    LIC of India- is a poor company and needs money Hi All, I bought 3 LIC policies numbered[protected],[protected] and[protected] in 2007 and have paid 3 premiums to the policy totalling 1, 20, 000. When I went to the Senior officers, they said I can only surrender the policies and will get only INR 20, 000. I think LIC is very poor and needs charity so I left the money in charity. My suggestion to every one is we are all working class people and do not have that time to run around buildings and blocks getting our lives complicated. On top of that, I get a call from a department called IISC- Indian Insurance Services and Complaints. First, a guy called Nikhil Sharma tel. no. +91-[protected] called me and gave me a hint that LIC has cheated on me and I can get the money if I changed the Agent code to Client ID code. He also informed me that I can get 3, 00, 000 as recovery. I asked him if it was a service that the IISC was offering and I was assured that the service was free of cost. They asked me to contact the CEO of IISC Indian Insurance Services and Complaints whose number is [protected] and when I spoke to the gentleman, he asked me to make a payment of 20, 000 to 1, 00, 000. There is something fishy going on and I can smell the rat. I am not sure if this is correct but I have two suggestions; please do not make any transactions over the phone and please do not take any LIC policies as they are all cheating us on our money. Use banks such as ICICI, HDFC, and other private companies as they are accessible, approachable and clear in their decisions. At any point, if there is a problem, you can go to them and get the policies closed or whatever. I never knew it would be a nightmare for me to take LIC policies; nonetheless, I would never ask anyone to buy one. All the best and sincerely best wishes, Tausif

      I have taken LIC's Jeevan Arogya (Table 903) policy (Policy No.[protected] dated 10/08/2013 with all my family members. I have
      been registered some LIC portal complaints regarding pending issues like to issue health cards of all policy members and printed copy of conditions & privileges under this policy to me. Above both issues are pending since a long time. Kindly take necessary action so that I shall get these pending documents (health cards of all policy members and conditions & privileges under this policy) as soon as possible.

        Previously i get loan repayment actual certificate every month for i.T. Purpose. Now it is not available in lichfl site. For this certificate every month i contacted the tirupathi area office, but it was the waste of the time. If the actual repayment certificate available in the lichfl site it is very useful to the customer. Now i request the management of the lichfl take action in the matter and do needful in the matter.

Gupta 104/a dheeraj vishwas natwar nagar rd no.1 jogeshwar i east mumbai 400060 mob:[protected] / [protected] to axis bank /lic credit card dear sir, dtd 17th may at 11:58 pm rcvd msg from lic card saying rs 5971.71 is spent on my card, since this tranction was not done my me immediately i contacted customer cervices. Mr. Pratik was on the phone, as per him there is no such tranction done my card on my question how come my availbel balance is reduced to rs 2477.29, he had no answer for the same & registered complaint on the same under the ref#9704110- whole night i spoke to him 2-3 times, to verify the same but n solution given to me. He ensured me no such transction is done my card however the msg i have rcvd must have come by mistaken. On his assurance i went to sleep & when morning i got up i saw 2 other tranction were done my icici bank debit card. 18th whole day lic confirmed no transction done my card. Evening i called up again & learnt that the transction was done. Card# crd type name tran ref complaint# merchant amount [protected] credit card santosh gupta lic credit card /axis bank ref#[protected] pratik virtual car nettell 5971.71 conclusion : if i could have rcvd information on time i would have stopped my other card. Due to lack of information fraud done my card for lic card is responsible, pls advise solution on the same.

