This is regarding irregular collection charges towards encashment of cheques from myhousing loan account bearing no.[protected] in the month of 07/2014. A letter to the LICHFL Kurnool branch was sent through register post on 06/092014 for irregular collection charges of an amount Rs.393.26 Asseen my bank statement which is enclosed herewith shows that the cheque bearingno.119477 was cleared on 12.07.2014 for Rs.8441/- again another cheque bearingno.46349 was submitted by the LICHCL on 17.07.2014 for Ra.8441/- which wastwice trial in the same month, accordingly the cheque was returned as bounceddue to insufficient of funds in my account as already the monthly EMI wasencashed through cheque no.119477 as stated above. This resulted the returningcharges were charged from my savings account for Rs.393.26 from AXIS Bankauthorities again you were asking the charges for cheque bounced of Rs.450/-, which is not correct as per agreement bond. and again in my AXIS bank account an amount of Rs.628 was encashed throgh cheque no.119461 which was very irregular as i am regularly crediting amount to the LIC HFL. Please look into the matter and refund the amount which was irregularly recovered from my AXIS bank account of Rs.393.26 plus Rs.628 with penal interest within 7 days other wise i will approach to the consumer forum.

    This is with regard to my brother in law who is admitted in KMCH hospital in coimbatore for simple surgery 4months back. If we do in private hospitals it will be 5thousand only. But this hospital charged 25thousand and hospital got approval letter signed by the attender of the patient. Then surgery over. Finally hospital people demanded 25thousand from the patient because Insurance company gave back its promise because it was a small surgery and for that so much amount will not be given. Since Insurance company obliged for the treatment we under went and at last if it says like this who is responsible and poor people have to beg from so many people even though for risk or for safety we people pay insurance every year.Please, take this matter serious and do the needful.               Dear Sir/Madam, I have three LIC policies currently.For one policy which I purchased from one Agent Mr. Hudababu from my village Eranch, Cuttack did not deliver my LIC bond.After I enquired him, he suggested me to apply for a duplicate bond in the branch.I went to my branch Jeevan jyoti complex, cuttack for which I travel two times from Hyderabad to cuttack as I am staying in Hyderabad currently.I paid the charges for Rs 220 for judicial paper and all other charges and artefacts necessory for duplicate bond in my Jivan jyoti complex branch but staffs in that office is telling me that you need to bring your agent with you and he can issue your bond and my agent is simply keep delaying saying I will go tomorrow which never happens.                 i have visited lichfl janakpuri Delhi branch for apply fore closer application.Branch manager told this will take at least 2 to 3 week. I requested for instruction but not provided the same.i want fore close witheen week.is it possible or not. as per her instruction Mr satpal given me time to filing exit form tomorrow. when i came my home madam instructed to satpal and satpal called me madam is bussy tomorrow. i told ok pls give me time day after tomorro then he replied madam jab khali hongi to aap aana. i think this is not fair for any costomer. pls help us and provide my fore closer. shailendra singh [protected]

