Non-Issuance of Policy

I applied for a pure risk LIC policy for Rs.25 lacs on 11th July, 2009 to your Vashi branch, Navi Mumbai. All the formalities have been completed to their satisfaction but even after 4 months the company is not issuing the policy despite repeated visits and follow up by me and my agent, Ms. Sunanda Naik. Every time I am being assured that the policy will be issued shortly. The matter needs to be probed and accountability fixed.

Fund release amount is reduced

I have bought a flat in a SPR Buildtech project named "Imperial Estate" in faridabad in the Oct-08. for this i have taken a loan of rs 40 lakh and got a sanction of rs.40 lakh. we have done 3 payment to SPR for the flat put of which 1st one made by us and other 2 payments done by LICHFL. annuity cheques are not received (Super annu Pension policy)

On regination of my Employment, my super annuation fund was deposited into LIC's Pension and Group Schemes Department Delhi DO I Jeevan prakash 25 KG MARG NEW DELHI, from AT & T India Employees' SUPN Fund on 24.02.1007,

I was told that from 2008 I shall receive annuity cheques. But I haven't received both 2008 and 2009 yet.

non deduction of premium through ECS

I am katade ravindra laxman, i have one policy from lic of India no.[protected], I have registered under ECS for the deduction of premium from my SBI,Katraj,PUNE saving A/C no [protected].
I recd a letter for lapsation of policy due to non payment of premium,while for other policies regular ECS premium deduction is there. So what is the problem in deduction of for this perticular policy.

I submitted my cheque for Rs 3148/-drawn on Canara Bank, Perundurai Branch, Tamil Nadu on 21.10.2009 at LIC of India, Perundurai Branch (7101), Coimbatore Division, Tamil Nadu.

LIC of India, Perundurai Branch has given their Receipt No 0668070 dated 21.10.2009.

The cheque has not been debited to my account till date.

Please let me know the reason for not presenting the cheque to the bankers.br...

rejection of Death Claim

my dad expired last year due to heart attack. While filing up form while taking policy he had some skin problem (probably rashes)and he didnt disclose it in the form.After my father's death LIC Officers claim that he died due to Leprocy (a skin disease).while the death certificate claims of heart attack.

Regarding information by the agent

I had purchased three policies i.e. no.[protected],31291144 and [protected] for premium amounting Rs 10000,, rs 10000 and rs 15000 in the names of shyamali bajpai( Daughter) ,shyamaj bajpai and shyamaj bajpai ( Son) on[protected] and the first premium was paid. lic health plus policy rejected after one year of payment

I took a health plus policy from LIC for my father(57 age) 15,000/-and after one year i.e at the time of second installment payment the agent said that my father policy was regected and he adviced me that if I took(age 26) that policy on my name i will get a new policy from that date . so that i can be on safe side.
But now i received the bond NOT for that previous year date.I asked the Administrator Officer of my satellite center...
