I Rohan Vairagade purchased policy no[protected] in march 2020,
i paid first two months premium by cheque and signed NACH form for further premium paymnets. in first week of june month i received message that my NACH is activated . But still my monthly premium is not deducting from my account and did not receive my policy documents...

I booked complaint on your customer care no.[protected], complaint no. [protected], they assured me the complaint will be sort out within five working days but the problem still as it is...

      I do hereby declare that I have a policy with the no[protected] at Guwahati branch. I have not recieved the money back of the policy which had to came on 27.03.2008 till date. Now request you to look into the matter so that I can get my money back. I have attached herewith the necessary documents .

        I am a old consumer of lichfl since last 8 years. As indicated by lichfl the interest rate is being slashed by 6.9%. But i m being charged 9.5%

          I bought a 1cr pension policy 4 years before, the name of policy is jeevan akshay vi, i was not aware and no one told me that this policy can not be called off, i was nri when i bought the policy and i was not able read the policy term and condition mentioned in the bond as i was in abroad, please advice is there anyway i can get back my 1 cr.           My mobile no is 7337606611 and my email ID is [email protected] Policy no is 737213356 I bought a 1cr pension policy on 21.9.2019, the name of policy is Jeevan Akshay VI, I was not aware and no one told me that this policy can not be called off, I was NRI when I bought the policy and I was not able read the policy term and condition mentioned in the bond as I was in abroad, They simply told me that the lock in period of the policy is 4 years and I can cancel the policy after 4 years, please advice is there anyway I can get back my 1 cr . Thanks

              My policy no.[protected] had been matured in june'2020 and i had sent al the required forms and documents through e-mail at claims. [protected]@licindia in the month of july twice. But till date no response has been received so far. The landline telephone has not picked by the branch. So what can i do. Please suggest. I had sent my documents through e mail on the advise of your call centre.

                  Dear sirs,
                  I have availed a 30 L loan from LICHFL and that is the big mistake of my life; they never care for customer I noticed; they fleece you more than private loan sharks; still I was tempted when I recd a msg form LICHFL that I can reduce my interest rate from prevailing 9.5%, ; I logged in as they said, i was directed to my customer portal and then there was nothing, my typed msg was refused as "not valid'
                  In addition to being arrogant to customers, now they started ' fooling' customers. What is the logic - interest rates are increased without asking customer and for interest rate reduction, you have to 'rewrite' paying lot of money. Is there any Governance in India or is it a free for all

                    My name is pubali roy and my husband's name is avijit roy residing at howrah. Due to some reason we want to surrender our three lives in from two different branches. Our agent charges rs 1000 for all and we agree with him. After surrendered our policies he claim rs 2500 more. I disagree then misbehave with me. Then we decide we will pay rs 2000. Now he call my husband for money. My husband told him after getting the money from policy we will pay. Then he and his wife harrass and misbehave with my husband. We have call record also. Please help

                      Ananta prasad patra, ss policy no[protected], monthly premium-3017. Due to irresponsibility my policy is going to postpone. Every month my premium is deducted from my salary, but some are gaps. The officer doesn't listen and adjust the gaps. It is the second time reminder. Request, to solve the problem.

                        I have approached bangalore lic hfl division with payment of required fees to get lod, but they are saying that it can be provided after 30 days, where as same lic hfl in chennai is able to give same within 5 mnts.
                        I have required urgently this lod, as i will lose one month interest.

                          Hello team,

                          I, rakesh sinha, resident of delhi taken a lic policy (Tech-term) and made an online payment by credit card dated 07/06/20 favoring lic.
                          All the documents has been submitted and medical and other formalities has been completed but still no pilcy number has been given to me. Still struggling for the update but no luck on toll free number as well as other numbers and mail id.
                          I dont understand the reason why it is taking so longer?? Even the branch office staff is not responding to the situation at their best.
                          Please check and do let me know the procedure to get the policy number or any update for the same.

                              I hold lic policy bearing policy no[protected] in fort branch 913, mumbai. I had kept my policy with an a person whom i trusted and he assigned my policy on his name without my consent with the help of a corrupt officer in lic on basis of a forged signature on assignment form. The forged signature is not at all matching with my original signature on my pan card and passport. I have already given a written letter to the branch objecting not to make any payment to the fraud and i also submitted written letter in commissioner of police and dcp office in mumbai. I am not getting positive result of my appeal. Kindly help

                                  I have 3 policies with lic, out of which there was a auto debit for 1 premium (Policy #[protected] on 15/06/20 and the other 2 were not been debited. On 21/06/20 i then got the option to pay online hence made payments accordingly for the 2 policies[protected] &[protected] which were not debited. Now on 15/07/20 there was auto debit for 3 policies for the month of july. Also on 21st and 22nd there were again debits from my account for the amount of rs. 32, rs. 138.49, rs. 451.51 and rs. 48.40 for policies[protected] and[protected]. These were the debits for june 2020 which i already made payment on 21/06/20.
                                  Kindly assist how do i proceed in getting the double debit amount credited back to me

                                        My father was working with standard chartered bank. Post his retirement, he use to get pension which was subsequently transferred by standard chartered bank to life insurance corporation of india.
                                        With reference to the above mentioned annuities, have sent two emails to the following email ids during feb and april 2020. Till now, i have not received any revert or even know whether my email is reached concerned team of not.

                                        I lost my father and want to know, the validity of this nomination from his pension perspective.
                                        Can you please let us know what type of pension he had received all these years from the above 3 annuity reference number perspective.
                                        Is there any amount commuted by him towards his pension, which can be due to the survivor or the nominee.
                                        What are the procedures to be followed by us.
