I have a house loan from LIC HFL, Loan A/c No[protected]. I sent ECS form three months ago to the the company. But till date this has not been processed. I also sent cheques for Oct and Nov 2013 in the last week of august. The company deposited the cheques in the bank on 17 Oct 2013. There is no my mistake for late payment.Company asking for panalty and sent message regarding this.

      I had availed loan against my Policy nos.[protected] and[protected] for which I repaid complete loan amount and the applicable interest on[protected] at branch 95Y. As the policy bond papers were not returned at the time loan repayment, I had asked LIC to send it by post. The policy bond paper for the policy no.[protected] was returned on September 4th 2013, after repeated mails and reminders. Still the policy bond papers for the second policy no. 95339314 are still not returned by LIC. I hope they bond papers are safe and LIC will take heed and will return it at the earliest.

        sir, my name is anuj kumar I have taken a policy of lic in 2009. my policy no is[protected] which was a joint policy due to the sudden demise of my wife in sep 2010 i send the all supported documents to pipariya branch of lic and many times i call to branch as well as zone office bhopal regarding this but there is no positive response from branch side so i have a request to to rectified this matter as soon as possible. thanking you anuj kumar

          Please refer to telephonic discussion with you (Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender) and my previous letter dated 12-9-12 addressed to Chairman LICHF. The following points are submitted please.
          1. That Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender committed on dated[protected] to correct my account number 15011059 and promised to make necessary correction. Moreover they accepted the Major mistake of officers/staff of LICHFL in the above said accounts.
          2. After this commitment and a lot of request by Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender on dated[protected], I deposited two numbers EMI i.e. Rs. 35280/- 17640 through Cash and 17640 through check, but till date my account is not corrected as per my pervious correspondence and Telephonic discussion with Sh. Santosh Murari and Sh. Narender.
          3. I sent many representations to LICHF (1. Chairman office, 2. Area Manager, 3. Regional Manager, 4. customer care, 5. Sh. Ghansham Gupta, Advocate, LICHF, 6. Mr. Vineet Rathore & company, Advocate, LICHF, 7. Ms. Vijay Arora (Agent) Kaithal.) but LICHF did not responded a single representation, This clearly shows the mollified intention of LICHF officers and it clears that LICHF made a Major Mistake and trying to overlook that mistake. This Financial major mistake can’t be ignored by LICHF as I have all the records with me.
          4. It is once again requested to solve all the grievances within 21 days of this representation and after that I am forced to STOP EMI payments in future.

          Dear Sir,
          It is requested that please go through the case/file i.e. Loan Account no 15011058 and 15011059 and take/help necessary step to credit the amount of fine as well as the difference in my loan amount into my account. In this regard I want to submit the following points.
          1. That I have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 17, 50, 000/- vide loan account no. 15011058 on dated[protected] through Ms. Vijay Arora (Agent) Kaithal.
          2. But only amount of Rs 17, 25, 000 was credited in my Greater NOIDA account which has a difference of Rs 25, 000/- and this is because of major mistake of LICHFL and my account number was changed to 15011059 by LICHFL without any prior information to me, to remove all the shortcoming by LIHFL (I have all the proofs with me to prove in consumer court).
          3. Now there were debit standing in the payment of Greater NOIDA plot and this was only because of the major mistake by LICHFL Officers/officials.
          4. When I visited Greater NOIDA office, I get shocked after seeing my payment details made by LICHFL. I immediately called the agent and the Area Manager Karnal to discuss the matter, but they did not take the matter seriously and denied to discuss the matter.
          5. After a lot of harassment by Officers/Managers and some officials of LICHFL I stopped paying the monthly EMI.
          6. NOIDA authorities issued/called me through a default payment Notice of pending amount Rs 26212.32 (25, 000+ 1212.32 int) on dated[protected] in respect of allotment no. RPS0195452 because of only LICHFL.
          7. Till date I lost an amount of Rs 26212.32, 1600(Approx. fined by HDFC Bank for check), THE UNKNOWN amount fined by LICHF, Varoius correspondence charges, several time visiting charges and harassment charges. Moreover, I also lost the moral respect and image in terms of regular payment because of LICHF.
          8. Even after all these irregularities and harassment by LIC Housing Finance Ltd being a responsible person I started paying regular EMI wef March 2010.
          9. Then LICHF called upon me through the LEGAL NOTICE for not depositing the outstanding amount through your Legal consultant Mr. Vineet Rathore & company. I also represented myself in front of Legal consultant, Area Manager, Karnal and your head office to Regional manager for clearance of pending dues. But they denied solving the matter and till date my problem is not solved at their end.
          10. Till date I am receiving the calls from different offices and Agent office and I have been telling all the grievances and mistakes of LICHF to the different people calling me without base time to time for non payment of 2 no’s installment. The numbers and names of such persons are mentioned here for your reference please.

