Hai there, my dad died on 18/09/2019, then i applied for death claim, (Policy no[protected] they took all necessary documents and said nothing, after 20days submission now they are telling me it is not attested we can't move forward, why don't they tell before taking, now again i have to go 35km far away to reach regional branch, total waste of time and money too, unsatisfied, don't know why you people accept it, if it is not attested, you people have to tell us before we submitting, but never care, after 20days of submission now you guys are telling us it's not attested, and one more thing there is a person named ankama rao, who is working as a div officer in cumbum branch, he never care about customers or policy holders he never come on time as usual, even don't know how to fill death form i think he need 1month or more time to fill the single form, even after 7days he didn't fill death form, i went another guy who filled death form better than your employees, and, your agents don't know any thing, i don't want my children will suffer like this. We have policys, and don't want to continue if there is a option, very disappointed, unsatisfied
Let's how will i go to your seniors or higher official, customer satisfaction is very important thing to any organisation

    I have given lic assistant exam with good attempt. Though i am not shortlisted for mains. Vacancy in my zone is 51 and selected candidates are 588. As compared to other zones where vacancy is 98 they have shortlisted 1891 candidates., i request lic to please re-examine my scores as this is very important to me. I have requested my zone crm also but no reply.

      I want to say that i, ajay singh s/o jai singh bought a policy on the name of my daughter anushikha (Policy no.[protected].

      With this policy i took a loan of inr 39495 on 7 september 2010. I paid this loan with interest on 27 september 2014. The amount was paid through a lic agent ‘vikram singh’ by a check uco bank (Check no. 993066) but i did not get bond of this policy till now. I paid all premiums and other payment of this policy but this amount is still not submitted completely by lic department.

      I have written application to lic of india branch deoband many times regarding the issue. But i never got any information or any kind of help due to which i am distressed from past 4 years.

      I mailed and informed about the issue many time to lic branch and [protected]@licindia.com, but no action was taken from their side.

      On 29 september 2019, i complained at consumercomplaints.in and i got a reply from your side that my complaint has been forwarded to life insurance corportation of india but still i havenot received any response from lic . Now I am complaining for the third time on consumercomplaints.in.

      I am waiting from past 5 years but lic is not taking any action. Its been a long time and I can't wait more. If you are not able to solve please tell me some other way to solve it.

            Respected sir, i did lic endowment 814 policy. Before i paid propasal amount inb. O. C way. On b. O. C reciept my name typed spelling mistake. Polcy did with same b. O. C number.
            But on lic bond my name is correct.
            Now my doubt is,
            Is it any problem comes by boc in future?
            Lic agent said, no problem if spelling mistake on b. O. C.
            Bond is importent. Tq.

              LIC office send the money my old bank account which was closed, due to not updated new bank account with LIC-(Jagdishpur Branch Uttar Pradesh, ), mature amount return to LIC Office.

              I have Updated my current bank account with LIC-(Jagdishpur Branch Uttar Pradesh), in June 2019.

              Mr. S.K. Sharma Branch manager assure me, mature amount t/f to your bank account within 10 ten days.

              I was call him many time during July 2019 to November 2019, they always told that within 10-12 days make the payment.

              Recently when I call me they blow a fuse.

                Could you please check why this mismatch showing by your emplyee. Is this they are doing to increase RATE OF INTEREST. If so then I will cancel my home loan application.

                  The mthly annuity pension was being remitted to my account no. Maintained in pmc co-op bank, oshiwara branch, mumbai.

                  Due to the recent restrictions imposed by rbi, had requested for the change in bank i. E. Dena bank, lokhandwala branch. The said request for the change of bank letter was couriered to yourselves p&gs dept, new india bldg, vile parle west on 4th oct 2019.

                  Kindly note that the annuity pension for oct 2019 has not yet been credited to my dena bank account. However, the annuity pension for nov 2019 has been recd in my dena bank account.

                  Request you to check your records and get the annuity pension for oct 2019 released and credited to my dena bank account at the earliest

                      Diagnosis: acute ischemic stroke
                      Hospital: artemis hospital gurgaon
                      Total expense at the time of discharge: inr 81000.00
                      Claim settled by life insurance on 4th november 2019 for only inr 45794.00

