Hi, My name is Manish E Gawande Friday (13th March) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 3062 (Policy number[protected] using SBI CREDIT CAR Do online trough IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected]. I have received the mail communication from awl-in.[protected]@atos.net <awl-in.[protected]@atos.net>; for the request has been process but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium PAID ONLINE certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2014 And 15/03/2015' Kindly do the needful Manish Gawande

    I am policy holder[protected] LIC branch 286 Ballia, had gone to change my home address with write an application in English, where the lic staff said me firstly you write application in English and also said that your application not in proper you go here there and he west my three hrs time, so you can think that what is problem rest of customer, customer dealing is very poor

      The above policy was obtained from Medak br and later it was serviced by Siddipet br code no. BO-73A. As the policy matured long ago I visited Siddipet br in April 2013 and contacted Sri. Raghavulu, AAO who promised to take care. I came back to Hyderabad but could not get answers to several phone calls. Then I visited LIC office at Indira Park, Hyderabad and handed over the original LIC Policy, SBI account details and claim application duly witnessed to Sri. Sekhar, who promptly handed over the same to concerned section for onward transmission. As there was no payment I have contacted Sri. Ranganath concerned official on 5/8/13 who informed that the policy and claim application were sent to higher office and it will take a few months to receive payment. Again I waited for 10 months and contacted Sri. Ranganath on 19/6/14 and informed that I have not received the payment. He advised to represent online to claim Secunderabad at LIC India.com. As there were health problems in the family and for me I couldnot contact you immediately. I request you to kindly take care of the above policy No. 60766349 and make the payment of 40% of the sum assured together with accrued bonuses and interest if any as it is long due.         Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a Home Loan of Rs.20, 00, 000/= from LIC Housing Finance on 24/01/2012. My Loan Account No. is[protected]. At the time of taking the loan the interest rate was 10.40% which was 0.10% less than other banks. So, I decided to take the loan from there. But within one year they have increased the ROI to 11.10%. Now as interest rate has been decreased by almost all banks/NBFCs, LICHFL is not doing anything. I have applied through email to reduce ROI and they redirected the matter to Durgapur Branch Manager. I applied to branch manager and he just rejected my application saying that he is unable to do anything. I even queried for Balance Transfer to other bank and he said that 2% levy on the outstanding balance will be charged in this case. I am just stuck in between. I have another loan at DHFL where they have reduced the ROI from 11.85% to 10.25% with a nominal charge (2500 + S.Tax). They are denying any service in fact. I am now repenting taking loan from LICHFL.So, I am requesting you to kindly look up the matter urgently and please guide me for the next action.Thanks and regards

          Hello, My Loan Account details: Loan no.[protected] Customer ID: 18629727 I have taken home loan from LICHFL in Jan 2012 with ROI (2 years fixed) 10.25% at LICHFL Banglore. Now in the LICHFL site the ROI is showing 12%. Accordingly my EMI amount is increased suddenly by 1500/- I was surprised to see the ROI showing in the site as the interest rates are coming down in these days but LICHFL is increasing them (Current ROI is 10.1% for fresh loans).               This is ***** and i was holding the policy with lic with policy no ***** My policy was to be matured on 01/03/2015 but due to name changes it has not been matured yet. I had said to my lic agent named Vasant mengade in (fort branch) to the needful so that there should not be any problem during the claim but he was helpless saying he has no time and even he had not collected the single premium we had paid by standing in ques of lic offices .we took the help of other agents for the name change procedure . Is this type of services do your agents provide? I am complaining because I dont want that because of such a irresponsible agent others should suffer, and i also want to follow up this complaint on email id changed [protected]@gmail.com.

Accordingly my EMI amount is increased suddenly by 1500/- I was surprised to see the ROI showing in the site as the interest rates are coming down in these days but LICHFL is increasing them (Current ROI is 10.1% for fresh loans). I visited the office but they not giving proper answer. After some discussion they told me to pay 1% of loan amount as settlement amount to decrease the ROI. Or else we can't help you...Also they give me another offer, If i take top up loan they will give discount 0.5% loan amount instead of 1% to decrease ROI. I am totally frosted about the loan taken...what is this?? ... Please help me to solve the issue?? OR can have only option to transfer my home loan balance to some other bank. Thank you!

                  Dear Sir,
                  I took home loan from LICHFL(Account no.[protected], siliguri branch) in 2012 at a fixed rate of interest of 10.25%. In Feb. 2015, it was converted to floating type @ of 12.00% interest which shocked me. i called the branch office and requested to bring the ROI down but to my surprise, they told me that I can transfer my account to other banks if i want. Since then i have spent sleepless night. Is there any mechanism to bring down the ROI or do i have to transfer my balance to other bank. kindly advise

                    Hi, I have take home loan from LICHFL in 2011 March with ROI (3 years fixed) 10.7% at LICHFL Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Now in the LICHFL site the ROI is showing 11.75%. I was surprised to see the ROI showing in the site as the interest rates are coming down in these days but LICHFL is increasing them (Current ROI is 10.1% for fresh loans). Please let me know the correct interest rate LICHFL is charging on my home loan. If it is not decreased, I am planning to transfer my home loan balance to some other bank.

