Dear sir/madam, i made online payment of a half-yearly premium of rs.5446.86 against lic policy no.[protected] through credi card on 16.06.2020 at 10:53:21 hours under payment id - saxg[protected] & lic order no. 9931466. However, neither the premium payment receipt is sent in my e-mail

Nor acknowledged in my mobile no.
[protected].
Kindly ensure sending it without further delay. Regards

      I have made full payments against policy no.[protected] jeeven shree plan 112. The lic agent who sold me the policy had shown that rs 2 lac was supposed to be paid on 28th apr 2019 as partial maturity amount. This amount has not been credited till date.

      Please check and let me know what is the reason.

      Also would appreciate when will be the payout or payouts
      What is the sum assured, guaranteed addition and loyalty bonus calculation for my policy

        I'm able to get message on phone number and email id password reset request otp
        Password rest also successful, however the when i login, portal mentions not such a user exists this happened on 21 june 2020.

                My husband, late shri ashok kumar nene, left us abode on 10-oct-19. He was holding a policy no.27379950, where death benefit was available.

                I filed a claim around the end of october'19 but i am yet to receive any claim benefit against the policy even after almost 9 months. I am presently living in ahmedabad and the situation is getting really painful to me.

                On inquiry, i have come to know that policy claim has not been processed as per lic system and the application has been pending for approval at zonal office.

                Sir, policies are taken believing that in the event of an eventuality, the nominee will get a claim as early as possible but to my dismay, i (Widow of deceased), a sr citizen, has to face hardship.

                I humbly once again request to settle the claim as early as possible. I have already submitted all requisite documents with application in oct'19 but no communication has been received by me till date.

                Lic is not even bothered to communicate to deceased family members and even my trailing mail dated dec 12, 2019 has not been replied. Policy claim is once again attached.

                  I had paid online annual premium of rs. 1, 398/- on 09.06.2020 by my hdfc bank debit card for policy no.[protected] in the name of tina watwani. Lic payment id shmp[protected] and lic order no.9158026 dtd 09.06.2020 was sent by lic if india to me in their payment acknowledgement (Stating that payment was successful) i was advised that i will receive my lic premium payment receipt on my email id in id - [protected]@yahoo.com in next 48 hours. But, it is now 7 days passed and i have still not received the said premium payment receipt. Please help me and get the said premium payment receipt emailed to me on my email id - [protected]@yahoo.com

                        I am policyholder and i want to pay renewal premium, but at branch they charge the late fee, i am staying in red zone/containment zone area at worli. Therefore unable to pay the premium within the extended grace period but now at branch they are charging late fee. I request at branch to waive the late fee but they refused.

                          Dear sir,
                          This is kuldip sahota i receive monthly payments against my pension plan lic policy #[protected] for rs 978/pm in my direct deposit account of sbi chandigarh, punjab india
                          Recently i received a email from your end regarding my live certificate. These days i am in usa and i got stuck here as of covit19 virus, therefore i got the live certificate notorised from notory public of this state in usa and try to forward it in original but it came back undelivered with the remarks unabe to forward. As such if you forward me the correct/relevant email of your office i can forward the scanned copy of my live certificate duly notorised as proof of my living
                          Otherwise nothing is possible at this stage when no flights are available or the risk of flying with medical conditions

                              I have 10 no of LIC policy but non of the premiums have been taken from March 2020 till date though all policy have auto ECS system from my salaried account Axis Bank. Have sufficient money for premium payment. Now I am really astonished why LIC is not taking premium through that auto mode and why not they are not given me any intimation. I will not give any penalty because of LIC official problem. I am really worried about LIC . Please investigate and take necessary action immediately through my auto ECS system.                                 But my policies fup is not updated till now.

                                        I gowreesh malhan has taken a lic policy (Komal jevan plan) on 28/07/2004, in which my father (Late mr. Anil malhan) was proposer as i was minor at that time. My father died in 2008 and according to policy terms if proposar dies then there is no need to pay further premium and policy matured on due date. On death of proposer i was eligible for premium waiver benefit and term rider benefit. Value of term rider benefit is rs. 20000 which was paid to me. But lic wrongly treated the payment of term rider benefit as death claim. Now the status of policy is being showed as death claim paid as per their records while the policy is to be continued even after the death of the proposer.

                                        Details of lic policy are as follows -
                                        Policy no. =[protected]
                                        Branch = 177 (Hisar - 1)
                                        Divison = rohtak

                                        I gowrish malhan would be eligible to receive following payments –
                                        On 28/07/2020 = rs. 20000
                                        On 28/07/2022 = rs. 20000
                                        On 28/07/2024 = rs. 30000
                                        On 28/07/2026 = rs. 30000
                                        On 28/07/2028 = bonus + maturity amount
                                        Original policy bond and all other documents are attached. Please do the needful as early as possible so that i can receive payments on time.
