      Respected Sir/Madam., My late husband Avijit Sarkar invested into the Jeevan Saathi Policy with me Soma Sarkar on 28 March, 2000 A.D. He passed away on April, 2001. I was to about to receive the accidental benefit amount of Rs. 50000 as it was to mature on 28/03/2015. But even after 3 months of endeavours to get my rightly earned money, the L.I.C authorities seems to absolutely indifferent to my cause and they seem to have enrolled themselves in some sort of deafening hibernation. My policy number is[protected]. Please free me of the harassment I have been facing at a time when I need to invest the most into my only child's educational career. Yours sincerely, Soma Sarkar

        My son Vineet Agrawal drawn a single Premium Policy for Rs. 30000/- from LIC, Salt Lake Branch, CF 335, Sector - 1, Salt lake City Kolkata - 700064 on 09.02.2011. All of a sudden he died on 22.11.2013. I as a nominee visited the LIC office, Sector - 1 on 07.01.2014 for Claim Forms and other formalities. After a long waiting, I received claim forms from the dealing official Mrs. Madhuri Mukherjee. There were so many formalities. I again visited the office with all the documents like Death Cert., Original Policy Bond, Original claim form completely filled in including leave record of the deceased, Suppl.Post Mortem Report, Xerox copy of my Pass Book and other supporting documents on 12.06.2015. Again I could not meet the same dealing official that's why I met the Branch Manager and requested him to receive the forms. Branch Manager checked all the documents and verified with original and asked me to deposit the same on the receiving counter. I deposited the forms and in turn received a receipt on form no. KSDO/OS/118. I received a letter dated 13.06.2015 from the office that form submitted by me was incomplete. I surprised to note that the BM advised me after proper scrutiny to deposit the form on the counter, then how the form was incomplete. For the reply, I written a letter to the Branch for apprising me details. Again I received a letter dated 25.06.2015 from the office without explaining my queries raised in my letter dated 20.06.15. I am resident of Patna and it is not possible for me to visit office regularly. I think that office is harassing me and I need relief, that's why this complaint against the Dealing official and the Office.           Dear sir, Policy no.S[protected] date of opening: 18.05.1979, date of maturity: 28.5.2014 S.D.Balakrishna - LIC of India, Mysore, karnataka The captioned policy was matured for payment on 28.05.2014. All the premiums have been deducted from my salary and remitted to the concerned LIC branch reguarly. On maturity, I have approached the KG Road branch of LIC of India at Bangalore. They have informed me that the date of maturity of the policy is mentioned as 28.5.2011 and the amount payable to me is as on 28.5.2011 even though the policy clearly states that the date of maturity is 28.5.2014. I have not received any intimation from LIC in this regard since 28.5.2011. Also, the LIC has accepted the premiums upto 28.4.2014. I have given an application to KG road Branch of LIC for rectification and payment of maturity. Even after one year they have failed to settle the issue. I have later approached the Divisional Manager, Divisional Office, Mysore on 28th of May 2014 for settlement of the issue. But my request has not been responded so far. I have also approached the grivience redressal offices of LIC and also ombudsman through e mail for which I have not received any reply so far I, therefore, request you for immediate settlement of the policy on the following lines.

            My Home Loan Account Number is[protected] The Loan sanction date was Apr 17 2013 with 10% fixed for 2 years. Now after the completion of 2 year period the rate is increased to 11.75% without any intimation when RBI has reduced its lending rate and insisting other financiers to reduce home loan rates. Many banks are offering 9.85% for the transfer of home loan. When I wrote to LICHFL asking for increase in interest rate, there is no response from them.

            same case for me, I have started the process of transferring this loan to some other bank.

              Hi, My name is Rohit Banga Today (3rd of July 2015) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 2034.68 (Policy number[protected] using Syndicat Bank Debit Visa Debit Card through IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporatio Merchant Ref Number: 03578947 (Transaction Identification Number:[protected] I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you. Kindly do the needful Rohit Banga

                I Dr. Md Abu Masud Ansari have taken home loan from LIC Housing Finance Limite Patna(L/A No[protected], File No [protected], customer No.[protected] since Dec. 2011.I am repaying all premiums regularly.I am in need of List of documents(L.O.D), and Force closure coation. I had applied for the same in office in march 2015.They have not issued the document as yet. I contacted the office numbers provided [protected] almost 25-30 times on different occasions, everytime they say document has not reached at office(from back office).I tried to contact Area manager ([protected]).Initially his reply was, "he is busy call some other time".I wrote him mails too, but no reply.Now he says he has been transferred to some other office, he denies to give new officers cell. no.I am in severe mental agony with the conduct and the functioning of this office.I satay in Delhi because i work here.Kindly i request you to do the needful as i am paying around 3500 more interest in this institution for my home loan per month than home loan available in the market.

