I have availed LIC policy number[protected]Jeevean Anand) in the month of March-2013. In the initial proposal they (+91 [protected] got a call from this number) offered medical insurance card for 3 members for 50, 000 INR/ Annual premium. After availing the policy I never got updated about the insurance card, So I raised a compliant no.: [protected] in the month of May and got the reply, “we send premium paid statment to your adress, we have informed concerned development officer .the policy taken is plan 149, it is not mediclaim policy, no insurance card will be issued for that policy”. The concerned LIC officer (Named : Mr. S.Joseph antony raj. Mob no. +91 [protected]) who already collected the original documents and the initial payment (cheque) called me and informed that, “ medical insurance card in on process and you will receive the same within a month”. But I never received the Medical insurance card still now. I did ‘N’ number of follow ups, each time he replied due to some internal problem the process is delay and you will get it soon. After some time I had a verification call for the medical card from + 91 [protected] (In the month of Oct.) but still I didn’t get the insurance card with several followups. Kindly do the needful to close the policy since the benefits are not received on time. Request you to take appropriate action to close the policy without any deduction that means I have to receive the amount what I paid without any deduction.
Respected sir for your kind information your policy is jeevan anand and its not a mediclaim policy so because of that no any medical card will be issuing.

    sir, My policy JEEVAN ASTHA of LIC INDIA, policy no.[protected] matured on 24/12/2013 . Policy Bond along with dully filled maturity form and NEFT form submitted in the branch on 25/12/2013 But I have not recd payment of maturity amt till date . Its shows carelessness in payment, the maturity amt is approx 36350.00, .       Dear Sir / Mam, My name is Shivakumar S Kanavi. My LICHFL Loan account number is[protected]. My Customer ID is 18442752. Loan Saction date : 26th June 2012. Loan Amount : 29, 30, 000. Initially when i had taken loan in June 2012, the ROI was 10.4% and I had opted for Floating scheme as suggested by LICHFL person Mr. Jagadish and Mr. Gopi from Jayanagar, Bangalore Branch. It was mentioned to me that this ROI will remain same till 3 months and then update as per RBI status. Suddenly after 3 months, my ROI went to 12 %. I was shocked because when i checked with my friend, their ROI was increased to only 0.2 to 0.3 % who had taken loan at the same time, but from different LICHFL branch. I waited for some more months so that it it come down, but it didn't turned down. So, i visited the Jayanagar branch to check what is happening, there no one was responding properly and inspite they tried to confuse me by giving some or the other reasons, like go and check in NAVI websites, etc...I asked them to show me that how they calculate the ROI and where is the record of change in ROI which they have refered to change my Interest rates, but no one helped me out. Even I was not intimated about the EMI amount to be deducted as I has chosen TRANCH EMI scheme. I am also really frustrated by calling these guys to just come and collect the Demand Letter from the Builder. Nobody will pick the call. Even when we have paid the service charges, processing charges, etc no one is there to take care now. So, I want know the each and every detail of the ROI what the LICHFL has added to my account for every month and how it has been calculated for every month from June 2012 till now Jan 2014. And I just want to know from past 1.4 Years why my ROI is 12% with proof. I want the compensation amount with interest for whatever the LICHFL has wrongly charged to my account and what I have paid extra to LICHFL. Thanks & Regards, Shivakumar S Kanavi [protected]

      LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED IS A CHEAT COMPANY. I HAVE APPLIED FOR AHOUSING LOAN THROUGH A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, AND THEY HAD ASSURED FOR SANCTION WITHIN A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS, BUT TILL DATE ABOUT 45 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED, NEITHER LOAN HAS BEEN SANCTIONED NOR REJECTED AFTER SEVERAL ENQUIRIES. THOUGH WHATEVER DOCUMENTS WERE ASKED EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE STAFF ALONGWITH REGIONAL HEAD DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT BANKING. IT'S DISGUSTING THAT I HAD CHOSEN THIS CHEAT COMPANY.

        I paid Rs. 592 in the month of November (As usual the computers were not working and i got hand written receipt on LICHFL receipt pad) to get list of documents that you procure against my housing loan A/c. After 2 months, i did many follow-up(In-person and on email) but there is no response from LICHFL side. Request to provide list of documents that you procure against my housing loan A/c.           I am govt employee. and i was making decision of take loan from LICHFL. As many private firms are also giving sanction loan to a govt. employee very easily and cheques issued without any trouble. but instead of that I approach LICHFL Office at Sector-22 chandigarh. Firstly, Company agent ( Bhupinder Singh) gave false statemnts to me and signed the Documents neceesary for loan sanction.
          After loan has been sactioned, First Cheque issued, after 20-25 days submitting all the necessary documents.(they told me 7-10 days after documents submission). When i ask for reason, Staff ( Ms. Mandeep Kaur) said its only because verification of documents took time and second cheque will be issued in 7 days or early.
          Second cheque issued again after 15-20 days. Staff ( Ms. Mandeep Kaur) said valuer took time to reach us. I here want to mention I gave call to her just after our completion of roof. but instead Staff ( Ms. Mandeep Kaur) issue cheque less amount claiming your roof is not completed our valuer told us.
          Third & Fourth Cheque issued again after 10-15 days.
          I here want to mention that the behavior of whole staff is not very friendly especially ( Ms. Mandeep Kaur). They dont know how to treat the customer. One inside staff member told me you are harrased because you have not donate fees to the staff members.
          I just want to suggest all from my personal experince, NEVER EVER CHOOSE LICHFL Office at Sector-22 chandigarh for loan.

