I am a policy holder of LIC & had gone to pay my premium, where the LIC staff first said that premium will not accepted & again he said that come to cabin from backward, it will be accepted.When I went there, he again refused for accepting the payments & abusing me.Ican't expect such a poor behave from the LIC company staff.Its really very disgusting.

      Hi, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have paid my revival amount to my LIC agent as I was notable to pay it online, it was giving me some error. My agent gave me assurance that he has paid the revivalamount and it was updated on your website too, but now when I went there to getthe IT certificate, I am surprised to see that all the amount he paid on mybehalf has been reversed. Means I have been cheated. Please take a serious actionagainst this activity as I am going to take it very seriously. Please mal methe action item you are supposed to take as soon as possible or I have to evenregister a complaint against this in Police Station.         Hello, Sir/Madam Good morning. I am RAGHUVANSH PRASAD DWIVEDI from SATNA (MP) as a reliable consumer of LIC since 12 years and i have been filling my two different premium one for JEEVAN SURBHI for 2948 and second for BIMA GOLD for 2050 rupee I have a complaint regarding failure of transaction which i did on[protected] on morning via online through the official website of LIC and one transaction was successful of 2050 rupees. but my second premium of 2948 rupees was transacted successfully and mentioned amount debited from my SBI account (payment to be done by internet) but no any digital receipt was attached on my email. When i checked it from my LIC apps (mobile) then it is showing that transaction is failure Kindly, Resolve my problem might be this happened due to any technical prob or hardware error encountering or any other problem. The following details with regard to my PREMIUM is below mentioned. Please, do something resolution as soon as it could be possible.           respected sir . i have received a call from no.[protected]. they said lic providing bonus to insurance policy holders out of the funds invested by insurance companies. sir they ask my policy no. nominee, docand do birth. i provide them. then they told me send a cheque of Rs 12000/ to davis and also some proofs of ID. now i understand its a fraud call. and i told them i will not provide any kind of proofs and cheque. also for police complaint. sir plz help me .they will not do any kind of fraud with my policy. i provide only my policy details . thanks...

            I’ve applied 10 lacs loan again ADA approved property in Oct 2014 and provided all required documents also with file charges cheque. I’ve received one SMS also where loan approval is done against application no [protected] on my mobile also in Dec 2014. Today almost 6 months going to complete and still I’ve not received any information what is running and when I’ll get loan cheque. LIC person also made one policy also against security of this loan approx. 38K yearly premium which I’ve already paid. Pls. look into this matter urgently because I’m facing a lot of issue due to this delay.               Today( 03/03/2015), in the afternoon at approx. 12.37 pm, i received a call purportedly from lic legal dept. Delhi. That lic has declared some profit fund in respect of my policy no.[protected]. For which that call is verification call. I responded very promptly.This call has been made from mobile no. [protected] by saying name as isha sharma.They informed that the amt. Is rs.125980/- and my file no. Is ir10s91. Thereafter call was diverted to some mr.Keshav bharatwaj, who advised that they need another customer id from any one -future generali, relaince life insurance, exide life insurance and i have to pay a premium of approx. Rs 40000/-. I immediately sensed some nuisance. And refused to buy any other policy by saying that pl. Inform me all this to my e mail. Which they refused and threatened to forfeit the profit fund.
              Now i request that a proper investigation be made for taking stern action and pl. Protect my interest in my aforesaid policy which i suspect that they may play any foul .

                  Our neighbours 65/13, Mr. and Mrs. Lal Chand and their 3 children and 2 dogs have created nuisance with wrong intentions to violate our peace. They have been wasting water all day long which is precious and exhaustible resource. They intentionally throw their Garbage in front of our Main door. They create too much noise pollution. The whole locality and near by homes are unable to sleep. They make hell lot of noise from 10 pm till early morning. They shout, play songs, fight and quarrel, dogs keep barking aloud till 1am. Kindly request police to find some remedy for this which we are struggling from past 4 years, its my humble request.

