I have taken the loan from LIC Housing Finance through Lajpat Nagar Branch in Feb 2008 and my loan account no is 37042. The Loan was @ 10.25% floating .Loan sanctioned was Rs 20.00 Lacs where as at the time of disbursment Rs 15.00 lacs was taken.The EMI is being taken based on Rs 20.00 Lacs where as it should be based on Rs15.00 lacs.In this connection i have visited the branch at no of times but no proper reply has been given further when ever i am depositing extra amount other than regular EMI some levy charges are deducted as per the receipt received.It is not understood what these charges are whether it is penalty for early depositiion or some thing else. No body in the branch gives me proper reply .phone nos of the branch always remain engaged and no body picks up the phone.
Kindly help me in resolving these issues. Is it the way where Govt. Deptts. works..

    This is with regards to premium pymts.I have been paying my premiums on time regularly since the policy was taken in 12.03.2005 There is a problem which started when I went to pay my premium due for Rs 8469/-in June 2009 at City Branch 14,Bowenpally,Sec-bad. they have stated that the premium was already paid and adjusted the premium for Sep 2009, even though I had insisted that my June Premium was not paid by me.

    While I could get this matter resolved meanwhile I received a letter from the LIC office City Branch 2 Basheerbagh Hyderabad stating that a cheque issued dtd 5/6/09 of the Andhra Pradesh State Co-op Bank Ltd for Rs 52,692/- was dishonoured.

    Now that chq was not issued by me as I do not have any a/c with the above mentioned bank.Upon further investigation I noticed that accidentally someone had written my policy no. at the back of the cheque along with other policy nos which do not belong to me.

    If only the cashier had checked that the policy no[protected] which belongs to me does not belong to the person who has issued the cheque the blunder could have been avoided.While issuing the cheque dishonour advices, The PHS Dept has simply picked up the first policy no. at the back of the cheque and sent 4 advices to me in regard to policy nos:[protected],[protected],[protected],64656273 which do not belong to me.

    I sent a letter along with the returned chq and the dishonour advices through my LIC agent and asked for my premium for june to be adjusted to my premium for Sept and a letter of apology to be issued.

    I was informed by my LIC Agent that the matter was resolved and that the pymts were adjusted. When my Sep premium was due and i went as usual to City Brch 14 to pay it i was informed that it had been paid and the pymt for June was still pending.Upon enquiry at my City Branch-7 they said that they did not accept my chq pymt because of the previous dishonoured cheque and wanted a cash payment which meant that the problem had not been solved at all and slept over it for 2 months.

    I had to pay penalty and bank charges to the tune of Rs 467.90. apart from my regular premium pymt.Now this was made at City brch 7.Fed up with the incompetence I did not proceed to make any enquiries considering the matter resolved and my pymts being up-to-date.

    But that was not the end of it and led to further complications.When I went to pay my December's pymt at City Brch - 4 they stated that the Sep's premium was still due and took the pymt for September 09 again along with penalty charges of Rs 164.90.Advised them that we had already made a pymt for Sep and have a receipt for the same they advised that the pymts may not have been updated at my LIC Brch-City Brch 7 and need to contact them.

    This time I personally went to the City Branch office - 7 on the 10.12.2009 along with my husband and explained the entire issue to Mr TVNR Swyanarayana Rao Manager (Admin) he asked me to produce bank stmts alongs with receipts right from March to Sept and he would resolve the entire matter within half an hour and said that he had understood the problem.Asked him as to why he required the March receipt since the problems all started from June and I clearly had two receipts showing pymts had been made for Sept twice and one receipt for june he said that needs it for investigation,told him that i had misplaced the march receipt however definitely had a bank stmt showing that the march pymt had debited my a/c he said that it would be fine.He assured me that he could resolve my case. He returned all the proofs that we had and asked me to come when I had everything ready.

    So I accordingly went with the relevant documents today the
    [protected] to the same concerned person who bluntly and rudely as to why I was showing him bank stmts when he wanted the march receipt.Remined him of our earlier conversation and he said that I need to give a letter stating the problem and they would investigate it, as there had lack of staff now. I Told him that I had done what he asked and now he was turning back when it was his turn to take action.He was adamant and wanted a letter.

