Dear Sir,

First of all, i would like to request everyone to avoid LIC Housing laons for buying new house. The day i have availed the loan i am suffering every minute from this company. My Loan account number [protected]

There is no proper communication to the customers about the interest rates. There is no communication if any technical error with monthly emi payment. No use of ECS standing order. You need to keep visitng the branch for sorting out issues with your loan. There is no customer service

Recently i made part payment of 3 lakhs in october 2010. But after repeated calling to the branch and emails they did adjust the loan after 2 months.. No adjustement of the interest for 2 months. Night mare to get adjusting the amount.

My monthly emi payment for Jan 2011 didnt go through because there was a technical error in takeing the payment from ICICI Bank. After repeated trying i could contact branch office in visakhapatnam. They suggest to come in the branch and pay the amount and sign for new ECS form. Which i cannot do as i stay oustide india. I request to look into the matter and help is very much appreciated.

      dear sir
      i had taken a house construction loan from lic housing loan with a monthly installment of Rs.6200.
      also i had submitted a sbi cheque book of 25 cheques with my sign. as per the instructions to lic house loan office in Rohtak.in dec. 2011 i received a phone from lic office saying that my cheque no 617255 has been rejected /bounced with the reason, sign. not matching.same time i went to the lic house loan office and met Mr. parmod ,manager in the office. he told me to submit a new cheque for Rs, 6593.i asked him that i have already submitted a full cheque book with my sign.he told that the cheques were already dated by them and to submit a new cheque for the above mentioned amount. i handed over a cheque no 425285 dt.21/12/11 for amount Rs. 6593 to the office and asked Mr. parmod to get me a copy of the bounced cheque.i was surprised to see that the cheque was not sign. by me . i asked to Mr. parmod that it was not my fault and he has submitted the cheque without my sign. where as this is duty of them to have checked the book when it was handed over to office and during the dated of cheques .also they could inform me to submit a new cheque for the amount Rs. 6200 and not penalise me for Rs. 393.several time i has written to Mr.parmod and higher officer of regional area/head office but no satisfactory replay from their end. it seems that they are least bother about the problem to customer. pls help me in refund my Rs. 393 or guide me to consumer court to fight against corruption.

        Sub: - Inform me the rules & regulation in my case for getting maturity amount.
        Sir
        I kamal Kumar Kanodia 525-V, Katra Nagpuri, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 having policy no.[protected] dated 19/12/2001 under your plain 145 has matured on 19/12/2011 of Rs 1,00,000/-.
        Previously my residence nebhiror Purshotam Munarka who is your agent, having agency code no.41896111 has filed papers to opt. for pension plan on my behalf but I have asked to file for claim of maturity amount. After the laps of maturity date & wait up to dec.2011, one day I asked him for above amount, he replied that your policy will be mature next year as on 19/12/2013. Afterwards I exercise myself to my nearest LIC branch no.114, they said it have been already matured & gave me the maturity form, also told me their requirement for submission to file the claim. As you know that I have filed my case on 06/01/2012 against your file no.3825, on 7th your claim officer phoned me, told me about the fact & current status of my case. I meet her personally on the same day & request for the claim which is required by me for the medical treatment which is advised by the doctor. She has suggested me that give me a letter along with your medical certificate. By 9th I have submitted request letter along with medical certificate Today (20th) I make a call to your claim officer, she has noted my police no, than inform me that you have to submit application of surrender because your pension has started.
        Sir, tell me how it is started? Have you paid me anything in last ten year? If I submit application of surrender than what will be surrender value? What are the rules & regulation for me, please send me its copy as well as a photo copy of my file to opt. for pension plan which was submit by Mr. Purshotam Munarka, so that I shall proceed further.
        Sir, kindly consider, if you are in this situation than what you will expect from me (as a policy holder as well as a officer of LIC).Hoping best co-operation from you.

          Is it the right ID? . Otherwise pl forward this mail to correct who would send me the interest deduction certificate for-2011-12 to the e-mail ID given in the trailing mail. Thank you and regards.

