    Sir, I have taken 15 lac housing loan from LICHFL on Feb 2010. My loan account no is [protected]. My two LIC policies were assigned to the above loan. One of this policy's matured on July 2013 and LIC received the payment seven lac ninety thousand on SEP 2013.. But the statement shows that the deduction of the above amount from principal amount was done on Feb 2014. And still now though the principal amount is quite less still they are charging same amount of interest as they used to charge before deduction. I will be thankful to you if kindly look into this matter and either you refund the extra interest they have taken from me or adjust it from principal amount. Thanking you. Thanking you.       GREETINGS

      I have taken home lone from LICHFL for 700000 lakh rupees. I am paying my ECS in regular basic. After paying this month ECS i went to Tirupur/Tamil Nadu Office for Part Pre-close sum of Rs.65000 by Cheque. They were not accept my cheque, after long argument they took my cheque, during that time that receiving person told another staff to keep it separate, and told me, it will take two days to process. But it is been not happen till. Every time i am suffering from this particular office. As i am being in tirupur i have only option to approtch them Pls. advice what i should do in this case.

No. [protected] on 24th January 2014. The original documents of LIC Policy No.[protected], which were assigned in favour of LIC HFL, are to be returned after reassignment in my favour.             I called Bangalore office customer care No. [protected] on 20/09/2014 around 10.15 am regarding my lone details, one gentleman received the call and not introduced himself and just started asking the information with rude manner, and then he has got one more call then he asked me to hold the call for while and suddenly responded with bad manner the requested can not considered, then I told him we are the customers you can not talk with us this manner them he used some bad words and told me that customer are not god we can not listen them and he told me that, go and complaint where ever you want to complaint they can not shake me we are the supreme here and then he disconnected his call with out giving any information. Dear sir / Madam, I am your customer since last 5 years with proper payment without any dues, I really got hurt with your customer care executive behavior and he used some bad words towards customers and me and it is not accepted, please be enquiry this matter give me justice at the earliest.                       Lic Fake Calls

                      Its been over a month I have been receiving fake calls claiming from people that they are a part of the lic jeevan anand policy and from AID Government department. They mentioned that my policy of Rs 1, 58, 970 had matured and they need to transfer the funds.                       Two of my policies were assigned to the loan account no [protected]. One of this Policy matured in July 2013. The lilichfl received the payment on sep 2013 But the statemenent shows that the deduction of that amount seven lac ninety thousand made from the principal on Feb 2014. Still now they r charging the same EMI as they used to charge before. I wl be thankful to you if kindly look into this matter

                      Banks/NBFC charge same EMI amount even though you make part payments which were directly credited to your principal amount thus by reducing the outstanding amount. In your case LICHFL reduced the tenure but not the EMI, please check with your loan account once which can definitely show you lesser tenure.

                        I made List of Document request to LICHFL. And they told me 22 days will required for process. In term to know status i was trying to call so many times a day may be 50 times and no body in customer care/or any person no. given to me by LIC office only is picking up my call. 1 call picked but cut immediately. Right from application of loan to taking over its only problem problem ..problem!!! Response is sooo poor...zero customer satisfaction in my case atleast... Please improve on your services...Humble request...

                        You can visit you nearest area office to know the status on your request or any LICHFL loan processing center where there might be some customer care people available to server you on your purpose.

                          I am a member of GSLIS of LICI from Central Bank of India, since inception of the scheme. I have retired from the services of the bank, voluntarily, in May 2014 and my papers for settlement of the claim under the above scheme have been sent to Asansol office, in West Bengal, of LICI, on 06/06/2014, by our Regional Office at Mamrabazar, Durgapur, West Bengal. Despite having regularly received the premium towards my account under the above policy from the date of inception till the month of retirement, the company is till date not settling my dues and not even providing any information to me or to our Regional Office at Durgapur. Even my mail communications are not being acknowledged, which shows that the company is not bothering to pay any heed to the policy holders interests.                                   So for pament was very regular since august 2014. Payment has not been given whereas i had been promptly submitted my existence certificate.
                                  Indeed it is painful.We seniors expect a better treatment from lic.

                                    Dear Sir / Mam, My File Number for home loan transfer is [protected]. This home loan transfer request i submitted in the last week of May 2014 in Gurgaon office. My loan got approved on 28th July 2014 (i got the message). And my loan transfer fees is also also paid to LIC (around Rs.10000). Today is 5th September 2014 and loan disbursement is still pending. After too much of follow up, i am not getting the satisfactory answers. As per my calculation if LIC is doing one loan in 3 month, it means only 4 loans will be final in whole year. My property is in Omaxe Panorama City Bhiwadi. And my current loan is going on in DHFL. All the property papers including Registry are being hold by Builder(Omaxe) from last 3 months. Today i got a call from Omaxe, they can not hold the documents any more. I am feeling very frustrated and harassed.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, My self shouvik Roy working as a Astt. Manager in Mahindra& Mahindra ltd, I availed housing loan of 10 lacs in 2012 from Rudrapurbranch (Area office – Haldwani) in 2014. I transfered the loan to HDFCltd. In 2014 Initially LIC representatives stated that there will be nohidden/extra charges during loan closure but they charged aroud 20 thousand forloan closure and mypain is that after more than 1 month applying & submitting the amount they are not releasing my house registry and its related papers. so please needsupport.
