I have policy no.[protected] at branch 64s of lic of india, ameerpet hyderabad. I am at present at chennai. I sent the original policy along with claim form and self attested bank pass book for neft mandate by courier well in advance. On due date i.E. 18th july 2015 the amount has not been credited to my account. To know the details i contacted over telephone the above lic branch but no body lifted the telephone. After long time one person lifted the telephone and in a rough tone asked me to contact another number and put down the phone. I tried the other number but no body attended. I tried to send feedback through lic site. It is not accepting. I want my maturity amount with bonus alongwith overdue interest for the delayed payment. And also compensation for my continuously contacting the lic and loss of business booked anticipating the maturity amount on 18th july 2015. Please get me justice.

The maturity amount has since been credited to our account by LIC. Original Policy is yet to be received back.

    This is to state that the loan sanctioned in 2009 at a floating rate of 9.75 PA then after a year or so it is raised by your firm to 12% from 2011. Right now i found that there is a decrease in the percentage for which benefit is not passed to the customer like me. As i am selling my house to another person through LICHFL again there is no benefit in reduction of the EMI's or refund of the money due to me as no one in LICHFL is bothered to revise the floating rate and benefit to the customer. All the time the LICHFL is bothered in increase of float rate and pass on the customer but when it is decreased it is not intimated or passed on to the customer. Therefore i request the LICHFL to pass the benefit to me failing which i have to approach to the court of law deemed fit so that the LICHFL learns the lesson of passing the benefit to the customer. On contact on phone in customer care at Himaynagar they have said it is not possible.

        This is to inform you that an annuity amount is paid from LIC to my mother every year. Like every year, this year also an existence certificate duly signed & certified by Gazetted Officer is deposited at C.R AVENUE, KOLKATA-72 P&GS branch in mid April'2015. But to our surprise, the amount of Rs 319/-( per quarter amount )has not yet been credited to my mother's account no. With immense hope, I on behalf of my mother would like to request you to release the annuity amount at the earliest. Last year similar incident happened & ultimately it was solved by writing a letter to CR AVENUE office. It is also very surprising that whenever a call is given to the office, it is being said that the annuity no given below is wrong one. I do have the papers showing the same annuity no I mentioned during my phone calls to CR avenue office. Once again on behalf of my aged mother, I sincerely request you to do the needful at the earliest. A mail also has been forwarded to .the following id's but all in vein. 1.           Penalty Charges on outstanding amount during Loan transfer

          Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken home loan of amount 2575000 from LICHFL at an interest rate of 10.70% with 3 Years fixed. After 3 years of fixed rate of interest, they suddenly increased the interest rate (as floating) to 11.75% Now, when I approached to transfer my loan from LICHFL to HDFC, authorities says I will be charged levy charges @ 2% of the remaining loan amount. I have been telling her about my problem for last 5 years but she was least bothered in my complaint and and more interested in doing new policy. Also her behaviour is not appropriate.                 After my fixed interest rate of 10.75 for a period of 3 years immediately they changed the floating rate to 11.75%, they said if I pay 13, 000 they will change the interest rate to 10.5, I did that, they changed back to 10.5 as said but with in a month I received a letterl stating that they again increased the floating rate to 11.75%. what a cheaters !!!, Please don't go for LICHFL for home loan

                  My customer ID is 18611489 and loan A/ no is[protected]. House loan Rs 1850000 has been disbursed on 10.25 % intrest in Dec.2012.Now ROI is being Charged @ 12% without any information/letter from LIC HFL since Jan 2015..Otherwise so many options were there for me to quit the loan/transfer the loan.This is completely cheating..LIC HFL has charged at least 12000 more in last 5 months and again charging 0.5 % for reducing ROI. Kindly return the excess inetrest charged otherwise.I will go for legal.

                      I have been not receiving my Annuity payment since last August, I have been told to send Life Certificate. In spite of sending the same there is no update. I have sent several reminders on email [protected]@licindia.com & [protected]@licindia.com The toll free number does not work at all. On contacting Bangalore office they asked to contact Delhi office, but no specific numbers were given for logging the complaints. Really disappointed at LIC Customer Care response. I had opted an ECS facility for Direct credit of Commission with my Indian Overseas Bank, Chakala ( Andheri ) branch, my Account no is - [protected]. I had not received any LIC Renewal Commission from December 2012 ( Details attached). I had enquired with LIC office they ware saying that they are depositing my Commission regularly. So I requested them to provide me account now in which they are Crediting my Renewal Commission. As per my request they provided me account no [protected], which is not belongs to me. I had submitted Complaint letter with LIC’s Corporation Bank and as per my request Corporation bank had enquired and they said me that the Said Account no – [protected], is belongs HDFC Bank Pali Naka Branch ( Copy of Letter submitted to Corporation bank is attached). So now Request you to Kindly help me with this matter on urgent basis as I am following from my Money since more than 1 year.                           A home loan of Rs. 34.40 Lakh was sanctioned by LICHFL for me in January, 2013 at an interest rate of 10.50% with an EMI of Rs. 35007/-. After two years of fixed rate of interest, they suddenly increased the interest rate (as floating) to 11.75% with an EMI of Rs. 37887/- 9 an increase of Rs. 2880/-). I am not in a position to afford such a high EMI and want to transfer my loan to other financial institutions/banks. For the purpose an application with a service charge was submitted by me to LICHFL on 09.06.15 for want of a list of document under their possession and a certificate of balance outstanding amount to be paid to LICHFL during pre-payment. But after repeated pursuation and requests, I am yet to receive any ducument from LICHFL even after one month of submission of my application. In the mean time they have received one more EMI from me on 07.07.15. It is a tremendous harassment and not at all desirable from a govt. body like LICHFL. I request to please look into the matter at the earliest.

                          Applying loan in LICHFL is waste of time and money.
                          Its no longer a Govt run org. Remember LICHFL has posted more than 700 Cr this quarter from the profits.

                                  Respected sir/madam, I and my late husband Avijit Sarkar commenced a Jeevan Sathi Policy of the L.I.C on the 28th of March, 2001. The policy was about to mature on the 28th of March, 2015 and I was to receive 50000 rupees without any premium. The policy was based on the criterion of Accidental benefit. But till today even after a hard toil of almost 4 months, I have not received the amount. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to free me of the impasse.                                     I have a loan in LICHFL, I have chosed 3 years fixed interest and after 4th Year it will move to floating interest rate. During fixed interest period, they gave the interest rate as 10.75 and now they are moving this to floating interesrt rate of 11.75. As per RBI regulations, all the banks are now decreasing the interest rate but LIC is increasing the interest rate.

                                    Even I am also facing this problem LICHFC. Why there is no regulation for banks? I fail to understand why these people asking for Rs 1000 +, to go to lower interest rate. Why RBI is not doing anything, this is like open corruption