                  I have submitted the form for transfer of my LIC return in my account directly at 12B Branch of LIC near Jasola apollo hospital. The return was expected to be transmit by 28-Dec-2013. But it is still not transfered. I contacted customer care where i got to know that my details yet not submitted by the branch. I dont know what is the reason and no communication is made to me by mobile number or email. Why technology is not used by LIC people while they call or email. Why no intimation is given to me so that i could be updated with reason of not submitting my form. Even they have not given any acknowledgement that they have accepted the online transfer of return form. What is the way of working in LIC. I am customer of LIC since more than 10 years, but i have not seen any improvement in process of LIC while other policy companies are so quick in repsonse and such kind of activities. Take an e.g. of TATA AIA. My details are as follows:- Ajay form submitted at - LIC branch 12B, at Jasola, near apollo hospital LIC branch is also the same. My Mobile No. - [protected]

                  I got reply from verma.[protected]@gmail.com that I need to send the doc by ordinary post. Isn't that strange that why NEFT is not Registered, i have submitted the form twice. But you are asking to post it once again. My return is getting delay day by day. Why should i post this document by ordinary post. When i am submitting this document by myself twice and still it is not done. I am sure if i will post it, you will say you have not received and delay my task more. I am not happy with such kind of service at all. You have made me frustrated by asking for document and form again and again.

                  Even i had done enquiry at LIC office at same office, then they have told me that i can send the form through email too. Then why now he is asking to send through ordinary post. Isn't will delay the process more.

                  Today technology is so advance. Why cant you accept the same on email. If i will sign and send you a scan copy, why that is not acceptable?

                  Dear i dont need suggestions, I have already given form and checque personally visitng there in the branch, but they have lost it once. And i dont know why they didnt transfered my return second time too. Yes it's strange but true, i have yet not received my return. I am finally sure that it is my last policy with LIC company. You people will never accept your mistake and never improve the way of your work.

                    This is to inform you that, Iam Navaneethan.D and Iam working for LIC as a Development Officer In Tamil Nadu Chennai. While Iam Paying Fee for my Agents on November 25th as a Batch for Six agents my internet payment got unsuccessful Transactions and it got debited once and it not yet got credited back to my account. Then after few minutes i made another payment and it got successful. But the payment made for the first time it not credited back to my account, Its almost one month passed. Already i have contacted the SBI Home branch and they clearly said that transactions had got failed from the NSE IT side. Iam clear that no money has been credited from my banks side and so i request you to credit back my money to my account.

                        Respectfully, it is submitted that I have deposited the lum sum amount amounting to Rs. 368000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Sixty Eight Thousand only) against my Built House Loan Account No. [protected] as per detail given below:-

                        1. PIS Dt. 9/7/2013 Rs. 124000/-

                        2. PIS Dt. 10/7/2013 Rs. 84000/-

                        3. PIS Dt. 10/7/2013 Rs. 100000/-

                        4. PIS Dt. 12/7/2013 Rs, 60000/-

                        Total Rs. 368000/-

                        The photo Copies of the above noted PIS’s are enclosed herewith for ready reference.

                        I visited the office of L.I.C. Finance, Patiala on 5/11/2013 to collect my loan account statement. I scrutinized my loan account statement and found that Rs. 3, 68, 000/- has not been reduced the Principal Amount from my loan account till 5/11/2013 whereas the amount already stands in the books of L.I.C. Finance Agency. I requested to the concerned authority at L.I.C. Finance, Chandigarh and explained the whole position. They adjusted the said amount on 6.11.2013 instead of actual date of deposited the amount. I again requested them for properly adjustment, but the same has not been rectify the error. In this way I goes in loss @ 11.9% of loan Interest.

                        It is further stated that above amount was drawn from my provident fund from my department and deposited with your agency through your authorised bank. I also loose my G.P. Fund interest @ 9% from my department. Thus I loose my interest on my Provident Fund as well as my loan account. Such I affected double loss.

                        It is therefore, requested that Rs. 3, 68, 000/- may please be adjusted in my Principal Amount w.e.f. 12/7/2013 (last date of deposit) instead of 6/11/2013 to avoid double loss to me and oblige.

                          Sub.: Information under RTI Act 2005 regarding payment o[censored]pgraded pension and removable of DA anomaly. (Under the proviso of Sec 7(1).)

