Dear Sir/Mam, Policy No[protected]I I have surrender my policy on 14th mar'15, Due to some finical problems. As discussed with LIC concern person, will receive my amount within week. Now i got reply from them policy not complete three year. So they can't return my money. However till date i was not aware about policy condition and it should be complete minimum three year. LIC Agent (who has given this policy) was also not shared this information in policy beginning. Now he is unreachable from long time and his office also closed or relocated. It was happened, due to i lost my job and had moved from Delhi NCR to my Home town. Now I’m not able to pay all lapse EMI amount in one-short and start it again. नामे विश्वास सुभाषराव फुल्लरवार नागपुर ग्रामिण पोलीस दलात सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक पदावर कार्रत असुन नागपुर य़ेथील मौजा वाढोडा अंतर्गत नंदनवन ले आऊट येथे भुखंड क्र. 1288/562 ख. क्र. 603 नगर भुमापन क्र. 202 शिट क्र. 309 प्रमाणे मालमत्तेचा कायदेशीर मालक आहे. 1) वरील मालमत्तेवर आपले कंपनीच्या माध्यमातुन घर बांधनी साठी मी सि. ए. श्री प्रणव लिमजा यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला असता त्यांनी मला एल. आय. सिय. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड चे व्याजदर सर्वांत कमी असुन तेथुन क्रज घेतल्यास आर्तिक दृष्ट्या सोईस्कर होते असा प्रामाणिक सल्ला दिला. 2) संदर्भाने नामे श्री नरेंद्र कांबळे यांनी घर बांधनेकामी गृह कर्ज उपलब्ध करुन देण्याची पेशकश केली. 3) त्याकरीता लागणारे संपुर्ण कागदपत्रे घराची रजिस्ट्री, आखीव पत्रीका, टँक्स रशीद, सँक्शंड प्लान, ईस्टिमेट, पगारपाटाचा उतार, फऑर्म नं. 16, व ईतर कागदपत्रे लागतिल असे सांगीतले. 4) श्री नरेंद्र कांबळे यांना संपुर्ण कागदपत्रे दाखविल्यानंतर सदरची मालमत्ता माझे व माझे मोठे भाऊ नामो श्री रोजश पुल्ललरवार यांच्या नावावर असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्याने त्यांनी सदर मालमत्तेवर गृह कर्जासाठी माझे जेष्ठबंधु नामे श्री राजेश पुल्लरवार यांच्या आय संबंधी माहिती व नाहरकत प्रमाणपत्र ई. कागदपत्रे सामिल करण्यास सांगीतले व 5) तत्पुर्वी नरेंद्र कांबळे यांनी मी एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा चा मुख्य अदिकारी असुन आपली लोन केस जास्तीत जास्त 15 दिवसांत पुर्ण करुन देतो असे सांगीतले. 6) व लागणारी प्रोसेसिंग फिस रुपये 30, 000/- ही फ्रँकिंग चार्जेस व ईतर स्वरुपात माझ्या कडुन माहे ऑगस्ट 2014 मध्ये घेतली व यानंतर मला येत्या 7 दिवासांत, पंधरा दिवसांत, सोमवारी, बुधावारी लोन चा चेक देतो म्हणुन फिरवायला सुरुवात केली. 7) तोपर्यंत घराचे बांधकाम प्लिंथ लेवल पर्यंत पुर्ण करण्यास सांगीतले. 8) घाराचे बांधकाम प्लिंथ लेवल पर्यंत पुर्ण झाल्यावर सुध्दा मला लोन ची रक्कम किंवा लोन मंजुर झाल्या संबंधातील कोणतिही कागदपत्रे मला उपलब्ध करुन दिली नाही. 9) श्री नरेंद्र कांबळे यांनी माझी रुपये 30, 000/- ने फसवणुक केल्याचा संशय वाटुन त्याबाबत रितसर चौकशी व्हावी म्हणुन अर्ज पोलीसांना दिल्यावर पोलीस स्टेशन मदुन फोन येताच श्री नरेंद्र यांनी लोन चा चेक मला ताब्यात दिला. 10) यानंतर मला त्यांनी आम्ही पोलीसांना लोन देत नाही तुम्हाला लोन मिळवुन दिले अशी उपकाराची भाषा केली. 11) गेल्या ऑग्स्ट महीन्यापासुन माझ् घराचे बांधकाम सुरु असुन मला एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा येथुन दिनांक 07/11/2014 रोजी रुपये 3, 39, 000/- प्रमाणे 12 हफ्त्यांत कर्जाची रक्कम अदा करण्यात येईल 3, 39, 000 प्रमाणे 12 हफ्ते म्हणजे रुपये 4068000 मला अदा करणार होते का. 12) व त्या अदा केलेल्या हफ्त्यांचा व्याज दरमहा लोनची रक्कम पुर्ण अदा करत पर्यंत आपणास भरावा लागेल असे सांगण्यात आले. 13) एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा यांनी मला कर्जाचा पहीला हफ्त्ता रुपये 3, 39, 000/- असा अदा केला व त्या हफ्ताच्या व्याजाची रक्कम रुपये 750 /- मी चेकने भरना केली. 