    So I drafted a letter once again and submitted with all the details which took nearly half an hour. When we went to him with the letter he refused to accept it stating that he issue any apology as mentioned in my letter and was not competent to do so. Told us to visit the LIC greviences brch at Secretariat Hyd.

    Expressed our dissatisfaction to him and told him that it was not the right was of treating customers he just turned a blind eye to us and said that it was not his problem even if he wanted to close the policy

    This entire issue has caused alot of stress and inconvience to me that I have to run pillar to post to resolve something which is not even my fault.

    I will be going to the greviences office as well however please kindly look into the matter and do the needful and I will be able to provide all the necessary proof except for the original march receipt.My Dec pymt is still pending so I would like the double pymt i made for sept to be adjusted to the Dec premium and all charges to be refunded along with a letter of apology

    I have taken the loan against the above policies month of Jan'2010 and its broken
    interest has paid by 5 Federal bank cheuqes, it has sent from my employment
    place, Saudi Arabia.

    To confirm the receipt of these cheques i have sent several email and number of
    calls to chengannur, Asst Manager Mr. Ajayakumr and Mr. Rajesh attended my calls and they promised me they will look into the matter and reply to me.
    Until now i have not received any mail or call from the Chengannur Br regarding
    this subject.

    On 14th of March my bank has reimbused the loan amount to LIC against the
    PolicyNo.[protected] and[protected].Now i want to confirm is it credited in your
    account or no?


    There is no use of contacting the irresponsible officers in Chengannur br. I am ready to foward all my corrpondence which i made to Chengannur branch for your
    clarification.

      Few months back I have shifted to Secunderabad and settled here. Accordingly, I had requested for transfer of my policy (Annuity number 055MSUP34) at Hyderabad branch.
      The policy has been transferred, but during transfer, a few mistakes were made. I would request you to correct the mistakes. (The same requested by me through my letter dated 12th November, addressed to the divisional Manager - but the problem is not yet solved).
      1. “IS Annuity Joint”: This should be “True” (with my wife Mrs Usha Bhattacharya).
      2. Nominee Details: Mrs Anurupa Biswas (daughter, age 42 now).

I have sent by Professional courier on 2nd May 2008 for maturity claim of policy No.[protected] that has matured on 24.07.2007 together with a Stamped receipt for Rs.23,430/- and an indemnity bond favouring LIC of India vide my letter dated 30.04.08 to your Mumbai Branch at the following address: Branch No.921, Gulistan Bldg. I floor, M.D. Road, Near J.B. Petit Girls High School, Fort - 1, MUMBAI -400 001.But till date I have neither received the payment nor any communication from LIC.           I tried several times for getting the claim, but I am not getting any proper information. Please if you release the amount immediately, I will be very much grateful to you sir.

            I am an existing customer of LICHFL for the last ten years. The highlights of bad services are as follows:

            1. No communication of revision of interest rates on housing loan so for had happened in the last few years.

            2. When I approached for closure of loan account, telling so many reasons and not accepting the final payment. Purposely delaying the days to get interest.

            3. Totally no communication of rate change and necessary impacts on the tenure were not at all communicated.

            4. If any technical issues arises in the system and the customer wants to pay alternativel manual operation of calculation and close the account rather waiting for the system to correct and quietly putting the interest cost for the delayed over the customers. Recently the system is not working from December 10, and not able to accept the cheque of mine for the last 5 days. Whose mistake and who has to bear the cost.

            5. LICHFL is spoiling and damaging the image and royalty which LIC in general is having among the public by the way of functioning and discharging the responsibilities in handling the customers.

            6. Already customers are paying interest for the loan account they have availed, but for the technical delay, or absence of concerned authorities to do the work on a particular day and other miscellaneous errors that are faced by the LICHFL should not be transformed to customers who are already over burdened by the amount they are paying.

            7. In total the service towards customers after disbursing the loan and especially when it comes on repayment would have the rating 1 out of 10 by their services rendered towards customers.

