    Hi sir,
    With regards to the application that we have provided at lic housing finance, gachibowli with all the requested documenrs for disbursement of housing loan,. The lic hfl company has even take a. Cheque of rs.5900/- from us by cheque, which has been encashed 2 days even before the processing has started for the disbursement of housing loan, we were provided with a user name and password and details of the loan, where we were not been provided a suitable reason for the delay in disbursement of loan sanction, we tried couple of times aiding the same with the lic officer mr, srinivas and there were unable to provide the reason for the delay mentioning that the file is with their supervisor and it has been sent to the head branch office, we have been told that we can cheque the status of the application online once the processing starts whlch we could not verify as the login details provided via message were changed by their support team, which has restricted us from. Loffinf to the application. This is creating us a lot of mental agony and pain, as we are not sure what is happening on their front and not informing us the reasons for the delay of processing. Request you to take further action on lic hfl and get us the information on the loan application submitted and refund back the amount, if they could not process my application.

      I have taken the loan on 2017 from LICHFL and at that time the interest was 8.35. Now it is 09.05 and as per my knowledge RBI instructed the banks to reduced its ROI as per Notificattion No RBI/[protected]/33 FMOD.MAOG. No.134/01.01.001/2019-20 August 7, 2019, but LICHFL is not reducing instead they are increasing for existing customers. Paying at the interest of 09.05% is every expensive. In last 3 yrs 03 times ROI has increased but does not...

      Respected sir,
      With due respect, my wife i. E. Kamaljeet kaur take a lic policy no[protected] and regarding same we have signed a form/cheque that the premium will deduct directly from our hdfc bank account no. [protected]. On 27 of august i receive a text msg from lic that your premium will be debited from your account on 15th of every month and i have already paid the premium of august month by case mode. Then on 30th of august i received a text msg from hdfc bank transfer that rs 590/- has been debited from my account. This is not fair. Kindly do justice and refund my money back.       I paid lic premium via LIC app by UPI transaction. Tranasction has been completed in UPI but app was showing Web page not found. My account has been debited and didn't get any refund yet. I emailed to lic portal support but not receive anything back from them. Transaction details has been attached hrerwith.

              Pension plus policy no:[protected]

              I made a request for policy surrender request along with request for issuing an immediate annuity. After few weeks, i was told by my agent that my pension plus policy can't be surrendered. Hence i requested then atleast issue the policy duplicate bond and i won't pay for the policy.

              To the contrary, however i got a notice from lic india to exercise either one of the below option.

              1) revival of the policy, or
              2) complete withdrawal from the policy

              I chose option 2 and sent a return response along with copy of the lic notice in a professional courier by mar 2018. Also the notice clearly mentioned that, if i don't chose any of the option with in 30 days, the insurer will assume as if i choose option 2.

              Till date (29th aug 2019), i didn't receive an update from lic india. Also in online customer portal, my policy status shows as inforce and i was being asked in the portal to pay the premium of 1, 00, 000.00 including interest since feb 2018 till date. Ideally in system by now, they should updated the status to terminated or marked for surrender or awaiting to issue annuity policy or something related to that.

              I have raised a grievance request (Grievance reddressal: [protected]) through online portal.

              Need your support to solve my issue at the earliest so that an immediate annuity is issued as per my initial request on jan 2018.

              They have mentioned in their email as follows: Dear Sir / Madam, Re: Complaint under Policy number xxxxxxxxx This has reference to your complaint Ref 1920046422 dated 29/08/2019 We would like to inform you that the grievance has been redressed and the redressal details are as below. Sir/madam, If the policy is discontinued on and after 5 years from the date of commencement of the policy : If policyholder exercises the option for complete withdrawal from the policy i.e policyholder surrenders the policy, The policyholders fund value as on the date ofdiscontinuance of policy will compulsorily be utilized to provide an annuity.The proceeds of discontinued policy calculated as above will be converted to annuity provided the amount is sufficient to purchase a minimum amount of annuity as per the provisions of section 4 of insurance act, 1938 as applicable on the date of payment of annuity.Out of the proceeds of the discontinued policy as calculated above, the policyholder will have an option to commute upto a maximum of 1/3rd amount as commutation value provided the balance amount is sufficient to purchase a minimum amount of annuity as per sec 4 of the insurance Act, 1938 as applicable on the date of payment of annuity. We hope the matter is resolved to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries in this regard, please feel free to contact the Grievance Redressal Officer at the address given below:

                Requested for a duplicate bond as i need to surrender my policy (As i lost my policy during house move) with all supporting legal documents signed and submitted via my policy agent to lic india, bangalore branch (61w) on jan 2018. However till date (29th aug 2019) i haven't received my duplicate policy document/bond to my address (Aadhaar address) submitted along with the request.

