[Resolved]

I had request to LIC Gurgaon please release the payment as per requested by the builder Trehan Home Developer Pty. Ltd. dated 28 November 2009. I put in writing through E- Mail that has no objection to release the payment.
I had send them 10 reminders till date but the payment is not realised, I the end the costumer has to pay the late fee

    Hi,
    My LIC ULIP Policy:[protected] is opened in 2008 and every month my savings account is deducted with Rs.3500 as EMI.

    But from May 2009 the EMI is not getting deducted and i have being following with them but there is no progress and i even dont know where my money is gone. I verified with the branch "[protected]@licindia.com", they have the record of cash payments but they dont have the EMI payments. Finally they said they could find my payments but due to technical problem they are not able to make my policy active. I dont know from past 9 months the technical problem is not cleared. I am always neglected when tried to reach them.
    I even have all the proofs of payments.

    Since this is 5years policy I even cannot drop this. Can anyone help me to know how to push them to work on this?

      this is a very surprises story about LIC

      Generally so many persons are assumed that some of the agents are saying lies about schemes to procure business from the customers by giving wrong information.
      But manager and development officers of LIC are misguiding the agents by training wrong information. so many agents have not known about charges in the unit linked policies would be cut by cancellation of appropriate units. they are saying total wrong information about maturity values. out of all companies LIC is saying many lies about schemes and their maturity values. suppose in the past days in LIC , all development officers and managers of the branch were saying in MONEY PLUS if you pay 10000 yearly for three years then you will get maturity of 50000000 from the LIC. then innocent people so many are invested the money because of along with agents so many high level officer cadre and managerial cadre giving wrong information. some persons are approached the branch about the infact statements then they said we dont know these statements , some agents may canvass that such wrong information. but brach managers and development officers are given training in such a way of wrong information to procure high volume of business from agents. hence this is entirely wrong by the branch managers and development officers.

        Dear Sir,

        I was working in Delhi for sometime and during that time, I had taken one LIC policy (in 2000). In 2004, I had shifted to Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

        I had emailed to LIC Branch Noida (BO 25J) on 29th Oct 2009 requesting them to change my address and forward my documents to Hosur Branch but there was no action. Again, I had couriered a letter on 24th Nov 2009 and surprisingly no action has been taken till now.

        Its really urgent and I would really be thankful to you if you could help me in this regard.

          I, the undersigned, Krishna Mohan, resident of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, worked in Trichy, Tamilnadu from April 2005 to April 2008. During that period, I got acquainted with Mr. Veeresh Babu, LIC agent, Agent number (04248), . I have taken three policies from him during that period. After leaving Trichy in April 2008, I have taken another policy Jeevan Astha in December 2008. The details of the policy are as follows:

          Policy Number :[protected]
          Policy Name : Jeevan Astha
          Date of Commencement : 12/12/2008
          Single Premium : 48795

          Mr. Veeresh Babu told me that once the first year is completed there will be addition of Loyalty on the policy. I have clarified with him and confirmed that after one year if I surrender, the surrender value of 90% and then loyalty addition will give me a situation that there is no loss. When I surrendered I have got only 43,916 only which is a substantial loss. When I asked him, he informed me that LIC told him that they have changed the conditions so there will be no loyalty additions.

          I can conclude that Mr. Veeresh Babu mislead me to meet his business targets and I have placed trust on as his service was satisfactory during the first three policies. I did not understand that he was preparing ground for a bigger scheme of things and gaining my trust.

          I would pray that suitable punitive action taken against him and take appropriate action on LIC to pay the loyalty additions that were due to me.

          Dear sir / Madam,

          Sub: Reinsatatement of suspended risk of policy no.[protected].

          My, self Jaykumar Patel, Lic Agent Code no is 176387F Vadodara division.
          Matter consern is my client Amarjeet kaur had taken policy with me no is[protected] passed with class 8th extra. At that time above policy risk is suspended due to worng information given by other agent. And decision was that risk consider after paying class 6 extra for[protected]. Now client agree to pay extra prem. but sevicing branch CBO 10, Vadodara division facing some softwer problem from last few months for accetping extra premium. So, please resolve this problem as soon as you can.

            Dear Sir,

            1. I would like to bring to your kind notice of an instance which is an absolute contradiction to "Fair Practice Code" by agents OF LIC HOUSING FINANCE. The details are as follows:-

            2. Having got a lucrative offer from Mr Sumit/Abhay (D.M. Consultants & Company, 1028/15, Tilak Bazar, Ist Floor, Chandni Chowk, Delhi - 110006, Mobile Numbers - [protected], [protected] & Land line No[protected] I got duped by the false statements. I had applied to LIC Housing Finance for a loan of Rs 5 Lac in first week of Dec 2009 with a promise of hassle free loan by said representative. I had categorically asked the person if my papers do not fulfill I will never opt of LIC Policy/process charges but Mr Sumit had assured me that my cheques will only be presented if your loan is sanctioned.