            Its my suggestion to all person who are seeking home loan that never ever think of home loan from LIC Houshing Finance.they are absolute cheater and They Have Very very BAD Qualities services offered. all banks are reducing home laon but this bank has no interest for its rate reduction.

            employee of this bank so lazy and ill minded that unless you rush atleat 20 times to the person, you will not get loan sanction as well disbursment of payment to builder.

            SO EMPLOYEE OF LICHF ARE DEAF AND SENSELESS.


            AVOID LICHF FOR TAKING LAON.

              Respected sir,
              as we opted for insurance policy for all our directors but due some financial problem we couldnot make any payment to lic we had given acheque to the agent but could not pass the cheque as funds were blocked and we suffered huge loss from share market due to this we coudn"t make payment as inthis case the agent is threating to take action by section166 act lic of india
              what should we do regarding this matter respected sir please help us

                Jeevan Surabhi — Req Statement On Mail ID

                I Again and again Contract Customer Care no but they not pick up and sometime pick up then hold me long time Actually i would like to know which date i received Bonus amount and Statement till date and how to access LIC Website Already i opened account in your website on the name nehal20002 but there we put policy no then reply comes not found. so please solve my problem

                LICHFL, THANJAVUR — Change in interest rates

                I am really unhappy in the manner in which LIC has tried to earn from consumers by predating increase in the interest rates in the recent past. I agree there has been inflation and all banks have been increasing the rates and that is the reason LIC has increased the rates.

                What has disappointed me is the fact that LIC tried to deceive their consumers by sending a letter on 7th July 2008 (posted on 7th July) and having the letter dated 1st May 2008. The letter states that the interest rates have changed effective from 1st May 2008. If the rates have increased from 1st May 2008 and you intend to charge your consumers from that date then why is it there was no change in the monthly installments for the month of May, June & July? The letter also states only the increase in the interest rates but does not contain any more details on what will the change to us as a consumer!!

                Even the worst known banks for their rates have increased their interest rates only from 30th June / 1st July. Is this the way one of the most prestigious organisations in the country try to cheat its consumers by faking the date of the letter???

                LIC Finance — Documents for home loan

                I have applied for a loan from SBI to pay the instalments of a Flat in builders Ferrous infrastructures limited group housing at Faridabad sector 89. Since loan has been sanctioned ..SBI demanded relinquish letter from LIC Finance(prime financer of project). FERROUS as well as LIC Finance denying the documents so that I m forced to take loan from LIC Finance. You rae requested to take up builder Ferrous to supply me the documents as builder is charging interest at the rate of 24% from me.

                LIC Housing Finance Limited — non issuance of payment

                We M/s MANIDHARI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS, Raipur had sold Residential Flat to Shri Amarnath Pathak who has applied for Home Loan from LIC Housing finanace Limited and has received photocopy of Cheque No. 698897, Axis Bank, dated 04.07.2009 of Rs.8, 00, 000/- issued by LIC Housing finanace Limited. On the basis of this cheque we have done the sale deed, but LIC Housing finanace Limited has till yet not given original cheque to us because of which we were suffering huge financial difficulties. They were just tolerating us that the cheque will be given to you today since last 20 days.

                still i am waiting for my cheque its already 1 and half month gone.
                they never approach us regarding status of our file. daily i called him to know status i already padi my processing fees..

                This is my experience that LIC has a poor service....now i decide to switch HDFC or Axis.
                they provide Very good service. and the interest rate almost same. only Rs25.00 difference per EMI
                but they give us door step service. Loan sanctioned only in a WEEK.

                So i'll go with this .

                Dear Sir,
                I am facing the worst experience of my life with LIC housing finance Borivli Branch.
                I applied for loan 3 months back and submitted all the documents on time and paid Rs. 10000 as processing fees. Approval was done on time because the bank rcvd the processing fee.After that all the documents related to disbursement are also provided to the branch but people working there have LOADS of excuses not to do the job. People go on vacation of 20-25 days and do not check the documents at all. They do the delay purposely so that 3 months period gets delayed and they can again ask for processing fee.
                They do not respond on time and never call to inform about the docsuments. They never pick up the call purposely.Working in CAP A company and providing all the docs on time could not help me. This is a big SCAM and taking it lightly can spoil the name of LIC. Concerned person there is Aditya Bedi
                I had to pay 2 months rent to my current rental place owner and had to shift to new place just because of LIC. It raised to lot of Loss monitory and mentally.
                I hope to get the necessary action.Please take some immediate action

