Dear Sir/Madam Sub:[protected]Original Policy Document not issued till date with respect to the above mentioned subject i would like to bring some grave lapses on your organisation and associated agents involved in this process. I have this policy in the year 2011, and have not recieved the original document till date. i have paid the premium as per the requirement. Any claim if to be made would neccesssiate the policy document at the first instance. 1) As a company of long lasted repute you have failed to keep the track of such issues. 2) When the local branch at Khammam was contacted for the same they informed to contact the processing agent. 3) When the processing agent Ms Vittal Bhai-0245664K/2009 was contacted, she had promised to get the document delivered which is still not executed. Off late we have come to know that the processing agent is not even academically qualified to become an agent. However I would even explore the possibility of taking up this issue in a greater forum if this mail of mine is not considered for appropriate action. 4) Getting the policy processed by an unqualified person would bring the organisation a good business but not a correct applicable policy for the person concerned since they will be more interested in thier benifit rather than social concern towards the policy taker. All the policies processed by such type agents would be by someone else and not by self, hence the processing agents would not even know the subject but they are getting benifitted by just fooling society. There are lot of people who have availed the policies by her and have got into same loop of suffering. 5) Her husband Mr Ramana Rao (1989/64k 2004) is also an agent with you and is been also considered by your company in a category of high achieving agents. Without having moral and social responsibilty no individual nor can a company grow . These type of people will make good money for themselves and bring good business to your organisation but as a team you fail. 6) If I escalate and appeal this matter legally, I am so confident that they can never prove themselves as a qualified processing agent. Most of the policies processed by these agents are only contact based, thier effort is nil and are unfit to be processing agents. A correct disciplinary action is a must in this case.     My name is Venkatesan D who is the holder of the policy bearing #[protected]. Due to financial crises I have made my decision to surrender the policy. So i have approached the LIC Chennai - Anna Salai branch on 9th Feb 2015 and have submitted all the required documents for the said proceedings. So far I have paid 1.45 lakhs but so my surprise I have got the SMS states that my ICICI bank has been credited with 1.09 lakhs. My complain here is why would I not paid what I have paid all these years. I am unemployed for almost 3 years now - even a single rupee which makes lot to me these days. I am not expecting bonus or interest from the policy but then my least expectation is I should be credited the money what I have paid excluding all process fee (if there is any). After seeing this I am so stressful which adds up my mental agony. This policy being surrender to pay my boy's school fees next year is the primary reason and now i am so disappointed / helpless. I have surrender couple of other policies (from companies like ICICI Prudential, SBI etc., ) and have received the exact amount what i have paid so long (with or without bonus).       Dear Sir I have a policy with LIC india at Siddipet Branch no.73A, Janani Complex, near Hyderabad road, Madak – Dist.. ( Telangana - sate ) Policy no is [protected]. Sir every 4- years I taking the 5000/- rupees due to asper policy, But second time I not received the amount and I submitted my details at LIC office (siddipet) on 16-Jan-2015, later I received SMS for NEFT registered from LIC on 17-Jan-2015, at – 15:07 hrs.         I have surrended my ULIP Policy no.[protected]_Profit Plus (T no.-188)to LIC Office Patna Branch -3, Jeevan Deep Buliding, Exbition Road, Patna on[protected] with all relevant document. But till date Policysum assured amount is not credit to given bank A/C.

C :- 28/01/2007 Sir, with reference of above motioned policy still I have not received cheque and this policy has been assigned with Bank of Baroda. This time by mistakenly above motioned policy cheque has been issued on my name and on my home address but it suppose to be issued for Bank of Baroda, This information has conveyed to me through Mr. Bipinbhai Shah (LIC agent).                 Respected Sir, I have taken LIC JIVAN SARAL (WITH BENEFITS) Policy with Policy No.[protected] on 14/09/2011. Premium for the above said policy was 1021 per month and total months were 40, which means total money paid by me to Life Insurance Corporation of India through premium comes to Rs. 40840 and I surrendered the same policy in 01/2015, i.e. on completing of 3 years 4 months. On 02/02/2015, 05.33 PM I received message from LIC on my Mobile No. [protected] stating that, "Dear Policyholder, we have registered your policy no[protected] under NEFT with STATE BANK OF INDIA under A/c code xxxxxxx1917". And on 07/02/2015, I received amount of Rs. 24, 114/- through NEFT in my State Bank of India Saving Bank A/c. Sir, if you calculate the difference in the amount paid by me to LIC through premium which is 40840 and the payment of Rs. 24114/- which I received from LIC through NEFT in my SBI saving bank a/c. comes to Rs.16726. I am feeling cheated. May be there are some charges to be paid towards surrending the policy before actual terms of 15 years or may be the policy is market dependent but there should not be loss of Rs. 16726. Upto 3000 to 5000 loss is acceptable but diffrence of Rs.16726 is not acceptable in any circumstances. Please, help me in this case. I will be thankful to you.                     Sir I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I paid online a premium of LICI of Rs 26299.68 on 16/02/15 against the policy number[protected] under Dhanbad Main Branch through IDBI GATEWAY by SBI Credit Card. But the amount though was deducted, it was not credited against my said policy.                             We are a group of 4 senior citizens who have duped by our LIC agent with regards to our LIC policy. Our cheques and payorders have been misused for opening other persons policies and fake LIC deposit receipts issued.                               This is the subject matters, I have applied for 1. List of Documents 2. Photocopies of the Title documents after filling the subscribed form and payments of Rs 1686 vide PDC which has already debited from my account on 18 th March 2014 for house Loan account bearing No. [protected]. Through out I pursued case through mail & telephone to the Area Manager of LICHFL and meet personally on the subject matters on dated 03.02.2015. During peruation a mail was forwarded to me as per below: "Dear sir, As per trailing mail we wish to inform you that we are making regular follow up with our stock holding for sending the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 but due to shifting of premises of stock holding, the original file under loan a/c no 11035849 has been mis-arranged. They are re-arranging files which is time consuming. So you are requested to bear with us for delay.                                   no receipt generated for online premium payment with bank account is deducted

Please help me with getting the reciept. This is cheating being done by LIC. They recieve payments and don't give reciepts. The height is there customer care doe not pick up there calls.                                     In 2012 when LICHFL sanctioned me the loan, the rate of interest (floating type) was 10.40% (from the begining the agent promised me to give this rate) but immediately after that, when I asked for documentation then it appears to be 11.75% and it is continuing till date, no changes from 2012 onwards. When I contacted the LICHFL agent then he provided me with some funny reasons then he stopped picking my calls and also misbehaved with me. I want to know is this the real business strategy of LICHFL. I will raise the issue to consumer forum and also alert everybody I know or my family knows regarding this cheating of LICHFL...Biswajit Malick-[protected]. Loan account no[protected][protected]