            My policy already complete 4 years on June 2011, But I am still waiting for that cheque, I already talk to my agent. Nothing will happened

              Dear Sir/Mam, Good afternoon !
              This about file no. LA: 14340706 and loan A/C No. [protected]. I received a letter from head office of LICHFL Delhi Office Asif Ali Road regarding interest rate increase from 8.75% to 11.65% and it has been implemented also as interest amount on loan per month in increased from Rs. 6041/-month to 7518/-. I have request on folllowing points

              1) Two years back I had applied for loan of Rs 6.0 lacks for the purpose of purchasing Flat under consruction from LICHFL for 10 years & filled the form on fixed rate, By mistake LIC has sent me the agreement letter for 3 years (1-36 months) fixed rate & remaininmg 7 yeras( 37-120 months). But immediatly I put the application to the LIC for the correction of floating rate & requested to put fixed rate. Pl check whether it was implemented or not. I have attached herewith the scan copy of the same application's photo copy.

              2) On 5th, Dec-11 interest amount on loan for the month is deducted Rs. 7518/- instead of 6041/-month which was being deducted from last two years. It is not fare because interest rate is fixed. Secondly if you consider my first point, LIC can lot increase the interest rate before 3 yeras.

              3) So for I have not picked up the complete amount of loan ( 6 lacks) because construction of the flat project is delayed and EMI of the loan is also not started so for. I am paying the interest on the received loan only.

              So you are requested to kindly get corrected the followings :

              1. Interest rate on the loan Pl revert back my interest amount 6041/instead of -7518/- month.

              2. Fixed rate in place of floating after 3 yeras

                  This is very old investment type , no any benefit. I have also surrender my policy. At the time of surrender I make huge loss of my money after 8 years investment they have not pay me even what I have paid up to 8 years . My experience with LIC is very very bad . My brothers & Sisters don’t waste your hard money in these false things , stay way from LIC . They are eating your money by any mean by any rules . They are thinking peoples are foolish. Stay away! stay away!! stay away !!!
                  Baseless comments. No proof of what loss he suffered is given. Give substantial evidence.

                    LIC agent, M Husain code 0106490H was issued a cheque of Rs 12586 vide Axis bank No 002334 Dt[protected]. This was towards issue of term policy of 40L. The BOC refernce no is 1868. Premium Policy receipt no is 11164 dt[protected].

                    The branch in question is LIC's 90H.

                    It is almost six months and no communication towards acceptance or rejection of proposal jhas been received.

                    Agent, DO & Branch Manager are not responding.

                      I have made a premium payment against my Policy[protected] on dated[protected] at branch located at K G Marg ( Branch Unit – 11J ). Payment done through cheque and also it’s been cleared on dated[protected] whereas it’s showing pending in FUP and on LIC site.

                      Have submitted written request on dated[protected] along with below mentioned copies.
                      but still have not received any revert on this

                      1. Copy of deposited renewal receipt.
                      2. Premium paid certificate FY[protected].
                      3. Copy of Online premium payment site (which is showing pending).
                      4. Copy of the cheque.

                          Over the last several years I had taken many insurance policies from LIC. I did not receive the 15 days free look offer as prescribed by IRDA along with any of these policies. Now, in regard to one of the policies, I am contesting their rejection of my claim in the court. But LIC says that they have sent such a letter . There is nothing mentioned in the policy document itself. How can I prove that LIC is not stating the truth.

                            SUB ULIP PLAN - SURRENDER VALUE RECEIVED LESS THAN PRINCIPAL

                            Dear sir,

                            This is KL Gaikwad LIC agent from Panvel Branch with working since last 5 yrs.

                            I brought various clients under ULIP Plans and I would like to bring
                            your attention towards their policy returns.

                            After three years of time period when some of them requested for
                            surrender their policies, they learnt that instead of earning any
                            interest on it they have lost 17-20% of their basic principle
                            invested.

                            For example in below chart we have found that one of policy holder who
                            has invested of Rs. 30,000/- (Premium amt 10,000/-X 3 yrs) and after
                            completion of 3 years he received only of Rs. 24,913/-.

                            All above are invested in LIC for short term with hoping it’s a Govt
                            sector and would give better interest money than other banks & Post
                            office. After three years of investment when some of them went for
                            surrender they found shocking & unexpected result. On their investment
                            they have earned zero interest money and at the same time they have
                            lost 17-20% of their basic principle.

                            I personally was not expected that they will lose their principle
                            amount. As per my knowledge they should get at least their principle
                            amount after 3 yrs of investment.

                            On behalf of my clients I would like state you that it has happened
                            not in single case but with everyone who surrendered recently. And
                            other who not yet surrendered are also scared & expressing their
                            unhappiness towards LIC.