                Please refer our telephonic conversation which we had regarding the” 3EMI” being debited to my account under loan account no:[protected], in the month of November 09.1.By cheque from Fridabad office, 2.By ECS from Faridabad office.3.By cheque from Delhi office.
                When I reported the matter to Fridabad office on 16/11/09 they were surprised and did not know any thing, but blamed the system failure for this matter.
                Finally when I showed pass book(Photo copy attached) they agreed to refund 2 EMI within 7days, when I went to collect the cheque after 7days, they started giving date after date till date as is being done in Courts.
                I was never expecting this type of harassment from LICHF.

                LIC Housing Loan — Loan Agent harassing the client to pay huge commission to process loan

                I have taken a housing loan from LIC couple of years back. The insurance agent from LIC richmond road branch (bangalore) by name (Manikandan) has demanded me to pay huge amount as his commission to the tune of 3% of the loan amount. I paid the amount what ever he said because I wanted to get the loan sanctioned ASAP. He was literally harrassing me. I dont know why LIC encourages this type of agents for its housing loan.                 Hi,

                This is regarding the confimation and no reply from LIC housing finance limited.
                I sent an email to LIC Housing finanace on 26-Jun-10 and still awaiting their reply.

                The contents of the mail are given below -

                I had given the request for demand (requested by Builder, Omaxe) on 16-May-10. Unfortunately, that (demand latter) was lost by LIC staff. LIC staff didn't intimate about the same that the demand latter is missed. Even when my brother enquired (whether the demand has been made to Omaxe or not), they let us know that the letter was missed. My brother has again given the duplicated demand latter on 26-May-10, and then they told us that the Loan account is disabled and it will take 10 days to activate the same. My brother was chasing them time to time and till date this is not activated, just to make us fool. And who is this Rakesh? Today when my brother again visited the office, the LIC staff personnel, Rakesh, is abusing my brother and warning him that there would not be any demand paying to anyone (for our case) (i mean to Omaxe). Why this kind of attitude he is bearing? May I know what is going on? We have also got the latter if the demand is not paid on time, a heavy penalty will be imposed. I am not sure what exactly is happening with LIC? Where are they? Who will be paying the penalty? Why such attitude is being shown? Did i make a mistake to have a relationship with you? Why every time Rakesh is abusing us? I, once already, escalated about his attitude. Does he know, at what position we have been standing? Is there anyone who can take care for this?

                Now, I want a discipline action for this. Please confirm.

                LIC Housing Finance is the worst of all. No online support, no responsiveness. They are still in 80s era. I stay outside india and managing my loan is such an hassel... I dont think its a fault of staff in each office. They are not setup for new age speed and expectations. LIC has not been doing any investment in this operations and not bringing in latest technology and services setup. its a frustrating experience. Due to this, i dont know what and how LIC HF is charging me. I feel cheated and i guess its big scam and might be a most expensive housing loan in market.

                I recently applied for housing loan. Although i am a govt. servant and all my papers were in order, the lic took two months for sanctioning me a loan. my date of submission of loan amount to the builder was 1/5/2011 which has been lapsed. now i will have to pay the penalty despite no fault of mine. can somebody take up our case and do something to bring lic on track. i am withholding my name as disbursal of loan is still not done.

                Funniest part...The telephone number which Mumbai- Kharghar office is provided on the website says 'This telepone number does not accept incoming calls !!!' Try it and you will start wondering what on earth are these guys upto...The people there in Kharghar office is ridiculous and never cooperative...They only will follow you till then time their commission is released...and thats it, , , , they will never pick your phones and you keep complaining yourself ...'why you took the loan from LIC ???'I am finding it difficult to actually cope up with these guys and I am trying to transfer my loan...to some responsible institution...
                LIC is probably one of the worst in customer care. I am facing a peculiar problem; they have deducted 2 ECS transactions from my savings account in one single month, which unfortunately resulted in triggering an overdraft in my savings account and i was out of money right in the beginning of the month and facing difficulties in other general household expenses

                Their website does not have a customer care number - no email address. Their compliant section does not work. I called their phone number written on the loan document letter - atleast 50 times, and it is either busy or no one picks it up. After several attempts someone picked it up and responded - "sorry i don't have the information, and i cannot help you with this" and gave me one email address to write to.. after 4-5 reminders nobody is responding on that email.

                new borrowers - please beware - you might fave some big trouble like i am facing, and some of the other respondents above.

