1.No communications from Life Insurance Corporation with regard to my request for
"Certificate confirming the current surrender value of insurance" for 3 policies to support travel application
through emails and posts.

2. I was given wrong information that exit from policy prior to maturity having paid continuous premium amount for
nearly 13 to 14years is equal to 3year premium amount only for JEEVAN ANAND

for example
a)surrender value of policy calculated for 14 YEARS continuous premium payment yearly Rs 38,450 will be Rs 1,77,000 only even though ( Policy holder total paid premium amount for 14years*38,450 premium amount per year = Rs 5,38,300)

3.Both LIC Portal Log-in and password both fails however LIC premium amount was paid online several times using same log-in and password. If I try to re-register the portal doesn't accept registration anymore.

This is causing lot of delay and inconvenience to the policy holder.

I have submitted Existance Certificate to LIC office at DHARMAPURI on 05/12/2011 for my pension plan of policy JEEVAN JYOTHI Ploicy number.[protected].
Sofar I have not received Pension of Rs,695 to my SBI account no,[protected] through NEFT transfer for the month of November 2011.I request the IPP Cell to kindly arrange to credit the Rs.695/ as pension please.

LIC HFL home loan with file no. [protected] under the name of Mrs. Neeraj Verma W/o Sandeep Singh was sanctioned on the date 12/10/2011. But it is not disbursed till date. Due to their sanctioning my home loan I paid my house builder a sum of Rs.14,32,932 on my own after which the loan amount of Rs. 17,00,000 is due to builder. my inability to pay the builder the loan amount is leading to cancellation of my flat in the building and also for which I will be charged a sum of Rs.5,00,000 (approx.). The sanctioned letter gets cancelled after 3 months automatically and its already 2 months past my loan get sanctioned. It is a huge inconvenience on my part and also will lead to further financial problems in my family. Please take due notice of this complaint and respond as soon as possible since i am on the verge of loosing my flat already.

Nirmalendu Bhattacharjee expired on 18th July 2011,He was having 3 single payment policies, which as per process amount will suppose to paid to the nominee, and as per process my mother has completed all the formalities about three month back, but till now she havet received the amount....which she is suppose to got as highest nav amount. aside to that she even not been informed that what exact amount she will get.(what was highest nav)

Being a reputed co. we thought that we will get all the information correctly and will get the payment on time.if we get the amount on time then at least we can get some amount of interest by fixing the amount.

Can you please explain ..the below points.

2.Policy No.[protected] –As per your statement it is pending for following documents, ((1) Claim form A, B, C, & E duly executed and (2) POLICY BOND.)but i am not able to understand why these informations ware not communicated to us by the LIC Agent Mr Manab Kr Roy with in these 4 months.
who is going to provide the delayed interest.

I am sorry to state that i am extreamly disappointed with the services provided by the agent. from last three months agent was saying that cheques were already prepared and he is going to handover the same soon. Even I had a telephonic conversation with the Branch Manager of Malda 2 Branch, he was now stating that why we have not came to him, I just want to know that if this was the statement of BM , then what is the role of the Policy agent.

Aside to that why the policy agent is providing us wrong information. These cannot be a accepted as a professional attitude.Moreover if these is the fact then i am sorry to confirm you that the agent is providing us wrong informations regarding the policies.

I am never in favor of lodging complain but trust me i and my family is extreamly disappointed with these facts.and totally shocked.

