I HAD REQUEST FOR MY LIC DUPLICATE POLICY NO:[protected] ON DT[protected] FOR THAT ALL DOCUMENTS I SUMBITED ON SAME DAY BUT STIL TODAY I CANT RECEIVED MY POLICY FOR THAT I HAVE VISITED TO BRANCH 92B(AMBERNATH)I MEET WITH MANGESH PALEKAR HE FAIL TO GIVE ME POSITIVE RESPONCE AND TOLD ME TO LOOK THIS MATTER IN SANGLI BRANCH BECAUSE THIS POLICY IS TRANSFER FROM SANGLI TO AMBERNATH & HE IS USING VERY RUDE LANGUAGE.& HE TOLD ME HE HAS MUCH MORE OTHER WORK TO DO.SO PLEASE YOU LOOK THIS MATTER AND HELP ME TO GET MY DUPLICATE POLICY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I had purchase LIC's ULIP scheme. For the last three years I am regularly paying annual premium but till to date LIC had not sent me any statement of account whereas as per SEBI guidelines they should sent me statemnt after every new subscription to my account. I had written to LIC but no response is given.
I had also complained to SEBI and IRDA but no response again.

I had applied for Amulya jeevan LIC policy through a agent at LIC Office jayanagar branch, Banglaore. I have submitted all the required documents and Chq payble to LIC india led for Rs 12, 400/=. I also finished medical examination which is a prerequisite for the same.

The amount was deducted from my account on 12th Dec 2008. Its more than 3 months i have finished my medical test, submited the required docuements & paid the first premium. I have followed up with the agent more than 50 times so far and now he is not answering to my calls.


I am glad to transfer this to another LIC agent who can follow up on this and get me the policy at the earliest.

Is there a way to report this to higher officials in LIC, who can take action against such agents.

Lastly i would like to address this in consumer court.

I am having a endowmentLIC Policy No.[protected]for a sum assured of Rs 50, 000/-) with LIC, Gandhinagar, 1 st main road, Adayar branch, Chennai. Due to my change of job, my residential address has changed. I have written three/ four letters to LIC, Adayar br, for change of address. However they have not changed my address. i have also once rang up to the branch tel no.[protected]. However they have kept aside the phone & not taken my new address. I have also sent two e-mails to their [protected]@licindia.com, but there was no reply.

The premium amount for the policy[protected] is debited from my account with late fee(1817) on 02/03/2009, but i have payed the amount as cash also because the premium was not scheduled for payment in my icici net banking bill payment section. But without my knowledge the amount is debited from my account. I wanted one of the amount paid, debited back to my account.
I have informed respective person about this, and even filed a complaint on 05/03/2009 in the lic website also. But they haven't yet attended it and no action is taken yet.

Please help me regarding this.

We have taken housing loan in year 2003 we had applied on floating rate of interest.

Whenever there was increase in market rate of interest our emi was increased according for the same month. But now when the rate of interest is lower their has been no effect on our EMI.

I would like to know the reason for why such discrepancy.

My money back policy installment (policy no[protected] is due on 9.3.2009, which I have not received so far. I am presently working as an AGM at SBI, Corp Centre, Mumbai and the present address (reproduced below) was given earlier to LIC.

I am sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the staff appointed by LIC of India, the biggest Insurance Group of India, don’t know how to deal with the customers, they misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to give them the complete support to solve the problem if some mistake has been occurred from whom so ever. all staff manage the branch on own rule
when launch 1:30 to 2:15pm they doing launch on 2:30 pm working time also say that collection counter & branch manager says that this is month of march and said that we not to collect the perimum cheque the counter is close i think close time is 3:45pm. what this there is some rules and regulation or not. pls some action against on them.

Dear Sir,
My policy no.[protected], originated from Branch 12H, Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi and currently with Branch III, Patna, Bihar. I have beenregularly Paying my premium through internet banking but not getting receipts for the same.My policy status shows that my premium are due since year 2006 on website.

I received aletter from Branch regarding this dated 19-01-09 showing premium due from year 2005 and amount of RS.16202 to be deposited to this Branch.When I complained on portal I got the reply that my premiums are being received regularly and next premium due is on March 2009. I have shown all these to the concerned authority but he was asking about the receipt of year 2005. Unfortunately i did not receive the same issued from LIC. Although I have receipt issued by SBI through which I was paying my premiums.In that receipt LICs acknowledgement number is also mentioned(47568) Payment date was[protected].THis amount was also debited to my A/c .

