Very Bad quality of Service

I am an existing customer of LICHFL for the last ten years. The highlights of bad services are as follows:

1. No communication of revision of interest rates on housing loan so for had happened in the last few years.

2. When I approached for closure of loan account, telling so many reasons and not accepting the final payment. Purposely delaying the days to get interest.

3. Totally no communication...

Respected sir,
as we opted for insurance policy for all our directors but due some financial problem we couldnot make any payment to lic we had given acheque to the agent but could not pass the cheque as funds were blocked and we suffered huge loss from share market due to this we coudn"t make payment as inthis case the agent is threating to take action by section166 act lic of india

I am continously trying to contact the customer care but not able to reach them because its continously ringing no nresponse,When contacted the branch Adyar where i have taken the hosing loan the result is the same.Standard message from the staffs are Area manger is busy on other call.Not bothered to call back instead of taking my loan account no and mobile.

I have taken 6.86L lone against sanction loan of 10L from LIC Housing Finance Ltd
Loan Account no : 204786
sanction dt . 20/5/09 and ch dt on 10/7/09
interest rate 8.75% floting

Within 2 months, dt 23/10/2009 interest rate change changed to 10%

No responce from Kolkata Branch manager Mr. Biswajit Das

NOT GIVING MY AGENT PORTAL CODE SINCE LAST 1 YEAR

I m an LIC agent since last one and a half year but my LIC branch 12L (Hardev Puri, Delhi) does not give my agent portal code to me.
I tried for it during last one year at many time but they anly tell that humne mail bheji hui hai uska jawab abhi tak nahi aaya hai....

Did not get disbursement of loan even after 2 months

I have purchased a property in Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have applied for a house loan in LIC Housing Fianance, Asif Ali Road, New Delhi as on 04 Oct 2009. I got the sanction letter as on 30 Oct 2009. Where as till today (11 Dec 2009) I did not get the disbursement of the sanctioned loan. My file number is 26477.
