On 10 February 2024 I paid my loan with an amount of Rs. 13618 on LIC Digital App, Policy No:[protected]. For that I didnt got a confirmation message as well as a receipt of payment and the main thing it has not even reflecting on my account to be paid for. Please help with this. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally file a complaint against the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) concerning the extended delay and lack of satisfactory response in the settlement of my claim under Policy Numbers[protected] &[protected].

Despite providing all required documentation and undergoing two physical verifications conducted by LIC's official representatives, the resolution process has been significantly delayed. This lack of responsiveness is disconcerting from a customer service standpoint.

On October 31, 2023, I submitted an application to inquire about the claim status, but to date, there has been no since last 10 months, communication or resolution. This situation has caused undue stress and financial strain.

I have attached relevant documents, including the aforementioned application, for your reference.

I believe in the importance of a fair and timely resolution, and therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter appropriately.

I kindly request that you investigate this complaint, ensuring that LIC provides a prompt and transparent resolution to my claim. I am hopeful that the Consumer Court will uphold the rights and interests of consumers, facilitating a just resolution.

I am Naresh Kumar Mehta from Gurgaon i have a policy No.[protected] with 122 branch last 1.5 year back i was take a loan on policy and was paid timely also all interest and principal but still i dont received my policy bond many times i called to staff they all times said employed are transferred other place so wait will new employed check and print new policy bond, again n again all the time same answer so please tell what i do branch level cannot do anything.
