LIC Housing Board Ltd get from me the amount for Housing Loan processing purpose at the time of November 2009 and my cheque also debited into my account at the time of December 2009 for around 18500/-. But LIC not processed my Loan and they told to me this amount will be adjust if you avail any loan against property other will refund after six months. Reference of LIC Loan File Number :[protected] November.

Kindly help to get refund this amount with Interest

    I was told that the policy bond & sb cheque has sent via speed post to res. address the reference no.being-ED[protected]IN THIS CHEQUES DELEVERED ANY OTHER PERSON
    MISTAKE BY OF LIC

    But still hv not recvd.we have personelly regular visit from one month in branch (no:310) office but they do not responce properly.

    So you are requested you Kindly investigate the same issue a duplicate cheque + policy bond (with intrest)

    For your reference enclosed herewith copy of Recieving.

    We shall highly obelige and thankful to you
    Your earliast action will be apreciated.

        I have applied to LICHFL for home loan on 7 sep 2011. They have issued Sanction letter on 29 sep 2011 . Still they didn't disburse the loan . My builder has waited for 4 months. Now he is cancelling my allotment as I have not paid the amount.

        LIC people has purposefully/lazily delayed or revoked my disbursement check. This case is for Secunderabad branch of LICHFL.

        I have searched for my dream for 3 yrs and after my hard work when I found one. Because of these LIC guys , I am on the verge of loosing it.

        I met the manager(Mr Sripathy - Secunderabad branch ) on Friday 23 rd Dec and he said your file is ok, dont worry you will get the cheque by Monday (26th Dec ). When I didn't get the cheque on Monday , I met him again on Tuesday 27th Dec. He said you will receive your cheque no by tomorrow (i.e. 28th Dec).

        When I contacted him today(i.e. 28th Dec) ... He is saying since your sanction letter was for 90 days and its over. You have resubmit your payslip and bank statement and then have to restart the sanction letter process and then disbursement will take place later on ( may be 3 months again as it took just for approval being readied in 90 days).

            Under instruction of my client Mr Ashwini Kumar Sharan , resident of Panchsheel House, 23. Telegraph Colony, Kidwaipuri, Patna 800001 who represented himself before you by a letter ref LICI Br 3/2011/01 dated 27/12/2011. I have to serve you this Legal Notice as under:-

            01. That the Agent of your Branch visited to my client for taking a Policy of LICI and on perusal of the Policy documents and Literatures my client had taken a Policy bearing Table no 88 term 28 years
            vide cheque no 546423 valued Rs 11,149/: dated 10/11/2011 pay to Life Insurance Corporation of India Branch 3 Patna which was returned to my client on 15th December 2011 by the Agent with request to give a New Cheque only mentioning Life Insurance Corporation of India.

            02. That my client issued a fresh cheque bearing no 29296 amounting to Rs 11,149.00 vide cheque no 29296 and one photographs and duly filled the form no 300 of proposal and put his signature on the required space.

            03. That after encashment of cheque no 29296 amounting to Rs 11,149/ my client on Telephone contacted your Agent for Receipt but exclaimed to know that an amount up to Rs 700/ extra have been deposited as the Development Officer Mr Aarif Abbash change the period of Policy from 28 years to 25 years without taking consent and signature of my client on the correction made by the Development Officer Mr Aarif Abbash on form no 300 duly filled by my client.

            04. That the Agent had given Mobile number of D.O. to my client and on mobile my client when contacted the said Development Officer my client come to know that Medical Officer had examined and submitted the Medical Report too without examining my Client further Mr Aarif Abbhash commented that you are non matriculate hence you are not liable to get the Policy in Table 88 for 28 years.

            05. That seeing the act behave and arbitrary action and creating forged proposal with an intention of Cheating and making law for his own benefit by a Development Officer it is highly misappropriation of conduct of service rendered in the name of Life Insurance Corporation of India.

            06. Hence it is requested to your good self to rectify the documents and issue the Policy Documents as per law and if not by stating complete reason refund the amount with interest to my Client otherwise my client will move to the Court of Law Against this act.

