      From last 2 days, trying to logging into lic portal with correct user credential. However, everytime we are getting "network error, please try again later". I have noticed this happening after site maintenance that happend few days back.

          My self jakir hussain, policy holder of lic hojai branch (Assam)-782435. Below mentioned issues on me since a year,
          Problem no 1. Loan was avail inr 42000.00 on dated 14.12.2015... Since from the dated i am not able to pay my loan interest and principal amount in branch due to non cooperative behavior from employees of lici hojai (Assam)
          Complain 2. On dated 28.03.2019 survival benefit supposed to get as per policy bond declaration but same is awaiting till dated, contacted in lici hojai branch for my benefits and others issues neither getting any response or any help branch team, i am writing this for kind help to resolve my issues as earliest.

I need to change the spelling of [censored]ij to:- Kshitij Sarin. But Your Totally Unprofessional Agent Named:- Mr. Rohit Kapoor, Mob:- [protected] is not helping me in getting this change done. I am ready to give the Affidavit Required Along With All The Related Documents, But This Gentleman Named:- Mr. Rohit Kapoor (Your LIC Agent), Mob:- [protected] is not helping me in it. This Spoils The reputation of LIC to. Request The Concerned Authorities To Kindly Look Into This Matter & Do needful. One More Thing I Want To Confirm That Is There Any Provision So That The Commission Which Is Paid By The LIC to this Gentleman Against My Policy Can be stopped, if I give a written request for this to LIC.

                        I have made full payments against policy no.[protected] jeeven shree plan 112. The lic agent who sold me the policy had shown that rs 2 lac was supposed to be paid on 28th apr 2019 as partial maturity amount. This amount has not been credited till date.

                        Please check and let me know what is the reason.

                        Also would appreciate when will be the payout or payouts

                                  My husband, late shri ashok kumar nene, left us abode on 10-oct-19. He was holding a policy no.27379950, where death benefit was available.

                                  I filed a claim around the end of october'19 but i am yet to receive any claim benefit against the policy even after almost 9 months. I am presently living in ahmedabad and the situation is getting really painful to me.

                                  On inquiry, i have come to know that policy claim has not been processed as per lic system and the application has been pending for approval at zonal office.

                                  Sir, policies are taken believing that in the event of an eventuality, the nominee will get a claim as early as possible but to my dismay, i (Widow of deceased), a sr citizen, has to face hardship.

                                  I humbly once again request to settle the claim as early as possible. I have already submitted all requisite documents with application in oct'19 but no communication has been received by me till date.

                                  Lic is not even bothered to communicate to deceased family members and even my trailing mail dated dec 12, 2019 has not been replied. Policy claim is once again attached.

Lic payment id shmp[protected] and lic order no.9158026 dtd 09.06.2020 was sent by lic if india to me in their payment acknowledgement (Stating that payment was successful) i was advised that i will receive my lic premium payment receipt on my email id in id - [protected]@yahoo.com in next 48 hours. But, it is now 7 days passed and i have still not received the said premium payment receipt. Please help me and get the said premium payment receipt emailed to me on my email id - [protected]@yahoo.com
