My name is sandip mahaptra, i have done payment for lic policy on 11 august2018 using your online website portal and sent from phonpe upi.

My policy amount rs. 1516 has been deducted from phonpe upi and transaction for same showing successful in jio money.

But after the sucessful transaction using jio payment gateway i was
Not redirected to your portal and i didn't get any acknowledgement from you (Lic website).

I called tophonpe upi customer care, they said that from our side transaction is successfull. For your convenience, i am attaching screenshort of transaction sms. Please find the attachment and do the needful process.

        I am not able to log into the new customer portal of lic india. During login i am getting following massage. Pl. Guide me.

        "you do not have self policies in your account and hence, your policies were not migrated. Request you to create a new account in the name of your spouse in case you have policies of spouse in your old account and add the policies of your children to that account. Please note, you cannot have an online account in the name of your minor child. Please contact [protected]@licindia.com for further queries."

          Dear sir/ madam,

          Understand that the portal has been migrated to a new site & has been upgraded too but it has created an issue for me as i am unable to link my other policy details as it is given me an error stating the gender is erroneous as per the policy.

          My gender is a female while the profile is showing it as male which is incorrect. I am attempting to correct it but it is not allowing me to do so as thats a non editable field.

          Request to please help make the required correction or please guide me to the correct who can be reached to get the rectification done.

            I went to your LIC recovery office and cleared all my dues and gave ECS from my account to pay my Home Loan (Loand A/C No. [protected])

            The LIC officials only calculated all my pending dues. Now they say i have one month due pending in 2016.

            Every month my account is getting debited with the EMI amount. I need my tax certificate to submit to IT. Please generate for

                  TDS amount is deducted from my policy final payout of amount 6571/- but no certificate issued after multiple request.

                          Sir,
                          I am having my lic policy[protected] in the name of sri makhanlal ghose with lic cuttack branch, jeevan jyoti, sect 6 cda, cuttack. My survival benefit on 3rd year amounting rs 5250/ was to be received on 28.5.18. As per their specifications i have already submitted my neft mandate along with self attested xerox copy of my aadhaar card, pan card and lic policy copy on 03.04.2018. But, till date the amount hasn't been deposited in my account. Again on 23.7.18 i sent all the required documents to lic of india, jeevan jyoti, sect 6, cuttack. But, till date the survival benefit hasn't been credited in my account specified in my neft mandate. Take it as a request instead of a complaint.

                              Sir. I paid rs 1324 for my two policies on 28/7/2018. Firstly i paid by sbi net banking... And i got message txn failed. I checked my account... Money was not debited from my account. Then i again paid same amount by kotak mahindra net banking. Second time transaction was successful. But after some time my sbi account was debited by rs 1324... So please refund one of debited amount.

                                  This is avinash mahto. My father had a policy named[protected] from branch no. 522. He died on 13 sept 2017 due to cancer. My mother claimed as nominee for death claim but the manager says that niminee name is different. We provided appedevite from the court but he is not ready to pay claim amount excusing RBI had stopped the claim amount. There were two other policy named the same nominee named but that claim paid so why this claim amount not paying from lic. Is the lic has changes of rules from every states or just a single regulation all over india. So please help me out. I complaint IRDAI AND CONSUMER FORUM but didnot got any satisfactory answer.

                                    There has been a big fraud with the lic housing finance. The initial interest rate was 8.75 in 2009 for the initial 3 years and after that they have changed roi to the current rate in 2013 to 11.75 but after that several time rbi reviewed and announced several interest changes. But my loan account roi is still 11.75. After all these years of payment i have ended up paying almost the loan equivalent and still have the same principle amount.

                                    Please help, i can not pay this much amount of money.

                                        Please remove my old user id 'nitishgovind' maine apni ek diffrent user id bana rakhi hain jisme meri sabhi policies add hain. Keval old user id main add policiy new user account main add nahi ho rahi hai. Atah meri old user id 'nitishgovind' delete karane ki kripa kare. Taki main apni matra ek policy jo another account (Nitishgovind) me add hain. Use main apane new account me add kar saku. Dhanyawad.
