    I had handed over my request for surrrender value of eighteen future plus policies related to me and my family alongwith its all enclosures like bonds, forms and applications on 06 Oct 2007 at Barahalgang branch of LIC district Gorakhpur, UP and receipt was obtaind. Out of these 18 policies, 17 have been paid by the LIC. One policy No[protected] related to my daughter Kumari Sarita Rai has not yet been paid inspite of 12 visits to the LIC branch manager of Barhalgang by me as well as LIC agent. it is for your information that I have lost much money during this eight month due to the carelessness of LIC staff at Barhalganj. No of other 17 policies which have been paid within 3 months are[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and[protected].

    Life Insurance Corporation of India — non receipt of interest warrants

    Dear Sirs,

    I invested in varishtha pension bima yojana in 2003 and have been receiving advance interest warrants.
    This year I was asked to submit certificate of existance by IPP cell northern zonal office.
    The certificate was deposited at LIC jaipur division against receipt 33173 dated 2/5/09.
    i request you to despatch the warrants at an early date as the main aim of the scheme is to provide financial support to elderly citizens.

    LIFE INSURANCE ( Money Back Policy) — Non receipt of interest

    This is to inform you that myself Rajesh Agrawal have taken an Money Back policy Dated 10/12/1994, Policy No[protected], whose instalment of Rs 25000/- which was due in the month of December 2006, had been received in month of Janaury 2009 .
    So please give me interest amount on Rs 25000/- for three years.
    However I have told this problem to your concerned branch office in INDORE and they replied that checque of RS 25000/- had been sent at your concerned address ( as given in policy ) but the same had not been received by the policy holder.
    However I have given an application for changing my residential address and the same has been accepted by the LIC on 03/02/2007 through your transaction no 350.

      Dear Sir,

      LIC Housing bank, Noida sanctioned me a housing loan of Rs. 40 lacs for a flat under construction with loan a/c no. 10063695. The cost of the flat for loan approval is 45 lac (includes basic cost Rs. 2856000 + deluxe specifications Rs1533500 + parking 1 lac) plus 150000 club/ecc etc. The bank has paid 39 lacs till possesion of the house. I have already taken the possession of the flat and submitted the paper to the bank.

      The mentioned loan has a condition of 2% prepayment and interest rate as 10.75%.

      Now, I am looking for top-up loan for the registration of the flat
      costing around Rs. 3 lacs. I approached the same bank but the bank is not accepting the application form and not replying any written answers for my submitted grivances dated 17th May 08.

      Now, I feel that LICH is not co-operating me by not paying the balance 1 lac of sanctioned amount for taking the possesion and by not accepting the top-up loan for property registration. And, the bank is not providing any written reasons for this.

      Can I ask for the compensation for the breakage of promise/ agreement by the bank and the subsequent harassment?

I have filed income tax return for the year 2006-07 ( assessment year 2007-08) but till date I could not received the refund of the income tax for the period.               while paying premium for the ULIP policies, LIC brances are not accepting premium. but advsie to go to that or this branch for technical reasons, that server is some where else. When will they be truly networked, as they claim?

              this happens after a prolonged wait in the que to pay 10k or 20k.

              many branches do not have full-time designated cashiers to handle cash function. they are working on an adhoc basis is an insider info.

              such a fin. monolthi does not have full time cashiers to handle its cash function in many of its units - isn't a shame for this big brand in life insurance?

              You are correct. I am myself a victim of this "Server Down" nonsense
              and it mostly happens with the LIC Money PLUS (ULIP) Policy.

              Is there any way of paying the premium (ULIP Policy) without having to go through
              all this . Can we pay the premium online ?

                He has taken the Premium Rupees and not submitted yet.
                I complaned so much times but Your website is not poperly working (Shows cant find server).So the complain is not registered.
                Plz try so check the matter and solve it.
                No dought on your services but dought that you may recruit lazy and corrupt agents coz they spend money in their own ways.
                I am not at my home thats why unknown with blunder.

                Hope that you solve this matter. If you are unable to solve this matter plz inform us that I provide this matter in Human Resource.

                I have complained to Chairman, LIC of India against Sri S.S.Prusty LIC agent that he has miss utilized the amount of Rs. 2, 10, 000/- which i handed over him through pay orders in favour of LIC of India. He handed over me court affidavit in which he confessed all his deeds. I complained to LIC of India( All Heads) with all documents. more than one year passed but LIC of India has not taken any action against him. i am not only the victim person but he cheated many persons. All are complaining against him but LIC is not taking any action against him. These persons are silent killers. Immediate action to be taken against him.As LIC is not taking active part i request you kindly do need ful.

                Were you able to get your issues resolved with SBI LIC? I am running into the same problems where a Life Insurance policy was cancelled within the cancellation period but they are not refunding the premium we paid. We have complained to the Chairman of SBI and CEO/MD of SBI LIC with no response. Please let me know if and how you were effective in getting your matters resolved with SBI LIC for the benefit of myself and others like us who are being cheated by SBI LIC.

In my A/c says cleared the echeque in licindia at 18/10/2008. Mean while I checked my account. But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website.                 lifeinsurancepolicy — agent has eaten up the premium

                we have paid our policy premium for 2007-08 for my father and mother policy and when the time came for the next policy we came to know that the policy has lapsed and we didn't even received a single reminder notice from the life indurance company .Now when we are complaining against the agent they are not taking any kind of serious action against the agent .. i have expereinced really a very bad experience with the LIC INDIA.

                    Sir,
                    I have paid my 1st premium in April 2007. In the receipt it was spesified that the units allotted will be informed subsequently. But so far no intimation received.Now i have paid my 2nd premium in April 2008. But i have informed that units allotted will be informed subsequently. I got the only certificate for the money plus investment on payment of 1st premium. Till date i don't know how many units are allotted even after one year. I was told that i can access licindiaulip.com for details. but there is no site as such. kindly itimate how i can check units allotted to me atleast after payment of my 2nd instalment.

                    my policy no is[protected] lic money plus-doc 24-/03/07 with premium of 25, 000. I have paid three premiums as of now.
                    but till date, LIC has not intimated me the units alloted, the NAV for the units alloted.

                    kindly mail or post the details for the three premiums.

                    Yes, same thing happening to me, may the concerned people take quick action
                    my policy number[protected] dated 21/03/07 with premium of 1, 00, 000. I have paid three premiums as of now. But still date lic has not intimated the units alloted, the NAV for the units alloted.

                    Even i had this problem, but i found out the soultion myself, pls check if this is informative for u

                    just go to LICs website www.licindia.com, create a new login id by clicking the new user link.

                    after creating the user id and password, login with that and after u login check the page to the left side u will find enroll policy, fill the details by just giving the policy number and the number of policies and enroll it

                    after enrolling, just click View Enrolled Policies on the left side to view your policy details that has your units allotted and u can check NAV on the LICs site by clicking plan NAV tab on the top of the page
