    I would like to understand that LIC's Long term benift products like Jeewan anand, pension plan are how many years ago have introduced..? is there any long term proven record available so as to refer.

    Like everyone believe, me too having some good impression and confidence on LIC and thier endowment policies that they have service to public.

    but my questions is how far confidence that we shall have like "Long term policy can give so much of benefit on return like 68lac while we pay 11lac (i.e.40k/year x 27years under pension plan) & 35lac while we pay 10lac (i.e.33k x 30yr under Jeewan anand)".

    i means can we have any prooven record that show as evidence so that we can be invest on LIC with full confidence...?

    for the short term investment like Gold we know the Appreciation in market. i can see the record of last 20 to 30years. but Long term policy like LIC's products, i dont have a strong confidence for me to invest.
    at the same time i and everyone individual like me must need this kind of long term benifit policy to secure our life.

      DEAR SIR,
      I have worked in TATA CERAMICS LTD which has superannuation scheme in LIC for its employees Now I have resigned on 29/2/2012 and immediately filled the form for nomination and sent to LIC. .
      After that I received a letter from LIC dated 26/7/2012 stating that they have send a cheque in favour of me
      to TATA CERAMICS for the amount of rupees 69711/- the annuity no is [protected] when I asked about the cheque in TATA CERAMICS they say they have received nothing so far from LIC The letter which LIC has send do have cheque no and date.

      My pension policy no.[protected]matured in August 2009.In spite of of several reminder to branch manager LIC Dhanbad is not paying my Maturity amount till date.
      without any my fault.Till date he has not taken any action for payment.

          My agent deposited the premium amount for november 2011 from satellite branch varanasi.I have the deposit receipt also with due date feb 2012.When I deposited the the premium for feb month the same due date appears on bill receipt.I contacted to my agent who said that it might happens that the deposit of satellite branch was not completed.I was very angry that from that month my premium is not going on properly.My agent always says that it will be settled down. He talk to his D.O, BM and cashier also but no result comes till now.Even my money is not going in market.So tell me when it will be settled?

          Money Back — my agent not giving receipt of last two premiums paid

I have sent the money to the agent by registry on[protected].when i check my policy no then i found that the money was not deposit till this.in this case i have complain to the branch manager but he can"t take any action. The agent code no is 0038051.Now i will Case on the agent.

              Dear Sir,

              There is one froud loan taken by Mr. Mubarak Rahim Shaikh, on 22/05/2001 of Rs. 3,00,000/- ( Three Lacs Only ). He has paid the EMI upto the April, 2003. Alraedy this loan is fake loan. The property on which this loan was taken is fake property.

              Now this person is also doing the cheating business with lots of illitrate peapole. He open his office at Mira Road & Dadar & dealing in land selling around the mumbai. For this he is also making the dummy 7/12 & selling the property to illitrate persons.

              Since 2003 his loan was NPA there is nothing any followup for his recovery & nothing any police complaint against him. So why this is not done till today? Who will take action against him?

                LIC HFL home loan with file no. [protected] under the names of Anand Kumar and Minakshi Kumari for Rs.33 Lacs was sanctioned by branch Asaf Ali Road vide sanction letter dated 31/05/2012 for purchase of flat "Amrapali Zodiac" from Amrapali Developers which is a FDI funded project from J P Morgan. However, the loan has not been disbursed as yet citing reason of revalidation of project .

                In the above connection i would like the authorities to look into the following:

                Firstly, If the project was to be revalidated and not approved on the list of LICHFL then the branch should not have accepted my loan application for earning processing fee of Rs.5618/- which is not refundable.

                Secondly, the branch should not have asked me to submit the relevant papers for disbursement of the loan which was submitted to them through Mr. Sunil Sharma (DSA) on 12the June 2012.

                Lastly, the cheque for upfront fees amounting to Rs.12926/- was also encashed by LICHFL on 23rd June 2012 without disbursement of the loan and is not at par with the of LICHFL Policy.

