    Dear sir,
    I am an nri working at saudi arabia iam having a jeevan anand policy no[protected] with branch 76k[protected] gudalur, the nilgiris, tamil nadu my policy due date was on[protected] i forget to pay the policy amount now i checked with online payment and got the information contact to the branch. My sister contacted the branch and they refused to collect the policy amount. What is the procedure for delay in payment. Kindly do the needfull.

      I paid the amount lic amount through billdesk payment page on 8th july 2020. Ref no is[protected] via bqr. Neither my payment status is reflected on the portal nor i have received payment receipt.

            First committed by Sangita madam loan incharge the second loan amount rs 16000 and a fresh loan amount rs 66000 and now Daulat more who is incharge of Neft update telling me there is no second loan and a fresh loan amount is 63000 and my loan application being lying in lic of india 919 branch since last three weeks and staff giving types of reasons such as courier not received, branch chairman got transferred, sangita madam ki bldg me corona ho gya bal bla bla and the agent Mr Mohandas thakre everything I have to tell him what to do he just passes the no of chairman, daulat more, sangita madam, kulkarni etc etc.. I m going to give complaint in news paper so that everyone is alert whether to take lic policy from lic of india or not

                    Lic agents (Niranjan ch mistry) is the agent at barrackpore office (Wb) cheated since last 1 year, after taken the 1st and some other quarterly premium to open a new policy, but still we are not received the policy paper, even number too. Every time he told that would give you next month. Need strong action against these cheater pls.

                      I om prakash swarnkar, applied for “relief - covid 19” for reschedulement of pre emi / emi taken fromlic housing finance ltd, kota, rajasthan on there website.
                      Before 2 months, i applied for my daughter's education loan in sbi bank, kota, rajasthan and there i came to know that my cibil score has been reduced due to the non-payment of my emi which was relieved under the scheme and the entire emi amount of 4 months has been considered as default amount and that affected my cibil score.

                      I visited the branch and now they are aking me to pay the entire amount of the moratorium period that is the default amount which is not possible in covid-19 situation. Also, this is not as per rbi guidelines. Why banks and lic housing finance are not following the norms.

                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                      The “Relief - COVID 19” for the Reschedulement of Pre EMI / EMI was provided by the government and that amount which is not paid in this moratorium period should not be considered as due or default amount and should not have affected my credit score.

                      Low credit score which I'm not liable for is a mistake of LIC housing finance limited for not considering the moratorium period rescheduling of the payment. Asking for money in this situation is very unprofessional. Also, I'm unable to pay so and I opted for this, of which I have proof.

                      Not accepting the education loan application of my daughter because of my low credit score is affecting her future which is unacceptable. How will I manage her fees now?

                        Before 2 months, I applied for my daughter's education loan in SBI bank, and there I came to know that my CIBIL score has been reduced due to the non-payment of my EMI which was relieved under the scheme and the entire EMI amount of 4 months has been considered as default amount and that affected my CIBIL score.

                        I visited the branch and now they are aking me to pay the entire amount of the moratorium period that is the default amount which is not possible in COVID-19 situation. Also, This is not as per RBI guidelines. Why banks and LIC Housing finance are not following the norms.

                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                            I am annoyed by frequent automated promotional phone calls from lic. Everytime the number is different so i cant even block it.
                            Eg below are few samples

                            [protected], 07/07/20
                            [protected], 09/07/20

                            This is very unprofessional and unethical from reputed company like lic.
                            Can you stop 5his practice and at least give a way to consumers to opt out?
                            I have raised several complaint with dnd registry but no avail. It is high time indian govt strictly takes action against such practices.

Payment date 07/07/2020 14:20:00. Payment through :- debit card. Payment amount :-6350.00... Policy number :[protected].
                                        These are details of trasanction... But no receipt is generated along with policy number.[protected].. Pls generate receipt with policy number and send to mu mail [protected]@gmail.com
