I want to say that i, ajay singh s/o jai singh bought a policy on the name of my daughter anushikha (Policy no.[protected]. With this policy i took a loan of inr 39495 on 7 september 2010. I paid this loan with interest on 27 september 2014. The amount was paid through a lic agent ‘vikram singh’ by a check uco bank (Check no. 993066) but i did not get bond of this policy till now. I paid all premiums and other payment of this policy but this amount is still not submitted completely by lic department.

I have written application to lic of india branch deoband many times regarding the issue. But i never got any information or any kind of help due to which i am distressed from past 4 years.

I mailed and informed about the issue many time to lic branch and [protected]@licindia.com, but no action was taken from their side.

On 29 september 2019, i complained at consumercomplaints.in and i got a reply from your side that my complaint has been forwarded to life insurance corportation of india but still i havenot received any response from lic.

I am waiting from past 5 years but lic is not taking any action. Please tell some another way to solve my problem.

    This has with reference to the said policies wherein i requested your office for Loan cum Revival and had undergone Medical Tests as required by your authorities twice. It is already one year over since i did my Medical Tests but till now there is no correspondence or reply from your office. We were very much hopeful about LIC in the beginning and went for 4 big policies in my name and one more name Smt. Jonnalagadda Jyothi but we are very very unhappy with the way LIC went dumb to our owes.

    You are hereby requested to settle my amount along with interest to my following Bank Account immediately without any further delay as LIC by all means had failed to revive my Policy.

      No one should take any policy from lic. These guys are cheaters. You will get into infinite loop and all the hard earned money of innocent people will be lost. Biggest frauds and scammers.

      My policy has clause of money back every five years for which i am paying premiums on time. Even if i miss premium of 4k for 1 time they will charge interest and late fee of 500-1000. Now when its there time to give money they will simply ignore it. Its been more then 3-4 months and i have been continuously following with them but no result. I curse the day when i took the policy from these guys. Now its enough i am going to file a consumer case against these guys and will make sure no innocent people will fall in there trap.

        I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. Now while updating the aadhar no. And pan no. Online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

I had sent the application (Dated 7/12/18) to branch manager lic of india - 11 u, sco-34, huda complex, sec 12 faridabad, regarding releasing the policy amount of policy no.[protected] of my husband, but with the conspiracy of manoj setia and officials of lic, lic of india - 11 u, sco-34, huda complex, sec 12 faridabad branch released the policy amount to manoj setia in illegal manner even after receiving my application dated 7/12/18.               I am using sodexo meal pass for buying our monthly provisions in nearby departmental store, at pattukottai cholan super market. After completion of my purchase they are charging 4% extra on my bill amount. Kindly confirm if this is the procedure of collecting or charging extra money for sodexo card. But i came to know in thanjavur they not charging extra money for purchese.

                  In above reference i have submitted the same to lic of india branch 92-h on 30th august 2019 and got it acknowledged by the staff. But i am getting sms on mobile about non submission from september till to-day atleast 10 sms. I have sent mail in this respect to lic of india ipp cell western zonal office to their mail [protected]@licindia.com. Whenever i get sms on mobile i sent mail to above mail id, at least so far sent 5 mails for which i have not received any reply. Kindly look into this complaint.

                    I have taken a loan from lic hfl (Loan a/c no.[protected] and completed the loan by september 10th, 2019 with all dues cleared. When approached the branch they told me i will get an intimation to collect the documents after 2 weeks on sep 10th. But till date i have not received any communication from lic hfl. They are not attending any of the phone calls made to the below numbers. Are these existing numbers.

                    If i write to the helpdesk, they say i must visit the branch. I have visited the branch before and given my correct communication address in order to get the intimation letter.

                        I am existing customer of lichfl. I currently having 2 loan in lichfl. When If RBI increasing Repo rate then lichfl also increasing the same within a month but when RBI decreasing Repo rate then lichfl can't decreasing the rate. After contacting them they force to pay extra money for decreasing the rate. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                          Sir,

                          My pol no.[protected] serviced by chinchwad br-95 b - pune dn. Was maturing on 28.09, 2019 and after getting the sms from lic i approached the branch on 17.09.2019 to surrender my original policy documents and as there were no officials available in the claims department, i approached the single window service section and told them that i want to surrender the policy for maturity settlement. Immediately they issued some forms which i returned with my signature/adhar card/pan card and requested for the settlement of maturity claim to my utter surprise and this may an amount of rs.308, 070.00 got credited to my a/c on 19.09.2019 as the maturity of the policy was due only on 28.09.2019 i did not understand why the amount got credited early. On approaching the branch again i was shocked to hear that my policy was prematurely surrendered instead of settlement of maturity claim. The maturity claim due under the policy was rs.250, 000.00 (Sa) + bonus 79, 000/- + fab rs, 8000/- totaling to rs.3, 57.000.00. Where as i was paid only rs.308, 070. A whooping difference of rs.48, 300/- this has happened due to the sheer negligence of the concerned officials who did not differentiate between surrender of the policy and maturity of the policy. The maturity date was 10 days ahead of the date of surrender and the officials who put up and passed the surrender payment should have thought for a while i was misled by the officials in giving me the surrender application instead of obtaining the maturity claim. I am lodging this complaint and i request the life insurance corporation of india to redress this issue and settle me the difference amount of rs. 48, 300.00 immediately least i will be forced to take further suitable steps seeking justice

                            I never subscribed to lic calls then also they keep calling me. I want to file complaint againt them.

                            Lic calls me at least once in a day and robot talk "welcome to lic..."

                            I have informed my mobile operator regarding this but they are not helping me out.

                            Please help me to unsubscribe from these spam calls.

                                For the policy no[protected] dt 28/12/2008, i had paid a single premium of rs 74227, and received original policy.
                                The maturity of the same is on 28.12.2018, hence after receiving the maturity forms from the respected office i had sighned the same and submitted to the respected office with all the required forms duly enclosed, and the original policy also surrendered to the office.
                                Now it is almost 10 months over, but till today i have not received the maturity amount.
                                I request to settle the issue immediatly without referring the issue to the courts and all.

                                    LIC of India e-services portal is extremely slow and does not connect most of the times. I am unable to access any service provided by LIC and not able to pay the premium also. Such a most-used website nationwide providing an important service like insurance being not maintained is very sad.

                                      Dear sir
                                      I paid the lic premium timely in kashipur lic office on[protected] by check amount 17624 on policy 07 No.
                                      But they have hold my check due to my mistake I have filled extra amount by policy amount.
                                      But they have not informed me by Lic office till[protected].
                                      After I call to lic office then they have told me your check is on hold.
                                      Mistake of lic office staff i have to pay late fee. When I have gone to talk to then they have told me that Chek is with us but they have not given any information to me by post or call timely because of that I have to pay late fee and when I say to them that I will complain to manager then they say that you can put RTI then after that I have talk to manager then he also misbehave take the action toward the staff and slve my problem. You have to inform me after taking action toward staff.
