And i don't want to work in lic but lic's officer from gopeshwar branch 25e are not accept my noc request. My pan no.     Lic website's availability is very poor.

    Mostly it is down and does not even open on lightest of browsers.

    It is so difficult to pay premium online and if we miss it because of website's problem then who is responsible for that?

    I am not in india and cannot physically pay the premium. This is so unacceptable and underdevelopment in today's era in a country where it is one major source of income for economy.

      Lic online portal is not opening. I have been trying for 2 days and it just does not respond. There are a lot of complaints already on the web and no one seems to be looking at it. Please fix it asap as its impacting a lot of people

        I have submitted all the documents and the neft mandate form for the payment of survival benefit of my policy no[protected] as directed bt the lic branch office jehanabad through a letter. The policy is from lic jehanabad branch (51h). No one is ready to solve my problem. The branch manager is also willing to help me. Please do the needful. There is no one to be contacted on phone. I am so much harassed now.

        The website of LIC (licindia.in) is not responding. I have 3 LIC policies and I have to pay premium by logging in. Not able to access the site. I have been trying for the past 5hrs.
        LIC claims that it contributes about 25% Govt of India expenses. Cant maintain the website better?

          This is r. Senthil kumar i merge with lic past years lic no.[protected] i got a loan amount and then settled the amount on 24 th of april 2019 after that i changed my address but didn't informed, still now i didn't received my lic bond already given a return complaint to mrs. Latha on july 2019 her contact number is[protected] so many times i followed but nothing is happen still i have so many times called hee, what i do for that pls slove my issue asap.

            Lost my all paper of annuity detail such as no & police no. I was employee of basf india ltd bokaro unit having head office at mumbai. The details are as follows : name : priyesh ranjan verma, dob :23/09/1945, company basf india ltd. Bokaro unit, head office at mumbai. I received my amount till january 2017 after that i am not received any amount. The amount rs.228/- pm transfer to my a/c no [protected] of hdfc bank ltd. Gandhidham oslo branch. Neft cr punb 0022500 l. I. C. Of india - p. R. Verma - vide cheque no. Punbh[protected]. I do not know that why the amount not transfer to my a/c since february 2017. You also requested to send the annuity no and the policy no for my future reference. Pl do the needfull and oblige.

                  Madam, i would like to draw your attention to a very important issue of working women i. E child care leave.
                  Madam, motherhood for working women is a very big challenge in today's nuclear family where near ones and relatives stay apart. Children often fall in diseases and mothers have to remain with them especially for children of bellow one year. Losing of all leaves and being eol, or even losing of job frightenes us and make anxious all time.
                  Madam, i feel that some additional leaves like child care leave, or sabbatical leave is becoming very essential for women of our organization also which may benefit our women in concentrating their children and family to some extent in spite of their service life.

                    Documents submitted at lic office kothagudem branch on 06/11/2019. Regret to inform that in spite of regular follow up, with all the concerned at the branch office including branch manager, the maturity benefit is not credited to my account till date i. E. Even after one month of submission.

                      Hai there, my dad died on 18/09/2019, then i applied for death claim, (Policy no[protected] they took all necessary documents and said nothing, after 20days submission now they are telling me it is not attested we can't move forward, why don't they tell before taking, now again i have to go 35km far away to reach regional branch, total waste of time and money too, unsatisfied, don't know why you people accept it, if it is not attested, you people have to tell us before we submitting, but never care, after 20days of submission now you guys are telling us it's not attested, and one more thing there is a person named ankama rao, who is working as a div officer in cumbum branch, he never care about customers or policy holders he never come on time as usual, even don't know how to fill death form i think he need 1month or more time to fill the single form, even after 7days he didn't fill death form, i went another guy who filled death form better than your employees, and, your agents don't know any thing, i don't want my children will suffer like this. We have policys, and don't want to continue if there is a option, very disappointed, unsatisfied
                      Let's how will i go to your seniors or higher official, customer satisfaction is very important thing to any organisation

                        I have given lic assistant exam with good attempt. Though i am not shortlisted for mains. Vacancy in my zone is 51 and selected candidates are 588. As compared to other zones where vacancy is 98 they have shortlisted 1891 candidates., i request lic to please re-examine my scores as this is very important to me. I have requested my zone crm also but no reply.

                          I want to say that i, ajay singh s/o jai singh bought a policy on the name of my daughter anushikha (Policy no.[protected].

                          With this policy i took a loan of inr 39495 on 7 september 2010. I paid this loan with interest on 27 september 2014. The amount was paid through a lic agent ‘vikram singh’ by a check uco bank (Check no. 993066) but i did not get bond of this policy till now. I paid all premiums and other payment of this policy but this amount is still not submitted completely by lic department.

                          I have written application to lic of india branch deoband many times regarding the issue. But i never got any information or any kind of help due to which i am distressed from past 4 years.

                          I mailed and informed about the issue many time to lic branch and [protected]@licindia.com, but no action was taken from their side.

                          On 29 september 2019, i complained at consumercomplaints.in and i got a reply from your side that my complaint has been forwarded to life insurance corportation of india but still i havenot received any response from lic . Now I am complaining for the third time on consumercomplaints.in.

                          I am waiting from past 5 years but lic is not taking any action. Its been a long time and I can't wait more. If you are not able to solve please tell me some other way to solve it.

                                Respected sir, i did lic endowment 814 policy. Before i paid propasal amount inb. O. C way. On b. O. C reciept my name typed spelling mistake. Polcy did with same b. O. C number.
                                But on lic bond my name is correct.
                                Now my doubt is,
                                Is it any problem comes by boc in future?
                                Lic agent said, no problem if spelling mistake on b. O. C.
                                Bond is importent. Tq.

                                  LIC office send the money my old bank account which was closed, due to not updated new bank account with LIC-(Jagdishpur Branch Uttar Pradesh, ), mature amount return to LIC Office.

                                  I have Updated my current bank account with LIC-(Jagdishpur Branch Uttar Pradesh), in June 2019.

                                  Mr. S.K. Sharma Branch manager assure me, mature amount t/f to your bank account within 10 ten days.

                                  I was call him many time during July 2019 to November 2019, they always told that within 10-12 days make the payment.

                                  Recently when I call me they blow a fuse.

                                    I had applied home loan but they are saying my CIBIL SCORE IS 741. but I have also checked my CIBIL SCORE on TRANSUNION and that was 808 on same day.

                                    Could you please check why this mismatch showing by your emplyee. Is this they are doing to increase RATE OF INTEREST. If so then I will cancel my home loan application.

                                      The mthly annuity pension was being remitted to my account no. Maintained in pmc co-op bank, oshiwara branch, mumbai.

                                      Due to the recent restrictions imposed by rbi, had requested for the change in bank i. E. Dena bank, lokhandwala branch. The said request for the change of bank letter was couriered to yourselves p&gs dept, new india bldg, vile parle west on 4th oct 2019.

                                      Kindly note that the annuity pension for oct 2019 has not yet been credited to my dena bank account. However, the annuity pension for nov 2019 has been recd in my dena bank account.

                                      Request you to check your records and get the annuity pension for oct 2019 released and credited to my dena bank account at the earliest

But we were not received the policy documents till now. We were always told the lic agent against that matter. The agent also told us that he also complaints against that matter.
