I have assigned this policy HDFC for home loan & now though its 10 years completed on 19/01/2015 to policy, 20% amount cheque not received to HDFC bank or me.So may i know how much it will take to reach cheque to HDFC bank, Aurangabad.

      When I tried to update my family details, i get the error as"First name is an invalid entry" Please check. I tried a ll the possible entries but failed. I am planning to bring all the LIC policies (including self, wife and children) under one user login. Please help

        We are a group of 4 senior citizens who have duped by our LIC agent with regards to our LIC policy. Our cheques and payorders have been misused for opening other persons policies and fake LIC deposit receipts issued. Our policies have lapsed in the year 2013 and notification of the lapsed policies came only last week.We have lodged a written complain to the Branch Manager ( LIC Branch 929 ) with photocopies of required documents.Please advise.           This is the subject matters, I have applied for 1. List of Documents 2. Photocopies of the Title documents after filling the subscribed form and payments of Rs 1686 vide PDC which has already debited from my account on 18 th March 2014 for house Loan account bearing No. [protected]. Through out I pursued case through mail & telephone to the Area Manager of LICHFL and meet personally on the subject matters on dated 03.02.2015. During peruation a mail was forwarded to me as per below: "Dear sir, As per trailing mail we wish to inform you that we are making regular follow up with our stock holding for sending the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 but due to shifting of premises of stock holding, the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 has been mis-arranged. They are re-arranging files which is time consuming. So you are requested to bear with us for delay. Thanks & Regards, Servicing Department Delhi Back Office [protected], 43524583/84" During meeting, a mid path was decided, but no concrete action has been adopted.               no receipt generated for online premium payment with bank account is deducted

              Dear Sir/Madam, I paid my policy number[protected] online for which no receipt has been generated. The transaction number is[protected]. Please help me with getting the reciept. This is cheating being done by LIC. They recieve payments and don't give reciepts. The height is there customer care doe not pick up there calls.                 In 2012 when LICHFL sanctioned me the loan, the rate of interest (floating type) was 10.40% (from the begining the agent promised me to give this rate) but immediately after that, when I asked for documentation then it appears to be 11.75% and it is continuing till date, no changes from 2012 onwards. When I contacted the LICHFL agent then he provided me with some funny reasons then he stopped picking my calls and also misbehaved with me. I want to know is this the real business strategy of LICHFL. I will raise the issue to consumer forum and also alert everybody I know or my family knows regarding this cheating of LICHFL...Biswajit Malick-[protected]. Loan account no[protected][protected]

                      Sir,

                      I want to inform you that I got a quotation for SWIFT VXI from SKY AUTOMOBILES, Bhubaneswar through their sales office in Berhampur, Odisha for the vehicle to be in the name of LIC OF INDIA and the user will be myself, Preeti Agrawal, (Asst Branch Manager of LIC OF INDIA, Berhampur Branch-2, Berhampur).

                      Based on the quotation given a cheque of Rs 5, 33, 520 /- was issued to Sky Automobile representative by my organization LIC on 26/12/2014 (cheque No. 093895 of Axis Bank, Berhampur), the receipt of the same is available with me, receipt # 1730, issued by Sky Automobiles.

                      After repeated follow-ups also the car has not been delivered to me as yet, the dealer Sky Automobiles has been saying that there is no stock.

                      On 30/01/2015 I got a call from Sky Automobiles that car has come and they asked me to pay excess amount because of the new excise duties.

                      Since I have already paid the full amount of Rs.5, 33, 520 /- on 26/12/2014, why is this new amount is been asked from me. Attached is the copy of the receipt for your reference.

                      The name of the concerned Sales Manager of Sky Automobiles in Berhampur is Mr Sandeep Behera

                      I kindly request you to please look into this issue at the earliest and get it resolved. The way in which the whole is issue is dealt is very unprofessional, both by the manager in Sandeep Behera and dealer Sky Automobiles.

                      I have been a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki and currently I drive Maruti Alto, I do not this kind of behaviour from the dealers.

                              1) I purchased the above policy (No.[protected] LA Asit Kr De, for 12 yr plan; PPT: 9 yr Table No.196 ) on 03/03/2009 for SA 100, 000/- . I have paid regularly my premium. But the vested Bonus I have not seen & I have not yet received any letter regarding the payment( at the end of 6th) 20% of SA which will be due March, 2015. 2) I have purchased New BIMA GOLD policy No.[protected] LA Abhijit De on 12/06/2009 and paid regular premium. In that case I have not seen the Vested Bonus accrued. 3) I have also purchased JEEVAN TARANG Policy No.[protected] LA: PINTU DE on 24/08/2014 (Table No. 178, Term 10 Yr PPT 6 Yr) All the 6 yr premiums I have paid But the same thing happened "Vested Bonus=0) I cant understand why" vested Bonus =Zero" has been shown?                                     i took a policy of LIC ULIP growth plan fund of single premium in 2005 but that policy was entered as a bond plan of yearly premium because of the fault of the clerk.When i surrendered that policy in 2009, i got a cheque of Rs.4326 and that amount was less according to me.Then i went to the office and i returned that cheque to the officeholder and till today i haven't get any amount.
                                    And i also took another policy with that policy in the same year i.e.2005 and when i surrendered that another policy in 2009, i got a cheque of Rs.14000.

                                    kindly provide me my amount with full interest.
