The payment was not sucessful but amount was debited and reciept also not generated, because of that i paid again for those receipt as thats is the last day to pay the reciept in lic branch else my license would have been cancelled. I thought the issue is with bank and contacted bank and googlepay customer care and confirmed their payment was succesful and it got transfered to lic payment desk. Below the transaction details: 1) invoice id: 81743075 amount:25131.34 payment date:30/12/2019 payment mode 1st time :googlepay payment mode 2nd time: lic branch 2) invoice id: 81739807 amount:731 payment date:30/12/2019 payment mode 1st time :googlepay payment mode 2n

I have done a payment on the month of JAN in lic merchant portal through google pay for Merchant Id:A0078276L. The payment was not sucessful but amount was debited and because of that I paid again for those receipt as thats is the last day to pay the reciept. So the payment is done twice. I thought the issue is with bank and contacted bank and googlepay customer care and confirmed their payment was succesful and it got transfered to lic payment desk. Below the transaction details: 1) Invoice Id: 81743075 Amount:25131.34 Payment date:30/12/2019 Kindly help me to sort out this issue. So that i can recieve my amount which is paid twice

    I was subscribing for jeevan saral policies on the name of my daughters and am assured that on maturity i will get 120000 each for both policies but after maturity i was paid partially i. E rs 75000 each. According the jeevan saral table it is clear that on maturity the amount should be rs120000. Accordingly i have lodged a grievance vide no [protected] and [protected] with the lic grievance portal but no response either from the office or from the grievance forum. I also wish to register a complaint with irda, in this regard. My lic jeevan saral policy nos are as under :-

      I had applied on 19/02/2011 in lic but i had not sold a single policy but till now my code is showing active. Agency code 11407426, license no [protected]. I had visited several times in lic branch code 0426, but still they had denied to give me noc. I had also mailed to [protected]@irda.gov.in but still not resolved. I am working in exide life insurance since 01/07/2015 (Emp i'd 63231) but this cause is affecting my employment. Please help to give me noc.

        I made a online payment of rs 1513.00 against policy no[protected] around 09:21 pm on 15/01/2020 through scanning qr code in upi payment.

        Transaction reference no rhd[protected]

        I scanned the qr code in upi payment through my bhim app and the payment was successful and i got message from my bank that the amount rs 1513.00 was debited from my account. But the page remain still and no confirmation message was displayed.

        And there was no confirmation message came from lic nor any email.

          I am getting continuous call from LIC related to new policies and product. I am getting about 200 to 300 calls in a day on my mobile # [protected]. I have NOT registered my mobile in LIC site to get any promotion call. Due to calls from LIC my mobile always busy and unable to get my important calls.
          Please request you stop all calls from LIC related to product/policy information call from LIC.

          My fathers name got misspelled in my policy.I had approached many times but he refused to get it correct.

          As policy bond is an important document I want to correct my fathers name in that but I am unable to do so.

            I have used old portal and was able to login previously. As soon as they upgraded portal even if I have given corrent details it is giving as
            User does not exist for the given policy details

            No response from them.

            So since last year I am not able to use my login for LIC.

                        Lic website's availability is very poor.

                        Mostly it is down and does not even open on lightest of browsers.

                        It is so difficult to pay premium online and if we miss it because of website's problem then who is responsible for that?

                        I am not in india and cannot physically pay the premium. This is so unacceptable and underdevelopment in today's era in a country where it is one major source of income for economy.

                            The website of LIC (licindia.in) is not responding. I have 3 LIC policies and I have to pay premium by logging in. Not able to access the site. I have been trying for the past 5hrs.
                            LIC claims that it contributes about 25% Govt of India expenses. Cant maintain the website better?

                                Lost my all paper of annuity detail such as no & police no. I was employee of basf india ltd bokaro unit having head office at mumbai. The details are as follows : name : priyesh ranjan verma, dob :23/09/1945, company basf india ltd. Bokaro unit, head office at mumbai. I received my amount till january 2017 after that i am not received any amount. The amount rs.228/- pm transfer to my a/c no [protected] of hdfc bank ltd. Gandhidham oslo branch.                                         Date of maturity: 28/10/2019
                                        Documents submitted at lic office kothagudem branch on 06/11/2019. Regret to inform that in spite of regular follow up, with all the concerned at the branch office including branch manager, the maturity benefit is not credited to my account till date i. E. Even after one month of submission.
