CLOSES ITS WEBSITE.

WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING A WEBSITE WHICH
IS NOT OPENING FOR CUSTOMERS FOR HOURS.

EVERY DAY A PERSON LIKE ME TRIES TO FIND OUT
THE DETAILS OF HIS PREMIUM ON POLICIES, ITS DUE DATES,
BUT IT IS OF NO AVAIL TRYING TO FIND THROUGH LIC WEBSITE.

THEREFORE, LIC OF INDIA CLOSES ITS OWN WEBSITE AND GIVEN THE JOB...

HOUSING LOAN NOT DISBURSED IN TIME

I am a officer in Air India, Government Organization, I did apply to transfer my housing loan from HDFC to LIC Housing on April 2008. misleading to the consumer

last year when i bought lic money plus policy, my agent said policy is transferable to any place as well as premium is paid to any branch.but this year when i went to fateganj branch from where i bought policy, the officials told that the policy is non-transcferable as well as the premium can not be paid to the other city branch.so i personally feel
that lic agnets have less knowledge or they ignore what consumer want or misguiding...

non receipt of unit statement of 2nd premium

i have taken lic money plus policy on 4/8/2007.the second premium was paid on 8/8/2008.i phoned many times to lic & my agent but still i have not received unit statment.policy no is[protected]....

No Branch in Rohini, Delhi.

About nine months ago there is a branch of LIC in sector-2, Rohini but since that it has been closed and we are asked to deposit our premium at Janak Puri Branch which is 10 Km away from Rohini area. You know that at present there is no branch of LIC in North West Delhi area like Pitam Pura, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini and outer Delhi area.
Kindly let me know when and where the new branch of LIC will be open in Rohini area,...

During January '2008 I have sent letter for change of SB ACCOUNT NO. in connection with the pension amount being transferred to me through EC system directly to my SB ACCOUNT NO .12882 with, Indian Oversea Bank, Thaltej Branch.
