1st Instalment paid 2 months back but no medical check up until now

I purchased an LIC 3 months back for my husband and paid ther first installment nearly 2 months back and the advisor told to go for Medical check .

If he gives a Hospital number and I ask the hospital the hospital staffs telling that we do not do Medical check up for LIC.It' constantly going on in continuous basis for past 2 months almost.