                      Dear sir, I wish to inform that I had registered for LIC premium payment for my LIC Policy Nos.[protected] Premium amount Rs.4039/-,[protected] Premium amount Rs.12010/- and[protected] Premium amount Rs.8163/- on 02/02/2015. My all three policies falling due on 28/01/2015. When I registered my policies to LIC Card visa bill pay than I call Toll Free No.[protected] again and again who can deposit this premium myself or yourself. The reply given by the call centre is yourself because your policies registered after bill date i.e. your bill date is 28/01/2015 and you have registered on 02/02/2015 therefore this bill pay by yourself. Lastly I have deposited Rs.24212/- on 27/02/2015 at Branch Office Deoghar Branch code-529. After that on 04/03/2015 I received a message on my mobile from LIC CARD visa bill pay. " Your LIC Bill for Rs.4071/-, 12105/-, 8227.70/- due on 11/03/2015 has been successfully processed on you LIC credit card". As a result I had made double payment of rs. 24403.70 with late fine for my abovementioned policies for the premium of 2015-16. The premium deducted from LIC CARD visa bill payment is below :- SL.NO.                         I have approached your Guwahati Branch office for TOP UP of my existing loan.Loan A/C No-9006. But unfortunately they denied, and now while I approached the branch for balance transfer, they are not accepting the cheque which is issued by DHFL, for the BT. This is not the right solution to solve the requirement of your customer`s need. Request you kindly do the needful solve my problem, as I have to pay interest and EMI to the new loan with DHFL, please help to get the loan closed my accepting the cheque issued by DHFL, Guwahati.                             I am a policy holder of LIC & had gone to pay my premium, where the LIC staff first said that premium will not accepted & again he said that come to cabin from backward, it will be accepted.When I went there, he again refused for accepting the payments & abusing me.Ican't expect such a poor behave from the LIC company staff.Its really very disgusting.

                                Hi, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have paid my revival amount to my LIC agent as I was notable to pay it online, it was giving me some error. My agent gave me assurance that he has paid the revivalamount and it was updated on your website too, but now when I went there to getthe IT certificate, I am surprised to see that all the amount he paid on mybehalf has been reversed. Means I have been cheated. Please take a serious actionagainst this activity as I am going to take it very seriously. Please mal methe action item you are supposed to take as soon as possible or I have to evenregister a complaint against this in Police Station. I am RAGHUVANSH PRASAD DWIVEDI from SATNA (MP) as a reliable consumer of LIC since 12 years and i have been filling my two different premium one for JEEVAN SURBHI for 2948 and second for BIMA GOLD for 2050 rupee I have a complaint regarding failure of transaction which i did on[protected] on morning via online through the official website of LIC and one transaction was successful of 2050 rupees. but my second premium of 2948 rupees was transacted successfully and mentioned amount debited from my SBI account (payment to be done by internet) but no any digital receipt was attached on my email. When i checked it from my LIC apps (mobile) then it is showing that transaction is failure Kindly, Resolve my problem might be this happened due to any technical prob or hardware error encountering or any other problem. The following details with regard to my PREMIUM is below mentioned. Please, do something resolution as soon as it could be possible.                                     respected sir . i have received a call from no.[protected]. they said lic providing bonus to insurance policy holders out of the funds invested by insurance companies. sir they ask my policy no. nominee, docand do birth. i provide them. then they told me send a cheque of Rs 12000/ to davis and also some proofs of ID. now i understand its a fraud call. and i told them i will not provide any kind of proofs and cheque. also for police complaint. sir plz help me .they will not do any kind of fraud with my policy. i provide only my policy details . thanks...

                                      I’ve applied 10 lacs loan again ADA approved property in Oct 2014 and provided all required documents also with file charges cheque. I’ve received one SMS also where loan approval is done against application no [protected] on my mobile also in Dec 2014. Today almost 6 months going to complete and still I’ve not received any information what is running and when I’ll get loan cheque. LIC person also made one policy also against security of this loan approx. 38K yearly premium which I’ve already paid. Pls. look into this matter urgently because I’m facing a lot of issue due to this delay.                                         Today( 03/03/2015), in the afternoon at approx. 12.37 pm, i received a call purportedly from lic legal dept. Delhi. That lic has declared some profit fund in respect of my policy no.[protected]. For which that call is verification call. I responded very promptly.This call has been made from mobile no. [protected] by saying name as isha sharma.They informed that the amt. Is rs.125980/- and my file no. Is ir10s91. Thereafter call was diverted to some mr.Keshav bharatwaj, who advised that they need another customer id from any one -future generali, relaince life insurance, exide life insurance and i have to pay a premium of approx. Rs 40000/-. I immediately sensed some nuisance. And refused to buy any other policy by saying that pl. Inform me all this to my e mail. Which they refused and threatened to forfeit the profit fund.
                                        Now i request that a proper investigation be made for taking stern action and pl. Protect my interest in my aforesaid policy which i suspect that they may play any foul .
