Sub:- request to cancel the cheque of rs 7, 00000/- (Seven lakhs) issued without my demand, and return the excess emi amount to my saving a/c[protected].
Sir,
I narendra prasad, loan a/c no.[protected] was sanctioned rs 27, 50000/- (Twenty seven lakhs fifty thousand) only. It was always observed that the lichf ltd. Ranchi is cheating with me in following sence
That, it is a policy of the local office to declare me a defaulter customer by increasing emi amount without prior information. Recently in last month of 10th august, 2019, i received a message that “ dear sir/madam, the nach of rs 26719/- will be presented on 10/08/2019 towards the housing loan instalment.” i became very surprised that, why the instalment amount has been increased by rs 5331/-, whenever i was regularly paying rs 21388/-. It was a real surprising message for me because the message was sent on the same date of emi payment ie. 10th of every month. I immediately make a telephonic contact with concern official mr kishor kumar on which he replied that a cheque of rs 700000/- (Seven lakhs) has been issued in july, 2019, so the instalment amount is increased. As soon as i shown my objection that neither i nor mr sanjay kumar (Agent) has given any requisition of demand for more amount because my previous amount is remaining in my bank due to hold of construction work in rainy season for non avaibility of bricks and sand. On my objection, the official has responded and said that due to over look in the list prepared by office, a cheque in favour of your name was issued by mistake and it was also said that if i have no need of this amount, then it will be reverted in my account on my written application. As per suggestions of officials i have given my request application on 13/08/2019 (Annex.-i enclosed herewith) with request that please refund the excess deducted amount in my sb a/c[protected], united bank of india, kanke branch.
I again surprised that, due to negligence or under the conspiracy of the concern lichf, ranchi office has not communicated me till today and rather than disposal of my application, once again deducted the newly increased emi amount on 10/09/2019.
I have objected several times that lichfl, ranchi office has always retained the issued cheque of loan amount for 10 to 15 days in his custody which is a matter of inquiry because a big interest amount of this period is traceless, neither it is deducted from principal loan amount nor reverted in my saving account.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the seriously raised matter as mentioned above and take urgently hard action against the involved in negligence officials of lichfl, ranchi office because i am directly sufferer and facing financial crisis since august, 2019.
