Hello Executive,

I was receiving monthly payment against above mention annuity number.
But form November 2021, the payment has been stopped.
No information received from LIC to submit required Existance Certificate.

Please let me know what formalities/procedures need to be completed so that monthly payment of instalment may be re-started.

How To Remove Pan Card From IRDA Dear Sir/Madam, My agency Code LIC08489583 of Life insurance Corporation of india is still showing in force on IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL. After several times follow up to branch where the application has submitted on the month of 20/07/2017, and also mail to [protected]@irdai.gov.in for removing my PAN but I didn't get any replies from them and the same is still showing till date. Remove my PAN from IRDA PAN LOOK UP...

Https://ebiz.licindia.in/paydirect page is not opening when I click customer portal login from the licindia.in page.
This has been happening since 24-Sep-2023.
Hope this is resolved soon and I am able to pay premiums online again....

However, to date, I have not received the policy bond. According to the Speed Post tracking portal, the tracking validity is only 3 months. In this context, I kindly request answers to the following queries:
1. What exactly is the current status of the policy bond that has been eagerly awaited, and what explanation can be provided for this delay?
2. If, by some chance, the policy bond has been delivered, I demand to know the identity of the recipient to whom it was entrusted and, more importantly, I insist on seeing their signature as proof.
3. I also insist on receiving the name and designation of the person who was responsible for physically delivering the much-anticipated bond.
4. In the event that it is revealed that the policy bond has been wrongfully or intentionally delivered to an unintended recipient, I demand a comprehensive account of the punitive actions that will be taken against such a grave lapse in responsibility. Furthermore, I demand to be made fully aware of the compensation that I am entitled to receive as recompense for the distress and inconvenience caused by this reprehensible misconduct.