A Fraud by LIC Branch Connaught Place New Delhi ( Head Office)

Mr. Sameer Malhota ([protected]), Mr. A.K.Gupta ([protected]), Mr. A.K. Sharma ([protected]) (Aditya Kumar Sharma) (PhNo.[protected]) oblized me due to a good customer of LIC India and offierd me Jiwan Saral with Profit plicy in which they mentioned with Rs.40000/- pa premium for 10 yrs, after that period all the money would be withdrawal and policy carried on next 100 yrs of my life without any extra premium, more over with extra benefit of Mediclaim cash less card facility for 5 members of my family of Rs. 3,00,000 for 10 yrs without any extra premium that would be renewal by LIC itsel[censored]p to 10 yrs, all these are given to me due to directly contact me above mentioned Head Office persons (Connaught Place, Delhi), because of saving of agent’s commission and LIC given me that mediclaim benefit, and after 10 years my deposited amount would be Rs.4,00,000 and on maturity given to me amount of Rs. 7,00,203, and insurance amount Rs.7,00,000 normal death and Rs.14,00,000 in case accident death. Mr. Sameer Malhotra also assured me that policy would be processed from head office but actually given to me from local branch Chandigarh. But my bad luck I faith on LIC Head Office peoples, moreover on LIC. But all in vain because they have played a game with me and given me a simple policy No. 165 from Rohini Branch 12H (New Delhi), Please all of you also a glance of view this fraud episode of my bad luck through my Policy No.[protected].which they have generated on 16/09/2011, but receipt given me on 17/11/11 and till date I have not received contract bond papers.

Document boy Mr. Kamaldeep Aggarwal was collected the papers from Chandigarh with reference of Mr. Sameer Malhotra. So, surprisingly all these are government people who fraud with me. Mr. A.K. Sharma also told me Mr. Sameer Malhotra is now transferred to Mumbai office.

I contact to Head Office New Delhi Mr. Sanjeev Shukhla ([protected]) after inquire this case then told me there is no any person having name of Sameer Malhotra, A.K.Gupta and A.K. Sharma in LIC Connaught Place Branch in Head Office or others LIC Branches and my policy is simply generated by an agent instead of Head Office’s people and now you are free to do anything what so ever you want to do against this case because that is the first and final picture of this case.. So, now I want to help from all of you to find out these peoples and told them to keep their wording and provide me relevant policy and never to easily throughout LIC’s goodwill in the market and punish the concerned people who take benefit and given a shame full fraud. of this episode .

Till date I have not received Contract Bond Papers, but after so many requests they have sent me dated 17/11/2011 First Premium Receipt No.0094529 having date 15/09/2011 Rs. 14412/- for 15 yrs instead of Rs.20060/- for 10 yrs, having policy No.[protected], from BO-12H Branch, c-5-6, Sanjay Market, Sector 2, Rohini, New Delhi. When I have registered it on web LIC India then knew that that is only a simple policy which was generated from Rohini Office - 12H branch instead of Chandigarh Branch and there is not any mentioned about Jiwan Saral with Profit but showing it is simple 165 plicy. I have all their voice recording of above mentioned people’s( phone call recording), if you are not able to give me mentioned policy then I will go through Consumer Forum or Consumer Court to take justice. If you want to get these voice recording of your peoples then give me mail id where I will mail all these audio files.

I submitted all the death claim documents signed by my mother Urmilla Berry on 1st November 2011 at Branch 119. I am making continuous follow up with the branch but it is a matter of great regret that the payment has being kept lingering on one pretext or the other with none of my fault. I have made telephone calls to the branch for inquiry and also sent my staff to know the status of the case but nothing concrete seems to have been done at the branch. And even after the lapse of complete 22 days I have not received my payment. The purpose of life insurance to help the bereaved family as early as possible has been totally defeated. May I again request you to get my matter expedited.

