Dear Sirs, My Loan a/c No:[protected] Application No:[protected] (Mortgage Loan) I had a very awkward and bitter experience at the Office situates at HARRINGTON CHAMBERS, BLOCK 'C' ABDUL RAZACK 1 STREET SAIDAPET Chennai . we are the senior citizens and the retired people. I had gone to that above Office to close my existing Mortgage Loan, where I was shocked to note that the company is charging 2% - the Pre clousure charge. I went on Saturday, collected the quotation and tried to meet the concerned Officer to request to waive that charge .But that lady was absent on that day, so I went today (on Monday 18th November) by that elapse of one day ( Because Sunday came in between) and my quotation amount changed and I did incur around Rs500/- more as a broken Period Interest. But it does not matter (what I want to express here, if that concerned Lady Officer would have been there in the Office, I would have sorted out the matter on Saturday itself, but hoping that I could avail some concession in the pre closure charges if I meet that officer concerned on Monday, I returned back, collecting the quotation as on that date) To our surprise and agony when i went there today morning I was given as on date quotation and when I met that lady Officer she was bit rude in talking to me and she as if she is the boss negativing my demand or request and after some heated argument when I revealed that we are the 'retired people' etc then she started telling that if I produce the proof of my wife's retirement status, i am not eligible it seems as I retired around 5 years ago, there may be a concession of 1% rebate in the pre closure charges and demanded me to produce it at once or before the close of the counter to accept the cheque. This is what I want to express see how people - the staff - are simply tossing us between pillar to post and hoping that at least the 1% rebate may be a good amount at this retirement stage, I rushed back to my house to get all those details - xeroxed - copies of the proof. Again to my agony, over some useless conversation between us which irritated both o[censored]s, she vindictively postponed the sanctioning of the 1% concession too which may be with in her discretionary power, instead she asked me to give a letter requesting to avail that 1% rebate and forced me to pay the entire Loan due amount as per the quotation of that date. Here what I want to express, she was not only bit rude and vindictive but she does not have any courtesy to address the senior people like me. You people should educate your staff how to behave with the customers. Because of our contributions by prompt payment of the dues the company survives, even the Non - prompt payers too are virtually fleeced by way of heavy penalty, hence the company is not at the loosing state, but the staff are not that courteous with the customers. Let me see, how you are going to react to this complaint and I want to see what would be your reaction when I complaint about that lady Officer who behaved differently and very harsh with the clients. Further when I noticed all my demands and request would fall in deaf ears, I demanded to take this matter to the higher Officer and asked her to send me to the higher officer. Again it was denied to me stating some lame excuse that the Lady higher Officer - one Mrs UMA MAHEHSWARI was too on leave on that day and when I insisted to meet her, the security the one who stands at the entrance insulted me and he never allowed me to enter in to the cabin of the Officer. Then how do i know whether she was really absent or not.What is happening at your LIC HFL Office. This is how you people have been trained to treat the clients. When we have grievances do you mean to expect us to write to the cell to look at the matter at a later date or immediate attention by the respective responsible Officers at the Branch itself !!!. What a agony. Only here, in our county the consumers are treated like a 'killu kirai' or Garbage . With our age and experience as we widely traveled both in India and in abroad, it is very agonizing to see the very irresponsible behavior of some of the staff in some of the Offices. Since to day it happened to me at your Office I wanted to record it as a complaint to see the out come of this my letter/complaint. Looking forward to your immediate and worthy action to probe into this matter since I have quoted my Loan A/c No and other details and finding out who is that lady arrogant staff who was so vindictive with the prompt client, I expect again a very prompt reply from you.         LIC Credit Card customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        lic credit card was issued in 04/2010 and after getting card the password was changed
        in corporation bank ATM. while utilising the card it was not working. This was intimated over phone to sri prasad garu who is looking after the credit card division in new delhi.
        he has given the toll free number , but unfortunately after several attempts it was not
        connected. Being a employee in LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION i feel ashamed
        to put this complaint and even the agent who has helped to get this card is not in a
        position to provide e-mail address of the credit card division or phone number.Kindly
        help me in activating the card and provide me e-mail address of the card division.

