Respected Sir,
This is Govindasamy from Eraiyur belongs to Vanur T.K, Villupuram Dt. I made a LIC Policy for my wife Sagunthala In Pondicherry Branch(Code No.738, Policy No.[protected], Date:28.3.2006).
My wife Sagunthala had been expired due to health problem on 14.9.2011. The LIC Policy of my wife's original documents mentioned above had been lost. So I applied for Death climbing in Pondicherry Branch. Due to this they asked me particular documents(Death Certificates, Family card Xerox, Affidavit, Id proof, Death climb form). so I issued all those particular documents to the Pondicherry branch office. Even though i submitted all the documents, they are not issuing me the cheque. Branch officers continuously asking me those documents again and again & intimating me that they missed all my submitted documents. For past 1 year am keeping on going to the Pondicherry office but they are not taking any action.
So please accept my complaint letter & take relevant action as soon as possible & do favour for me.
Thanking you,
Regards,
Govindasamy.
I understand the problems you are going through & the way you feel. I can only help you out by guiding about the process. If possible, call me & tell me the entire matter in detail so that I can see if I can help you out. As far your suggestion of privatisation of the sector is concerned, the people have dealth with the private companies also & there are a lot more complaints against them than LIC (that does not mean I am saying that their shirt is dirtier than ours). I know every organization has certain modifications required at different levels. So, plz don't stop paying your premiums as it will harm your insurance cover & savings habit only. Plz tell me your problem & I will see how I can help you on this matter.
