    I am Vijay Prakash Bansal, and I have taken loan from LIC HFL with customer ID 18408897 and Loan Number[protected]. LIC HFL did a blunder in issuing the loan and my son Rohit Bansal was named as the main and only borrower of the loan in spite of the fact that property is in my name only. As a result we are not able to claim tax benefits and along with that LIC HFL is not issuing us NOC for registry of the property as a result builder is levying holding charges on us. All the more new circle rates have been levied by the state and without NOC the registry being delayed we have to pay higher circle rates. So we are in loss in every way because of the mistake done by LIC HFL. For past 2 months we have been regularly following up with LIC HFL executives and branch manager Mr Manish Sharma in bhiwadi but he is unable to come up with any solution and just claiming that things are not in his hands. Request you to take some action as LIC HFL executives are not responding to our queries and because of their negligence we have to face huge financial losses.

      Hi, I want to file a complaint against Mithlesh Kumar (LIC Agent - Delhi Circle - Mayur Vihar Phase 3), who cheated me by taking 6450 Rs from me. He didn't submit it and the payment is still showing unpaid. He is not responding my calls and I don't have any way of finding him. Please help me and let me know how can I configure this.         Dear sir My Ex-employer M/s Gannon Dunkerley & co Ltd B-228 Okhla Indutrial area Phase- I New Delhi had recovered about Rs 2.O Lack from salary and deposited an LIC Group superannuation scheme for the period from 2008 – 2012. I have left the said company in June 2012 at the age of 58 years. Now I will be attaining my 60 years age on 18-Jan- 1015. Hence I am requesting the said company to issue me the policy documents/details of my group superannuation scheme. But said company is not responding to my request. I am here with enclosing the letter issued by the company to confirm the deposited amount. Kindly advise/ help/guide me in this regard to secure my monthly pension please.           REFUND Good evening sir/madam; My name is Rajesh.R. I have account to LIC. I opened 4-years back during the period I was working, I have believed to maintain this LIC policy a/c. Policy type is 6-months pay at Rs: 4157. I am already paid 5 due then I won’t continue this policy, I asked to LIC policy customer service to claim the policy amount because at present I have no job. They said to me, It is not possible you will pay t o the all due amount to till policy period, otherwise you will pay (3-years quota – therefore 6th due amount) you get 25% of amount only, balance amount they won’t give you. Now what can I do? How to claim my policy amount? I am not required interest of my amount only I asking my paid amount only. All policy agents’ brainwash the poor people and try to jointed LIC policy but without say the rules properly this and all poor people fake the amount. Poor people without pay properly, they had incomplete. How to claim? Tell me idea! Please help me!

            I have received a message from MDLICHFL on 9th oct 2014 that ECS amount of RS 23816 will be presented on 10/10.2014 towards housing loan installment.I had applied for loan sometime back from Panjim (goa)branch for a loan of RS 24000 but it was susequently cancelled and no loan was taken.I have approached Mr Nandesh from Panjim Branch and he has confirmed that the loan was cancelled.I am not aware whether ECS form was filled by me or not.But the loan application was not move further, Pl treat this as an emergency and ensure that no drastic step like this takes place today and in future since today is 10th oct and the sms message is recd by me yesterday only.on mob no [protected]Anuradha GuglaniMARGAOMob [protected]

                Reference - My Housing Loan account[protected] I had availed the housing loan in March 2014 and the Sale deed no 2506/14-15/BK-I was executed on 18.06.2014 and was handed over to LICHFL as security for the said housing loan granted to me. I have paid all the fees and charges for the same well in advance to LICHFL. I had requested to send the receipt for the EM created along with the list of documents on the registered address by registered post wide my mails dated July 23, 29th July, 21st August, 30th August, 11th September and 7th September. I did not get any reply from the LICHFL officials. The kind of post sale customer services offered by LICHFL is pathetic. Request immediate resolution to my complaint. Regards, Manoj K Marar

                    I am a foreign national having OCI status. During my recent visit to India, LIC of India officials, designated agent in Vadodaraconvinced me to apply for LIC policies towards which approximately INR 20 lacs (exact amount can be provided on request) for four proposals advised by LIC of India representatives, have been withdrawn from the bank accounts. However, I have not received any communication nor policies at my Canadian address till date. Since it is more than a month since the monies have been withdrawn, I am worried that I have become a victim of fraud. I have written several e-mails to the official LIC of India representative and have not received any information. Please contact me at the earliest at[protected].