                        Dear Sir, I am an LIC policy holder and had registered for the online acc and used to pay my premium through online. My policy numbers are[protected] and[protected] I had used my company email id: [protected]@yahoo-inc.com for the registration. Now I had left the company and my id is not accessible and I forgot password. When I tried to change the password, it says its send to my registered email id. Please update my email ID to "[protected]@gmail.com" from old email id and help me regenerate the password. I have not paid the balance premium from 1-2 years and I want to pay all of them by seeing my dues in it. Please help ASAP. Thanks, Pradeep.K

                          I had submitted preparing prepayment cheque of amount 125000 towards my home loan ac. No.[protected]on 1st June 2015. My amount got deducted from my account on 22 June 2015 with cheque no.484207. But still it didn't got added against my loan account. I'm calling to LIC PIMPRI OFFICE & discussed with Area Manager Mr. SHYAM GOWANE. But no action taken yet. I am losing my money as wel as its interest. Please help.

                            My aged mother, who is over 82 years had submitted a claim under my late father's LIC policy No[protected] in October 2014. Despite several personal visits to LIC office City branch, Himayatnagar in Hyderabad and being assured that the claim will be honoured "soon" absolutely no action has been taken. She is now bedridden and can no longer run pillar to post trying to chase up your inept officials. I am appalled by your inhumane treatment to a senior citizen who is as it is dealing with the trauma of losing her husband. She does not need any more grief from LIC. Can you please resolve this issue urgently? Thank you.

                            3 weeks since my complaint and no sign of my mother's claim being honoured by LIC. Not even the courtesy of a reply. LIC, thinks it is perfectly acceptable to make an 83 year old lady to run around and follow up on her claim.

                              Respected Sir/Madam, I am here to inform you that myself MIR ASFARUL HAQUE having home loan a/c. no.[protected] at area office Kolkata North. I have applied request for List Of Document on 16/05/2015 same has been attached herewith. On 28/05/2015 I have received list of document which is incomplete (exclude Possession Letter, 2 nos money receipt, Original deed of conveyance etc.). I have noticed & same conveyed to branch accountant Mr. Amit Kumar. After long time conversation he has given date 16/06/2015 as LICHFL rule is to give document within 30 days. I have followed up several times at area office manager as well as regional office mr. Pankaj kumar pandey but till today problem could not solved from LIC Housing Finance side. Today again I visited area office & meet manager mr. Sumon mitra & asked him to give tentative date of getting the complete List of document but he is not willing to give any date in written only verbally he promise he will solve the issue as soon as possible. Today I have given an application he has received & confirm that the issue will be looked into on most urgent basis to resolve the same with signature & seal. I also here to inform you that I have processed takeover of this loan and am in charge from both the institutions. I am ready with outstanding amount 18, 12, 031.00 as on 30th june from 5th of june 2015 but due your problem I am unable to close your loan & has to pay interest . You have to bear this interest from 5th june 2015 as because this is your fault. As it is due more than one month I can only wait for 1-2 days for your upmost reply if not so I will escalate this matter to RBI and also consumer forum. Your valuable reply with date of receiving LOD is very helpful to me.

                                  Today My Father, Shree Ram Pratap Singh who is working in LICI as HGA at DBO, Civil Lines, Allahabad was carrying his mobile numbered [protected].Before entering to the Office Lift the mobile was with him. But as he came out of the lift and moved towards his office he experienced that his mobile was not with him.This has happened today around 10 to 10:30 am.                                     I'm k udaya bhaskar rao a lichfl customer from twelve long years relationship with the company. I have availed a home loan six lakhs in 2002 loan number [protected]. I recently applied for top loan with appication no [protected] in dilsukhnagar branch hyderabad . I have not made payment for last three months.I gave a letter of explanation for the non payment along with my topup loan application file and paid the outstanding emi's on 11/06/15 while applying loan. I would like to bring your kind notice that i have not been approached through agent of lichfl, the manager was arrogant and wants to reject my appication stating various reasons. Since the twelve years of prompt payment was not taken into consideration and only three months of payment was taking in consideration even after my explanation letter along with the appication was deeply saddened by me.                                       I am Prashant Kulkarni (loan Acc.No:-[protected]) a loyal customer LICHFL.Repaying sincerely past 5 years without any default.This year Feb2015 I forgot to deposit EMI amount in my bank, because of which EMI cheque got bounced. Later I paid the installment along with penalty fees also. Now when I am requesting for rate revision.LICHFL Pune office is claiming not possible because this cheque bounce. This is my second loan from LICHFL.My earlier loan was cleared without any default.Based on this ground requested your office in Swargate Pune, but they are refusing. Why is it so?? when other banks are offering below 10.5%, LICHFL is giving loan to new customers with 10.5%, why they are keeping 12% interest rate for their current customer?

                                        Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I have paid LIC Premium twice(Rs.12010) on 22 Jun 2015 for LIC Policy No.[protected]. I paid the premium using LIC website online (ICICI Bank-Internet banking) and transaction was successful.I also received the receipt. I have also scheduled the Premium payment from Standard Chartered Credit Card a/c that is also got triggered on 22 Jun 2015 after online payment of LIC premium. I spoke to standard chartered customer care executive to cancel this transaction but they cannot cancel this transaction from their end. I also spoke to LIC of india to do not claim this amount but LIC of india have accepted the claim . I request LIC of india to return the amount(Rs 12010) paid from Standard Chartered Credit Card A/C.
