sir, Pl pay me the interest for the belated payments. Simply telling that all the 3 years cheques are stalled (without sending it to me ) i will not accept. I will sue u in the court other wise if no interest is paid to me. what is the action taken by you for all these three years. simply sitting. No cheque received, no letters received. where is the ack for the despatch of cheque. Pl forward this mail to IRDA, ombudsman and to your chairman so that let them know how lic is sleeping with the public money without giving to them. Sorry to write hard words. If you dont reply and pay me with interest i will seek legal remedy pl note it. b.parthasarathy. why lic web site emails often and many times returned as undelivered and says box full could not be delivered. will they not clear then why the inbox and email to them.

Every year I get super annuity form about my existence in the first week of September which I am supposed to return after 10th September duly signed by me alongwith doctor's sign and stamp with one witness.

So far neither I have not received such form from your end nor annuity amount is credited in my account.

    regdg. a/c no. 5502546 in the name of mr siddharth misra.----pdcs deposited long back but not presented . cheques from aug.2011 to march 2012 has been deposited in the dholpur house branch office of lichfl long back. on checking my a/c statement of hdfc branch i noticed that emi cheque for the month aug. 2011 has not been cleared from a/c. i approached the person concerned mr .rakesh sharma who narrated a very funny story that their system is not accepting the cvheque because it is bearing adate[protected] which is 5 days prior to the due date i.e[protected]. on my further persuance to mr.raksh sharma , i noticed from bank statement that the next cheque i.e emi for the month of sept.2011 has been presented &of course cleared from my a/c. in between there had been no attempt from lichfl as to what has happened to the cheque for the month of august 2011. To my great astonishment yester day i recievrd a courier from lichfl that we are the defaulters for not paying 2 months emis i.e an amount of rs.13707/= being the amount of two instalments along with all their addl. intrests and recovery charges. this is really highheadedness on the part of the officials working with lichfl that they want to punish the customers for the mistakes committed by them in their office . so much so that they have threatentened a legal action against me if the dues are not paid within 15 days of the receipt of this irrelavnt, irresponsible,irresistable & threatening letter. with this letter i want the department to withdraw this letter & apologise for the language used to a customer who had always paid the emis on time, rather make efforts to awake the officers of this department to see why the pdc has not been presented for clearnce. if a suitable reply to my letter is not received within 10 days of the receipt of my letter i shall be restrained to initiate LEGAL ACTION AGAINST LICHFL FOR DEFAMATION .       My Brothe is an NRI and has applied for a Home loan with LIC Housing finance in the month of April’11 and there was no update on the status despite frequent follow up .

      Later we were given to understand from the agent that home loan application has been declined due to the reason "Profile not satisfactory"

      Reject on the above reason could have been eliminated if these checks would have been done during the initial login and charges should not be levied. They have debited Rs 5515 as processing fee and No reject letter has been sent yet

      I am the power of attorney for my brother and been following since June ’11 by sending mail / Complaint however till now there is no response..

      I haven't got any update on my appended complaint , and it has been more than a month,

      No reject letter has been sent as well. Would request you to refund the money asap as the decision on decline is due to " Profile not satisfactory" which should have been ideally checked during initial login.

      When checked with Shai , i was asked to liase with you directly hence appreciate a resolution to my complaint as this is pending for a very long time.

        This is Vijaya Kumar. L, shifted from Hospet to Bangalore about 7 yrs back. About 3 yrs back I submitted my application to LIC of India, Hospet office asking to change my policy address. But till now address change is not done and I am not getting any Bonus award communications to my new address. I have been paying my Yrly premium regularly. I intended to changer the address on line but in my Login portal customer services link, no "Change of Address Link" is seen.

          i raj mani singh address -katra goshainganj faizabad want to complain about a policy that was taken by my father on his life. my father (sri ram bahor singh) died on[protected] .he has a policy from lic of india numbered is[protected].after death i submitted claim under that policy on[protected] to lic of india branch office faizabad code is 222.after 2 month i ask about claim they answered i have send your claim to zonal office kanpur through divisional office faizabad because your claim will settle from zonal office kanpur.now 1year 6month gone there is no response about that claim. so please help for settled that claim.

