I had filled form of Jeevan Arogya Policy of LIC in month of July 2013 and paid premium in advance to LIC but still today I have not received policy documents from LIC. Number of times I have taken foollow up with LIC agent and communicated to LIC Head office, Branch office through email but I did not get any response from them. I am seeking for help. Please do needful in this regard. It is a money back policy i need to get Money of INR 15.750/- by NEFET payment mode on 15 Dec 13 .I had not yet recieved my money even though their is no mistake from my side as regularly i am paying the premium and my policy is in force.Sir please help me to get the money. This happen every time,

      I am Sudarshan.S. Shahri fatherof GIRISH SUDARSHAN SHAHRI WHO IS WORKING IN UNITED STATE OF AMERICA since six years and having Policy No:[protected]. He was paying his Premium on internet regularly, but due to frequently transfer of job he could not pay Premium of two years.When he checked he immediately paid two years premium, penalty and fulfilled all formalities as required on dated[protected]. Six moths are passed, there is no reply and not any response.It shows how Life Insurance company is inefficient and irresponsible that in six months they are not able to revive policy though everything is completed and all formalities are full filled. all complaints are like knock before the deaf ears.
      It is my last and final complaint, if Policy is not revived i will approach to news paper and will lodge a complaint in a consumer forum. complaint in R.T.I is already submitted in mulund (W) branch.
      Hope you will not insist me to go up to that extent, and will Revive policy with immediate effect.

        I happened to visit LIC branch to pay the policy premium.But due to some issue, there was delay in the payment and the staff were heading for lunch. When I requested to take the premium, they started arguing with me and talking about rules. There was no mistake from my side for the delay. I was sent to a different counter to verify the policy details. When I returned back to the payment counter, there was a big queue. I waited there for 1.5hrs but of no use. I have no other option to pay the premium since I have to rush back to bangalore the same day. When I approached the manager Mrs. Durga to discuss about this, she said she could do nothing and left the seat. Looks like the manager does not have any hold on the staff members. I therefore request to avoid such rude staff members. They took an advantage that they were a whole group and I was only one there and they started to argue with me. They say that, even there is not mistake on my part, I should not argue. But simply said that the mistake is all mine and I left the place.               Online information system of LIC is very poor. LIC should provide a clear account statement of each registered policy exactly as BANK provides bank statement. The statement should clearly show all transaction details including the debit and credit amount of each policy. it should clearly mention all dates of maturity/money back/bonus etc. etc. everything which is either credited or to be created. I think there is something wrong behind the screen. They never disclose anything about the return/refund/profit/gain, nothing of the policy holders. It is the right of the policy holders to know all the details transaction of the account like bank statement. When Banks are advised to do that why LIC not. Why the regulatory authority is not conscious about the interest of the millions of people those who are blindly investing their hard earned money in LIC. Why we should always depend on the fraud agents who always use to misguide us for their self interest. I request all the people to be aware of this.               - you can approach LIC office directly for any such information.
              You seems to be a computer literate, but this is not same with every policy holders.

With reference to above subject i have a write a massage to ur esteemed organization about above mentioned subject. My son was died on 10.10.2012 in his life time he entered to an agreement with LIC of India tarikere through policy no.[protected]. Due to some personal problem it was lapsed. But on dated 30.11.2009 it was reviewed through Agent, the agent reviewed the same by taking requisite signature on several papers and intimate us as ur policy was reviewed. After review we paid regular premium without fail. On same day he also reviewed my another son's by name Mr. Prashanth policy no.[protected]. After death of my son by name pramod kumar. I have filed the claim petition for the death of my son to regional office, but they denied the same for some unwanted reasons. I request your kind self to grant a claim amount as compensation under the policy no.[protected] for the death of my son or if you come to conclusion i am nt entitled the claim, please instruction to them return the premium amount which my son paid to them.                   Hi, For my policy[protected] I am unable to pay premium through Internet banking ( Billdesk gateway ). But the axis bank / Idbi gateways are always open, why its so .These payment options are paid one for each transaction. so tell me will LIC opens only paid sites so they can make money!!!. I know about all the policy related payment restrictions. My policy don't have any dues / falls under any acceptance criteria's. Next due date for my policy is 28/12/2013, so the payment gateway should open as usual . I am using this online facility for more than 5 years now. I have not yet received pension of Rs.2000 for November, 2013.                               My LICHFL File No is [protected]. My Cheque is released on 29-Oct-13 but still not received in my hand.After inquiry LIC peoples tell that Sell deed of flat is necessary and after sell deed we will give you the chque. I discussed with the LIC advocate He tell me that no any document is pending from your side and Sell deed not required. And also I need to pay the interest on loan amount which is still not given to me.

                                respected sir 31/08/2010 me maine ye policy li thi jo ab mature ho gai he or suurender nhi ho pa rhi surrender krne pr cooling of dikha rha he maine 3sal tak pura premimum bhi pay kiya he 14oct ko suurender krne gai pr tb se ab tk lic walon ne iska koi bhi solution nhi nikala 2 months hp jayenge koi +ve response nhi mila plz aap meri problem ka kpi sollution de cooling of kaise htega or policy kaise surrender hogi sir me bhut preshan hun plz aap meri problm solve kren. thnx

                                    Its been a month I was issued credit card# [protected]. The card gets declined at any merchant outlets I tried. It only works at the ATM. I have called Lic customer service numerous times however they say nothing is wrong with the card. When nothing workef I asked for a new credit card. However the new credit card also does not work anywhere except ATMs.
                                    I am really dissatisfied with the service.