                            Please understand the fact above that all that have taken these ULIP
                            Policies & surrendered above are unskilled & from poor family
                            background. They suspended their children’s education and saved the
                            money & invested in LIC. And this result is entirely unexpected. They
                            are very much unhappy & literally they are crying. I too am surprised
                            with this result. At least they should get their invested principle
                            amount.

                            We had bad experience when we taken this matter to Panvel Branch
                            Officer Mr Patil few days back. And he simply refused to entertain us
                            in fact he blamed us that policy holders accepted the terms &
                            condition with signing application form. He completely raises his hand
                            in this circumstance.

                            Sir, On behalf of my all clients I request you to please reconsider
                            the matter above with revising the surrender value with appropriate
                            returns. And I hope you will understand the matter and shall do the
                            needful for us. I have enclosed here the copies of cheques & surrender
                            details for your kind reference.

                            ulip child plan — misguidance

                            i m rajesh kumar s/o sh.vipan kumar under proposal policy no:LL15440217, recepit date :05/11/2008 & no: 60475298.we didn't recevied the policy yet. its period of five months that we are being in touch with your marketing finnancial service consultant, but thear was no response from their end, after getting the amount of 5000/- frome us

                            its realy shameful speech for the company that they have recuirted the non eligeble person/staff in the company, they make pepole fool to get policy ...kindly make positive rules according to RBI GIUDELINE, that no one should be cheaterd or spoiled.

                            as per discussion kindly remit/refund my all payment.

                              I, Prafulla Ranjan, resident of C-28, Road No. 8, Vijay Nagar, Behind Agrico Company, P.O. Agrico, Jamshedpur 831009, have taken a loan against LIC Policy No. [protected]JEEVAN SHREE) for Rs.150000.00 (Rs. One Lac Fifty Thousand only.) for treatment of my accident which resulted in hip-joint fracture. I want to service the loan from my place of residence, as regular travel is not possible for me.

                              As per LIC Sakchi Jamshedpur branch policy transfer during loan period is permitted as the policy REMAINS WITH LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION only.

                              LIC Chapra branch-2 is not responding to my mail or telephone calls. When contacted through my brother, who was there for some person job, LIC Chapra Branch-2 clearly said that policy can-not be transferred during loan period, and the same may be released only after complete loan re-payment.

                              This type of special rules are formulated and in-forced by LIC Chapra Branch-2. Please look into it so that I can service my loan at the earliest and easily. for you ready reference pasted copy of e-mail is given beelow:

                                I, Prafulla Ranjan, presently residing at 28-C, Road No.8, Vijay Nagar, Behind Agrico Company, Jamshedpur - 831009 have a L.I.C policy no.[protected] of JEEVAN SHREE from Chapra branch no. 5012. I have a loan of Rs.150000.00 against this policy. To service this loan I want my policy in my residential town, as I have undergone a hip-join surgery and not able to travel. As per LIC Sakchi Branch in Jamshedpur, policy can be transferred even if loan is there, as the policy remains with LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION only.

                                I have sent e-mail for this action to the concerned branch and they have not replied to the mail. They are not responding to telephone calls too.

                                After I contacted my brother, who was in chapra for some personal job, he in turn contacted LIC office there and they are saying that policy can-not be transferred as the loan has not been cleared. There is gross confusion regarding rules-regulation of policy transfer. Also LIC Chapra Branch-2 is trying to formulate special laws as per their choice.

                                Please look into it and help resolve this issue.

                                I was receiving pension under Superannuation scheme.But pension was stopped for submitting Existence certificate.Even after sending the existence certificate my pension was not resumed.I could not contact the customer care thru phone.no response for mails also

                                  I reside in punganur. I purchsed lic market plus,table 181 policy no.[protected] on 26.12.2006
                                  from an lic agent and paid Rs.25000/- .he said that I will get Rs.50000/- on meturity ie., on
                                  [protected]. But recently I received a letter that I will get back Rs.27000 or so for the policy
                                  asking me to come and take it as the due date is over. This letter has come from palamaner.

                                  I want know why this shortage of the meturity value while the agent had assured me a return of Rs.50000/-

                                  has the agent wrongly assured me without proper knowledge of the policy?

                                  Is this policy subject market changes and does not assure a fixed return?

                                  Respected sir, your above mentioned policy is a ULIP policy, in that particular type of policy no any assume fixed return. If some one tells like that then its a misrepresentation .