I took housing loan of Rs. 2 lakhs from LICHFL, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh in the year 1991 for purchase of flat. (Loan No:[protected]. Three policies were pledged against the loan. Monthly interest and the premiums for the pledged policies were paid by me regularly through our university. (Salary Savings scheme).I retired from university service in January, 2012. Though all the policies are matured and the loan term is completed, LICHFL, Visakhapatnam failed to close the loan account and the problem is unresolved till today.I was representing this matter through my agent since last two years. I understand that some records are missing in the LIC office. It is causing lot of agony and hardship to me.I request you to direct the LICHFL, Visakhapatnam office to settle my claim immediately.                       Sir, with due respect I, Sushil Roy, LICI Policy No.[protected] from LAKE TOWN BRANCH, SUDIN BHAWAN, 342 JESSORE ROAD, KOLKATA, BRANCH OFFICE : 424, request to take necessary action so that my policy which has been foreclosed in negligence. i paid my premium on 25/07/2011. During that period a sum of Rs. 40000 was yet to receive from LICI as money back being due in November, 2010.I also requested LICI to adjust future premium, as and when required, from my dues to LICI. My policy has been foreclosed pending adjusting the amount neither that was paid to me. I was in dark for it was not informed me. I applied for revival of my policy vide LICI receipt no. The agent is not responding and not picking up my phone.He's making fake promises from last 3 months, still waiting for approval of home loan.while I have submitted the all required documents as asked by agent.The agent is really very upsetting and irresponsible.I request you to please help me to out of this situation, agents are spoiling the image of LIC..And plz clear if I am going to get loan from LIC or not so that I could go with other options.                             Policy No.[protected] Matured on 28/09/2014 LIC has paid Rs.5400 lesser than the maturity value stated in Bima Kiran Policy, as follows: As per the policy : Rs. 1, 45, 044 Credit afforded by NEFT : Rs. 1, 39, 644 Difference : Rs. 5, 400 LIC Official stated that it is due to system error; However, has not taken any step to credit the difference amount, even though I had pointed out the said difference in Discharge Voucher vide my letter dated 17/07/2014.                               The Senior Branch Manager LIC of India Indore Sub: Extending Maximum Revival Discount on Policy No[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Dear Sir, I am a loyal & old customer of LIC of India & pays around Rs 70000 yearly as premium. I am in possession of following policies:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Due to the negligence & ignorance from the agent side as well as from my side and due to no follow up from the LIC office towards deposition of premium amount, following captioned policies has attracted substantially higher amount as late fee, which I would request that the same shall be write off.                                 Dear sir, ihave send to my servant to confirm the premium amount with late fee. but at the counter he is not confirm to him. He toldhim I will confirm when you will deposit. So my one of cheque is going to wasteand after I will give him second cheque. That is not good behavior. They behave like as I take the moneyform him. He sitting in sector 10 Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Kindly take an action against him

                                    In the year 2008, I had taken a policy number[protected] risk date was 28/04/2008, T-T -188-10SA, Agent code-010115IC, from Bermo Branch Office, Branch Code-51C, Address- Naya road phusro, PO-phusro bazar, District_bokaro, State-Jharkhand, Pin-829144 and in the year 2012 I registered the original documents to the branch for the payment of surrender value. But till date there has been no any correspondence from the LIC Bermo Branch. While I m talked to the agent Sri VIjay Singh who said that the documents may have been kept in the office and i am searching them and always making taal-matol like " khojwa raha hun", "khoj raha hun", " kch paise kharach honge" and demanding bribe for the early payment. he said that the cheque has been made against the name of Smt. Sarita Verma & i[censored] credit an amount of Rs1000/- I will draw a duplicate bond and the payement will be made.two years have passed but till date there has been no further development in this regard, When i suggested Sri Vijay Singh that presend the cheque and i ll pay after, he denied and now when i try to call him he doesn't pick it up.Calling from some other number he said he was busy n will talk later.                                       i have applied for loan of 15 lakhs on 7th october 2014 and it was sanctioned on 13th October 2014but i received the cheque of 14.45 lakhs on 30.10.2014 and for remaining 55000 i had to submit original registry I submitted it on 4th November but till today I did not receive the cheque of 55000. I visited LIC HFL office in Bhopal atleast 20 times but still problem sustains. What to do next. Should I go for court case? I repent on my decision to apply home loan in LIC HFL. I came to know that bank is dependent on agents only.

                                      worst bank ever seen. If someone has to go for private bank for home loan then he should prefer HDFC. Bank is dependent on Loan Dalals only.

                                        This is my second time i am complaining on this portal but it could not rectified. i have forgotten my LIC user ID & password (bearing no.[protected].when i log on LIC portal and click the forgot user ID & password the message it appears as "user ID sent to registered e-mail id". However the previous email id was hacked long back and i am not using now. This is my new email I.D. and update in your records for future purpose. [protected]@gmail.com Earlier my 1st complaint booked on 04.01.2014 and 2nd on 17.10.2014 but no response or rectify my issue. I begged the consumer forum take action against them.