                LICHFL has been disbursing the loans on the aforesaid project till recently. They may be asked to intimate the last date of deadline set by LICHFL for disbursement of loan to Amrapali Zodiac Project. I had already paid an amount of Rs.12 lacs approx to the builder from my own resources after which the loan amount of Rs. 33 lacs is due to builder. The sanctioned letter gets cancelled after 3 months automatically after which i have to apply afresh with the processing charges.

                As such it is requested to take due notice of my complaint and suggest action plan.

                  Hi Team,

                  It’s a worst experience to share with all of you. I planned for apply a GOLD card which meeting eligibility criteria as required by company in brochure but I shocked while visiting office physically at 6th Floor, Jeevan Prakash Building, K.G.Marg, New Delhi. Good to say that I have not wasted more than 15 minutes with the LIC card officials. They simply told being a IT professional we can not provide card in this eligibility criteria, means require much more income slab. It’s also to be mentioned that I visited LIC office after taking each & every updates from customer care taking care of my valued time. My grievance is not that they told me I am not eligible rather why customer care not updated me and why it’s not updated in web.
                  Anyways I am posting this to all consumer websites that they can be aware of it.

                      believing the words and commitment of these LIC agents and expecting that it will help for my children career.

                      The above LIC agents have send the amount through rtgs (sbinh [protected]) from state bank of india to trillions india distributors ltd a/C no.[protected], ing vysa bank, ernakulam.

                      After a month I could not get any returns nor the preference share certificates, when I enquired, the LIC agents has given me a partial preference share certificates and when I asked for the rest of the certificates and monthly returns. They said that you will get in few days and has dragged the issue till date.

                      Till date I have not recieved any amount nor the preference share certificates and now I understand the I was cheated and these agents are working as brokers for many money circulation comapnies for their benefits and getting high commissions and cheating the innocent public.

                      Hence I request the authorities to advise and help me to get back my hard earned money.

                      And also request the authorities to save the innocent public from the cheating agents.

                        I have Submitted all my housing loan Document through D.S Estate Agent through Vinay [protected] located at Seven Square Academy Building Ramdev Park Mira Road which in turn has given my Loan Document to Gaurav Gandhi [protected] of Aleya Loans who got my Housing Loan approved from Jogeshwari Branch.                         LIC Home Loans — Incorrect EMI Debit-LIC not responding

                        Hello,
                        I have been informed that the LIC payment for this month has been rejected, which LIC debits my account via the ECS mode monthly.
                        The reason for rejection was that LIC has tried to debit an amount of approx Rs.35000/-, which was not available in the account.My account has also been debited with return/bouncing charges.Who will pay this?
                        Why are you debiting my account for such an amount, when till date LIC has disbursed approx 26.5 Lacs?
                        My account was not funded to meet upto 35k.

                        I spoke to Sunil Yadav about this on 2 occassions from Gurgaon branch last week, and he is still to come back to me on this.He was going to call me in 30 minutes last week, but not sure what happened.

                          I am paying my policy in online for the last 3 years. This month during policy payment some extra charges showing in online portal - CD charges. This was complained to the branch office as well as customer care. But fate no one in lic don't know about this charges. My policy number is[protected].

                          Still it was resolved.

                          who can solve this issue ?

                          How it will be there ?

                          These charges are reversible or not ?

                            Hi Sir/Madam

                            I hold LIC Jeevan Dhara policy (Policy No.[protected] .

                            LIC 982 branch of Aurangabad have Mortgaged Jeevan Dhara policy for Education Loan of Son.

                            All of a sudden LIC have stopped making payments with no intimation. When asked for an explanation they are saying that Jeevan Dhara policy cannot be mortgage and hence you need to get release the mortgaged policy from Bank and then only they will release the amount.