                        To The Chairman, LIC of India, Mumbai . Sir, I have submitted all the documents for surrender payment of my pol. no.[protected] at your Dhanbad (Jharkhand) Br.1 on 28/08/2014 but sorry to intimate you that till today neither I received my payment, nor any one of LIC office is giving me information about the payment status of the same . Meanwhile I have contacted personally huge number of times and also placed my problem before Dhanbad Customer Zone/ CRM Hazaribagh/ CRM Patna a number of times, but sorry to say that none of them properly replied me so as to when I shall get my payment . Currently being retired from service, I am in acute shortage of fund to perform a life saving surgery for my wife . At this stage I do believe that the topmost level official of LIC shall be sensitive enough to take immediate action for the satisfaction of customers of the Corporation .                             I am taken policy through LIC agent Mr. Pallab kumar dam, Agent code:[protected] at madhygaram on April 2010 for my child. After one year I want change policy name according to birth certificated name for that my all original policy bond with application and other supporting document. Within three years he was just routed me it will come, it will take time. Till now my original bond is not traceable and this agent till changing date to date. Time to time his was change word. He was full fraud please take proper action to him. So that, in future he can’t able to fraud other poor people. His contact no:- [protected]

                                    Dear Sir/Madam Sub:[protected]Original Policy Document not issued till date with respect to the above mentioned subject i would like to bring some grave lapses on your organisation and associated agents involved in this process. I have this policy in the year 2011, and have not recieved the original document till date. i have paid the premium as per the requirement. Any claim if to be made would neccesssiate the policy document at the first instance. 1) As a company of long lasted repute you have failed to keep the track of such issues. 2) When the local branch at Khammam was contacted for the same they informed to contact the processing agent. 3) When the processing agent Ms Vittal Bhai-0245664K/2009 was contacted, she had promised to get the document delivered which is still not executed. Off late we have come to know that the processing agent is not even academically qualified to become an agent. However I would even explore the possibility of taking up this issue in a greater forum if this mail of mine is not considered for appropriate action. 4) Getting the policy processed by an unqualified person would bring the organisation a good business but not a correct applicable policy for the person concerned since they will be more interested in thier benifit rather than social concern towards the policy taker. All the policies processed by such type agents would be by someone else and not by self, hence the processing agents would not even know the subject but they are getting benifitted by just fooling society. There are lot of people who have availed the policies by her and have got into same loop of suffering. 5) Her husband Mr Ramana Rao (1989/64k 2004) is also an agent with you and is been also considered by your company in a category of high achieving agents. Without having moral and social responsibilty no individual nor can a company grow . These type of people will make good money for themselves and bring good business to your organisation but as a team you fail. 6) If I escalate and appeal this matter legally, I am so confident that they can never prove themselves as a qualified processing agent. Most of the policies processed by these agents are only contact based, thier effort is nil and are unfit to be processing agents. A correct disciplinary action is a must in this case.                                       My name is Venkatesan D who is the holder of the policy bearing #[protected]. Due to financial crises I have made my decision to surrender the policy. So i have approached the LIC Chennai - Anna Salai branch on 9th Feb 2015 and have submitted all the required documents for the said proceedings. So far I have paid 1.45 lakhs but so my surprise I have got the SMS states that my ICICI bank has been credited with 1.09 lakhs. My complain here is why would I not paid what I have paid all these years. I am unemployed for almost 3 years now - even a single rupee which makes lot to me these days. I am not expecting bonus or interest from the policy but then my least expectation is I should be credited the money what I have paid excluding all process fee (if there is any). After seeing this I am so stressful which adds up my mental agony. This policy being surrender to pay my boy's school fees next year is the primary reason and now i am so disappointed / helpless. I have surrender couple of other policies (from companies like ICICI Prudential, SBI etc., ) and have received the exact amount what i have paid so long (with or without bonus).                                         Dear Sir I have a policy with LIC india at Siddipet Branch no.73A, Janani Complex, near Hyderabad road, Madak – Dist.. ( Telangana - sate ) Policy no is [protected]. Sir every 4- years I taking the 5000/- rupees due to asper policy, But second time I not received the amount and I submitted my details at LIC office (siddipet) on 16-Jan-2015, later I received SMS for NEFT registered from LIC on 17-Jan-2015, at – 15:07 hrs.