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          You are aware the Hon’ble Supreme Court, inter alia, passed the following orders on 08.08.2013, 19.8.2013, 30.9.2013 & 8.10.2013 while disposing off SLPs filed by LIC against the orders of three High Courts, :

                          “There shall be no stay of the directions given by the learned single Judge vide order dated 12.01.2010 passed in S.B.CWP No.6676 of 1998 and connected matter.”(connected matter means CWP No.654 of 2007 regarding upgradation of pension).

                          Accordingly LIC is under legal obligation to implement Rajasthan High Court orders dated 12.1.2010 passed by the learned single Judge in S.B.CWP No.6676 of 1998 and S.B.CWP No. 654 of 2007, vide which the Hon’ble Judge allowed both the Writs and LIC has been directed to implement LIC’s own Board Resolution No. 492 passed on 24.11.2001 - which provide relief to all the retired employees of LIC (ie. Pensioners) on two long pending demands viz:

                          (1) Updation of pension consequent upon revision of pay scales of in-service employees from time to time ie. 1997, 2002, 2007 and subsequent revisions as and when take place.

                          (2) To remove glaring anomaly with regard to payment of DA to pensioners who retired before 1.8.1997 as they are getting 50% neutralization whereas who retired after this date get 100%.

                          I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

                          1. Please inform if necessary orders/circulars have been issued by Central Office, Mumbai and sent to ZOs, DOs, BOs for implementation of court orders with regard to payment of revised pension after upgrading on account of periodical grade revisions in 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, and removing DA anomaly as per Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur orders dated 12.1.2010 and arrears with interest of 12% from the date of retirement as per Pb & Haryana High Court orders dated 09.11.2012, and Delhi High Court vide their order dated 30.1.2013 added “……………….that concededly the law declared by the Jaipur Bench of the Rajasthan High Court has to be applied in rem”.

                          2. In case answer to (1) above is yes, please send me a copy of such orders/circulars.

                            I have a money back police No[protected] taken on 28.03.1994.I forget the survival benefit date for my policy and I am not receiving the same for few years.Earlier survival benefit date was being mentioned on premium receipt slip. But now it is not being mentioned.So please tell me the same and also suggest how to get it as I am service personnel and not residing at the policy address.

                              My name is Dinesh Shinde. I have taken housing loan from LIC HFL. Agent Name: Nagesh Shewale I have submitted disbursement document on 25th Nov 2013. After 13 days I was told that I need to submit some cheque of 562Rs if I want to avail the disbursement. I submitted the DD of the same. Still I did not receive the disbursement. I am not sure what is the exact issue. My agent is also not able to help me for this concern. I contacted cheque disbursement department person Ajit. He is not providing me the proper information and I am still not sure when the disbursment will be availed. Very pathetic experience with LIC and I am very disturbed because of there service and kind of irresponsible replies.

                                With reference to above subject I wish to change premium mode from Quarterly to Monthly ECS for below mentioned three Life Insurance Policies.

                                I have given change mode application at 83P Odhav Branch (Ahmedabad) as on 10th Dec’ 2013 but in response branch informed with one policy number only & in single line that “Monthly ECS will not be possible for given policies.” This was informed via speed post.

                                In this regard as par rule I request to change mode of payment from Quarterly to monthly ECS for below given three policies.

                                      I am Sudarshan.S. Shahri fatherof GIRISH SUDARSHAN SHAHRI WHO IS WORKING IN UNITED STATE OF AMERICA since six years and having Policy No:[protected]. He was paying his Premium on internet regularly, but due to frequently transfer of job he could not pay Premium of two years.When he checked he immediately paid two years premium, penalty and fulfilled all formalities as required on dated[protected]. Six moths are passed, there is no reply and not any response.It shows how Life Insurance company is inefficient and irresponsible that in six months they are not able to revive policy though everything is completed and all formalities are full filled. all complaints are like knock before the deaf ears.
                                      It is my last and final complaint, if Policy is not revived i will approach to news paper and will lodge a complaint in a consumer forum. complaint in R.T.I is already submitted in mulund (W) branch.
                                      Hope you will not insist me to go up to that extent, and will Revive policy with immediate effect.

                                        I happened to visit LIC branch to pay the policy premium.But due to some issue, there was delay in the payment and the staff were heading for lunch. When I requested to take the premium, they started arguing with me and talking about rules. There was no mistake from my side for the delay. I was sent to a different counter to verify the policy details. When I returned back to the payment counter, there was a big queue. I waited there for 1.5hrs but of no use. I have no other option to pay the premium since I have to rush back to bangalore the same day. When I approached the manager Mrs. Durga to discuss about this, she said she could do nothing and left the seat. Looks like the manager does not have any hold on the staff members. I therefore request to avoid such rude staff members. They took an advantage that they were a whole group and I was only one there and they started to argue with me. They say that, even there is not mistake on my part, I should not argue. But simply said that the mistake is all mine and I left the place.