                No response till date from life insurance corporation of india or my agent.

                I have raised a grievance with lic india.

                Initial request to LIC for duplicate bond was made on Jan 2018. Finally they were able to generate duplicate bond in their system on Mar 2019. Bond was signed by LIC on May 2019 and my Agent collected on Jun 2019. So people be aware of the overall timeline of getting duplicate bond. Here is the below mail for the Grievance i raised. I am happy finally that my agent has the duplicate bond. "Dear Sir / Madam, Re: Complaint under Policy number xxxxxxxxx This has reference to your complaint Ref 1920046412 dated 29/08/2019 We would like to inform you that the grievance has been redressed and the redressal details are as below. Sir/Madam, Duplicate policy bond on the above policy was issued on 20.03.2019 and it was collected by your agent xxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 13.06.2019. With regards. We hope the matter is resolved to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries in this regard, please feel free to contact the Grievance Redressal Officer at the address given below: "

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  Requesting to revise roi to lessthen 9% without any processing fee.

                  With regards to this loan account[protected], i received notification to my mobile to pay rs.740 due to be paid wherein i had no dues pending and ecs debit happens on time with no delays. When i checked with agent, i have been informed that the roi is changed and i need to take dd for that amount rs.740. Most importantly i was not notified about the change in roi or due amount (Emi revised from 5205 to 5280) which is very much disappointing me while paying my dues without any flaws. The roi for this loan amount looks very high 11.95% compared to other competing housing finances with 8%-9% lower rates. I asked my agent for the revised lesser then 10% roi but i was asked by the thanjavur (Tn) office to pay rs.11800 to revise it. With all this i would prefer to take over my loan with other housing finance where i have got offered with 8.5% roi. I still would like to check if lhf would approve to revise to reasonable lesser roi without any charges on subjective loan, it would be a greatly appreciated and i would help me continue with lhf. The second surprising factor about this loan is the tenure which i asked for is 15 years wherein i see now in the site it shows 20 years term. I would also request you to change my loan tenure to 12 years as well which would help me to repay my loan faster.

                  With regards to this loan account[protected], the roi for this loan amount looks very high 11.25%. On this loan as well i would request you approval to revise the roi to reasonably lesser without any charges.

                    Sir, i have tried to pay my premium of lic through bill desk using upi transaction no[protected] upi is saying successfully transfered but i did not got any confirmation from billdesk neither my policy got renewed. I lost my money please look into this as i have used billdesk option on lic website. Also the transaction status of billdesk is not working.

                        On checking my bank passbooks (Bank of india, wodehouse road, colaba, sb a/c [protected]) i find that some annuity payments have not been deposited.
                        These are quarterly payments of rs 23, 221/- paid around the middle of the month in january, april, august and october.
                        The last payment was on 16th april 1018.

                        The missing payments...

I have informed the matter several time but till date it is not yet considered. I wat only refund back my amount back to me. Otherwise, nothing has to do for me only to do consumer court.

                          None of your officials had tried to contact me to guide me to invest in such plan, where there is no scope of increasing fund at all.
                          If your responsible officials had advised me not to invest in my name i will invest in the name of my son "s name and i would not
                          Had a great loss.

                                Sir, i (Akhil lal vh) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected]of rs. 2512 through www.Licindia.com on 10/08/2019, but i do not received any receipt till date. Rs 2512debited from my account on same time. Payment id is (SCB16789af885d[protected]ec98220)and lic order no.[protected]. Please help me and send the receipt do the needfull.

                                  Home Loan rate for new borrowers has reduced by nearly 1 percent in last one year but my home loan rate is only increases during the same tenure. LIC HFL is not reducing the rate of home loan but only increase the same in floating rate regime for existing customer. Home loan rate currently I am paying is 9.7% and for new customer LIC HFL is offering less than 8.5%. Not able to understand why government taking any action against the unethical and loot behavior of LIC HFL.

                                    Reference above policy i have transferred our installment rs 4014,[protected]/- (Total 17833/-) on 14-august-2019 through our use id... And amount debited from our icici bank but message showing is failed & also we have not received premium receipt. We have also deposited same amount at collection center (Business associate) due to last date of same policies and we have receipt of the same. Our payment not reversed in account still now.
                                    Please help us and confirm that how we will get back amount which was deposited through netbanking.