LIC Policy No:[protected] I made net payment of my wife's lic premium on[protected] March due i cannot receive/ save the lic premium receipt pdf I want to submit the Premium Bill for my Tax Investment Proof. I was assured by the lic that 20000.rs money which I m eligible will b directly get credited within 10 wrking days. But it is almost more than 15days I still not received my money in my bank. Please look into this matter. As I am not able to follow as I m.not in town. I m busy with my office work and will b out of town for.few.mnths...                           I am Shivkumar Pandey.I have closed my account numbered as A/C NO:[protected] on 05/05/2014 and my check is passed on 08/05/2014.I went to govindpura office, Bhopal on 26/05/2014 to collect my documents and i have been told by the officer that it will be given by the area office that is MP Nagar, Bhopal.I again went on 29/05/2014 that is today to MP Nagar office, bhopal to collect my documents.They told that it will be given to you on 5th june or 6th june.Because of this laziness of your department, many of my leaves are wasted and also i am disturbed.What is the reason for this laziness by your department??Please inform me as soon as possible when actually i will be getting my documents back and also inform me the reason why the process is getting late day by day.

                              Please Consider the Work structure of Borivali Branch and interrupt the case

                              Dear Sir,

                              First of all, It would be really Undisgestable for me to understand the work structure of an Borivali Branch as they were taking almost more than 40 days for replying the mail. Even they were not bother for any Solution or the Progress of investigation as What they are doing from last 40 days.


                              Meanwhile they asked me to submit mine KYC.I don't know Why? However I already Submitted all mine necessary document to Borivali Branch by Mail.


                              Whereas I am not expecting any solution from Borivali branch. Specially with Mr Harshay Mina and Mr Arun Kumar Nanda.


                              Hence I would not agree to come at Borivali branch.I would be right If we can meet up at Vile Parle Divisional office.

                              AND we can talk in presence with Senior Authorities.


                              PLEASE GIVE ME RIGHT SOLUTION AND DONT MANIPULATE THE THINGS...STILL HOPING FOR BEST.

                                    Policy No:[protected] Matured Period: December 2013. Still LIC has not provided matured amount to the policy bearer which is a delay of about 5 months from now. Various complaints made and information has been provided to LIC on regular bases including personal visit to LIC office at Connaught place (Delhi). No reason for such delay even stated by LIC, however there doesn't exist any due pending from policy bearer end. Request to resolve the issue, as money is required by policy bearer on urgent basis who is already facing a delay of 5 months. Any compensation shall be provided, fairly to policy bearer due to such delay. Regards Policy :[protected]. Sheela

                                      Hi, My Annuity no. is 011Q[protected] I have been receiving my annuity since 2005 on a quarterly basis directly to my bank A/c. The last instalment I have received is in Nov. 2013. I should have received two more instalments during Feb. 2014 and May 2014. However, I don't see any credits to my bank a/c yet. MR. PRATIK WAS ON THE PHONE, AS PER HIM THERE IS NO SUCH TRANCTION DONE MY CARD ON MY QUESTION HOW COME MY AVAILBEL BALANCE IS REDUCED TO RS 2477.29, HE HAD NO ANSWER FOR THE SAME & REGISTERED COMPLAINT ON THE SAME UNDER THE REF#9704110- WHOLE NIGHT I SPOKE TO HIM 2-3 TIMES, TO VERIFY THE SAME BUT N SOLUTION GIVEN TO ME. HE ENSURED ME NO SUCH TRANSCTION IS DONE MY CARD HOWEVER THE MSG I HAVE RCVD MUST HAVE COME BY MISTAKEN. ON HIS ASSURANCE I WENT TO SLEEP & WHEN MORNING I GOT UP I SAW 2 OTHER TRANCTION WERE DONE MY ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD. 18TH WHOLE DAY LIC CONFIRMED NO TRANSCTION DONE MY CARD. EVENING I CALLED UP AGAIN & LEARNT THAT THE TRANSCTION WAS DONE. CARD# CRD TYPE NAME TRAN REF COMPLAINT# MERCHANT AMOUNT [protected] CREDIT CARD SANTOSH GUPTA LIC CREDIT CARD /AXIS BANK REF#[protected] PRATIK VIRTUAL CAR NETTELL 5971.71 CONCLUSION : IF I COULD HAVE RCVD INFORMATION ON TIME I WOULD HAVE STOPPED MY OTHER CARD.