                      My grievance:
                      I was discharged from the hospital on 13th july at 12:00 noon. The settlement did not come from life insurance (Tpa) till late evening. I could not have waited in the corridors with holter machine attached to my chest all day so we had to pay the bill ourselves and leave the hospital. Later in the evening we got a message that inr 65000+ has been approved by tps/life insurance department but we could not avail that as we had already paid at the hospital. Later we submitted all the documents for reimbursement. This was done on 14th august 2019. This is when my nightmare started. Every time i would send someone to their office in east of kailash or noida to check on the update; i would get to hear "you have not deposited this document or that document" which would finally be found in their file. Either they would say, we have sent you a query letter and you have not responded... So one excuse or the other but i kept submitting the documents again and again as per their demand and kept following up by visits and phones. Finally the settlement came into my account as late as on 4th november i. E. After 2 and half months and that too only for inr 45794.00. I fail to understand why and how did it reduce by almost 20000 rupees from the last approval. Why did it take so long when they already had approved the payment on 13th july itself. I am firstly a retired person and on top of it a brain stroke patient trying to recover, do you think this kind of stress and attitude will be helpful to me. I have been diligently paying my annual subscriptions for last decade and this is what i get that too for such a small amount? Will someone come forward and take the responsibility of treating us citizens with little better attitude? Is this why we are loyal to our national insurance and not going to private players in the same domain? It is highly unacceptable and i feel so helpless. I have now spend inr 20000.00 more on my follow-up treatment i. E. Mri of the brain and spine + ecg + blood tests. How should i apply for reimbursement of the same? I hope somebody will take necessary action to settle my complaint.

                          I am unable to login to lic portal. Once i enter all details and click on submit it shows error message "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." i tried with my mobile number and email also. But still shows same error. I sent to support portal as well but no response from them.

                            I have received the mail communication from [protected]@rblbank.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to lic and i have not received any mail confirmation from lic for the receipt of payment.
                            Also when i checked for the premium paid online certificate in lic it showing that 'no premium is paid by you between the period 01/11/2019 and 13/11/2019'

                              The above number annuitant a/c is being processed from your p&g branch of sanjay palace lic branch situated at agra. Since april 2019, my annuity amount is not being transferred into my bob account in thane mumbai maharashtra.
                              At present, being a senior citizen, i am being looked after by my son.
                              My present address is
                              A401, solitaire heights new golden nest bhayandar east thane mumbai maharashtra 401105.
                              The amount was being transferred into my account by ecs.
                              I have been continuously writing to the branch manager to let me know as to why the payment is stopped.
                              Instead of replying to me the branch manager has shifted my issue to some other department.
                              I have written to this department a number of times but to no use.
                              Hence this complaint.
                              May i request your good self to transfer my annuity account to your bhayandar east lic branch?
                              I am 75yrs of age.

                                This is a complaint regarding the policy from lic.
                                I paid rs.36000 for 1 policy 814/6 and did not receive any details from the company.

                                  I need to reset my password to login to the lichfl customer portal. It returns an invalid account error. At one time it says account number needs to be 12 digits.
                                  Mine is a 11 digit account number.

                                    I have 2 policies with lic whose details are as below :-

                                    Both the policies were registered and i was able to login 3 to 4 yrs before. Hope there are some changes have happened in lic portal/server and there after i am not able to login and see my policies online.                                         In the lic ado recruitment[protected] there were 1250 vacancies as per the notification.
                                        It was said that the selection would be division wise and the vacancies in each division was mentioned in the notification. The preliminary results were also division wise.
                                        In my division (Thrissur) there was 60 vacancies including 6 ews vacancies.
                                        Including me 6 ews candidates were selected for the main exam.
                                        But when the result of main exam was released non o[censored]s where selected. Since there is 6 ews vacancies how can they avoid us?
                                        It was found that the main exam result were published zone wise.
                                        After publishing the preliminary exam results division wise, how can they how can they change it to zone wise selection?
                                        It was also surprising to found that in the south zone which had 125 ews vaccencies only 10 ews candidates are selected for the interview (It is also found that these 10 candidates were selected in the preliminary exam in the general category) preliminary exam.
                                        If this is due to any cuttoff (Details about any such cuttoff hasn't been given in the result), doesn't the cuttoff should be decided by considering the number of applicants and vacancies?
                                        Also, total applicants selected for the interview is 1199 while the total vaccencies are 1250.
                                        How is this possible?
                                        Suppose if these few number of selected candidates fail to attend the interview or doesn't have the prescribed qualification does this whole recruitment process will be cancelled? For avoiding this situation shouldn't more number of candidates than the vacancies should be selected for interview?
                                        Claim of ews reservation of a candidate can only be confirmed by verifying his income and asset certificate and verifying it's date of issue. So eliminating candidates by cuttoff without this verification causes many problems. There are lots of doubt regarding this recruitment process.
                                        Why only few candidates are only selected?
                                        Why ews candidates aren't considered? Please take immediate action on this regard.