14) यांनतर एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा यांनी मला सांगितले प्रमाणे रुपये 3, 39, 000/- चा दुसरा चेक पुढच्या महिन्यात द्यावयास पाहिदे होता परंतु नंतर त्यांनी कर्जाचे हफ्ते आम्ही केलेल्या बांधकामाच्या व्हँलेएशन नुसार अदा केले जाईल असे सांगीतले. 15) यांनतर मला मी केलेल्या बांधकामाच्या बाजार मुल्याप्रमाणे रुपये 1, 32, 000/-, 2, 82, 600/-, 3, 76, 800/- असे अदा केले. 16) सदरची रक्कम अदा करण्यासाठी मी जेव्हा केव्हा एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला तेव्हा त्यांनी मला मोबाईल मद्ये फोटो घेवुन व्हाट्सप वर पाठविण्यास सांगीतले व त्या फोटोंच्या आदारावर मला चेकने रक्कम अदा करण्यात आली. 17) माझे गराचे संपुर्ण बांधकाम झाले असुन आता सध्या परीस्थितीत घराचे फिनिशिंग सुरु असतांना मला उर्वरित रकमेची गरज असतांना एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखेशी स्प्रक साधला असता त्यांनी आपणास अदा करण्यात आलेल्या रकमेचा व्याज आपण भरणा केला नसल्याने पुडील हफ्ता देता येणार नाही असे सांगीतले. 18) मी रक्कम अदा केली असता त्यांनी मला माहे फेब्रुवारी आमि मार्च चा व्याज मिळमे बाकी आहे असे सांगुन कर्जाचा हफ्ता अदा करण्यास टाळाटाळ केली. 19) त्याच दिवशी मी पाठविलेल्य़ा चेक वर संबंधीत कार्यालायीतल लिपीकाने आपले कडे रुपये 15016/- ईतकी रक्कम व्याज स्वरुपात येणे बाकी असल्याचे कळविल्याने मी त्यांना आपणास पाठविलेल्या चेकवर सदरची रक्कम लिहुन परतावा करुन घेण्यास सांगीतले. 20) त्यांनी सदरची रक्कम चेक मध्ये नमुद करुन एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड यांचे खात्यात जमा करवुन घेतली. 21) यानंतर मला पुढील बांधकाम व फिनीशिंगसाठी कर्जाचे ङप्ते मिळण्यात यावे म्हणुन मी विचारना केली असता मला असे सांगण्यात आले की आपले बांधकाम पुर्ण झाले नस्लायने आपमास रक्कम अदा करण्यात येणार नाही व नंतरसरासरी 10 दिवसांनी रुपये 1, 88, 400/- चा चेक माझ्या नावेनम ईश्यु करण्यात आला. 22) मी आता पर्यंत रुपये 750/-, 3847/-, 6380/-, 15016/- ईतकी रक्कम व्याजाचा परतावा म्हणुन अदा केली आहे. 23) मी लोनची केस केल्यानंतर माझे मित्र श्री गोपाल उपाध्याय सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक यांना एल. आय. सी. हाऊसिंग फायनांस लिमिटेड नागपुर शाखा येथुन लोन घेण्याचा सल्ला दिला असता सदर शाखेतील संबंधीत अदिकारी यांना आमची कंपनी पोलीसांना लेन देत नाही असे उत्तर दिले. 24) असेच उत्तर पोलीस निरीक्षक श्री गायगोले यांना सुद्धा देण्यात आले. 25) मी क्रजाच्या र्वरीत रकमेसाठी संपर्क केला असता मला तुमचे बांधकाम पुर्ण झाले नाही म्हणुन लोनचे हफ्ते आपमास दिले जाणार नाही असे उत्तर देण्यात आलेले आहे. 26) मी आतापर्यंत केलेल्या बांधकामाची पाहणी करण्यासाठी कोणिही अधिकारी घटनास्थळाला भेट दिली नाही किंवा व्हँल्युअकर सुद्धा आला नाही. 27) घराचे बांधकाम कुठपर्यंत आले याची शहानिशा न करता मला लोनची रक्कम देण्यात टाळाटाळ करम्यात येते आहे. 28) मला खोटी आश्वासने दवुन माझे घराचे बांधकाम रखडवुन मला विनाकारण किरायच्या घरात राहण्यास भाग पाडले जात आहे ज्यमुले मला विनाकारण भाडे द्यावे लागत असुन माझे आर्थिक नुकसान होत आहे. 29) आपली कंपनी पोलीसांना कर्ज देत नसतांना मला कर्ज का दिले. ? 30) आपल्या कंपनीत काम करणारे नामे श्री नरेंद्र कांबळे यांनी फक्त एजंट असतांना सुद्धा शाखा प्रमुख असल्याची बतावणी करुन क्रज मिळवुन देण्यासाठी लागणारी रक्कम रुपये 30, 000/- किमान 2 महिने स्वतःच्या हितासाठी वापरली. 31) सदरची बाब श्री पाटील यांच्या निदर्शनास आणुन दिली असता त्यांनी स्वतः दिलगिरी व्यक्त करुन आपण स्वतः जातीने याप्रकरणांत लक्ष केंद्रीत करुन यापुढे आपणास मनस्ताप होणार नाही अशी ग्वाही दिली व प्रकरण दाबण्याच प्रयत्न केला. 32) आपले अधिनस्त कार्यरत श्री नरेंद्र कांबळे यांनी केलेल्या गैरप्रकारावर आक्षेप नोंदविल्याचा राग म्हणुन मला रक्कम अदा करतांना त्रास दिला जात आहे असा माझा ठाम विश्वास आहे. 