            07. That a copy of this Legal Notice is kept in my office for future use.

            I had taken your plan 188-5 for IT exemption in the month of Mar.2010 vide BOC No.36848 dt.31.03.10 Rs.10000/- but till date neither I have received my policy nor they have return my money.Again they have demand Bank statement which already debit in my S.B.A/c.
            Now the Law Question Arise- Whether a Development Officer Without Consent of Proposer can Change the Nature of Policy.
            Whether an Illiterate person has no right to take LICI Policy
            Whether the Doctor without examining the Proposer Can Give Medical Certificate
            Whether Overwriting in Proposal Form no 300 without Proposer Signature is Valied
            Whether after taking i.e. after encasement of Cheque from Proposer Account the Development Officer Can Bargain Cheat Misappropriate the proposal form with an intention of cheating
            Whether Form 300 of LICI need Modification i.e. space for 3 nos photographs as demanded Pan Card etc.
            Whether Election ID Card Pan card is not a valid document of Age Proof.
            All this act are made by the Chief Manager of Branch 3 Jeevan Deep Building Exhibition Road Patna for through Mr Aarif Abbash development who is interpreting the Laws and act as Hittler. In this Democracy Country.

                  I am Anant Gopal Sharma from Jaipur. I have purchased an Insurance plan of Life Insurance Corporation of India ( LIC) on 15.05.2010. The plan name is Jeevan Saral. The payment mode for this policy was ECS. They have alloted me policy no[protected] in first premium receipt,commencing from 15.05.2010. The ECS has been cleared upto 15.04.2011 (12 installments) later on no ECS has been cleared from my bank. When i tried to enroll my policy on LIC website it continiously shows that this polciy number doesnot exist. LIC collected Rs 24504/- in 12 monthly installment and now not giving the Bond and even not accepting that they have issued a Policy of this no. Several attempts have been made by me to enquire about the status in my local LIC office but my labour goes in vain. Please look into the matter so that my policy remains in force.

                    Sir,

                    I got two lic policies on my name. one is at Jeevan prakash bldg, unit-II, Sector 17-B, chandigarh branch and another is at
                    Jeevan jyothi bldg, jawaharlal nehru marg, ambala cantt branch. My chandigarh policy no[protected] and my ambala cantt policy no[protected].
                    Iam working in Indian Airforce and going to discharge from the service after completion of 20 yrs. I requested both the branches to transfer my policies to hyderabad as iam going to settle after retirement. I had send the requests and letters through mails and postal to transfer my policies but, no action been taken till now. My last request by letter in my writing was given from New Delhi Subroto park when i went on service work. I had speed posted the letters but unfortunately i had unable to retain the slips with me. Sorry for that.
                    Pse do the needful and intimate them to transfer my policies to Habsiguda branch, Secunderabad. So, that i and my family will be relaxed not going too far after maturity.

                      1.No communications from Life Insurance Corporation with regard to my request for
                      "Certificate confirming the current surrender value of insurance" for 3 policies to support travel application
                      through emails and posts.

                      2. I was given wrong information that exit from policy prior to maturity having paid continuous premium amount for
                      nearly 13 to 14years is equal to 3year premium amount only for JEEVAN ANAND

                      for example
                      a)surrender value of policy calculated for 14 YEARS continuous premium payment yearly Rs 38,450 will be Rs 1,77,000 only even though ( Policy holder total paid premium amount for 14years*38,450 premium amount per year = Rs 5,38,300)

                      SUM ASSURED Rs 500000
                      TERM 15 Years
                      PREMIUM AMOUNT YEARLY - Rs38,450

                      AT END OF 15 YEARS ONLY = Rs 500000 +ACCRUED BONUS if survived or death ELSE

                      b) another two more policy paid up value calculated to be only Rs 14000 and Rs 33000 making yearly premium payments of Rs 3136 and Rs 2411 for more than 11 years of payment continuously.


                      3.Both LIC Portal Log-in and password both fails however LIC premium amount was paid online several times using same log-in and password. If I try to re-register the portal doesn't accept registration anymore.

                      This is causing lot of delay and inconvenience to the policy holder.