            3. At very early stage of this process, Mr Sumit/Abhay were callingn me twice a day for documents/cheques despite of my reluctance/low interest in the process due to number of hassles involved in such cases. I owe a house with a value of almost more than 30 Lacs (Loan applied just for 5 Lacs to save taxes in future). After a number of calls from above representatives, they earned my faith and I handover them all documents/2 cheques on a very good failth. One of the cheque amounting to Rs 7210/- has already been deducted from my account on 22 Dec 2009. It seems to be a good technique of selling the LIC products. Another cheque of Rs 1103/- is also with them which they can produce any time to be deducted to my account and I am still bereft of clear cut picture of my loan status. I work on nets more than 12 hours a day and hence know all pros & cons of investments. I already have sufficient pure term insurance and prefer to invest in equities/mutual funds and not in LIC policies.

            3. Despite of my reiterative calls to Mr Amit since last week, he is not giving due response on my calls. It has now become my prerogative to take such an action which deemed fit. I have no intention of defaming the concerned company but to bring false promise/offers by the representative in light of your Company and other concerned.

            4. Hence you are requested to take action to get my whole amount refunded at the earliest possible otherwise I will have no option but to take legal action accordingly.

            5. Such agents will surely harm the good credibility of company like LIC HOUSING FINANCE and is not good for long practice. Hope you will understand the nuances of the case and will take an action which deemed fit to settle the case.

              Sir I Laxmi Narayan Sharma having the policy No[protected] . I paid the premiunm online on 25/08/2009 by SBI net banking and cyber receipt was given but not updated . Now the status showing on LIC web site is " POLICY IS NOT IN FORCE" . I lodged a complaint with LIC on 21/01/2010 with ref No 226216 but still no action was taken by LIC and my policy is not updated .               Life Insurance Corporation of India — Non-receipt of digital Payment Receipt

              Dear Sir,

              I did Online premium payment for my LIC policies on 26/Aug/2008 for our policy no.[protected] of Rs.4746/-

              Online premium payment receipt not refleted yet. I did not receive any receipt/digital e-receipt against the above premium. I am already lodged a complaint of this related issue, but without any satisfying result the complain is closed by the customer support.

              Please help what i can do.

              lic policy jeevan surabhi, policy no.554950867 — non payment of lic premium by agent no.05082562

              i had taken the subject policy no.[protected] through agent no.05082562 in the year 2006. I have been paying my premium to the agent regularly. I insisted my agent to give me the recipet of payment of premium towards my policy but he avoided the same on the pretext that it is lying with me you can take it any time. On inqury from your office at puspvihar, new delhi, it came to my notice that the agent has not made the payment for the year 2007 and 2008.
              you are requested to kindly advice as what action can be initiated against the agent to made him to pay the pending premium which i have been paying him regularly.

              On dated 5th instant I paid yearly premium of Rs.30345.00 for my policy no.[protected] by HDFCbank net banking facility. Amount has been deducted from my a/c instantly but digital money receipt is not getting from lic portal site also not getting premium paid certificate. Only showing this policy history is not available. For your kind infomatin that last year I also paid thru portal and by hdfc bank net banking facility. My service branch code is443. name Chinsura branch . Kindly send me money receipt to my e-mail address.
              If your premium is paid, your branch can issue the tax certificate certifying the premium paid. Contact your LIC agent or branch directly to get the certificate.

                I had posted complaint on 5th December-09,After consulting Mr. k arun of LIC-Bagalore and Mr. ks lukosh (ABB-Bagalore), iam not getting any communication / actions from both .As this Group policy taken by ABB for Employee ,It is responsibily of company that his empoyee who had served there in ABB for thirty two years gets his own money on time .As on to day after eleven months iam not getting my annuity pension from LIC.

                Non recipt of Pension from LIC-Annuity No. 061Q[protected]
                I have received Certificate of Annuity letter from LIC-Baglore of Dated 25th-July-09(Annuity No. 061 Q [protected]), regarding my Annuity payment.As mention in letter first instalment is to be due on 22nd.Octomber-09.Pls.note that up to today the due amount is not deposited to my account. The copy of the Letter received from Lic and copy of my Bank account details,sent to LIC-Pension &Group Insurance Dept. J C Road,Bangalore-560 002 on dated 04th.November-09 through Registed post and same Acknowleddge by LIC-Bangole by 13th. November-09.Ihave also send copy through Register AD, to my company (Mr.KS Lukose) M/S ABB Ltd.Khaneja Bhavan,49 Race Course road. Banglore-560001. Up to today i have not received any communication from LIC as well as from my Company ABB LTD.

I am very much regret to note the poor service rendered by LIC of India as I am still waiting to get the TPA Card of Myself and for my son.

                  Now, I would request you to intervene in this matter and resolve the issue.

                    In my bank - Central bank - sola road - ahmedabad - savings a/c no. [protected] - my monthly pension amount not deposited since dec-08 by lic.

                    i have submitted my "hayati" proof in front of cbi bank manager in prescribed lic form with authorised signature bank manger. The same lic form I have posted to the LIC ofiice - Bombay - (pension dept) on 13/12/2009. But I am sorry to say that no response of my document and depositing my pension amount (rs. 1800 monthly - from dec-2008) status by lic- india since today.

                    I have inquired with my bank on dated 19/01/10 about my pension amount as mentioned above para but found status nil.

                    you are requested to look in my case very seriously and requested to deposit my pension amount (since dec-08) at the earliest ane inform me by e-mail with your detail reply.

                    i have write this complaint through my relative.

                    I am 91 years old and favour me at the earliest.