          i am having three jeevan suraksha policy of lic .now they are asking me to provide my bank account detail with cancelled cheque or xerox copy of cheque. and they will credit the pension amount directly in the account.BUT I DO NOT WISH TO DISCLOSE MY BANK A/C AS IT IS MY PERSONAL ASSETS AND BY GIVING FULL BANK DETAILS IN THEIR PRESCRIBE FORMAT WITH MY SIGNATURE MY ACCOUNT BECOME FULLY OPEN AND IT MAY BE HARMFULL TO ME, AS NOW A DAYS HACKING INCIDENTS ARE INCREASING DAY BY DAY.                 Sir, My loan A/c No. is [protected], customer ID is 15304620. The Housing loan for Rs.15 lacs was sanctioned on 04/09/2009. The loan was taken for the purpose of booked bungalow in Burdwan town (W.B.) at Renaissance project and the amount of loan was paid by LICHFL as per the demand notice from the builder. 90% (Rs.13, 80, 000.00 out of 15 lacs) of the loan was paid before my registration of the house and rest LIC agent told me to be paid after the regaistration of my Bungalow. My registration of the Bungalow was done on 12/06/2013 and the registry papers were submitted by my LIC agent Mr. Subir Sarkar, Burdwan to the LICHFL office Drgapur, in the monthr of August 2013. I had confirmed about the disbursement of my balance loan amount from Kokata office and they had given the Mobile No. of Mr. manoj Kumar Tripathi, circle officer of Durgapur branch. Then I contacted him in the month of August 2013 on mobile and he replied me that it will l be disbursed soon. After that I was regulary in touch with Durgapur office on land line no.[protected] and they too kept me rotating giving unsatisfactory replies. And at last I rang up again to Mr.Manoj Tripathi on his mobile No.[protected] and he passed me SMS on 21/10/2013 coting that -'Sir, your final disb. is pending for approval at Kolkata office, Likely to be approved this week'. But the week also have passed and right from my depostion of final registration papers of the Bungalow to the Durgapur office, total 3 months have passed and still balace of my loan amount is not yet disbursed to me. This is a lack of responsibility of the LICHFL which leads me to the mental harrassment. Lastly I can say that this is the worst service which I got from LICHFL. Thanks a lot for the harrasment to me and pray to you to diburse my balance amount of sanctioned loan as early as possible whick I think I am in great need of it and may not matters for you. Today i.e. on 29.10.13 .I was eager to contact with Branch Manager of LICI Berhampore branch, K.N.Road, Murshidabad(West Bengal) for inquiring about a policy via telephone using the Contact No, of LICI[protected],[protected],[protected] as per BSNL directory. But, in these two nos[protected],[protected], nobody has received the phone call from 11.00 am to 2.15 pm. Only in the No,[protected], two persons have received the phone call in two times, but they refused to talk with me and told me to call back on 1.00 pm when the employee of that seat will come back. But when I have made the phone call on that No. again on 1.00 pm, one person has received the call but he made the phone out of order. I have got the phone line busy till 2.15 pm. Being disappointed, I have stopped to call on that No. Now, I am unable to understand that why the organisation like LICI do this with me.I will be grateful to you if you kindly look into this matter.                     I am Kishan Sanghani, Applied for housing loan in LIC HFL in Regional office of Hyderabad. I have submitted all my documents and completed all verification . Now I got call from your office and they are saying my loan got rejected because my service period is less and many other reasons. I want to know when I applied for loan why this point was considered my you regional managers ? is it your managers are not capable enough to take a call ? Even though your managers are experienced and working from long time how come they can pass my file further? My loan got rejected after taking processing fee from me. From past one week I am getting reply that my file is still is head office and I am not getting proper reply when my file will be back . will my file will be resend once again and I will get loan or not? if not, when can I get my documents back and processing fee back ? My file number is 7576 for your reference.

                      but upto today 25/10/2013 do not inform to me about clame information & accident benifits

My name is Ramachandran Chemmancheri Nair. I had submitted a proposal for joining in LIC scheme on 24th Sept, 2013 through Laxmi Road Branch (952). I have deposited Rs 36, 000/- for the same. I have spent an additional amount of Rs 1600/- for medical check up. Unfortunately, due to my medical conditions my proposal has been turned down by LIC office and I have given an assurance that I will get back my all money within a week. It is regretted to inform you that today is 23rd Oct, and after completion of a month still I am waiting for my refund.                           lic actually sucks now because of ever growing customers lic is not able to handle them as it does not have proper management to look after every individual . and true government people as usuall is a gaali for everyone..

                              I have a house loan from LIC HFL, Loan A/c No[protected]. I sent ECS form three months ago to the the company. But till date this has not been processed. I also sent cheques for Oct and Nov 2013 in the last week of august. The company deposited the cheques in the bank on 17 Oct 2013. There is no my mistake for late payment.Company asking for panalty and sent message regarding this.

