          Hi Team, I have made an online payment for my policy premium, using ' bill desk' gateway of LIC portal.. I have received an auto generated mail from my bank stating the debit of premium amount. But I was not generated with any online receipt. I have the payment reference number which I have collected from the bank. Please let me know the contact details of the customer service team of LIC who can help me knowing the status of the payment.             We were told by LIC Agent before 15 years at the time of enrollment in 15 years Jeevan Surabhi Policy - total benefits will be 260% of sum assured in following interval: After 4th year - 30% of sum assured After 8th year - 30% of Sum assured After 12the year - 40% of sum assured After 15the year - 160% of sum assured We received 30%, 30% and 40% of sum assured till 12th year. Now the policies matured on June 28, 2014 (15 years) and we have received intimation of only 62% of sum assured from LIC Siliguri Branch. As per commitment of Agent we lost almost 100% of benefit in this policy. Can LIC clarify us in this regards ? We are 10 persons enrolled in this policy.

                Dear sir i was lic agent, of Branch Forbesganj Dist Araria (Bihar) lic date of appointment 2004/05, date of exit 2010/11, licence expiry date 2010, agent code 1623/034/543. renuwal commissions not pay, pls. solved my problem, I am very much harassed by the attitude of working of these type of LIC D.O. & LIC Branch Office staff. Please let me know what Action would be taken against D.O. & forbesganj LIC branch office staff. Hoping for a strict action against these type of D O & officers . Thanking you

Respected sir, Sub:-Sanction of housing renovation loan-reg. I had taken house loan in 1999 with the A/C No.6754. Further I had loan facility for three times. This year I consulted concerned officer for renovation loan and they accepted to sanction loan and directed me to produce the required documents . I had submitted the required documents in July 2014 and the processing fees Rs.1125/- was collected through the S.B.I cheque by the branch and send the application No.[protected] .It was informed by the SMS dated[protected]. After pursuing so many times the branch officials told that my loan application was rejected showing cause that renovation loan could not be sanctioned more than two times. It seems to be sheer irresponsible and irrational that even knowing such a kind of norm to sanction the loan your bank officials directed me to proceed to submit the application and moreover taken the processing fee.You have caused me not only loss of time and money but also much more stress and strain. You are requested to remit my processing fee and take necessary action to take over the loan by another source. I hope you consider the track record of prompt remittances as your customer and sixteen years relation and attachment with our firm and make justice by making favorable action.                       I used to issue 12 cheques in advance for 12 months towards repayment of my housing loan. When the cheques submitted by me are exhausted, the LICHFL Area Office, Rajahmundry used to inform me through a letter or by mail or by phone that the cheques submitted by me were exhausted and request me to send cheques for the next 12 instalments. But last year, when the cheques were exhausted instead of informing me in advance to send cheques the area office treated me as a defaulter and charged penal interest on the instalment due then requested me to pay the instalment. I was really shocked on this development. Then immediately I have issued cheques for the next 12 monthly instalments and requested them to waive the penal interest at I have not been a defaulter so far. Of course I was not exempted and I had to pay the penal interest. Hence I request you kindly inform your customers like me in advance about the advance cheques as measure of service which you can do it! Many other customers might have faced the same problem. I humbly request you kindly to help us in this matter. Thank you

                          Dear Sir, My Policy number is[protected] and it is money back from every five years. It is commenced from 2004 and in 2009 I have received the Rs.10000/- money back in 2009. Now after 5 years I supposed to received another Cheque of Rs.10000/- in July 2014. I am regularly paying all premiums & also provide ICICI bank cheque copy for NEFT transfer. But till date I have received Cheque copy or NEFT from LIC of INDIA. My Agent and LIC Customer Care is not giving proper feedback. Request you to look into the same urgently & revert back.                               As due to the shifting for the branch this payment is already being delayed as the due date was 28/07/2014. And if I go once to deposit Rs. 34000/- in Builders Connaught Place office. Then come to you to collect the cheque at your Greater Noida Office & again go the builder office in Connaught place to deposit the same.

                              As I am working in a private organisation to save some time I have requested to deduct Rs. 34000/- from the total demand and prepare the cheque so that I may collect the same and deposit it to the builder along with the my personal cheque of Rs. 34000/-.

                              I hope I am talking sense but your people are adamant and not ready to understand & consider the request.

                              I will once again request for the calculation of Rs. 34000/- and to consider my request which will save some time of mine as it is very difficult to spare time every now & then as I stay in I.P.Extn., & my office is in Gurgaon. And inturn the Builder office is in CP & your office is in Greater Noida. PLEASE DO KINDLY TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN.

                                i am supaji rajaram thak from pune.on 6th of Aug i apply lic gold credit card after that i got a massage from you LIC credit card Application no 4621620 has been approved.The new LIC credit card would reach you shortly i got this msg in 13th of Aug.But i am very shocked you deliver me credit card pin no not any conformation.when i call your customer agent he told me your card has been dispatch so i asking for docket no for a tracking and he told me we don't have docket no n call again after 3 day . so i am not uderstand hows ur service if posssible solve my probleam n call me [protected] this no .

                                    We had applied for Home loan and was in contact with one Mr. Siddhu who sits in the Koramangala branch of LICHFL office at 1st block.After making us run around for days we got a message saying that our home loan had been sanctioned. Suddenly after a month or so there was another message saying its rejected. By this time we had already paid the processing fees and and were happily sitting that the loan had been sanctioned. A month or 2 after the rejection mail Mr Siddhu tells us that we cannot get the loan or the processing fees as the builder had changed the layout and LIC had rejected the deal. Why was the loan sanctioned in the first place when the builder had been very clear with us too that the layout might change later? Also our processing fees was taken but no processing done. For all our papers we were made to run around but they did not do their part of the paper check to see to it that everything was in place. LICHFL just ate out money without a burp and that too for no work. What processing have they done if the loan got rejected after getting sanctioned. Please help. i need my processing fees back. We work from morning till night neglecting out kids and home just so that some housing loan guys come and loot it from us?
