      I am an agent of lic of india and my working branch is cbo-20, c r avenue, kolkata. I have a agents portal valid id and password but i am unable to operate my portal login. This is complete some system error of lic. I made all efforts from my side i requested you to please help me for the same as earliest possible. I am also attaching the screenshot of the problem and error shown.

        I byrapu siva kumar sent my original policy no[protected] and filled in prescribed form on 12.06.2019 by postal registered post, to sr manager, lic, adoni branch, andhrapradesh for entire cancellation of policy and for crediting the amount to my account. I also enclosed mu bank account details.,

          Dear sir,

          Tried paying lic insurance premium online with my international credit card but at the end it comes up with the invalid transaction error.

          I did paid in the past with the same card and it was went trough so i dont understand why it is getting rejected this time.

          Please let me know is there any trchnical difficuties with the transactions.

          I am using 28 degrees master card and i tried pay online from australia to my lic of india premium

            Adaiyar gandhi nagar branch staffs didn't give proper response your team, they said no power not working generator, i came 2 days your branch still not solved. Man power also problem, noboday stand there seat, not response to my phone call. Please solve my all problem, without solve my problem i cont continue your lic policy. This problem affected not only me total public affected ur service, please rectify this complaints.

              Hi...since last two days I am trying to pay LIC renewal amount through LIC pay direct app however unable to do so.

              Showing error- check internet connection even though using 4G Airtel network .
              Other sites are accessible too with this internet connection..tried multiple times but no resolution

                      I am getting calls from lic of india for promotional work, this happens almost daily and very annoying i am getting 10 calls on daily basis. A automated lady talks "namaskar ye call lic of india ki taraf se hai... And so on."

                      Can you please remove my number from your database/list?

                      Let me know if i need to contact lic by any other means?

                        Hi,

                        This is in regards to my lic india online portal account. My profile has been wrongly updated as gender male in the new lic portal.
                        It was correctly updated in the old lic portal.
                        I am unable to edit the gender in the online portal and i cannot create a new profile with the same mobile number or email address. I am unable to add my other lic policies to my profile due to this reason.

                        I have raised several grievances and complaints before this to get this issue sorted but each time my grievance complaints have been closed without a resolution.

                          This is to bring to your notice that today morning while paying premium (Online) for my lic policy my police no.[protected] inst. Rs.1670, 2.[protected] rs.[protected] rs.1836 doble payment date 08.072019.
                          Date 08.07.2019 qsbi[protected]gagnuuxk4 rs.5671.08 double payment
                          Through electronic payment gateway (Through billdesk), the premium amount of rupees 5671 was deducted from my bank account but the transaction showed failed at lic website. The bank authorities replied that the problem is with the billdesk (Payment gateway).

                          Please look into the matter and reply at the earliest.

                            Hope you are keeping well!

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that i surrendered one of my lic policy on 15th july 2019 in 12g/nehru place branch. I was assured to receive the money in 1 week however 3 weeks have passed now and nothing has been paid to me yet.

                            I am in dire need of money since i do not have job for 5 months and it is really hard for me to run my family without the job. This situation compelled me to surrender my policy.

                            I would request you help expedite the payment as soon as possible as i also need to return the money i borrowed from different people.

                            I also wrote to branch manager but he replied saying he is not the concerned person.

                            Please find attached the receiving slip of my surrendered policy.

                            Please call me for quick communication if required.

                                  sir I have launched complaint on 31 jul 2019 about double payment of premium against policy number[protected]. i have not received any possitive response from the Lic company till now. so pls look into the matter seriously to avoid financial loss... Thank you

                                    I have been trying to log into the registered user but it has been giving an error since yesterday.
                                    I am overseas and i want to make the payment for this year.
                                    If there is no response and if the site is not running soon i will not be able to make my payments.
                                    I will not accept any late charges as this is due to no fault of mine.
                                    I have also attached a screenshot of the error that pops up when i click on the registered user tab on the home page.

                                      customer portal is down

                                      I live in the uae and have been trying to log into the customer portal for the past 3 days and am unable to login. I thought the issue was with my laptop and so tried on different machines with the same problem. I could not find anything on lic website that there was any problem and so i finally called the call center.

                                      The call center agent tells me that the problem has been there for the past 3 days and it would take another...