                        I had applied for LIC E term Policy and a sum of Rs. 26, 798/- was received on 06/08/2014, medical was done on 15/08/2014, acknowledgment of receipt of Medical report was made on 19/08/2014. There was no further response, hence on 01/09/2014 and 15/09/2014 I wrote to LIC seeking status of policy, finally on 19/09/2014 I issued a letter cancelling my application and seeking refund. On 25/09/2014 a mail was issued by LIC to me seeking further medical tests viz CTMT etc also mentioning that TPA will contact with regard to the tests and Calicut Direct Marketing will take care of my proposal. Thereafter till date there is no further communication from either TPA or Calicut Direct Marketing or LIC Now, due to the gross negligence and deficiency in service I am no longer inclined to continue with this proposal and hence would like a refund of the amount paid by me.                           Dear sir, I wanted to close my credit card account with LIC card and called customer care number on 16.09.14. I asked customer care executive regarding my outstanding balance to be paid as on date so credit card will be closed. I was told told outstanding amount was Rs.33018. I made the payment through SBI internet banking (Transaction ID:NEFT INB:IR47305739 dated: 16.09.14). And I was told to send a mail to query.[protected]@corpobank.co.in for cancellation of credit card and I sent mail to above mentioned mailId for cancellation of credit card. But so far I have not received a single reply from them. Today again I sent a reminder mail to same emailid, but the my mail is bouncing back. I called customer care and surprised to hear that again there is an outstanding amount of Rs.625.I am fed up of these credit card people.                             Sir, pl. find copy of the mail sent by me to today in connection with rude behaviour of a lady Admn.Officer. TO DT.26TH.SEP, 2014 MR.M.SATYA KUMAR, Chief Manager LIC OF INDIA, Seethammadhara, VISAKHAPATNAM Sub: Delay in processing of Claim (on discounted basis) – threatening by Admn.officer Policy no:[protected] submitted on 15.9.2014. As already informed over phone to you an hour ago, today morning I visited Seethammadhara branch at around 11am to follow up my claim as cited above. When I approached Admn.Officer Smt.P.Jayamma, she took more than half an hour just to take out my papers and said that my file is missing from the record room…I was shocked..Even though she is fully conversant with my application for pre-mature closure on ‘discounted” basis, I had to refresh her memory that she has in fact confirmed over phone that the claim amount of Rs.132742/- would be sent by NEFT to my bank account latest by Friday. When I did not receive it as on today, I felt I should remind. Instead of giving a reasonable reply for the delay, she started giving vague replies. When I insisted that I need “acknowledgement” for submission of papers including original policy bond, she reluctantly scribbled a few details and put her initial. When I insisted that I need her name and designation, she behaved very rudely and put aside my papers and said that “ your file will be sent to CRM” I can not give you any assurance”. Sir, that is when I lodged my protest for the poor state of affairs and said that she can not take me for granted, she threatened that she would call the police and lodge complaint against me for arguing with her. At that juncture an unidentified colleague of her came out of his cubicle and persuaded me to leave the office lest she would go to any length, including booking case on me under “Prevention of atrocities against SC/ST”. Sir, this is nothing but blatant use of blackmail and misuse of law of the land. As a law abiding citizen, I have my own right of expressing displeasure and grievance over inadequate service and also rude behavior of your staff. And I reserve my right to knock the doors of law if necessary. I am sure you would take up the issue in right earnest and settle my claim at the earliest. Regards.                                 Dear Sir / Madam, Jeevan Aadhar policy[protected] has been made on dated 28/09/2004 ( T. no 114) for my handicapped Daughter. During making the policy LIC agent Mr R.N.PANJA[protected] MIDNAPUR, assured our family that after the completion of policy year you will get partially amount and annuity will start to handicapped child. Policy has been enforced for payment on dated 28/09/2014, but no amount or annuity paid by LIC office, Midnapur Branch. I want to surrender the policy but LIC told us that no maturity benefit or surrender designed for this policy. If I alive upto the age of 90 and no benefit given to my mentally retarded handicapped child, then what value of this policy. Hense I request to Govt, to amend the policy for benefit of this type of policy and benefit should be given to assured.Now I am retired, money need for medical groudn of handicaped.What can i do?                                     Sir, I have taken 15 lac housing loan from LICHFL on Feb 2010. My loan account no is [protected]. My two LIC policies were assigned to the above loan. One of this policy's matured on July 2013 and LIC received the payment seven lac ninety thousand on SEP 2013.. But the statement shows that the deduction of the above amount from principal amount was done on Feb 2014. And still now though the principal amount is quite less still they are charging same amount of interest as they used to charge before deduction. I will be thankful to you if kindly look into this matter and either you refund the extra interest they have taken from me or adjust it from principal amount. Thanking you. Thanking you.                                       I have taken home lone from LICHFL for 700000 lakh rupees. I am paying my ECS in regular basic. After paying this month ECS i went to Tirupur/Tamil Nadu Office for Part Pre-close sum of Rs.65000 by Cheque. They were not accept my cheque, after long argument they took my cheque, during that time that receiving person told another staff to keep it separate, and told me, it will take two days to process. But it is been not happen till. Every time i am suffering from this particular office. As i am being in tirupur i have only option to approtch them Pls. advice what i should do in this case.
