When lic starts online services that time only respective person only get online a/c. Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c and to be registered under my online a/c.

When trying to register her policy no under my user, it complaining the policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or deactive her policy / online account.

Looking for your help....

From 01/Oct/2016, IRDAI has mandated all insurances to comply with dematerialization format; but why LIC being largest player is yet to comply and still in paper format? why this delay of 5+ years. What is the role of IRDAI if a particular player has compliance issues.

For this delay, and deficient service by LIC, IRDAI being regulatory agency is required to penalize LIC for non compliance....

My Father Brahmdeo Prasad Lala was deceased in September 2018 and I submitted an accidental claim under the policy no[protected]. Since then we have just been given run around for our money. We have visited the Dhanbad LIC branch numerous times since then and every time we were asked for a new document.