            My LICHFL file number was 307529.My loan has been cancelled by LICHFL 8 months later . The reason behind this cancellation is inability to submit the original copy of one Linked deed by Builder.But Builder able to submit the certified copy of that deed.But LICHFL was not taking that for granted.
            So I am requesting you to give back my processing fees that LICHFL has taken. I am giving you the details of the processing fees.
            In front of very unsatisfactory and awful situation, I am requesting you to refund my money as early as possible. But even after one month, I am not getting any reply from their end. Also they are not answering any phone calls also.

              I would like to let you know that my father (late Shri bibhuti Nrayan Singh, expired on 14th May 2008)was having three policty from LIC[protected],[protected],[protected]
              Out of these two are of Pension Policy and one is Money Plus.My complain is despite being submitted all the required documents as demanded by LIC on 26th June 2008 itself I have been provided only one claim of pension plan.I have already visited the LIC Divisional Office of Varanasi as well as the concerned branch but no result has taken place so far. kindly help me over this matter.

              I am a house wife, we had three daughters and one son, they are studying and we are belonging to “ST” category. We don’t have any further income to serve for my family.

              I have sent the same letter to Branch manager Vikarabad, SDM Hyderabad, CRM Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh. But till now we have not yet received any further written information from either branch or head office.

              I tried several times for getting the claim, but I am not getting any proper information. Please if you release the amount immediately, I will be very much grateful to you sir.

              Sir I would like to bring some facts for your consideration.The above proposal was submitted with all requirements including special reports.Id was paid with BOC NO 14165/19/12/2009.The proposal was send to divisional office on 21/02/2010 NB Dept from DO asked for fresh ECG in return. All requirement met and finally decision has given on 17/02/2010 at DO with OE and came back to Basavakalyan branch on 22/02/2010 with call for Balance ID pay.

              I Would like to seek your guidance.
              My beloved father Late Shri G Mallaiah had taken a Life Cover from LIC,Musheerabad branch code CB-18, Policy No.#[protected]
              We lost our beloved father on 12 Aug 11 .
              Since, he had this Insurance policy claim was submitted(complete in all respect) with the Hyderabad CB-18 office by my mother Mrs. G Uma devi(Nominee) in the month of Oct 11 .

              Since the submission of Claim and its settlement had taken more than 1 year with no update from LIC on the same till date.In view of this when the local claim team was contacted they said it will take one month (which i think is again a false commitment).whenever we go for query they say that it has gone to division office and they will finalise the things,since four months thier reply for any query stands the same. so kindly helps us in settling our claim.

                    Sir, I am sending a copy of my complaint and their reply. They did not send any annuity cheque for the past few years and now they say cheque is stale. What a lie. if they dont send the cheque what action they have taken to rectify the stale. simply tellling lies. i asked them to transfer to chennai and they dont reply for that. why always all the lic top official email box is full and no mails are delivered and all are coming back as inbox full could not be delivered. what is the chairman email id no where availble. Pl tell them to clear all the inbox of emails daily.

