      1) I purchased the above policy (No.[protected] LA Asit Kr De, for 12 yr plan; PPT: 9 yr Table No.196 ) on 03/03/2009 for SA 100, 000/- . I have paid regularly my premium. But the vested Bonus I have not seen & I have not yet received any letter regarding the payment( at the end of 6th) 20% of SA which will be due March, 2015. 2) I have purchased New BIMA GOLD policy No.[protected] LA Abhijit De on 12/06/2009 and paid regular premium. In that case I have not seen the Vested Bonus accrued. 3) I have also purchased JEEVAN TARANG Policy No.[protected] LA: PINTU DE on 24/08/2014 (Table No. 178, Term 10 Yr PPT 6 Yr) All the 6 yr premiums I have paid But the same thing happened "Vested Bonus=0) I cant understand why" vested Bonus =Zero" has been shown? I shall be highly obliged if you kindly provide any clarification to me by this mail. The Agent did not take care and even not coming to collect the premium. Thanking you in anticipation.         non payment of annuity

            i took a policy of LIC ULIP growth plan fund of single premium in 2005 but that policy was entered as a bond plan of yearly premium because of the fault of the clerk.When i surrendered that policy in 2009, i got a cheque of Rs.4326 and that amount was less according to me.Then i went to the office and i returned that cheque to the officeholder and till today i haven't get any amount.
            And i also took another policy with that policy in the same year i.e.2005 and when i surrendered that another policy in 2009, i got a cheque of Rs.14000.

            kindly provide me my amount with full interest.

                      2013) all requested documents were submitted to the branch which is located in maharashtra on

                      February 2014 and they assured that the cheque will be issued at the earliest. I contacted them

                      Multiple times through the lic helpline & they confirmed that all documents have been received and

                      Its proper and payment to the claimant (Mrs jyothi, w/o late umesh servegar) will be made within

                      A week. The same reply was obtained on multiple occasions, however no payment has been received yet.

                      It has been more than 10 months for now since the submission of the documents & was assured

                      Payment in a week. Kindly look into this issue as the family of deceased is waiting for the payment

                      And are in a pathetic situation to continue their livelihood. Hence i would request you to expedite

                      The processing of claim and take necessary action to issue the payment at the earliest.

                            This thread was extremely useful as I put the caller on hold and checked online for the authenticity. I too was initially duped into providing all my policy info to the lady Sonal who called mentioning the same bonus declaration and that 40% will go to my agent and rest only after maturity if I do not claim the same by verifying. I kept asking how they got my land line number as I have never mentioned in my LIC records, they said they had details from sources and gave me a docket number to prove they are genuine. Thankfully I got to know from all of you above that this is a fake scam racket, I scolded the lady, told her I am aware of their games, and disconnected the call. Prashaanth-Bangalore

I believe the online facility is for the convenience of the customers where nominal charges are justified but not charges like Rs 190. + S.T on payment above RS 25000 /.                                     online thru credit card the convenience fees slab levied have changed and has become are very very high .Earlier it was max Rs.35/- + S.T. but now it has become Rs. 350/- + S.T. a sudden 10 times increase. I
                                    believe the online facility is for the convenience of your company as well as of the customers
                                    where nominal charges are justified but not such a hike in them, you are discouraging me to make online payment by making me pay such a heavy convenience fee where i guess many other insurance agencies don't even charge a single rupee to make premium payment online.


                                    Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert .

                                    Why is LIC charh=ging a convenience fee for online payments of premium? Hasn't the Government of India waived off such charges? We are yet to receive a response from LIC

                                    I just paid premium online.To my surprise there is 80/- extra as convenience charge.I believe GOI waived off such charges.Hope there is positive response from LIC.
                                    There should not be any extra fees for online transactions. Else everyone have to move back to cash transactions. Awaiting LICs reply