                                  I had availed loan against my Policy nos.[protected] and[protected] for which I repaid complete loan amount and the applicable interest on[protected] at branch 95Y. As the policy bond papers were not returned at the time loan repayment, I had asked LIC to send it by post. The policy bond paper for the policy no.[protected] was returned on September 4th 2013, after repeated mails and reminders. Still the policy bond papers for the second policy no. 95339314 are still not returned by LIC. I hope they bond papers are safe and LIC will take heed and will return it at the earliest.

                                    sir, my name is anuj kumar I have taken a policy of lic in 2009. my policy no is[protected] which was a joint policy due to the sudden demise of my wife in sep 2010 i send the all supported documents to pipariya branch of lic and many times i call to branch as well as zone office bhopal regarding this but there is no positive response from branch side so i have a request to to rectified this matter as soon as possible. thanking you anuj kumar

                                      Please refer to telephonic discussion with you (Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender) and my previous letter dated 12-9-12 addressed to Chairman LICHF. The following points are submitted please.
                                      1. That Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender committed on dated[protected] to correct my account number 15011059 and promised to make necessary correction. Moreover they accepted the Major mistake of officers/staff of LICHFL in the above said accounts.
                                      2. After this commitment and a lot of request by Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender on dated[protected], I deposited two numbers EMI i.e. Rs. 35280/- 17640 through Cash and 17640 through check, but till date my account is not corrected as per my pervious correspondence and Telephonic discussion with Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender.
                                      3. I sent many representations to LICHF (1. Chairman office, 2. Area Manager, 3. Regional Manager, 4. customer care, 5. Sh. Ghansham Gupta, Advocate, LICHF, 6. Mr. Vineet Rathore & company, Advocate, LICHF, 7. Ms. Vijay Arora (Agent) Kaithal.) but LICHF did not responded a single representation, This clearly shows the mollified intention of LICHF officers and it clears that LICHF made a Major Mistake and trying to overlook that mistake. This Financial major mistake can’t be ignored by LICHF as I have all the records with me.
                                      4. It is once again requested to solve all the grievances within 21 days of this representation and after that I am forced to STOP EMI payments in future.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      It is requested that please go through the case/file i.e. Loan Account no 15011058 and 15011059 and take/help necessary step to credit the amount of fine as well as the difference in my loan amount into my account. In this regard I want to submit the following points.
                                      1. That I have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 17, 50, 000/- vide loan account no. 15011058 on dated[protected] through Ms. Vijay Arora (Agent) Kaithal.
                                      2. But only amount of Rs 17, 25, 000 was credited in my Greater NOIDA account which has a difference of Rs 25, 000/- and this is because of major mistake of LICHFL and my account number was changed to 15011059 by LICHFL without any prior information to me, to remove all the shortcoming by LIHFL (I have all the proofs with me to prove in consumer court).
                                      3. Now there were debit standing in the payment of Greater NOIDA plot and this was only because of the major mistake by LICHFL Officers/officials.
                                      4. When I visited Greater NOIDA office, I get shocked after seeing my payment details made by LICHFL. I immediately called the agent and the Area Manager Karnal to discuss the matter, but they did not take the matter seriously and denied to discuss the matter.
                                      5. After a lot of harassment by Officers/Managers and some officials of LICHFL I stopped paying the monthly EMI.
                                      6. NOIDA authorities issued/called me through a default payment Notice of pending amount Rs 26212.32 (25, 000+ 1212.32 int) on dated[protected] in respect of allotment no. RPS0195452 because of only LICHFL.
                                      7. Till date I lost an amount of Rs 26212.32, 1600(Approx. fined by HDFC Bank for check), THE UNKNOWN amount fined by LICHF, Varoius correspondence charges, several time visiting charges and harassment charges. Moreover, I also lost the moral respect and image in terms of regular payment because of LICHF.
                                      8. Even after all these irregularities and harassment by LIC Housing Finance Ltd being a responsible person I started paying regular EMI wef March 2010.
                                      9. Then LICHF called upon me through the LEGAL NOTICE for not depositing the outstanding amount through your Legal consultant Mr. Vineet Rathore & company. I also represented myself in front of Legal consultant, Area Manager, Karnal and your head office to Regional manager for clearance of pending dues. But they denied solving the matter and till date my problem is not solved at their end.
                                      10. Till date I am receiving the calls from different offices and Agent office and I have been telling all the grievances and mistakes of LICHF to the different people calling me without base time to time for non payment of 2 no’s installment. The numbers and names of such persons are mentioned here for your reference please.

                                      13. I have been visited a lot to LICHFL offices and made many written correspondences with Area manger and agent but always harassed there.

                                      Sir, LICHF is in non compliance of Terms of Loan. It is requested to seek remedies from LICHF at their cost and expenses as this is only because of total human error which LICHF is not accepting.