33) मला अदा करण्यात आलेल्या रक्मेवरील व्य़ाजासंबंधान...⇄ मला कोणताही पत्र व्यवहार किंवा फोन वर सुचना देणायत येत नाही यामुळे ऐनवेळी मला व्याजाचा भरना न केल्याच्या कारणावरुन पुढील हफ्ते थांबविले जातात. 34) घराचे बांधकाम पुर्ण झाल्याशिवाय लोन देणार नाही असे जर करारात नमुद आहे तर मग सामान्य माणसांना घर बांधण्यासाठी लोनची गरज आहे असे वाटते का. ? 35) घराच्या बांधकामापुर्व...⇄ लोन मिळमार नसल्यास होमलोनची गरजच काय ? व घराच्या बांधकामातील घरामालकाच्या 15 टक्के पेक्षा कितीतरी जास्त रकमेचा वाटा मी व माझे बंधु यांनी अत्यंत कशोसिने पेलला आहे परंतु केवळ असुयेपोटी त्रास दिला जात असल्यास यास जबाबदार कोण ? अर्जाचा सारासार विचार करुन योग्य निर्णय घेण्यात यावा व अधिनस्त कर्माचारी यांना पोलीसांना लोन देता येत नसतांना लोन का दीले बाबत विचारना करुन लोन ईतर शाखेत हस्तांतरीत करण्याच्या पद्धतीवर मार्गदर्शन मिळण्यास विनंतीपुर्वक सादर आहे. सहपत्र 1) 12 हफ्त्यांमध्ये मिळणारे रकमेची माहिती असलेले स्टेटमेंट 2) आतापर्यंत अदा करम्यात आलेले हफ्ते व भरना I will not disclose the agent name yet here, but he is misleading me since 4-5 months. I think if they are working for housing loan they should have face all type or problems/documentation required while processing. I have approval of loan and submitted document to agent but he has not submitted the document in office and making false statement that you will get check next saturday /Monday and within 2-3 days. After seeing all comments for LIC HFL I am planning to take legal action on agent and LIC HFL for appointing such fraud agent who are doing their job and misleading customer. Hope LIC HFL would understand there are so many banks which are providing loan at same rate which lic is giving. Waiting 10 more days, if he can understand or LIC can take action on their agent.

sir, i have a policy of 119 branch.preeti gupta and H.S.meena direct marketing from LIC of INDIA. both r come to my home & told me my policy has been lapsed and the amount is 50, 000. so i should be recycled this amount to new plan .but i was not intrusted So they told me they will be surrenderd my amount also . But i have consulted my agent and he found my amount is 1, 00, 000. So why these guys told me that my amount is sooooo less. what they will do my balanced amount. One instalment is disbursed by LIC HFL. Now when builder has demanded second instalment LIC HFL is refusing to disburse the same. Hi, This is to bring my complaint on a disappointing situation I have seen. I am very much disappointed due to an LIC employee with his disrespecting behavior and lack of knowledge (From Ameerpet Regional office, Hyderabd). When I requested branch manager for a mortgage loan he assigned an employee/agent named “Arun Reddy” for this. This guy misled me with lack of knowledge and wasted my crucial time. When I questioned him, he became aggressive. Disappointed with all these, I told him you will lose my existing accounts and I will escalate. He used boorish and abusing words. This guy has wrong attitude and doesn’t know the organization interest and doesn’t know the value of customers. Hope you will take required actions. sir, i purchased a policy of L I C on 26/02/09 with name $style as jeevan saral, table no 165, bearing no[protected] with an annual premium of rs.12010/, after full payment of premium for six full years, I surrendered my policy to L I C but I got only rs..55190/ is it justification ?