                                    1.That the applicant holds three policy of LIC bearing nos.i[protected],ii[protected], iii) [protected] plan 161. .
                                    2. That the applicant has been receiving interest money to the tune of Rs.7505/-, Rs. 7505/- and Rs.8443/- respectively against the above said policies every year by the end of each year regularly and the last payment was received in the month of november 2010 by the applicant.
                                    3. That on the proposal of the LIC authorities the provision of direct deposition of the interest money in the bank account of the policy holder was opted by the applicant and the interest money was being deposited directly in the bank account of the applicant bearing no.[protected] in bank of India situated at mai hiran gate jalandhar city.
                                    4. That upto year 2010 the deposit was made without any problems in the above said account of the applicant by the LIC of India.
                                    5 That in the year 2011 no deposits have been received by the applicant till today, and the applicant has made several visits to the LIC office near skylark hotel jalandhar but the same have not yielded any results. The applicant has already duly submitted the certificate of existence in the office of LIC.
                                    6. That the applicant has made many phone calls to the office but is receiving assurances only and which are not assuming any real shape.
                                    7. That the applicant is a senior citizen and is as such unable to make repeated visits to the office of LIC and is getting a lot of troubles on this issue.
                                    8. So the applicant requests before the appropriate authorities to intervene and direct the concerned officials to take up the matter at the earliest so that the applicant does not get harassed un-necessarily.

I dont't know what to do. Please help me.

                                      Sub: Changing the mode of LIC Payment and Correction in Nomination name.

                                      With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I was working in Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd, Hospet for a period of 2 years and recently resigned job and started to work in bsangalore. During my tenure at Kirloskar premium for the above said policy was paid through salary deduction and unfortunately due to my resign from Kirloskar premium was due since Sep-2011.

                                      In relation to this, I was planing to change the present monthly mode to quarterly payment mode after paying my dues. In this connection I wrote one letter dated[protected] to the Branch where my LIC Policy was exists i.e Hopet Branch, Ballary Dist and sent the same through courier on[protected] and Hospet branch received my courier on[protected] as per the delivary record mentioned in Professional Courier tracking.

                                      Inorder to checkout the status, I am repeteadly calling Hospet Branch and no body is receiving the call since 8 days. Some times phone will be busy and one of LIC agent from hospet said that, during office hours LIC officials will not receive any outside calls. I belive the statemnt given by the agent since I experienced the same while calling.

                                      LIC officials are required to extend co-operation and help since they are the service providers. Now how can I get the Status of my LIC Policy? Is it the way of giving service? If I visit branch personally, I need to spend around 2000/-rupees for transportation and accomodation since I am staying in Bangalore and from this amount I can pay one LIC premium. Just think over it and then you will realise the fact.

                                      I can agree that, there is a mistake from my side by without paying the dues and for this there is a genuine reason and I had attempted to know the status of my policy. Despite, I am unable to get and check the status of the same. Telephone is the only communication media which I have, to contact the LIC branch and that media is unuseful just because of the attitude of the officials who are working there.

                                      Further, Correction in nomination name is not my fault since I had provided the correct name of my nominee and you can check the same. They are giving work for us and were not co-operating with us to extract work from them.

                                      I kindly request you to go through the complaint and kindly obligue.

                                      sir my son is policy holder this br. policy no is[protected] his name is yuvraj singh, but policy meantioned name is uveraj singh
                                      please correct name meantion in policy
                                      TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION IN RELATION TO MY COMPLAINT. I THINK CONSUMER FORUM IS ALSO SUPPORTING THIS LIC OFFICIALS. I THOUGHT THAT THIS FORUM WILL HELP THE PEOPLE TO SAY THEIR PROBLEM. IF IT DOES NOT WORK WHAT IS THE USE OF THIS FORUM. THANK YOU FOR NEGLECTING MY COMPLAINT.

                                        Pls note I had apllied for Home loan in LIC housing ,
                                        Avinashi road branch, coimbatore and canceled the same on 02.08.11.

                                        I have given processing fee cheque of Rs.5515/- at the time of
                                        submission of application before loan approval itself.

                                        I have canceled my loan on 02.08.11 as i was not satisfied with their service.

                                        Still i have not recd My processing fees refund.

                                        Kindly help me in this matter and arrange for my refund of my
                                        processing fees asap.