                Can any one confirm that:- Is Asif Ali office closed?

                I am calling all the phone number ([protected], [protected], [protected]) no one is picking up the phone.

                I tried to fax my request, the fax machine is not working.

                Neha who replied the mails last time got transfered to pritampura office.

                No one is replying the mails send by me, Yesterday send three mails.

                I am in trouble, no one is even updating me regarding the status of my cheque.

                Builder has started imposing the interest on late payment.

                If the office is open, then its really surprising that no one is there to pick the phone.

                Such type of services are not expected from such a big reputed organisation.

                Do the office every one to come and sit there to get the work done even for each small tasks.

                My EMI cheque (Axis Bank) of Rs 21681 for the month of May got bounced due to non-financial reason (mismatch of number & figure of amount).So in the month of June it is expected that EMI should be debited 2 times. But to my surprise it is debited 3 times. Ie on 6th, 7th & 13th. I have reported this matter to your officer Mr Nani at Gajuwaka Branch but in vein. On 21st I tried to talk to your Gajuwaka branch head Vijay Shree madam but she refused to talk to me. Then I tried to talk to Hyderabad office but no body lifted phone. So please investigate the matter and refund one EMI to me.

                Pls note I have taken a loan from LICHFL and my loan account no is[protected].

                The EMI was supposed to be deducted from 5th August 2011 onwards, but till now the EMI has not yet been deducted.Therefore I had called the LIC Agent and did not got any response from anyone.

                Therefore, I had visited the LICHFL office at Asaf Ali Road on 27.08.2011 and had discussed with the Branch Manager on this issue.She had assured me in presence of Lic agent that he will check with person incharge in her office and they will call me to inform on this matter. I had called tem today and on the landline numbers but nobody picked my call. This is really frustrating.
                Also note as this is not my fault, pls note I will not pay any extra amount due to the delay from LICHFL.

                I really dont understand what is the real issue in delay when I'm ready to pay the money for my loan account.

                I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE THIS ON URGENT BASIS FORWHICH I WILL BE GRATEFUL.

                I am facing a peculiar problem. LICHFL have not deducted my ECS transactions from my savings account till today (30.08.11) for this month, when I checked my A/C balance just now. Though I have sufficient fund for the above amt.Tomorrow is the last date. I informed so many times, but getting no respond from them.

                If EMI is not dedusted by tommorow, then I am sure that I have to pay finacial charges due to their fault and I will certainly find my name in the CIBIL register as a defaulter of EMI.

                Previously in Dec 2010 I have faced the same sort of problem having sufficient fund in my a/c from them as a result I am still facing problem appearing my name on the CIBIL register as one of the defaulter of EMI.

                So, please do the needful with proper investigation.

                I have applied (appli no - 507927) for the housing loan to LIC housing finance, swarget, pune, through their agent. In the month of March'11 LHF has sanctioned my loan, A/c no[protected]. The said cheque of 30, 00, 000/- was lying with the insurance agent for two weeks. Then I went to trip for my personal reason meanwhile the cheque was lost somehow in my house. I was about to inform the same to the LIC KSG FIN while eventually I fount it in the month of may. I have deposited the said cheque in May hence the money got tranfered to my account on 06th May 2011. However my statement of bank account shows on 17th March 2011 itself Rs. 27575/- was tranfered through ECS to LHF as an installment, when the amount was not even tranfered to my account, I think this is unfair on my part that the LHF is taking money even when the money was not transfered. Why should I pay the installment without taking money actually. Rs. 27575/- is hugh amount for me as I am doing service, please help me to get my said paid installment back as it shows claimable since I hv yet to get loan money.

