money back policy cheque

my policy no is[protected], a cheque no 040140 dated 02.05.2008 received by me but due to late deposit in bank the cheque returned to me, and same I have sent to LIC Auraiya just after one month but after severl time talking on phone and written latter no action taken so far by auraiya branch.the amount of cheque is Rs 15000.00...

Beware - Don't take home loan from this Company

There is one big cheating game happening in the company of cheating new home loan customers by giving loan at 8.5-8.75 rate; immediately increasing by 150 bps after 3 monthly installment been paid.

My sanction letter specified rate of interest @ 8.5%. But it is increased to 10%. This is been informed to me by their agent that this is the policy of the company to increase the rates after 3 months of installment paid.

Changing of loan

I have a housin loan from LICHFL , Faridabad branch .My approved loan amount was Rs.1600000/-.LICHFL have disbursed an amount of RS.388000/- to the Builder for the upcoming flat.Iam paying an EMI of RS.17952/- /Already paid 12 nos. of EMIs. Dur to the delay in construction work, the builder have alloted me another flat(with same specfications) in constuction progressing tower. Because of this I have applied to LICHFL for changing my loan...

About worst service regarding Home Loan

My file no is – 510040.

This is Lalit Kumar from World Health Organization. I applied for a Home loan from Ghaziabad, UP Branch. I have a plot in Gurgaon.
I want to construct house on that plot so I applied for a Home Loan with LIC Housing in Aug 09. I completed all the formalities with the branch and deposited all necessary documents of property in Aug 09.

The problem was that I had a pending car loan....

Non responding of Chengannur Branch

Pension Plan JeevanSuraksha P.No.[protected]:will vest on 22.03.2010, Which was maintaning with Ernakulam Br.No.2. I have requested them to transfer to LIC, Chengannur Br.(Kottayam Division) for future operational convenience. The option forms sent by Ernakulam branch duly completed by exercising option sent it to Chengannur Branch on 06.10.09. There after, made several attempts to contact them over phone as well as by E'Mail. But no response...

But i have forgotten my id & password,

I have successfully registered mine one more policy in other id,

Refund of excess paid premium

With reference to policy No. S[protected]. The last premium was due for payment was on 28.02.2009
This is a salary saving scheme payment policy therefore erroneously the premiums were paid till 28.10.2009. It means eight installments were overpaid.Kindly arrange for refund of Rs. 3856/- at the earliest.

Existing customer treated very badly

I am an existing customer of LICHFL, and would like to bring to your notice that the LIC HFL Area manager at Saidapet office(Chennai), was so rude while talking , and didnot even respond to our queries. I went to the Saidapet-chennai office to enquire about the process in paying a part amount towards my loan account. We were neither treated well nor was adressed with our queries. By contacting other LIC agents, we got to know the process...
