        Hi - I am having serious trouble paying the installment that is due on my LIC policy because I am unable to access the customer portal login website from Toronoto, Canada. I have been attempting for a few weeks, but the LIC website has not been fixed.

        I am not sure how I will be able to pay my policy online by the deadline of November 8, 2023.

        Please let me know what steps we are taking to resolve this issue.

          Have been trying to login in the lic customer portal since 3 days now and has been continuously showing network error, please try again later. How does a company of this stature get away with such bad customer service.

                    My name is shalu Gupta and I was an agent last year of 2022 now I have given all documents for de-linked my pan from IRDA Licence portal but Now I am irate for this type of harassment from LIC team Thane division office and Bhayandar branch office 092L . Am disappointed for not doing anything last 3months my salary was hold fr last 3 month and including with this month's also.

                    Is this process was from your side?

                    If it is not resolved I will sure complaint to nodal officer in next two days

                    Kindly de-link my pan from IRDA Portal .

                    This is very shameful and harassment from your team no body call me and not to revert on mail this is 3day and no response from LIC team and am really escalate to nodal officer team and never recommend or buying any policy from govt

                          Hello Executive,

                          I was receiving monthly payment against above mention annuity number.
                          But form November 2021, the payment has been stopped.
                          No information received from LIC to submit required Existance Certificate.

                          Please let me know what formalities/procedures need to be completed so that monthly payment of instalment may be re-started.
