Sir, with due respect I, Sushil Roy, LICI Policy No.[protected] from LAKE TOWN BRANCH, SUDIN BHAWAN, 342 JESSORE ROAD, KOLKATA, BRANCH OFFICE : 424, request to take necessary action so that my policy which has been foreclosed in negligence. i paid my premium on 25/07/2011. During that period a sum of Rs. 40000 was yet to receive from LICI as money back being due in November, 2010.I also requested LICI to adjust future premium, as and when required, from my dues to LICI. My policy has been foreclosed pending adjusting the amount neither that was paid to me. I was in dark for it was not informed me. I applied for revival of my policy vide LICI receipt no. PH/2012/109836/OS Dated 27/02/2013 but no action is yet been taken. I, therefore, request your kind attention to do the needful without delay. Thanking you in anticipation, Sir.       DEAR SIR /MADAMGREETINGS !!I have applied for Home loan through one of LIC agent at Agra (U.P) branch couple of weeks before but now I am not getting any status or update regarding my home loan. The agent is not responding and not picking up my phone.He's making fake promises from last 3 months, still waiting for approval of home loan.while I have submitted the all required documents as asked by agent.The agent is really very upsetting and irresponsible.I request you to please help me to out of this situation, agents are spoiling the image of LIC..And plz clear if I am going to get loan from LIC or not so that I could go with other options.         Policy No.[protected] Matured on 28/09/2014 LIC has paid Rs.5400 lesser than the maturity value stated in Bima Kiran Policy, as follows: As per the policy : Rs. 1, 45, 044 Credit afforded by NEFT : Rs. 1, 39, 644 Difference : Rs. 5, 400 LIC Official stated that it is due to system error; However, has not taken any step to credit the difference amount, even though I had pointed out the said difference in Discharge Voucher vide my letter dated 17/07/2014.           The Senior Branch Manager LIC of India Indore Sub: Extending Maximum Revival Discount on Policy No[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Dear Sir, I am a loyal & old customer of LIC of India & pays around Rs 70000 yearly as premium. I am in possession of following policies:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Due to the negligence & ignorance from the agent side as well as from my side and due to no follow up from the LIC office towards deposition of premium amount, following captioned policies has attracted substantially higher amount as late fee, which I would request that the same shall be write off. Please consider this as first & last favor and I hereby declare that now onwards, I would take up ECS facility to avoid anymore inconveniences to both parties. Looking forward to your kind gesture.             Dear sir, ihave send to my servant to confirm the premium amount with late fee. but at the counter he is not confirm to him. He toldhim I will confirm when you will deposit. So my one of cheque is going to wasteand after I will give him second cheque. That is not good behavior. They behave like as I take the moneyform him. He sitting in sector 10 Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Kindly take an action against him

                In the year 2008, I had taken a policy number[protected] risk date was 28/04/2008, T-T -188-10SA, Agent code-010115IC, from Bermo Branch Office, Branch Code-51C, Address- Naya road phusro, PO-phusro bazar, District_bokaro, State-Jharkhand, Pin-829144 and in the year 2012 I registered the original documents to the branch for the payment of surrender value. But till date there has been no any correspondence from the LIC Bermo Branch. While I m talked to the agent Sri VIjay Singh who said that the documents may have been kept in the office and i am searching them and always making taal-matol like " khojwa raha hun", "khoj raha hun", " kch paise kharach honge" and demanding bribe for the early payment. he said that the cheque has been made against the name of Smt. Sarita Verma & i[censored] credit an amount of Rs1000/- I will draw a duplicate bond and the payement will be made.two years have passed but till date there has been no further development in this regard, When i suggested Sri Vijay Singh that presend the cheque and i ll pay after, he denied and now when i try to call him he doesn't pick it up.Calling from some other number he said he was busy n will talk later.                   i have applied for loan of 15 lakhs on 7th october 2014 and it was sanctioned on 13th October 2014but i received the cheque of 14.45 lakhs on 30.10.2014 and for remaining 55000 i had to submit original registry I submitted it on 4th November but till today I did not receive the cheque of 55000. I visited LIC HFL office in Bhopal atleast 20 times but still problem sustains. What to do next. Should I go for court case? I repent on my decision to apply home loan in LIC HFL. I came to know that bank is dependent on agents only.

                  worst bank ever seen. If someone has to go for private bank for home loan then he should prefer HDFC. Bank is dependent on Loan Dalals only.