I borrowed loan amount Rs. 29,40,000/- from LICHFL Area office noida in yr . 2009 and being paid my EMI through monthly cheques. In January 2011 i applied for ECS in my SBI chandni chowk bank and submitted documents in LICHFL backoffice Asafali road office to deduct my EMI through ECS. but due to bank reason or due to LICHFL reason the ECS mandate was not received to LICFHL and penaly has been imposed by LICHFL due to non receving of mandate from my Bank. I paid my EMI through cheque and penaly has been adjusted from the EMI amount. Same was repeated upto May 2011. Then after got fed up i requested LICHFL backoffice asaf ali road to stop my ECS request and i deposited six post dated cheques. Next month onwards penalty of non receving of mandate has been imposed on me as well as cheques were also cleared every month. Total more then 100 time i personally visited to Back office Asaf ali road and every time i humbly requested to do the need full so that from next month undue penalty may not be imposed on me & in return every time i given the assurance that this will not be happen next time & all undue deduction will be returned to your account. I also visited LICHFL area office noida. More than several thousands of phone calls had been made during this tenure but never pickedup the calls. Several emails had been posted to back office & area office as well. Till date after almost one year of regular persuance penalty due are increasing every month. After my regular pursuance in the month of Nov. 2011 they made some reversal in my acount to sattle the issue but after reversal it was revealed that the total outstanding loan amount on me has been increased compare to total outstanding loan before reversal operation. It means that the reversal was made to deduct the undue levies/penalty & to bring down the total outstanding loan amount but in turn the outstanding loan has been increaded after reversal operation. My one year pursuance has became curse on me On 14.11.2011 me my wife seated in the office Ms. Jyoti, Manager(operation) back office Asaf ali road for several hours she assured us that your account would be settled today itself but again no gain.
I am mentally harassed a lot due to working of LICHFL. I have no option but to resolve the case with the help of RTI, consumer court, Jan shikayat aayog etc.

Respected Sir,

1) That I had a LIC policy bearing No.[protected] and on discharging the same on maturity in LIC Branch No. 11-U at SCO-34, Sec-12, HUDA Complex, Faridabad.

2) That the cheque for Rs. 55448/- baring No. 293326 dated 07.11.2011 was issued in favour of Sh. Lalit Kumar Khurana along with fathers name written as Sh. R.N.Gupta whereas my father’s name (Sh. Khem Chand) was wrongly written by the office concerned of LIC Branch No. 11U at Faridabad.

3) That on dated 02.11.2011, I personally visited the said branch for correction in the name of father and given back the cheque to Smt. Meena Gupta along with ID wherein father name.

4) That I was told that the corrected cheque will be issued with in three days, but cheque for Rs. 55448/- has not been issued as yet.

5) That on asking the Manager of this unit Mr. Kaushik said that neither you given me the cheque nor I had any dealing with you.

6) That on further discussion with Mr. Kaushik, regarding issue of cheque with interest till the issue of the same, he replied that till you pay Rs 1000/-cheque will not be issued.

In view of specific facts, your kind honor is, therefore, requested to kindly look into this issue o[censored]nnecessary harassment.

I am Krishnendu Hazra, LIC policy holder(policy no[protected] and[protected], from LIC's Habra branch, 24 paraganas(North), West Bengal. I have paid three year premium both the policy but due some financial problems i surrender both of policy on 18 Jun 2011. LIC Office issued two cheque vide their cheque No 50478 and 50477 dated 21 Jun 2011. Till date i am not received that two cheque and both cheque are stale. I visit LIC office they give me a date after three month after stale that cheque. I visit that time they give another date after Durga Puja. I visit again 18 October 2011 and give a written letter to LIC Office for fress cheque. LIC staff give me another date after a week. i visit that day they give me another date on 18 Nov 2011. I visit again I received another date on 26 Nov 2011 that is next saturday. I already westage 6 month time till date I can't solve my problem due to cheque not received till date. Tarikh pe Tarikh, tarikh pe tarikh, tarikh pe tarikh aur kitne din chalega?

1. I have submitted an application for part -payment of my loan against my above mentioned loan account no of Rs 2,94,000/- (OBC Cheque No 591672) on 14 Oct 2011.

2. I have submitted the bank statement as a proof of income from my own sources as in the attached folder.

3. On 22nd Oct 2011 I find that pre-payment charges/levy ( Rs.5249/-) against my deposited amount of Rs 2,94,0000/- has been deducted from my account.

4. On 22nd Oct 2011 I have submitted a fresh application for refund of my deducted amount against Prue-payment charges/levy charges and till date I have not received any confirmation for the same.