                          LIC HFL home loan with file no. [protected] under the name of Mrs. Neeraj Verma W/o Sandeep Singh was sanctioned on the date 12/10/2011. But it is not disbursed till date. Due to their sanctioning my home loan I paid my house builder a sum of Rs.14,32,932 on my own after which the loan amount of Rs. 17,00,000 is due to builder. my inability to pay the builder the loan amount is leading to cancellation of my flat in the building and also for which I will be charged a sum of Rs.5,00,000 (approx.). The sanctioned letter gets cancelled after 3 months automatically and its already 2 months past my loan get sanctioned. It is a huge inconvenience on my part and also will lead to further financial problems in my family. Please take due notice of this complaint and respond as soon as possible since i am on the verge of loosing my flat already.

                          lichousing finance ltd — non disbursement of sanctioned loan

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had applied for home loan at your area office Bareilly for home loan in the month of March with the required documents for me as well as for the property alongwith the fees of Rs 1103. In the last week of april ,when I contacted, I was told to submit latest salary slips which I , submitted on 22nd of May. After that I contacted many times but no satisfactory answer was given to me from area office and in august area manager told me that your loan will not sanction . On 13th of August I resistered a complaint in the complaint office Lucknow and posted a request latter to the Regional Manager Lucknow.In September I received the SANCTION LATTER. On 27th day of Sep. I submitted the original property papers&all required documents alongwith the remaining processing fees Rs 5515 at area office for the disbursement of loan.On 20th of Oct. when I contacted teliphonicallly Area manager toled me that if you send me a latter showing that your complaint has been resolved and now you have no problem with area office and our response is good then I will send your file for disbursement and you will receive cheque within 6 days. I denied this by sending a latter to the area manager as well as to the regional manager. On 9th day of Nov. I received a latter from area office that disbursement is not possible in your case because your property area is less than 100 sq.mt which you did not tell me. This fact is completellly wrong because copy of property deed was submitted with the application,area was mentioned on application form and property was inspected by area manager before submitting the application. In this way area manager is trying to cheat me I have lost my valuable time and I am facing financial as well as mental problems. Nirmalendu Bhattacharjee expired on 18th July 2011,He was having 3 single payment policies, which as per process amount will suppose to paid to the nominee, and as per process my mother has completed all the formalities about three month back, but till now she havet received the amount....which she is suppose to got as highest nav amount. aside to that she even not been informed that what exact amount she will get.(what was highest nav)

                              Being a reputed co. we thought that we will get all the information correctly and will get the payment on time.if we get the amount on time then at least we can get some amount of interest by fixing the amount.

                              The purpose for the mail is to provide the exact amount to my mother ac asap.and treat the issue on PRIORITY

                              Can you please explain ..the below points.

                              1. The Policy no[protected], deposit amount was 30000 , but why the payable amount is 25806.00.....?

                              2.Policy No.[protected] –As per your statement it is pending for following documents, ((1) Claim form A, B, C, & E duly executed and (2) POLICY BOND.)but i am not able to understand why these informations ware not communicated to us by the LIC Agent Mr Manab Kr Roy with in these 4 months.
                              who is going to provide the delayed interest.

                              I am sorry to state that i am extreamly disappointed with the services provided by the agent. from last three months agent was saying that cheques were already prepared and he is going to handover the same soon. Even I had a telephonic conversation with the Branch Manager of Malda 2 Branch, he was now stating that why we have not came to him, I just want to know that if this was the statement of BM , then what is the role of the Policy agent.

                              Aside to that why the policy agent is providing us wrong information. These cannot be a accepted as a professional attitude.Moreover if these is the fact then i am sorry to confirm you that the agent is providing us wrong informations regarding the policies.

                              I am never in favor of lodging complain but trust me i and my family is extreamly disappointed with these facts.and totally shocked.

How can the branch can done this without prior intimation. I want to reinstate my policy numbered[protected] fvg. my self. thanks

                                  i take a loan from lic housing finance my loan account number is 17000410 they say that your emi cheque of 8th,9th,10th,11th month was bounced but the amounts of emi was deducted from my bank account after that i call in patiala office they said this problem can only solved by chandigarh office but they cant pickup any phone call i try 6 times after that i call to delhi office but also they cannot pickup my phone my emi amount is rs 5954. so help me to solve my problem .