He was told that he will give service all the time in future but from last few months I am not getting him over phone as per my requirement.                 I took composite loan from them last year for land purchase and construction of loan. Initially they disbursed loan for site purchase, but now i have already constructed one roof of my house including foundation, but still they are not disbursing loan, its more than 4 months over, i have given then all the documents original. The Agent Vinod is so poor and rude to customer. He always tell me we are checking with head office for the documents i submitted, but never respond. Its more than 4 months. Personally one time i meet with their branch Manager at JP Nagar office also, but she is also rude and never listen to customer voice. My wife is pregnant and she is very upset and depressed with my loan. My loan sanction was of 25 Lakks, but they have disbursed only 14.41 lakhs for land purchase, but to my surprise they are cheating to me and taking interest for the entire 25 lakhs though they have disbursed only 14.41 lakhs.

                I wish higher management will help us if possible and resolve our issue from such poor housing loan organization. I will never recommend any of my collegue to take any loan from LIC unless our issue is resolved. All the day myself an my wife are now suffering from mental tension and big family pressure.

                  I agree that LIc housing has also cheated me . I had a account with other bank whci was shifted to LIC HFL on 8.75% rate April2009 within 3 months the rate was increased on my loan raising my EMI from Rs5702 to Rs 5848 p.m., Surprising they still charging the 8.75% interest on fresh loans . this a cheating by the them, I closed the earlier account by paying premature charges and shifted my account to them whci has defeated my purpose of shifint.                     I've tried several times to pay my undermentioned policy premium online , but I could not able to pay my premium since last six months. I have intimated the same in LIC concern person at Jadavpur, ( SB 400 ) during my Oct,09 visit at Kolkata. Now I am not able to pay online premium because It is showing " Policy not in Force (Please contact your branch office) ". Since I am continuing this policy since 06.07.2005 & I am a regular premium payer alongwith other policies also. Therefore my policy should not be lapsed in any way.

                    Dear Mr Das,

                    LIC Anmol Jeevan -1 is a term assurance plan. In all term assurance plans of LIC, the grace period is of 15 days instead of 30 days like other policies & beyond grace period, there is no coverage. Still you can deposit your premium in LIC branch within 60 days of due date by simply paying premium with penal interest without any medical formalities. Beyond this period, term assurance plans lapse which also happened in your case also. Kindly approach your parent branch & get it revived. Kindly read the same condition written in your policy bond.

                        This is to inform you that I am left with last cheque bearing number 983839 dated 11.12.2009 to wards annuity payment to me ( A.K.Chatterjee ) the undersigned against Annuity No. 011M[protected] and Policy No. 46004. Kindly take due note of the matter and ensure to send Annuity Payment Cheques for January 2010 onwards as per your rules and practice.                             List of documents held by LIC Housing against the loan a/c no. 11032731

                            Dear Sir:
                            We have been trying to get list of documents held by LIC against the above loan a/c number since the disbursement of the loan. I have separately written two letters regarding this and till date I don't have them. Will appreciate if I get the same ASAP.

                              I have purchased a property in Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have applied for a house loan in LIC Housing Fianance, Asif Ali Road, New Delhi as on 04 Oct 2009. I got the sanction letter as on 30 Oct 2009. Where as till today (11 Dec 2009) I did not get the disbursement of the sanctioned loan. My file number is 26477. I have visited so many times in thier office but usally I did not find any staff there. Once when I met with Area Manager Mr. Adhikari, he told me that they will disburse the cheque in 2-3 days. But till now, I am suffering from huge interest changed by the builder.

                              Request you to please resolve my query. I shall be thankful to you. Thanks!!!

                              One of the worst housing loan institute in india worst service you will not find any responsable person to attend your quires I am sufering for past 1 month to get my cheque when ever asked for only one reply system s are slow this is the fate of L I C H F L so beware before going in for L I C housing finance