Request you to consider my case and refund the deducted amount against the Prue-payment/levy charges and adjust in my part payment also request you to update the status of my application.

I shall be be very much grateful if you consider my case.

With profound regards I intend to inform that I had a pension plan of LIC vide policy No.[protected] with DOC 01/11/1998 Earlier I had received pre-dated cheques (Rs. 1008/- each) from your good office from[protected] to[protected] at my residential address through speed post. I have deposited my last cheque on[protected] in the bank.
It is, therefore, requested to kindly issue me new installment of the pre-dated cheques from DECEMBER, 2011 to NOVEMBER. 2012 so that I may deposit the pension amount in time without facing any difficulty. This is to your kind information that Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (Aalamnagar) provided loan against below mentioned policy and loan is still in running condition , but original documents of same is taken back by policy holder for doing photo copy but not yet returned.so there is possibility for doing false signature of mine(Branch manager) for clearance of loan against same policy .

At Valasaravakkam branch , if you directly submit your loan application ,if you submit a genuine loan application with income proof ,three years tax returns etc , they will not entertain you .

They find flimsy grounds for rejection that tax return is not filed in within due date even-though you might have filed within the extended deadline by IT department.

This is mainly because , you are not approaching them through the middle man available there.


Complaints to regional manager and zonal manager will not bring any relief .
Then, there is no wonder why net profit of LIC has fallend down.

I , Mr Ketan D Kumbhare have taken a home loan from LIC Housing and deposited a Collateral securities. From the following evidences it will be clear to you that how LIC Housing is avoiding to return my collateral Securities which they are holding illegally with them.

At the time of disbursal of loan in year 2009 , as the matter of MHADA Lottery was pending with High Court , on request of LIC Housing I have given a Collateral Securities of my father’s Fixed Deposit worth Rs. 8 Lacs. LIC Housing have also informed me that the said Collateral Securities will be return on submission of Original Allotment letter & Original Possession letter issued be MHADA Authority.
On 07/01/2010 I have submitted original Allotment and Possession Letter to LIC Housing . In said Letter I had requested to return the Collateral Securities as per their earlier verbal commitment but they have shown their inability to return the Collateral Securities as they were unaware about the result of Public Interest Litigation filed with the High Court.
Again on 21/05/2011 I have gave them 2nd reminder letter along with Judgement copy passed in Hon’ble High Court Judge F . I . Rebello & R . v. More on dated 16th June 2010 mentioning the Public Interest Litigation is dismissed. and again requested them to return the Collateral Securities but again they have shown their inability to return the Collateral Securities and ask me to produce the Judgement of Supreme Court.
On 05/06/2011 I have submitted to LIC Housing a letter issued by Hon’ble Chairman Sahakar Nagar Cosmo Plaza CHS mentioning that their charge on subject flat have been created by the society and society has also undertaken to issue and send share certificate directly to them.
On 27th August 2011 I have again submitted my 3rd request letter along with DNA News paper-cutting mentioning the judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court that Hon’ble Supreme Court had refused to pass an interim order staying the allotment of 3863 tenements.

From the above everments you will find that I have many times requested to LIC Housing to return the Collateral Securities i.e. Fix Deposit Receipts of my Father Shri Dattatray N.Kumbhare for Rs. 8 Lacs. But every time they have failed, neglected and avoided to return the Collateral Securities for the reason best known to them even after I have fulfilled their every requirements. A Collateral Securities which they have hold illegally with them have never demanded by them at any stage of Sanctioning the Housing Loan to me. Neither they have gave me any letter regarding demanding or holding of Collateral Securities against the said loan nor they have mentioned the condition of keeping Collateral Securities in their loan sanctioned letter dated 31/078/2009 issued to me. For fast processing my father offered them the said Collateral Securities for temporary period and same was agreed by them verbally.


The same letter I have forwarded to LIC Housing Regional Manager Mumbai, But they haven't taken any action against it.

Kindly help me in the above matter.