                                    reduction(IDBI BANK, Transaction Description IPAY/ESHP/BD/11422921/MIDB[protected]_LIC ) , my lic policy no:[protected] and[protected] premium receipt not generated.please rectified the problem .

                                      A Fraud by LIC Branch Connaught Place New Delhi ( Head Office)

                                      Mr. Sameer Malhota ([protected]), Mr. A.K.Gupta ([protected]), Mr. A.K. Sharma ([protected]) (Aditya Kumar Sharma) (PhNo.[protected]) oblized me due to a good customer of LIC India and offierd me Jiwan Saral with Profit plicy in which they mentioned with Rs.40000/- pa premium for 10 yrs, after that period all the money would be withdrawal and policy carried on next 100 yrs of my life without any extra premium, more over with extra benefit of Mediclaim cash less card facility for 5 members of my family of Rs. 3,00,000 for 10 yrs without any extra premium that would be renewal by LIC itsel[censored]p to 10 yrs, all these are given to me due to directly contact me above mentioned Head Office persons (Connaught Place, Delhi), because of saving of agent’s commission and LIC given me that mediclaim benefit, and after 10 years my deposited amount would be Rs.4,00,000 and on maturity given to me amount of Rs. 7,00,203, and insurance amount Rs.7,00,000 normal death and Rs.14,00,000 in case accident death. Mr. Sameer Malhotra also assured me that policy would be processed from head office but actually given to me from local branch Chandigarh. But my bad luck I faith on LIC Head Office peoples, moreover on LIC. But all in vain because they have played a game with me and given me a simple policy No. 165 from Rohini Branch 12H (New Delhi), Please all of you also a glance of view this fraud episode of my bad luck through my Policy No.[protected].which they have generated on 16/09/2011, but receipt given me on 17/11/11 and till date I have not received contract bond papers.

                                      Document boy Mr. Kamaldeep Aggarwal was collected the papers from Chandigarh with reference of Mr. Sameer Malhotra. So, surprisingly all these are government people who fraud with me. Mr. A.K. Sharma also told me Mr. Sameer Malhotra is now transferred to Mumbai office.

                                      I contact to Head Office New Delhi Mr. Sanjeev Shukhla ([protected]) after inquire this case then told me there is no any person having name of Sameer Malhotra, A.K.Gupta and A.K. Sharma in LIC Connaught Place Branch in Head Office or others LIC Branches and my policy is simply generated by an agent instead of Head Office’s people and now you are free to do anything what so ever you want to do against this case because that is the first and final picture of this case.. So, now I want to help from all of you to find out these peoples and told them to keep their wording and provide me relevant policy and never to easily throughout LIC’s goodwill in the market and punish the concerned people who take benefit and given a shame full fraud. of this episode .

                                      Till date I have not received Contract Bond Papers, but after so many requests they have sent me dated 17/11/2011 First Premium Receipt No.0094529 having date 15/09/2011 Rs. 14412/- for 15 yrs instead of Rs.20060/- for 10 yrs, having policy No.[protected], from BO-12H Branch, c-5-6, Sanjay Market, Sector 2, Rohini, New Delhi. When I have registered it on web LIC India then knew that that is only a simple policy which was generated from Rohini Office - 12H branch instead of Chandigarh Branch and there is not any mentioned about Jiwan Saral with Profit but showing it is simple 165 plicy. I have all their voice recording of above mentioned people’s( phone call recording), if you are not able to give me mentioned policy then I will go through Consumer Forum or Consumer Court to take justice. If you want to get these voice recording of your peoples then give me mail id where I will mail all these audio files.

                                        policy no:[protected]

                                        im paying my insurance amount by SS scheme from 1996 onwards....from nov-2004 to feb-2006 amount had been taken from my salary....but i got letter from LIC headoffice(chennai) that they didn't receieved amount during those periods,so my policy is get lapsed due to this.now i wanna to activate my policy without lapse.please take neccesary actions....
