I am policyholder and i want to pay renewal premium, but at branch they charge the late fee, i am staying in red zone/containment zone area at worli. Therefore unable to pay the premium within the extended grace period but now at branch they are charging late fee. I request at branch to waive the late fee but they refused.
I request you kindly waive the late fee of following policies and oblige.

    Dear sir,
    This is kuldip sahota i receive monthly payments against my pension plan lic policy #[protected] for rs 978/pm in my direct deposit account of sbi chandigarh, punjab india
    Recently i received a email from your end regarding my live certificate. These days i am in usa and i got stuck here as of covit19 virus, therefore i got the live certificate notorised from notory public of this state in usa and try to forward it...

    I am not able to retrieve through normal process of ' forget user id/password' through customer portal

      Dear Sir,
      I have 10 no of LIC policy but non of the premiums have been taken from March 2020 till date though all policy have auto ECS system from my salaried account Axis Bank. Have sufficient money for premium payment. Now I am really astonished why LIC is not taking premium through that auto mode and why not they are not given me any intimation. I will not give any penalty because of LIC official problem. I am really worried about LIC . Please investigate and take necessary action immediately through my auto ECS system.         Dear sir,
        I deposited premium of my policies online through your online portal on 3 june 2020. Transaction no. Upi/[protected]/p2v/lic. [protected]@hdfcba.. Of rs.4903/-.
        But my policies fup is not updated till now.
        Pls check the transaction if it is wrong kindly refund my payment in my bank account. Or adjust in the premium of my policies.

                I gowreesh malhan has taken a lic policy (Komal jevan plan) on 28/07/2004, in which my father (Late mr. Anil malhan) was proposer as i was minor at that time. My father died in 2008 and according to policy terms if proposar dies then there is no need to pay further premium and policy matured on due date. On death of proposer i was eligible for premium waiver benefit and term rider benefit. Value of term rider benefit is rs. 20000 which was paid to me. But lic wrongly treated the payment of term rider benefit as death claim. Now the status of policy is being showed as death claim paid as per their records while the policy is to be continued even after the death of the proposer.

                Details of lic policy are as follows -
                Policy no. =[protected]
                Branch = 177 (Hisar - 1)
                Divison = rohtak

                I gowrish malhan would be eligible to receive following payments –
                On 28/07/2020 = rs. 20000
                On 28/07/2022 = rs. 20000
                On 28/07/2024 = rs. 30000
                On 28/07/2026 = rs. 30000
                On 28/07/2028 = bonus + maturity amount
                Original policy bond and all other documents are attached. Please do the needful as early as possible so that i can receive payments on time.

                    Interest rate not decrease automatically

                    Respected sir/mam,

                    In lichfl, if interest rate increases then lichfl increases rate of interest automatically without informing to customers but when interest rate decrease it is not decreases automatically, for decreasing every time it apply 10000 + 1800 = 11800 charges. I already submitted lots of complaint against lichfl but still no action taken on it.

                    Kindly look into the matter asap....

                          I am unable to login to customer portal from last 5 days as it shows the error "unable to connect to the network, please try again later."

                          I would want to apply for loan so visited the branch but they said i need to apply online. The customer service is pathetic and no one response.

                          I need this to be fixed asap if not arrange for manual processing of loan.

                            Sir, i had paid the premium of a policy in https://ebiz.licindia.in/ this website through bill desk on 13/05/2020. The premium amount is rs 2545/- by the completion of the payment i had received a payment successful message but it is not updated in the website and the amount is debited from the bank and also i didn't receive the receipt of it. I had attached the image of payment successful message.

                            Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              Have two different user id of lic with spouse policies under them. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.
