no.[protected] of Soma Sinha Roy, no statement is available online. . On query it is seen that loan acc. changed to 11 digit but 11 digit number is not provided. We have collected statement from Regional Office Kolkata wherefrom we got loan. Please provide the actual way out....

        I am T.P.Balakrishnan and I had taken a policy under Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana -Policy no[protected] for Rs 266665 and I am receiving Rs 2000 as monthly pension instalment by way of credit to my account with Canara Bank, Kasturibai nagar, Adyar, Chennai.But for this month I have not yet received the credit. When I contacted pension cell LIC I was informed that the amount was returned by Bank as the account number was incorrect.(LIC has provided the account no as[protected] instead of[protected]. I informed the correct account number and requested them toeffect the credit.But so far I have not received the amount.

          Hi I am Bharath, I have applied for a home loan in LIC because out of 10 flats in the apartment has already availed from LIC, so thought the process will be fast. To my surprise, after providing all the related documents, the manager told it cannot be done because of one document they are not able to locate online is missing even the physical proof is there. So he advised it may take looooong time better apply for cancellation. I did the same and he mentioned to give back the processing fee(5k change) to the concerned department. It's been told that come back after 2 weeks and take the cheque. When I enquired the same employee was telling, if it 5K the processing fee cannot be paid. Why it is like so? The first thing is - My loan got delayed more than a month even though providing all the documents and my processing fee also gone!! When I called LIC - Phone[protected] / 23447237, he was saying the nominal amount cannot be refunded.

            Hi,


            I had applied for home loan in LICHFL (Loan account number[protected] which was approved in the month of December 2014. Since December 2014 till April 2015 I am chasing my agent to provide a photocopy of that Deed. He did not say "NO", although not provided the same. Now LIC office Kolkata representative (Ashish Kumar-area manager) saying to pay Rs 1124 which seems to me ridiculous as it is my Deed and I am not received any photocopy of this yet. First copy of Deed must be given without any money.


            Please look into this matter and send the document to my address asap. If the service not seems good to me

              Dear sir, My ex-employer M/S ADOR FONTECH depoited 1.8L towards the superannuation pension scheme of LIC India for myself Mr.Sitansu Pattnaik in the year 2011. It is already 4years passed still i didnt receive any documents towards purchase of annuity till date. But after several follow up and mails the below LIC branch at Bangalore is responding.               I have 3 LIC Policy from last few years, which is enrolled into your system but unfortunately still I am not able to pay LIC premium online. I have called customer care several times but no one pick the call in office hours, Then I discuss with my LIC agent regarding this issue, but it also could not helped out.                 Ms Ghodake is awful. She gave me totally wrong policy advice also her associate Mr Sunish Srivastav. When I refused the policy, thye would not return my cheque and I had to stop the cheque through Internet banking, Still they presented my cheque to the bank and I had to face bounce charges because I had stopped the cheque . They also offered to manage redemption of my HSBC M[censored]nits and despite being specific about the bank account to which this money should go...given cancelled cheque and written instructions ...this money has landed in some ICICI bank account according to them of which I do not have any idea. And yes she does not pick my calls and does not respond to emails. I too feel like a fool having trusted her. Total scam and fraud . I will not advise anyone to deal with these fraudsters.

                    SIR I HAVE PURCHASED YOUR JEEVAN SARAL PLAN WITH PREMIUM OF 30000 RUPEES PER YEAR BUT THE LIFE INSURANCE COVER WAS VERY HIGH AND MY POLICY TERM IS OF 35 YEARS. BUT YOUR AGENT WAS TELLING ME THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE DOUBLED IN ONLY 5 YEAR AS I HAVE RECORDED PROFF OF THIS.                         I availed Hosing Loan from LICHFL from 12, Chowringhee square, 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700069 under Mr Eklakh Ahmed. in the month of February'2015. I have not availed full sanctioned loan. However, I am getting sms for EMI amount of Rs. 76, 000/- for entire amount . There is a repeated mistake in my address also the property address. It's almost one & half month over, I have not received any loan document from LICHFL office. I have talked to them almost twenty times, sent 7/8 emails, visited office but they don't have a courtesy to revert back & update status. Without my consent they have disbursed loan amount to builder keeping me in dark. Till date loan is not being regularized. I have never experienced such careless & hopeless attitude of officials . I have a doubt that thee have a nexus or some secret agenda of doing such non-sense work. Probably, being a Govt. organization there is no one to monitor such poor services.                             I live in UK, London, I baught one policy when i was here last time in india 2013 January, I use prefere to pay installments as Direct Debit from my bank (ECS) and I have setup everything so i don't need to worry about missing payments, but somehow in Aug 2014 the payment was not deducted from my bank and even I was not in India, the company have lapsed my policy and now they are not ready to investigate what's happen and why? as I can see my bank still have automated bill payment service setup as it is, means they (LIC) have may be some problems in there system, and without any investigation they lapsed my policy, Please help me to look into this matter, as I am genuine customer, below is my policy number and details. policy Number:[protected] name: Rutesh Chaudhary email: [protected]@gmail.com

                              ME (CA Aditya Jain) and my brother (CA Saurabh Jain) are the co-owners of the Flat No A-7, Leela Homes, Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP - 201010 for which we took a loan under Loan Account No. [protected] in the year 2009. At that time the property was under construction. After the Registry of the Flat took place, we approached the Builder for the Registry to be delivered to LIC of India - Kaushambi Branch but he assured us that it is the responsibility of the builder to submit the registry with the Financier'. The same reply was from LIC of India - Kaushambi Branch at that time that they will collect it themselves. As we got the assurance from both the sides, we did not ask for it again. For last 5 years, we are continuously paying our EMI on a regular basis without any default. But, at the time, when we approached LIC of India - Kaushambi Branch for the List of Documents held with them with respect to our application for Balance Transfer through PNBHFL, we were told that the Original Registry is not there, neither with the Branch nor with the Central Office. We also came to know that at the Branch level they entered in the system that the Registry is Received to go ahead with the procedures in the system while they did not have the registry with them. The Branch then approached the Builder through their Advocate, but they were unable to get the Registry of the Flat from the Builder, as he denied to provide the registry to LIC representative. This concludes that the Registry is still with the Builder. We have the Formal Possession Letter and the Registry was done only after complete payment was made by us to the Builder. Now, my question is - Who is responsible for the Registry of the Flat and How do we get that Registry? The Registry is the only Title for our Flat. Though we have the Certified True Copy but that does not suffice any purpose at all. If LIC of India does not have the Registry of the Flat, i.e. the only security against the Home Loan they provided, then how would we get the ownership rights into the property after the complete repayment of the Loan. When we told them that we won't pay the EMIs they shamelessly told us that they will file case against us and builder and will get the flat sold to recover money. Further, each time LICHFL increases interest rate and term without even informing to customer and when we asked them to revert it in line with current market rates, they shamelessly demands Rs 30, 000 citing procedures Kindly do the needful and revert.
