I am a member of GSLIS of LICI from Central Bank of India, since inception of the scheme. I have retired from the services of the bank, voluntarily, in May 2014 and my papers for settlement of the claim under the above scheme have been sent to Asansol office, in West Bengal, of LICI, on 06/06/2014, by our Regional Office at Mamrabazar, Durgapur, West Bengal.
Despite having regularly received the premium towards my account under the above policy from the date of inception till the month of retirement, the company is till date not settling my dues and not even providing any information to me or to our Regional Office at Durgapur. Even my mail communications are not being acknowledged, which shows that the company is not bothering to pay any heed to the policy holders interests.
The company be advised to attend to the complaint immediately.
