I had taken this policy and paid the premiums for 15 years, now lic says that there is no benefit nor i can surrender this policy, my handicapped son will get the benefits only i die... From this policy, after my death (Do not know when it will come), who will help my son to run around lic to get the benefits?

survival benefit not received from lic

change of gender in lic online profile

My gender has been incorrectly mentioned as male in lic website

I am not able to update my gender in the lic online profile on the site

I have sent an email on dec 21 on [protected]@licindia.com. However, i haven't received any revert. I have also sent follow up emails. I have also visited the branch office and submitted a letter to update gender. Still have not received any response

no response on the issue IS escalated as per the lic escalation matrix.

not received my annuity from lic p&gs dept

I have not received annuity payment since May 2018. I have sent many
reminder by courier/e-mails along with "Existence of Life" attested
certificate. There is no response from LIC P&GS department so far.

gender incorrect in the new portal

Hi there,

Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as Female instead of Male.

When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as Female.

I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due...

deactivate online user account

Hi, when lic starts online services that time only respective person only get online a/c. Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c and to be registered under my online a/c.

When trying to register her policy no under my user, it complaining the policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or deactive her policy / online account.

wrong dob update in lic records

I have lic policy no.[protected] in which lic authorities entered my wrong dob while entering into their system at the time of creating the policy in the system. My dob in the lic computrised records is 15/07/1977 but my correct dob is 15/04/1977 as per doucuments provided during creation.
Due to this i cannot able to link my aadhaar card and pan card for this policy. So it is requested you to correct my dob as 15/04/1977.br...

network error while logging into the lic portal as a customer with correct user credential

Hi,

I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details. I have to pay my installment but not able to...

unable to login to new/old portal

I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. want to delete extra login id of lic

login problem (not able to login in new portal)

I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the old portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal & your data does not match with our records. I tried through forget password option also even not able to login.

Hi,

Lic customer portal is the worst online services, i have ever come across... Most of the time i try to login into their portal it will give away some network error... Unable to connect network please try again later... I always have to try 3 to 4 days to check if i am able to connect to their network...

Lic should look into make it online services better asap, as every business is going online and if this...

cd charges while making online payment policy #257023939

Hi, i always pay my premiums online and this time i noticed that there cd charges of rs 125. I tried to make the payment before the due date but it says that policy is not eligible for the payment. This is really very frustrating. Why should i pay anything extra for the issues of lic system. Either allow me to make payment in advance or reverse any cd charges.