                    This is my second time i am complaining on this portal but it could not rectified. i have forgotten my LIC user ID & password (bearing no.[protected].when i log on LIC portal and click the forgot user ID & password the message it appears as "user ID sent to registered e-mail id". However the previous email id was hacked long back and i am not using now. This is my new email I.D. and update in your records for future purpose. [protected]@gmail.com Earlier my 1st complaint booked on 04.01.2014 and 2nd on 17.10.2014 but no response or rectify my issue. I begged the consumer forum take action against them.                       Need to go to main branch at Hayes Road for any service however small it is. The so called area offices are good for nothing. All the promises will vanish soon after the tripartite agreement is done.You will have to visit the main branch at Hayes road even for making any prepayment. Not only that, they will collect irrelevant (if not illegal) fees for any service, e.g 1. List of document: Pay about Rs. 700/- for "xerox charge" and they will ask you to go after 15 days. This is just to type in a paper acknowledging the legal documents kept with LICHFL. 2. Change in EMI: Pay about Rs. 1200/- along with 6 months payslips, bank statement etc, and wait for 3 months. 3. Preclosure of Loan: Pay about Rs. 5000/- to request the documents back and then wait for months. I had previous home loan from other private banks and car loan from SBI, but never faced these issues. I wonder how LICHFL would survive with this kind of service, not to mention about their interest rate which does go downward ever for the existing customers.

                          Hi, I am mohammed ishaqe, [protected] I lost my card today on 11/11/2014, and called up customer care for more then 7 times to just block my card, i had my card number and adress details but customer people askin card expiry date all kind of things when i hav lost the card. i gave all the details the call disconnected or some one use to put on hold and never took back even after 15min waiting.finally some how i blocked my card, but when i was asking for re issue again the call got disconnected . seriously i want to know if some one lose there card this people ask so many questions just to block immediately . where i had lost other 2 bank cards where there customer service blocked the card and took reuest for reissue of card in 10 min. but this LIC credit card just to block i took 2 hrs. please imporve your service or else everyone will give negaitive feed back of it.                             sir/madam i have applied for housing finanace at lic housing limited i had given all the document, hoever i had lost the sale deed so i had doen as they have said it but till date the have not recived any intiamtion or call from their site . when i am making call to the branch office no one is responding and their reginol office doing the same cani i know what is the status of my loan else i have to file a complain of lic housing finance wil rbi or NHB tapas chowdhury lic office titialgarh odisha [protected]

                              LICHF Loan Account Number [protected] The maturity proceed against my LICI policy no.[protected] has been credited to LICHF, Guwahati Branch against my loan account no. [protected] by LICI, Tinsukia Branch on 24/04/2014. Although my loan account has been fully paid and closed on 25/02/2013 itself, the LICHF has neither informed me nor returned me the maturity amount till today, 10/11/2014. When contacted personally, LICHF, Guwahati Branch has informed me that they do not have the UTR number to track out the payment if they have received any against my loan account.                                 I retired from HDFC Bank and they had placed pension funds for annuity payment on monthly basis. Initially, two cheques issued by LIC did not reach and they are time barred. Since, May 2014, I am in touch with HDFC Bank who are checking with LIC and also mail from me to LIC have all gone unanswered so far.                                   My Name is Deepak Kumar Swami, First of all I just want to know, is there any admin available for this page as we all are putting our complaints but after reviewing the comments I think that there is no one who is listening about these complaint or taking care of the same. Well my complaint is that I have taken 2 policies from the LIC india but I do not have any idea about what is happening with my premium amount as I am paying my policy premium on time, but I am getting regular calls from the LIC head office, New Delhi regarding the bonus related issues. They are asking my policy numbers and they are telling me that I am not getting my bonus for my policies. And agents are taking there commissions from that premiums. So if any one can help me with any email address where I can put complaint against this and also I want to know a lot of information about the other things as well.

                                    I am a Defence Personnel. I was having my Home loan account in LIC HF (Branch Mallroad, Kanpur) bearing account number[protected]. I have taken over my home loan from LIC HF to India Bulls Housing finance Ltd. I have deposited foreclosure charges of Rs. 995648/- on 07/10/14 along with bank statement as directed by LIC HF. But unfortunately till 04/11/14 my property papers have not been returned by LIC HF. When I went to LIC HF office at Mall road, Kanpur Branch on 31/10/14, I was told by Shri Ritesh Srivastava, Assistant (Staff of LIC HF) that reminder has been sent to our Lucknow branch on 22/10/14 for returning of papers, so it will take 7 to 10 days more time. It is very embarrassing situation for me that after submission of full charges also, an Individual is not able to get his property papers back from the loaning agency.Also LIC HF management in Kanpur office is showing very irresponsible behaviour while query of papers.