          12. Your good-self is requested to advice the LICHF for credit all the fines and the amount to my loan account so that I can deposit the outstanding amount.
          13. I have been visited a lot to LICHFL offices and made many written correspondences with Area manger and agent but always harassed there.
          Matter Most Urgent Please and needs your personnel attention Please.
          Sir, LICHF is in non compliance of Terms of Loan. It is requested to seek remedies from LICHF at their cost and expenses as this is only because of total human error which LICHF is not accepting.

              Dear All, I applied the loan in LIC Housing on 31 OCT 2012. File No :- [protected] & file has been recjected by area manager with providing the reasons. But after few days i check the bank account there debit the my cosmos account of RS 5618.00/- after that ask for refunds on 01 jan 2013 with the recjection reasons but till date am not get any reply many time i sent the mail to all manager. Mr Manish only say that i will get refund money but when... almost 1 year is coming to over.

                card no. [protected] payment via cheque in jasola, delhi branch on 4th may 2012. this is regarding the credit card in the name of manmohan khati, and payment the cheque no. 062542 dropped in jasola branch on 4 may, but it is still not cleared, and i got another mail to deposit the amt. with late payment and interest charges. how come this happend pls. check this out and revert back to me. whether it is my fault or the bank or lic cards dept. fault. if it is not my fault then can get back with interest and late payment charges towards me. Matter is under consider with zeehelpline, national consumer helpline, akosha.

                    My wife had Very serious Dengue fever starting on 19/6/2013 admitted in the nearby Hospital and after six days took it to another hospital for advanced management and admitted in ICU for six days and few days in the ward and discharged. We had a very terrific time there because during the tenure six people died due to dengue fever. Thanks GOD she is alive now. We have submitted a claim from LIC as per policy they have to pay Rs 2500 per day and double amount for those days in ICU. we have paid three installment of 15000 each for the last 3 years. You see now the claim is somewhat equal amount therefore they decided not to give the claim and asking for non relevant document which no hospital will give. We had many other similar incidents before. I can give more details call [protected]. LIC officers are so arrogant in the feeling of government employee and only LIC agent behave politely.

                      I purchased an LIC 3 months back for my husband and paid ther first installment nearly 2 months back and the advisor told to go for Medical check .

                      If he gives a Hospital number and I ask the hospital the hospital staffs telling that we do not do Medical check up for LIC.It' constantly going on in continuous basis for past 2 months almost.

                      I went for few check ups as advised by my insurance advisor and again he is now telling to go for few more tests but not giving me the correct hospital details for those check up.

                      It's too frustrating.This kind of service from India's Best Insurance company is unbelievable.Please help me out because I need to continue my policy in LIC and if Medical check is not done I can not keep waiting.

                        LOAN NO: 3032915//Myself c, subramanian facing harrasement by Mr Ravikumar and Sivasubramanian they both claim that they are the legal heads for lichfl and using all sort of filthy language in recovering the dues of 48000/- for the past 6 months after i lost the job due to recession i find difficult in clearing housing laon dues. and recently i have got a job and going to get my salary on 5/10/2013 .Inspite of all these facts they keep on harrasing me by pasting multicolour DEFAULTER POSTERS and threating that any time they may take possession of my property or bringing some real estate broakers to sell the house. Having i paid 12 years dues intime i request the supreme power of recovery department to approach this issue on humanitarian groungs if they keep doing this i may have to commit SUICIDE to save my hard earned property. MAY I REQUEST TIME TILL 5/10/13 TO CLEAR MOST OD MY ARREARS. PLEASE SUPPORT ME IN THIS REGARD

                          It’s maturity period has been completed last one & half year. Hence I applied for withdrawal of this policy.

                          I have handed over all original documents with application letter, cancelled cheque to agent, whose details are given below.

                          From last one year, I am taking follow up for this transaction & there is no proper response from Agent & also he did not want withdraw it & dilly-dallied till date.

                          I already fed up with follow ups to agent. So I expect prompt response from LIC.

                          I’m in urgent need of the money.

