Double payment for my premium was made but I still waiting for my refund.
Out of my dual payment, for the first payment my ammount was deducted but it got failed at the lic site and for my second payment, it was successful transaction.
I have talked to customer care of LIC but they are also not supporting.
I also mailed on below mail but still there is no action taken for my refund:

I paid the premium by my credit card on 13-june -2022

      विषय - पॉलिसी न.[protected] की किश्त बढाने बावत |

      महोदय -
      मैंने मई 2029 में आपकी शाखा से "जीवन आनंद" नामक एक २५, ००, ०००/- लाख की पॉलिसी ली थी जिसको पूर्ण करने हेतु मैंने आवश्यक सभी प्रपत्रों को जमा किया था तथा पॉलिसी पूर्ण करने हेतु आवश्यक समी मेडीकल जांच को भी करवाया था, उस समय मुझे उक्त पॉलिसी की किश ७४१३६ (७०९४६ + ३१९३) बताई गई थी जो कि मेरे बजट के अनुकूल थी परन्तु अब एक वर्ष बाद उक्त पॉलिसी की किशत बढ़ाकर ८२१२८ (८०३२१+ बैज) कर दी गई I है जिसका कि एक नोटिस मुझे मार्च २०२२ में मिला है। जबकि मैं दो किश्ते जमा कर चुका हूँ।

      मुझ अगर गत वर्ष मई २०२१ में ही यह बता दिया जाता तो मै पॉलिसी आरंभ नहीं करता क्योंकि ये मेरे बजट के बाहर है इसमें मेरी कोई गलती नहीं है

      मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है किया तो ये बढ़ी किश्त वापस ली जाए या पॉलिसी निरस्त कर मेरी राशि मुझे लौटाई जाए कृपया त्वरित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करे क्योंकि मेरी तीसरी किश्त भी देय है।

        i have joined LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA as an agent in 2014 and I haven't done any business . I got noc letter from LIC office in 2020 but Still my pan number reflecting as in force in irda portal which is effecting my job. Please terminate my license from IRDA portal and do the needful.

          Address: 66 pg road kol 39 ananya building

          For Policy #[protected] I gave Rs. 72095/- (premium + 4.5 % GST) on Oct 11, 2021.
          They returned me on cooling off (within 15 days due to medical emergency) Rs. 69900/- as per them only in last communication
          So, as per norms, terms & conditions I am yet to get rest Rs.[protected] = Rs. 2195/- which is again pending since last 2 months (excluding interest).

          They are simply harrasshing me & not yet returned as promised.

            Respected sir or madam,

            I am Dr. Darshan M. Shah son of Mrs. Hansaben M. Shah a policy holder of LIC of India, having a health policy called jeevan Arogya of LIC of India Pol. No.[protected] since 2012.

            In January 2022 my mother was diagnosed with malignancy( Cancer) in her uterus and hence for the operation. On 21 January 2022 I gave the intimation to branch no 13/857 LIC of India through my agent and admitted her on the same day to Zydus cancer center thaltej for her treatment.

            She was operated for staging sugery / bilateral pelvic node dissection + umbilical hernia. In this process her uterus was removed under malignant condition.

            I have submitted all the reports which are mentioned with her problem, disease and condition then. As per the brochure which I was given this surgery is covered under 60% of MSB. The MSB is 4, 00, 000. So she is entitled for rs. 2, 40, 000 but out of my surprice she was given only Rs 51, 200/- on 14/03/2022.

            Since then I and my agent mrs. Mita N. shah are keep on writing to the health department for the justice. But nobody is responding to the same. The branch manager of 13/857 Mr. Amitkumar has also written in my favour, to the responsible person but all efforts went in wein. Moreover the mediclaim of my mother was with "United India insurance" company and was passed within a month only and have got the claim amount.
            Sir, if the respectable company like LIC of India is not giving me the correct claim amount for my claim when I am there to fight, then I am wondering what would happen in case when I will not be there to receive the claim amount, what sort of difficulties my family will suffer at the time of the death claim under my policies?

            Please do the needful and try to get me the justice.

              Property papers are not being returned by LIC HFL Office at Near Hajrat ganj Infront of Shahara Mall Lucknow Uttar Pradesh against my loan account no. [protected] . Written request was submitted in Dec 2022. I has been ensured to be given my papers to be on 20 Jan 2022. On visit of LICHFL office no satisfactory response is being given now. Kindly help me.

                  I have registered online to buy a LIC Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 11.06.2022 . The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 11.06.2022 and made a payment of Rs. 7493.00 including GST . The proposal number of the policy is 3711. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
                  I have called customer care but they said they haven't responded to any information regarding online purchased policies and I am not able to get any information about my policy.
                  So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate medical test and other procedures otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money.

                          Through the customer's app of lici, I paid the renewal premium amount ₹9766 for the policy no[protected] and[protected] . Payment is done by google pay app, but reflection of the payments doesn't made till now. I don't received the payment receipt, till now

                                I’m Santhosh Mainale here,
                                I have taken NOC & termination letter from LIC office in 2019 with seal. But in IRDA portal it’s reflecting as inforce. I have requested LIC office manager but no proper response. It’s effecting my job as I am working for insurance company . 2014 licensed was generated only 1 policy at the beginning I have done after that nothing.
                                Please terminate from IRDA portal and do the need full at the earliest 🙏🏻

                                    I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 24.04.2022.

                                    I made a payment of Rs. 19104/- . The proposal number of policy is 1107. Within next week all physical Medical tests & Telemedical video call was done & got confirmation from TPA that my reports are uploaded in LIC portal.

                                    But after that there is no any update regarding my policy.
                                    - The customer contact number 68276827 is not reachable
                                    - The email follow ups are not responded
                                    - The enquiry section in the LIC customer portal do not respond to queries. There was one update 24-May-2022, asking to repeat the doc upload process, the process was repeated again as requested on 25-May.
                                    Ever since the portal folks stopped responding as well.

                                    Deeply regret opting for an online term insurance, if a living soul is put to so much stress. I cant imagine how bad the settlement process will be when the insurer passes away.

                                    Kindly request to cancel the proposal and refund the premium at the earliest.

                                    I thought of recomend this policy to my friend and family members but now i need to rethink.

                                      Amount deduction from my SBI creditcard but receipt not generated.also i call to customer care they told me amount was credited.