I therefore request you to, Please lookinto the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.

My loan a/c no :[protected] dt.12/11/07 - with interest rate of 10.25 from Thane ( Mumbai - Mahararstra ).So far no of times interest rates must have been fluctuated but no information has been received by me from LICHFL so far.

The staff is forcing most of the customers turning to their branch office ( Thane ) to go to Agents and put make your applications thro' agents only.

The whole business has been chanelised thro' Agents, those who try to ditch customers with false committments, wrong informations, wrong guidence and nothing goes in a authetic way in the said branch.

The current branch Manager seems to be a good person Mr.Mohan, but the whole staff ( including Mrs.Chitale ) has some hands-in-gloves with agents to ensure most of the business thro' Agents.

So beware of the said institute.Not worth to deal with for an educated customers.

Dear Sir,


Since the date of claim the investigating officerS have

repeatedly harassed me by interviewing me on the facts of

death of my only Son, which gives me mental agonies & tortures.

The claim is intentionally delayed for some vested interests

on the plea of malafied intentions.


If at all i had malafied intentions for monetary gain out of

death of my only son i would have insured him for a huge amount.

Further you people should note it carefully that any amount

of money even is not sufficient for me to consider it as

eqivalent to the life of my only son .


Hence i have decided to sue you both officially & personally

for causing me mental torture intentionally.


Before doing that a time period of 15 days is given to u

to settle the matter.

Dear Sir,
I am a regular employee and presently working as Associate Professor in Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner. My total salary is about 4 lakhs (pre-revised) per annum and I have taken no loan from any of the agencies.
Recently I have purchased a plot in UIT colony in Bikaner and applied for house loan of Rs.12, 00, 000/- in LIC HFL, Bikaner on 10 Jan., 2009 for construction of a house. I preferred to take a loan from this agency as there is MoU between LIC HFL and RAU, Bikaner and secondly I was told that taking loan from this agency is convenient. Unfortunately the original patta of this plot was lost by the person from whom I purchased this plot. However, a verified copy of the patta of this plot has been issued by the Sub Registrar Office, Bikaner which is a legal document for this plot. Further, I also got this plot registered in my name. Simultaneously, I also got permission for construction of the house on this plot from UIT, Bikaner. I showed all these documents to Area Manager, LIC HFL, Bikaner Mr. Vikash Sehgal. He pointed out that original patta should have been there but suggested that a FIR in police station about the loss of the original patta may serve the purpose of mortgage to get loan. Later on FIR was lodged as per suggestion of the Area Manager. He also asked me to submit a letter from my office about regular deduction of the installments of the loan to LIC HFL. Mr. Sehgal also asked me to pledge my LIC policies if loan sanctioned, to which I agreed. I submitted all these documents and deposited Rs.1700/- as processing fee in LIC HFL for loan on 21.1.2009 (loan account No.[protected], app no.711587. After that I contacted several times Mr. Sehgal directly or through agent of LIC HFL but I do not know why my case was delayed by Mr. Sehgal. I tried to talk on his mobile but his response was not proper. Thereafter, I decided not to talk with him on this issue. I kept patience for a long time and finally on 3rd March, 2009 when I talked to my LIC HFL agent Mr. Aziz Bhati about the loan he informed me that my application for loan has not been approved and I cannot be given loan from LIC HFL. Then I talked to Mr. Sehgal and wanted to meet him in his office but he refused me to meet and suggested to collect all photo copies of documents from LIC HFL. I also requested Mr. Sehgal to give me a regret letter but he refused to give me any of letter by saying that such type of letters are not issued by this office.
I, therefore, request to kindly look into the matter and help me as it has disturbed my mental peace. Moreover, I am not able to understand why I was kept in dark for the two months, if loan was not be sanctioned. Why Mr. Sehgal asked to submit above mentioned documents and Rs.1700/- as processing fee. Besides I have deposited an amount of Rs.12, 000/- in UIT Bikaner for getting permission for construction of a house on this plot, which is also blocked.
