When i was regestering myself as a new user on lic customer portal, after giving required details, when "new password and confirm password" page opened, i did not type new password and confirm password and by mistake submitted it. Now it neither open nor accept forgot password option. When i try for it, "policy number is not valid" displayed. Plz help and guide

I had paid a premium through lic merchant portal yesterday & i paid the pending invoice today.but when i opened my lic mechant portal today it show that my invoice is pending .

    With due respect i am to state that the said policy was matured on 24/04/2018 and the payment realized from lici hailakandi branch is less than the principal amount. Therefore, i want to know the details of my payment against the principal amount. Also i have not yet received the extended life cover of the said policy.in this connection i have sent several email to the branch but not a single reply received yet from the branch. You requested to take proper initiative and meet my query and for this i shall be very grateful to you sir.

    Respected sir I have received a phone call from a person mobile no. [protected] introducing himself as a staff of consumer forum and asking from me the bank account no, debit card no, cvv no...Etc to refund the amount of cheque received from LICI Hailakandi branch Assam. The call was fraud and intention to steal my money from my account. I provided only the bank account no when he insisted to provide debit card details I denied. Now, I want to know how he has got my contact details from this complain. Is he employed in your office ? Kindly investigate and intimate me immediately otherwise the matter will be brought to the notice of higher authorities.

      Hi,

      I had enrolled my existing lic policy[protected] with my employer in 2016. I have recently bought 2 more policies[protected] and[protected] which i am unable to enrol with cts as the lic website fails saying that i have not registered myself with the portal. I am a registered user of the portal and have been using it since a few years. Please help.

        Premium has debited in my salary month of 10/2015 but premium amount is not deposit in my policy and showing one month gap when i enquiry the policy after i enquiry railway division office nanded he say your premium hasbeen submit in your policy and department give me certified copy of payslip month of 10/2015. So please take necessary action to maintain gap. Policy no.[protected].

          When my Daughter was minor, The above policy started, in policy T.H.Sundaramahalingam (proposer)
          T.S.Divya (Life Assured) mentioned.
          After my Daughter Got Major, In policy, policy holder name T.S. divya shown first
          and my name as D/o T.H.Sundaramahalingam mentioned. Then only Gender Mismatch rectified- I think so.

              Respected Sir/Madam, my agent portal has not been working for the last two years. On opening it user id and password are displayed' On answering the question "pl.check user id and password" appears. Sr. Branch Manager has been requested so many times to get the portal responsive but of no use. I feel handicapped in this position. Please get my agent portal activated. My agency code is 0003617M.

Branch manager has been requested time and again. He has expressed his inability to solve the problem. I feel handicapped in want of active agent portal.                     I had a home loan with lichfl[protected], this was paid off on 19 apr 2018.
                    It has been more than a month since i am waiting for my documents.

                    I have been trying to contact lichfl office since 3 weeks, the mobile number [protected] provided on your website is out of reach and the landline[protected] never gets answered.

                    I have written 5 emails looping in the ceo, customer support email address and area manager but no one has responded

                    I have had no luck calling all the land line numbers listed on their website as well.

                    I visited the fort office and they told me that the documents will be sent to the virar office and the guys at virar are unreachable.

                    The bank that sponsored my home loan transfer has sent me multiple reminders and threatens to cancel the loan if the documents are not produced in a week.

                    I am in a big turmoil and need urgent help with this matter.

                      We regret to mention here that my policy no.[protected] was matured on 28.03.18.

                      As per your instructions i submitted all the required documents to the concerned branch and confirmation through sms was also received on 05.04.2018.

                      Now 2 months have passed and i continuously follow up at the branch number but nobody picked up the phone after great efforts one mob. No. [protected] got from net and he asked that i will check and confirm but after continuous follow up he said the cheque is ready and collect from our office but i replied that i am working and not able to collect please send it at my residence through speed post he said ok on monday i. E. 14.05.2018 but till date i have not yet received any cheque.

                      It is very unfortunate to say why you have instructed us to send the copy of cancelled cheque and other documents for neft etc.

                      Now almost 2 months have passed and i have not received my payment.

                      Kindly intervene and advise the concerns either send my cheque or send the payment through neft.

                      Needless to mention that kindly send my cheque with interest as you are aware that 2 months have passed.

                      Pls. Treat it as most urgent and arrange my payment with interest.

For rs.2767 on 12/dec/2016 which was debited from my account but it was not credited to lic account.in my account the transaction has been recorded as pos prch pos 356698 lic mumbai.                                 I have two policies which were registered on old portal and regularly i was paying premiums of those policies, but now these policies are not listed in new portal and it is not registering it too.

                                Registration of these policies on new portal is showing error of data mismatch. At the time of commencement of policy i was not having mobile number as well as any e_mail and hence it is showing a data mismatch. So please look in to the matter and solve it at the earliest.

                                    Kindly connect my complaint dated 03/03/2018 vide which it was requested to surrender the policy no.[protected] issued in the name of ram das chak during the cooling period, as the conditions required to be accepted are not acceptable to the party, as such not interested in that policy but sorry to state that nothing has been heard by your office in the matter. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that customer may be relaxed.

                                    They charge fee to decrease ROI. on querying for the increase they told that "LHPLR has increased from 14 to 14.2%".

                                    I hardly know what does LHPLR means . there behaviour after availing loan is more bitter than neem leaves.