                            I have a question here if it was not allowed to mortgage the policy then how the LIC authority has sanctioned the mortgage with bank. As being a Senior Citizen we heavily depend on the pension and as they have stopped the paying amount it is creating problem for me.

                            Kindly look into the above problem and let me know if anything is required from my side.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a lic's future plus policy vide no.[protected] and issued from city branch no. 3 under KMDO-1 but due system breakdown I have been wandering for my redemption since from 07.05.2011.

                              It is also funny thing that the branch office and the divisional office several times confirm to the Zonal manager but after that the said Eastern Zonal Manager and their CRM section is yet harassing to me and unable to arrange my redemption cheque as on 07.05.2011.

                              Please investigate it and do the needful against such intentional harassment.

                              Kindly acknowledge it and arrange for my payment as on 07.05.2011.

                              Fact is that, one original policy wrongly submitted at city branch no.3 which was due on 27.03.2013 but on 2nd April, 2013 I have not received the maturity cheque and one letter also mail to city branch no. 3 and my original policy was submitted on 18.02.2013 at city branch no. 3 which is to be submitted at city branch no.17.

                              It is very funny thing the city branch 3 who are yet holding my original policy bond but due to non match or vary to service branch they have not informed or not return my original policy and in the other hand the city branch no. 17 who are the service branch under code no., 577 and not to yet send any intimation or not to send the maturity cheque.

                              Under such circumstances I like to know from the city branch no. 3 that their receiving clerk who is receiving all necessary documents after necessary search but after received it and the maturity departmental staff not to inform about the facts or not return the policy and in the other hand the service branch who are unable to send any message or not send any letter for the maturity delay status.

                              Now I like to get my original policy bond from city branch 3 and in the other hand like to get my maturity payment under policy no.[protected]

                              kindly cater this information to the city branch no. 3 and city branch no. 17 under kmdo-1

                                  Not sure if the complaint is heard on this forum, but expressing my frustration for others to be aware of. I did a big mistake in taking home loan from LIC Housing Finance. The blunt of Govt organization trials. I have had problems from the beginning. There was a mistake in the sanction letter, to get that corrected, I had sent about 50 mails from branch office to the head office, couriered hard copy, called them several times, after several times of walking into the office, I finally got the Sanction letter corrected. If these were not enough, there was undue delay in disbursing loan amount; since I was constructing my house the loan amount was released in installments as the construction progressed, I had a tough time everytime I had to get the money from them, it was literally begging these scoundrels as if they were doing me a favour. If all these were not enough, the last check had my initial changed and the cheque did not pass. To get a replacement of the cheque was another night mare. The journey hasn't even passed 10%, I have the problem with these guys calculating EMI incorrectly and charging some "Addl charges" every month. I dont know what that is for? Just to get the EMI calculation clarified, I had sent about 25 mails, called them few times, sent mail to the Regional Head Office Chief. Actually I should not blame any of the low level staffs because the top managing the Regional Head Office at Bangalore is itself is a useless and unprofessional. There hasnt been a single response from him itself, how will his staffs work.
                                  I dont know who to approach, is there a Ombudsman forum for LIC HFL or should I approach consumer court or an RTI.

                                      DEAR SIR,
                                      I am having very bitter experience with LIC money back policy No.[protected].The money back payment should be received before 20.2.2011 but as usual it wasnt.When i enquired repeatedly the answer was no and arrogancy and insulting treatment of branch officers.Finaly i registered case CC/11/340 in May 2011 with Hon consumer court kolhapur.The proceedings were conducted and finally LIC is ordered by Court Order dated 09.05.2012to pay Rs 4000/- to customer for gross negliences in duties.I hope that this step will improve the repayment services of LIC and the will turned towards online money transfer like NEFT/RTGS/ECS as per latest resolution of RBI in Sept 2012.Also i request to suffering customers to file cases wherever it is necessary against neglient behaviour and non professional/unfare trade practices/arrogancy of staff of LIC.