                    I am Parthasarathy Bhuvaragan, annuity No. 091Y[protected]. I am residing in 109 4 CPWD Qrts, K.K.Nagar, Chennai. 78. So far i got credit of Rs.577 only on 12.3.2010. Not earlier to this or not after this. In other way i got only one payment from your office. Kindly give me the details of the remaining payments. when my annuity is due how much paid to me etc etc. In this connection kindly refer to your Nos. ANNECS91Y[protected] dt 20.01.2009.                     Sir, Can you pl transfer my annuity to chennai lic CBO. IV under DO.II. why you are not replying to this specific point. Shall i write to Mr. Thomas Mathew asking for his intervention to get a specific reply regarding the transfer of my annuity to chennai Cbo.IV so that when problem comes like this and you people keep quiet for years together. how the cheque will become stale. when you have despathed to me. If it is despatched then the staled cheque has to be either with me or i should have returned to you. Neither of this happend in this case. You people did not send the cheque to me and say now it is stalled is a funny reply. Seeking legal remedy is the only way to fix you people. I will be asking for the compensations for the poor services after writing to thomas mathew if you people are not giving a proper reply, transfer the annuity to chennai branch IV and if not paying the interest for the belated reply. If you prepare and keep the cheque with you and telling me now lapsed has to be challenged legally. I have not received any cheque.                         LIC Housing Loan — increased EMI

                        I have taken loan from LICHF,Pune in Aug 2009 amounting to Rs 1780000/-.EMI of Rs.15735 was fixed.Suddenl in feb 2010,EMI of 17105 was deducted.I donot know the reason.I appeal for the concerned officials to look into the matter amnd pl clarify.

                        emi bearing to lic housing loan account no.95011145 since june 2009 has been Rs.12777 but suprisesingly the ecs emi deduction in june 2011 has been Rs.13956. need to know the reason of increase with prior intimation or explanation. kindly send details on my mailing address.

                            policy no.[protected] and[protected] dated 28.03.2000 as per terms of policy if policy holder intimate to lic in written to kept survival benifits dues after every 5 years with them then they will pay on due date with interst of 11 % . at the time of policy i allready given in writting at the time of policy but without my request your branch send to me all 10 years survival benifits and force to me that we are right and twice returned cheques to me ,

                            due to this i get a medical illness like b.p. and sugar due to tension .
                            please look the matter and clear to me at the earliest .

                            if this problem not solve i will go to court .

                              SIX WEEKS before I have applied Loan Request in LIC Housing Finance Ltd. , Vijaynagar Branch ,Bangalore.
                              From Last 4 weeks my all papers and approvals are in placed.

                              From last 2 weeks , Regional Office is saying that they have already sent my request to HEAD Office Bangalore and waiting for issuing sanction letter.

                              I have visited 4-5 times to LICHFL offices , still no response ,Now it is creating a mental stress to me .

                              Hi, I recommend you to directly speak to Area Manager for a solution. I received an excellent service from lichfl financial services ltd, sister concern of lic housing finance ltd. They are very professional and I was informed of all the documents and eligibility, rate of interest and processing fee very clearly. Even I also had a tough time after sending the file to their so called back office, but as per the advice from financial services manager, i went and spoke to Area Manager and he sorted out the problem immediately.

                              I suggest you to meet the Area Manager personally rather meeting any staff.

                                Agent mr amit gupta meet to me & discuss about plan detail.
                                agent told me about plan in which max value of 100months & minimum value Rs10-will be given by LIC.
                                We agreed And take plan.
                                But after some days Status report send by TILHAR(22F) Branch dt 18/8/2011 then we know plan is different
                                Condition of plan is different as discussed.
                                WE INTIMATE TO BRANCH ON DATED 23/8/2011 THAT PLAN IS DIFFERENT AS DISCUSSED.We are satisfied with this plan. WE CAN NOT PURCHASE THIS PLAN.
                                SO RETURN MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT WITH INERREST FROM 22/7/2011.
                                LIC TILHAR branch MANEGER says that amont will be return on surrender date market value.
                                WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG because when we are not satisfied by terms & condition of plan then amont will be return as per alloted unit rateNOT TO MARKET NAV RATE.
                                PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER & GIVE INSTRUCTION TO LIC PAY OUR UNIT RATE AS PER ALLOTED

After grabbing your documents and cheque he WILL NOT PICK YOUR PHONE AT ALL. And even if you keep on calling him, after 100 attempts he will pick up your phone and will say, call in 10 mins. And this 10 mins will not come. Vinod Jaiwant will talk very pleasantly till he collects your all the documents and will do false promise...