                                Dear Sir,

                                I’ve given my file for home loan (In month of July 09) to LIC Housing finanace agent Sanjay Jain (Mob- [protected]) (File no- 120026) with the cheque of 2000/-. File was deposited at your office by the said agent on 18/8/2009.Mine was Bank transfer case.
                                It was being told by the agent to me that if loan will not get sanctioned the whole amount of 2000/- will be given back to me.
                                Now I’ve few questions / Complains:-
                                1. Why LIC Housing finance work thru such irresponsible agents those who took file in July from customer and deposit them in their office in Oct and give no information to the customer although cheque was placed well in time(In Aug 09).
                                2.When my cheque has been taken by your office and placed in bank than why no communication has been given to me regarding status of my loan application by LIC Housing as a company whereas all banks does this.
                                3. If the 2000/- was charged for conducting legal and technical survey than why don’t you give me the original copy of reports as I’ve paid for it or please arrange refund me 2000/-.
                                4.Please tell me what action your office is going to take on such irresponsible agents.
                                I hope my was will be acted upon responsibly as such cases not only affects organizations image but also it effects business too.We were three people and all three o[censored]s has given business of 32 Lakhs of BT to HDFC Bank. Waiting for your response.

                                LIC Housing Finance ltd, Home Loan — Disbercement required before 31.03.2011

                                Ref file no.342537 in the name Abha Gupta w/o Rakesh Kumar Goyal.
                                LICHFL Agent Mr. Jaswant singh.
                                Home loan of 16.4 lacs sanctioned on 24.02.2011, in down payment plan but disbursement but done till date. Loan amount requested to disburse was 14.95 lacs (approx) but refused to disburse & ready to disburse only 5.5 lacs as per tel communication.
                                It will result a loss of about 6 lacs as discounts given by Ms. Raheja Builder to me on down payment plan. I have already invested Rs. 38 lacs into the same project.
                                Time is very short as due date to pay is 31.03.2011. Refused on last moment.
                                Please arrange to disburse 14.95 lacs before 31.03.2011.

                                  i have taken a home loan of Rs 10,000.00(Loan AC no[protected] from Lic Housing Finance(five month befor) . at the of approval they provide me approval letter of 10,000,00 EMI amount is around 8500. but on the first month basis they cut the EmI of Rs 13200.After asking the clarification .they provied me severl reasons.


                                  latest reply when i go for meet Area Manager LIC Housing Finance Corporation (Asif Ali Road Delhi) sent ion Amount is 1500000 and Disabused amount is 10,000,00.

                                  Emi charged by institution On Basic Of Sent ion Amount . last five month they cut 13200 EMI .after so many Problem they are not ready to help me . I Am going to Be Fr estate . now i dont have money in my ac . Its Very Hard to Clear EMI. That issue Creat Lots of Problem In my LIfe .

                                  our loan tenure is 20 years (according to your last mail) rate of interest is 10% loan amount is Ten lakh only.
                                  according to your website calculator the EMI amount is


                                  Maximum Loan Amount Rs. 1,000,000
                                  Repayment Term 20 Years
                                  Rate Of Interest 10.00 %
                                  EMI (Monthly Rest) 9,650

                                  So Please verify this issue again, otherwise i will go for consumer form or RBI.
                                  Its is very serious issue, its disturb my all financial planning.In my point of View This is pathetic operation work done by your team.

                                      Sir,

                                      With reference to the above subject, I would like to state that the captioned policy was issued by LIC of India , Bhilwara II nd office on 01.09.1990 and premium was paid up to year 1997 as per terms of policy. Further, I had forwarded cheque of due insurance premium to mentioned office on 12.03.1999, the same returned back quoting ” The Policy has been transferred to there Deoli branch (Tonk, Rajasthan) on 16.12.1997 vide letter no. Bima seva/transfer/18 U dated 30.10.2000. Consequent upon receipt of this information, I had again taken up the issue for depositing the due insurance premium to the Deoli branch of LIC of India but they expressed inability to deposit the due premium in absence of records (Policy documents) and referred the matter to there Divisional Office Jaipur under advice to me vide letter no.B/SE/154 dated 10.11.2000.
                                      I regret to inform you that till date, the Divisional /branch office neither informed me the status of my said policy nor taken any action to deposit the due premium as requested. It shows gross negligence towards customer service as well as breach of contract based on principle of "Utmost good faith".
                                      I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct the respective office for providing information as under:
                                      Whether the policy can be revived, if not what will be procedure to get the money back (along with interest/bonus) deposited by me and cost of compensation to deprive me from insurance coverage.
