    Respected sir/mam,

    In lichfl, if interest rate increases then lichfl increases rate of interest automatically without informing to customers but when interest rate decrease it is not decreases automatically, for decreasing every time it apply 10000 + 1800 = 11800 charges. I already submitted lots of complaint against lichfl but still no action taken on it.

    Kindly look into the matter asap.

            I am unable to login to customer portal from last 5 days as it shows the error "unable to connect to the network, please try again later."

            I would want to apply for loan so visited the branch but they said i need to apply online. The customer service is pathetic and no one response.

            I need this to be fixed asap if not arrange for manual processing of loan.

              Sir, i had paid the premium of a policy in https://ebiz.licindia.in/ this website through bill desk on 13/05/2020. The premium amount is rs 2545/- by the completion of the payment i had received a payment successful message but it is not updated in the website and the amount is debited from the bank and also i didn't receive the receipt of it. I had attached the image of payment successful message.

              Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

                Have two different user id of lic with spouse policies under them. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

                        Sir.LICHFL closed their site to submit application for moratorium. They didn't give any intimation to the barrowers. They are collecting 9.05 rate of interest from the existing customers. Remaining companies decreased rate of interest. But LICHFL yet not decreased. Sir.please look into this issue. How can we pay EMI in this critical situation.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              My name is yashovardhan milind bichu and i writing to your regarding my hard earned money which i have lost as i was unable to afford the premium of the policies which i had started few years back with lic. The details of my policies are mentioned below for your reference, currently i have more than 1 lac rupees which i have invested in lic in different policies and now i am unable to find any way to get the money back.

                              When i started the policies i was able to afford the premium and so i started investing, after that in 2017 i relocated to pune and since then i need all my income for my expenses and therefore i am not in a position to afford the high premiums of the policy which i had taken. I checked online and also with multiple people in lic whether i can get back the money from lic but they all said that it is not possible and i have to pay the premiums for atleast 3 years to get 30% of the premiums back which i cannot afford right now.

                              My request to you is, as a customer centric organization please charge some penalty for surrendering the policy and please refund the balance amount to me. The amount is more than 1 lac rupees and i am not even able to trace the exact amount from the portal. It is unfair that you keep the entire sum with you in such situation.

                              The covid-19 situation will have a further impact on my earnings and i am therefore requesting you to help me in this regard. Please help to cancel the below policies and also to process the refund for the balance amount. I request you to look at this request emphatically and help with a solution accordingly.