                                Sir, I am LIC Policy holder.I went to LIC,Sahebganj Branch on 14.9.13 to give a complain in black and white.Branch Manager was on leave.Personnel ,authorise to receive complain i.e. Mr. Lakara did not receive my complain rahther he refered me to Mr. Jha.Mr Jha after reading the contains of complain asked me to send the complain by post.He did not received the complain rather he misbehaved.At last I send the complain by Speed Post.It is the general attitude of LIC,Sahebganj Branch to harass the customers.                                   Dear Sir, Myself Mr. Mahesh Bhosale, I have taken a Housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance Limited, Kharadi Branch, Pune bearing Loan Account No.[protected]. Currently I am having a Housing Loan of around Rs 2400000/- at the floating Interest of 11%. I have approached the Branch for foreclosure of Housing Loan as I was planning to shift the same loan to SBI / HDFC where interest rates are low but I was told by the Branch Manager Mr. Rajiv that I need to pay a Penalty of 2% as the foreclosure is not from my own source. Recently I have came across the RBI Guideline dated 5th June 2012, bearing reference number RBI/ 2011-12/ 589. DBOD. No. Dir. BC. 107 / 13.03.00/ 2011-12 which says "The Damodaran Committee had observed that foreclosure charges levied by banks on prepayment of home loans were resented upon by home loan borrowers across the board, especially since banks were found to be hesitant in passing on the benefits of lower interest rates to the existing borrowers in a falling interest rate scenario. As such, foreclosure charges are seen as a restrictive practice deterring the borrowers from switching over to cheaper available source. It is felt that the removal of foreclosure charges/prepayment penalty on home loans will lead to a reduction in the discrimination between existing and new borrowers and the competition among banks will result in finer pricing of home loans with the floating rate. Though many banks have, in the recent past, voluntarily abolished the pre-payment penalties on their floating rate home loans, there is a need for ensuring uniformity across the banking system in this regard. Accordingly, it is proposed". Request you to help me in either reducing the interest rates or shift the Loan to other bank with paying this foreclosure amount of Rs. 50000/- approx. I have already submitted the required documents at branch office at Patna in August 2013. NIFT form has also been submitted at the time of maturity of my earlier policy no.[protected] in March/April 2013 in which I requested for NIFT facility of this policy no.[protected] also. Even after repeated request in person at your branch office, I have not received my maturity amount till date. You are therefore requested to kindly give my maturity at the earliest.

                                    the maturity amt. is Rs 30425 and the due date was 25.01.2009. i personally handed over the original policy to the Mohali(punjab) branch on 03.01.2009. I was supposed to get the post dated cheque before 25.01.2009. but so far i have not received it . kindly convey my complaint to the lic .

                                    I have not received my policy matured amount though it was maturated on 19th Jan 2009.My plicy no. is 73729815. This policy was take on 20th jan 1984. After paying off all the premium I am waiting for the mercy of LIC Bangalore branch. I have speed posted the original policy on 17th Feb along with Discharge Vouchre but no responce from the branch thogh after tracking Spped post web I came to know that the policy was received on 19th Feb by the branch.

                                    The following were due for payment in March and June 2009
                                    Pol No 26203973 & 26251123.
                                    But despite of letters personal phone to branch I could not receive the payment so far.
                                    On contacting Branch office Hardwar (UP) Branch office (I) where Mr Sharma is looking after the maturity claim, I disheartened to hear the words spoken by Mr Sharma what to say fo receiving payments of the aforesaid policies. On 30.10.2009 I wrote a letter to your DO Dehradun & BRANCH ALSO BUT TO NO AVAIL.
                                    Now nothing is left with me except to appoach you.
                                    hope you will take up the matter so that i can get my payment against the aforesaid policies.

                                    In continuation of my letter dated 05.02.2011 and in reference to letter no.CRM/SAN/2010 dated 02.12.2010 of Manager CRM Agra. I am enclosing here with Medical Attandeant's Certificate of Hospital treatmet from Metro Medical Hospital, Noida on form B1.
                                    The claim is lying pending since 17.12.2009 due to your negligence that is why I have approach the Hon'ble High Court to expedite the claim woth in the time allowed by the court and to avoid further statuary complications.

                                      I tried to pay my premium online several times using PAy Direct option... Always throws a single Error- "Wrong Data Entered".... Your Register New User link also keeps throwing errors and does not allow us to register ourselves. Can you please explain how it works and how else can I pay my premiums online? I have tried umpteen number of times... I does work. Tried customer care number but no response.
