Hearwith, i bring to your kind notice that, i have 4 policy at lic/madurai under salary saving scheme. Due to immediate financial need, i have decided to surrender my saral policy. Policy no[protected]. I have started this policy on 2009, monthly premium rs 1000.
An employee at lic office madurai code no-748, delt with me. On05.02.2020. I enquired about surrender value. He explained about that &informed that this process will be completed within 2-5 days. So i went on 07.02.2020 with all necessary things even with revinue stamp. After surrendering, he told that this process will be over within 2 weeks. He is not genuine with his words. Anyway i left. No explanations about anyprocess (Or) any letter were not given to me. I was waiting patiently till 20.02.2020. On 21.02.2020, at 3.00pm. I went to that same employee to know about my policy status. No steps were taken & he was telling that 2 more weeks will be taken to process it. I am so disappointed with his speech. I met branch chief manager. To him, the dealing person told that he was waiting for february salary recovery on march, after that only he will process. Previously, during surrender, he told to wait only for 2 weeks (14days), but now he is telling all unnecessary reasons. Lic services to customer became. Very poor. Lic is not for customet only for their employees and agents. I have 4 policies at lic. Now i thought of surrending all those policies. Because of their employees negligence & poor services.
