The LIC portal services have been unavailable for over 24 hours. It's disappointing that there is no clear message about when they'll be restored. Customers are attempting to log in every half an hour, and there's a genuine curiosity about the leadership of their technical teams.

          I stay outside India. For the past 2 months I am trying to login to my id via app as well as website but am unable to login. On the app, I get Network error all the time. I have to pay my premium but I don't know what to do.

                      Hi - I am having serious trouble paying the installment that is due on my LIC policy because I am unable to access the customer portal login website from Toronoto, Canada. I have been attempting for a few weeks, but the LIC website has not been fixed.

                      I am not sure how I will be able to pay my policy online by the deadline of November 8, 2023.

                      Please let me know what steps we are taking to resolve this issue.
