Dear Sir, I am staying in leased house but the owner of the house has taken a loan from lic. I do not know whether he is paying emi or not. but my doubt is when our house is aquired by lic but owner not paid the leased amount. What would be the procedure? will i get the leased amount when owner not paid. REgards Santhosh

    Dear Manager,

    1. Plz refer numerous telephone calls on the subject with mr Dewang, Mr Prakash Tiwari and mr kunal of LICHFL, Swar gate Pune branch .
    I HAVE BEEN SANCTIONED TOTAL LOAN OF RS 27, 00, 000/-
    (HOME LOAN ACOUNT NO[protected] OUT OF WHICH RS 19, 11, 600/- HAS BEEN DISBURSED TO THE BUILDER.

    2. It is intimated that i had forwarded the following cheques in the month of may:-
    (a) - icici bank cheque no 780775 in favour of LICHFL for rs 16328 towards emi for month of may 14.
    (b)- icici bank cheque no 26632 in favour of LICHFL for rs 4, 50, 000 as principle repayment.
    (c) - icici bank cheque no 6967 in favour of LICHFL for rs 13, 50, 000 as principle repayment

    3. I had cleared my apr month emi vide icici bank cheque no 128756 amounting to rs 16481/- All the four bank statement pertaining to cheques issued at para 2 & 3 are attached wid this mail for your reference.

    4. It is very evident from para 2 that i had fwd cheques worth rs 18, 00, 000/- towards prepayment of home loan. One of the cheques amounting to rs 4, 50, 000 was cleared on 12 may while the second cheque of rs 13, 50, 000/-was cleared on 22 may. i was constantly in touch with the bank as there was ten days gap between clearance of first and second cheque. I was intimated by Mr Prakas Tiwari that the bank is deducting prepayment charges on second cheque, however the same is not valid as per RBI Directions hence they have mailed to bank authorities for waiver.

    5. Mean while emi for month of may 14 on 13 may as per details mentioned at
    para 2 (a).

    6. Subsequently as i checkd my loan account on line, i realised that Rs 17, 83, 583 has been adjusted as prepayment against ttal payment of rs 18, 00, 000/-. On calling the LICHFL office i was intimated that rs 16, 417/- was deducted as interest for may.
    I FAILED TO REALISE AS TO WHY THE INTEREST HAS BEEN RE-DEDUCTED DESPITE ALREADY PAYING THE EMI OF MAY!!!

    7. LICHFL OFFICE HAD NO ANSWER TO MY QUERRIES AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER TILL DATE. I had requested that since delay of 10 days from 12 to 22 may was due to delay in decision making by the Loan Authorities, i should be charged interest on amount of rs 1, 11, 600/- from 13 may 14 onwards.

    SECONDLY, i requested that since i have already paid emi of may 14 the excess deduction of rs 16, 417/- should immediately credited back to my account or adjusted against the existing principle outstanding.

    8. I would also like to intimate that though my principle outstanding as per present records of LICHFL as on date is rs 1, 28, 017/- i have been intimated to pay emi amounting to rs 6483.89 for month of june 14. By no means emi of rs 1, 28, 017 can be more than rs 1300 at 10.25% interest.

    9. It is evident from the facts mentioned above that the negligent approach and poor professional approach of LICHFL has led to mental harassment. i ould once again request to clarify and adjust all the anomolies failing which i will be forced to approach consumer forum.

          I have received call for redemption of dividend of my LIC policies. Call received from mr. jain [protected] of LIC customer Care Legal Dept. New Delhi. He is asking my policy no. and payment details. Please let me know this is fake call or genuine call. If it is fake then please take action as most of the person received call from this no. for the same.

                  Dear Sir, I had applied for housing loan from LICHFL, Faridabad Branch (please refer to file no [protected]). My loan was not approved by LIC on the premises that my house was registered with General Power of Attorney and LICHFL do not approve of this as per the verdict of Supreme Court. I am sure they must have been aware of this prior to my filing of loan application. I would like my entire processing fee (approx 11, 500) to be refunded at the earliest. I have mailed the branch manager almost a month ago but I am yet to hear from him . He has not even bothered to reply once.                       I am the housing loan[protected] holder of LIC HFL Agra . My four LIC policy are with or surrender to LIC HFL in my loan connection. Recently my one policy[protected] mature[protected] and a letter was send to LIC HFL for policy bond, they did not send it LIC CBO-4 Agra, personally I visit to LIC HFL and bond handed over to LIC CBO-4 and LIC CBO-4 send cheque to LIC HFL but not adjusted.

                      My other policy[protected] is money back and Money back cheque was send to LIC hfl in March 2014 and LICG hfl returned it back LIC- CBO-4 Agra.

                      There is no coordination between LIC and LIC hfl. Why LIC hfl keep policies while they are unable to work on it.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        I opened a new policy on 21/12/2013 paying an amount of Rs.13658/-under plan-102/16-16 in the name of Preetispreehaa Bora, my daughter. Later, I found that, the policy no is[protected], risk date 28/12/2013, showing the installment Rs-12684/- so, for the rest amount of Rs-974/-, I, submitted an application along with my bank details, Proposal Deposit Receipt and First Premium Receipt. But till date, after a long period of six months, I don't get my money.

                          I have the above pension policy and annuity nos. I have submitted my existence certificate though speed post to your office in February 2014. But my annuity amount which is normally deposited through NEFT to my account in SBI, Bagmari, Kolkata branch remains unpaid since April 2014.                             Sir, I have taken above Policy in March 2007 with sum assured for Rs.00.50 lacs.

                            As per my record since sum assured was Rs.0.50 lacs and therefore I have to deposited only 5 installment of Rs.10, 000/- each on every year from 2007, where as I have made total payment for Rs.0.60 lacs in 6th installments.

                            I have received Rs.62, 738/- in May 2013 against total payment already made for Rs.60, 000/-which seems very less.

                            Should I get refund of Rs.10, 000/- already paid extra and plus other maturity /bonus payment as per terms of the policy.

                              Recently I have enrolled myself with LIC housing for house loan. My loan account number is

                              They (LICHFL) has deducted an ECS for broken period on 10th of June 2014. But I am not able to see this amount towards payment when I check my online loan account.

                                      This policy Matured on 28 Feb 2014. Original policy dispatched to LIC office during Mar 2014. But till date no information regarding payment of Maturity amount intimated.Which shows irresponsibiltyof Officers workin in LIC organaisation

                                      This policy has surrenderd for cancellation during Feb 2014. Till date no responce from LIC. The policy is intiated for cancellation due to non satisfaction of Hospitilaision facilities.
                                      Pls look in to both Policies settlement at the earliest without further delay

                                        Dear Sir ( Ticket No 4248947)

                                        Please note I have lost my credit card and same was reported to the customer care and card was blocked.

                                        But now I have an outstanding of around Rs 31000/- and due date is on 11/06/2014. To make the online payment

                                        would request you to please provide me the cardnumber.

                                        The last payment that was made on 09th may of Rs 10000 and last debit was of Rs 17297/- for which Air ticket was booked.

                                        Also I request you to issue me a new card


                                        Please make sure I get the card details today to make the payment on time and I do not fall on payment default list .

                                        Ealierst action taken in this regard will be appreciated.
